This is a Dunkin' Donuts. It's pretty much the same as all of them. It's a brand new building, and I hope it survives in this location, because nothing else has. I've gotten good service here, whether I went through the drive-thru or inside. I think the only negative issue I've had was when they didn't hear my order correctly in the drive-thru, but that was sorted out before I got my order. One time, they ran out of Munchkins before I got there (oh, the horror!), but I can let that slide. Once. I do have to say, however, that while I do like my coffee hot, I cannot understand how any human could put their coffee into their mouth at the temperature that it is served and expect to taste anything for a week. It is almost boiling in the styrofoam cup. Speaking of the coffee cup, it insulates the near boiling coffee so well that it takes nearly an hour to cool to a drinkable temperature. The staff is accommodating to my requests to put a couple ice cubes in the coffee before giving it to me. All in all, small complaints compared to the delicious gooey sweetness that is served consistently at Dunkin' Donuts.

They got 1 star because you can't do NO stars. I just stopped in this one to get some donuts and again they were out if everything, had only Oreo donuts left. All I got was excuses. This is probably the worst DD I have been to. This the third time I have been here with the same issue. I give every place 3 tries, but not anymore.

Alright, it's a Dunkin' Donuts, but who doesn't love a donut? I like the bavarian creme best. I have to say that I'm not happy with the amount of creme in the donut, it's like a tiny dab that I have to take 2 bites from each direction to get to it. And it's the star of the donut! The coffee is good. Dunkin' coffee has always been really good. That's why they sell it in the store too! It's that good! But, it's a Dunkin' Donuts, it's definitely consistent with any other Dunkin' Donuts. But, it's convenient and it's not $5 for a cup of coffee!

Who knew a Dunkin Donuts could be so bad? This was my first visit and last... Pull up to the drive through- ask for a Croissant-Donut their response is "don't have those." I then order a small vanilla latte with no foam. Again the short and not so sweet voice says "hot or cold". Um, come again? No foam = hot. I order a sandwich and her response is my total. I'm not done ordering. I add a donut and again, her response is my total. I pull up to the window. Hand the gentleman my card, he hands it back with drink and donut. Says the sandwich will be right up. I ask to purchase a gift card and the man was completely inconvenienced by it, huffed and puffed and says "um. Yeah. Sure. I guess. Hold on." I wanted the gift card to reload, earn points on my next visits. But after that, I decided not to. Take a sip of my Vanilla Latte, it's straight coffee. The bagel sandwich I ordered needed a chainsaw to get through it. Don't go here. Just don't.

Well, there's nothing really special about this Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty much just like every other DD I've been to. That being said, I do like DD's coffee and the service here is really friendly -- probably friendlier than the other locations I've frequented. There's another location just down the road on Gandy but their employees aren't as warm so I generally just go here instead. There is sadly no free wifi here which is a total bummer, but if you're looking for a quick cup of joe served with a smile, this Dunkin Donuts isn't a bad bet.

This location has the new branding and a cute area for lounging. I think that they are still trying to work out kinks, but all I ordered was a bagel and coffee. The bagel came out first, perfectly cream cheesed to my taste. The coffee was fine as well. The restaurant was clean and it wasn't too loud. We mostly hang out for the wifi, which is reliable.

They are always out of stock of stuff they argue with customers about coupons and their staff are rude going to the Gandy location is totally a better choice

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in history. I was so excited for this location to open, but I predict it will close within the next few months. The staff are incompetent, rude, and untrained. They can't work the computer, they struggle to make coffees (don't even try to buy one - terrible tasting ALWAYS), they throw donuts into a bag which removes all frosting and destroys the treat. The bakers are lazy and it shows in the lack of glaze / frosting. Theres no variety of donuts to choose from and they are consistently stale. This place is a joke. Save your money or go to the Gandy location. This building was better off as an Arby's, as awful as that sounds.

I have stopped by this new location several times, and always had great experiences and great donuts. A few times were drive thru and a few were walk in. It's always been a pleasant experience. The first few weeks that they opened you could tell the employees were still getting used to things. But honestly that was expected. And they were always very pleasant and helpful. In terms of the food, we always get donuts. I have never had an improperly frosted donut, lol, so not sure what happened with that one lady. I often buy a nice variety, they are always intact and delicious in my experiences! I would definitely recommend this location. Clean, modern, and pleasant workers.

I prefer the location on Gandy. When I drove through this new location, the girl had a really difficult time taking my order and I had to repeat myself several times. I also told her I had a coupon for a free large hot coffee. When I got to the window to pay, I had been frustrated with how it went taking my order. I forgot to give her the coupon right away and went ahead and paid. After receiving my receipt, I looked it over and asked if the coffee was free, since I had the coupon. The girl said I needed to give it to her before I paid. She didn't offer any type of solution to me either, though I had mentioned my coupon while ordering. At least my food order was correct. The coffee wasn't good though, for the second time that I have driven through that specific store. I won't be returning to this location again. Hopefully you get better service!

Since opening about 6 months ago, this location has improved greatly. The first few visits were disappointing, as I received the wrong order on several occasions. Since it is conveniently located on my way to work, I didn't want to give up on them. Service has greatly improved and I look forward to my morning coffee for my commute. Drive-thru is hectic at times but much faster than before.
