I enjoy there coffee and wake up wraps when I'm on the go. I find people are nice when I go in as that's a plus, also clean.

It seemed like a good idea at the time! Picked up some Drunken Donuts on the way home last night. Ordered a half dozen thinking my chances of one good donut were mathematically in my favor. I was wrong. They were so disgustingly stale that I was almost surprised, but then not really. There are no winners in my story!

On Saturday stopped by drive through was greeted nicely ordered bagel egg bacon combo with hash browns and coffee. Had to pull up in drive through to let other be served while prepared are you kidding me for one bagel geezz. My bagel and coffee was good, but the hash browns they only gave me 4 the bag wasn't even filled up, it's like they didn't have any cook so they just gave me what they had. I bit into one and it was disgusting never had a hash brown so bad in my life. ended up throwing all of them out. Just ate the bagel and coffee will not go back again.

This is the worst dunkin donuts EVER! We have been to this location 4 different times and all 4 times they have messed up the order. 2 times they have completely omitted items that we purchased. And the other times they have given us the wrong item. I just went through to get the order corrected and the girl collecting the money put her hands all in the bag and was touching my daughters food then handed it back to me like it was good to go. Umm no. You have been taking people's money all morning. That is why there is someone behind you handing you the food people order. It's not very sanitary. She didn't apologize or anything but instead looked like she was being inconvenienced. This location is anything but efficient and friendly. I would suggest avoiding it at all costs. Do yourself a favor America and run to a different Dunkin!!

Personally I like a local restaurants doughnuts much better, but Dunkin is everywhere. This is a very clean store. The staff varies, some are very friendly, while others are almost demanding. I am hooked on their half hot cocoa and half coffee drink, it just seems to hit all the right notes: some chocolate, rich, creamy and yet the caffeine kick of coffee I crave, it is a delightful drink. There doughnuts are almost always fresh, which is why they are often out of the one you desire. When you go through the drive through and try to describe the type of chocolate doughnut you desire they get all flustered. Chocolate dough, all chocolate, bun, chocolate frosted all over... it is a bit comical or infuriating! This time of year of course we have the pumpkin doughnut. I like the flavor and spices,,\ but doughnut itself feels heavy to me. Pumpkin anything, I think deserves a try, so try it, we all have our opinions. I have never tried their sandwiches or breakfasts, but have hears good things about the food except for the price! Let's keep those coupons coming!

Stopped by here Sunday Morning @ 10:15am. It was between the house I was staying at and the church I needed to get to, mass started at 10:30am. I was worried I wasn't going to make it since the line was long. I ordered my usual; everything bagel toasted with chive cream cheese. The line moved really quickly and the employees were pleasant. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely pass by there again.

it took them 65 seconds to answer me on the intercom to the drive thru today. then I had to wait over 3 minutes at the window for a coffee. I am going to call the corporate office, this is totally unacceptable

I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts in years. So I have to admit a was a little impressed by the local Dunkin Donuts / Basking Robins when I walked in. Lots more than just donuts on the menu and the place was packed! My mouth started watering as I waited in line trying to decide what I wanted. I wound up going with 2 glazed donuts and wrap with bacon, egg and cheese. The wrap was just OK but the donuts tasted like something you purchase in a grocery store deli. In fact, I have tasted grocery store donuts better than what they gave me. I will stick to Krispy Kreme and Shipley's if given a choice. I'm guessing the Breakfast sandwiches and coffee are what people are lining up for here. If you're a Dunkin Donuts fan please let me know what I am missing here.

Service was friendly and quick but coffee was more like water with a mud and splash of pumpkin taste.. It was suppose to be a latte. I don't see myself repeating this coffee run!

This Dunkin Donuts is great. The drive-thru time is speedy, the workers are super friendly and they always accept my coupons. Very rarely is my drink or order made wrong, though it does happen. This location on Hillsborough is kind of hard to access but it isn't impossible.

Definitely not the better locations. The staff tends to be incompetent from time to time. They seldom get orders right and they're always out of French rolls. However, the coffee is consistently good.

Not sure if it was just who was working this morning but when I went in I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes. When someone finally asked me if they could help me it was someone who wasn't even checked in, and she went to find someone to help me. I asked if they had any pumpkin drinks and they told me they had pumpkin coffee, I could have hot or cold. I know they have other options but i'm not a regular and they were not displayed inside. Yet nobody could take the time to tell me about them. It was not busy at the time, I was the only customer, so I don't understand why they couldn't. My order was finally slapped down on the counter and then I was promptly ignored again. I'm not a huge Dunkin fan but this turned me off even more.

I live very close to this location and it is on my way to work so I go here more often than I should. The coffee is great and the donuts are donuts (you can get the same quality at Publix) and the breakfast sandwiches are just so-so. The bigger issue I have is the service. They have ZERO sense of urgency to get anything done. It has taken me 20 minutes one more than one occasion to get 1-2 dozen donuts and coffee. There was one time I got 4 dozen and two coffees and it took 40 minutes. Also, you are a donut shop, in the mornings you should be stocked and ready to go. The person working the counter should not have to keep running around back. They always seem understaffed as well. I have tried the drive through and they have only gotten my order correct one time. It is just frustrating. I always try and give a place a few times before I give a bad review and I have given this location multiple times. I must say, when I go through the drive through and get a cup of coffee (only one) it has always been correct; which is why, along with the great coffee, I gave them 3 not 2 stars. It looks like Starbucks will start to get my breakfast money!
