My morning ritual includes stopping by Dunkin Donuts on the way to the office for a cup of Cinnamon Coffee which is my absolute favorite way to start the day. I have been going here for about three years and am known as the "Cinnamon Queen." As soon as the staff sees my car pull up in the drive-through, they have my order ready. I frequent a lot of places in Tampa and by far, the Dunkin Donuts on Gandy has some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. My childen love their donuts and I am a big fan of the flat-bread breakfast sandwiches. Be sure and try the Cinnamon Coffee...it is truly out of this worl

I go there every day, sometimes twice daily. I don't use the drive trough; the staff is so nice that I love to go in and say hello. They show great concern for costumers I also go often with my grandchildren and they love the patience every employee shows for them. I want to give special thanks to Edgardo Torres who is so kind and handles so good costumers that is not easy to find people like him. I just hope to find him there every day.

The drive thru line took a long time but once I ordered coffee it was quick to be served and my order was correct. Love the pumpkin coffee this time of year and for a good price.

Drive thru is fast, but the quality suffers. I just ordered 2 coffees and 5 donuts for my family & the medium hot latte when I got home was half full!! When I order iced coffees here they are not as good as other Dunkin donuts.

So, I opted for Dunkin Hot coffee with cream and sugar thru the drive thru. Took several minutes before my order was taken, not because they were busy, but because of the personal conversations going on both inside and at the window. This I normally disregard. Everyone likes friendly associates. Luckily I was in need of the warmth of the coffee and took a sip, when handed to me, only to find that if sugar had been added it was in such minute quantity it was not detectable. Again, I smiled and ask for a stir stick, thinking it wasn't stirred. She says I saw her stir it, at which I say, then she forgot the sugar. At this the drive thru gal decides to challenge me. She can't just apologize, take it back and fix it, she has to make a show of it and get the gal who made it. The one inside giggling at the guy in front of her. What do you two not get??? Hot coffee cream and sugar should be warm, creamy and sweet not bitter coffee flavored milk. CONGRATS, I will drive that extra half mile to Starbucks from now on.

They went from a small but general purpose stop where you could always get a relatively inexpensive quick bite and coffee to a more specialized, more expensive coffee shop. I stopped in every so often for a muffin or even more rarely for a frozen drink, but I was no longer a regular. Dunkin Donuts always serves fresh donuts. The muffins and now sandwiches are great for fast and seem to be on the healthier side for fast food. I'm so excited to see how far DD has come over the years. I recommend this place to everyone!

I stop here on occasion and the service is spotty , the drive thru people can be for a lack of better word, rude at times. Just about every time I have ordered my usual Iced coffee light ice, sweet n low and 1/2 n 1/2 , they give me full ice, milk and sugar. ,So to be very generous I can only give them 2 stars at best.

I think the world really does run on Dunkins! Lol! They are always super busy, but super efficient! Great customer service! Irma (drive thru cashier) always gets my order right and does it with a smile!
