This place is terrible. When I went through the drive through I told the lady I had 3 separate orders and needed a minute for us all to decide what we wanted. Every other second she would ask if I was ready to order so I repeated myself that I needed a minute I wasn't sure. Then when I was finally ready to order the lady told me she needed a minute. Then when I drove up to the window (10 mins later) a lady looked at me and said " what are you expecting something for free? What do you want?" . I wasn't sure how to take this comment so I just smiled and laughed at her? Terrible experience.

Of all the Dunkin Donuts I've been to, this one is the cleanest and the most efficient. I've never had a mistaken order as I have with several other locations I frequent, and usually the wait time is less than average. Though the lines are sometimes long, they are able to move people through the inside and drive-thru line fairly quickly. It's in a good spot, and I often choose it over the Starbucks across the street.

Was there over weekend. Fully staffed and still took 15 minutes. Then, order was wrong. Icing on cake was two employees in back had screaming match going on that was extremely unprofessional. No manager said anything to them.

The saga continues. I keep hoping, but apparently the donut shop is just doing so well that attitude, speed, and product quality mean nothing. The line for cars wraps the building and extends on to the street. Getting in and out is mess because people can't figure out where to line up and not block the roads it spills on to the side street and then it's just a mess and people drive off. It 730 am and inside is 3 people with the newest counter person, I've seen so many different ones. This is yet another trainee. This is a donut shop and yet I can't tell that. Muffins in 6 flavors and 7 kinds of donuts. Ok well at least they had 2 of my favorites. I order them, and enough to fill a box. 15 mins later I set them down for the hungry masses at work. Wow, dry stale donuts. Tastes like refired stale then Coated with frosting by some failed kindergarten finger painter. All in all a total loss. Every last donut in 4 different flavors. Apparently DD management doesn't read yelp reviews or they don't care. For some hot entrepreneur this sight needs new management, the $$ are there or driving away. Seems a shame. For what it's worth it was a Tuesday. The place was clean

I gave this location 1 star, and that's only because I love Dunkin. EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this Dunkin, something is wrong with my order. Mind you, my regular order is a medium iced coffee with 2 Splenda and 1 cream. Absolutely NEVER do I get what I order. Normally I get a medium iced cup of cream with a splash of coffee and no Splenda. Today I reached the breaking point when I visited at 11 am. This location did not have munchkins, did not have everything bagels, and did not have croissants. The manager said they wouldn't be making more today, because they don't make their items on site. Um, what? You are a donut shop...yet you don't make them on site? This location is such a disappointment.

Lackluster Dunkin Donuts location. The smallest and most cramped inside dining location of any DD I've ever seen -- when I was standing in line there were tables an arms reach away. Their service is inconsistent. Also, they staff the customer service positions with very unfriendly personnel. And they never seem to have glazed donut sticks when I visit, a cue to me that they might have a limited selection compared to other DD stores. At best this is an so-so location for a quick drive through experience but don't expect anything exceptional. If you wish to stay and chill inside for a bit -- don't -- just stay in your car.

Really love Dunkin Donuts, but this location, in an affluent neighborhood no less, lacks management. The staff is young and unsupervised, and while understaffed, are required to do too much. For example, the ketchup and sugar is withheld behind the counter so if you need any condiment, you have to wait for the understaffed workforce to get around. Poor service. Poor execution. Poor management. Dunkin - protect your brand from this neglectful franchise owner.

Out of all the Dunkin' Donuts in the Tampa area, this is by far the worst one. The donuts always look pathetic and I've even been served cold coffee there before. It's a shame because it's so convenient to Westchase, but I'd rather drive anywhere else for better Dunkin' Donuts. Wish they would get their act together!

So I've been coming here about 4 times a week on my way to work since they've opened up. I've got to say that of all those times, my order has been wrong once and I've waited more than 5 minutes once. I find this location to be extremely friendly, extremely fast and very consistent. Therefore, I'm updating my previous review to a 5 star since they meet all of the 5 star criteria.

One of the worst DD's. They are consistently out of product. Today there were out of plain bagels and Boston Cream donuts as well as bacon.

Man! I hate this. I was so excited that a DD was opening up in my backyard only to find this is the worse run DD in Hills. Co. Everyone in line was pissed. The cashiers don't listen to your order, causing you to repeat yourself 3x, and tying up the line. By 9am they were out of most donuts, only to say they were baking more. I don't think this franchise owner knows what he's doing. I'll wait a month before I return. Until then, I'll march myself over to the Starbucks across the street.

The location had so much potential. After being in business directly across the street from our office for a few years... The location still has potential. This establishment, specifically the management and the owners. Not so much. One of the first and probably the biggest problems is clearly the ability to manage staff. The vast majority of the staff couldn't care less that you want to dash in for a quick cup of coffee and donut without having to wait an eternity for inventory that isn't there. Thats the walk in experience. Like you're bothering them. I don't mind if your goth or have a million tattoos and piercings, I mind if your attitude sucks and you are providing crappy service. I have watched the manager in this store on a least 2 separate occasions argue with customers to the point of almost fistfighting. In addition to this, talking crap behind a customers back when you are around a corner to your staff is just immature, and you need to be fired. The drive through window service is abhorrent. I have experienced a 15 car line with an average wait time of 3-5 minutes per car. Watched half the line of cars bail out and go somewhere else. As an example, the Starbucks just across the street can work a 20 car line in less than 10 minutes in it's entirety. The SAD part is.. I like Dunkin better! I suffer through Starbucks because of the service experience at this store.

This dunkin is constantly out of products. I've asked for special orders of salt bagels and was told "no" by more than one manager. This location is on my way to work so I have stopped here several times. The service is so terrible that it seriously feels like the staff has a personal vendetta against me. I imagine as part of their employee training they are shown a photo of my car and told to give me the wrong product, charge me the wrong price, ask me to pull forward and then forget about me, and just generally act like A holes towards me. I swear I'm not a rude person and I have genuine empathy toward fast food employees, I understand their jobs are difficult and I don't seek to make them more so. However I don't understand what's going on at this place, maybe they are understaffed or not being trained or all relatives of the manager? Once the guy at the drive-thru fumbled a hot coffee and it spilled all over me. I pulled forward and got out of the car to try to clean the hot coffee off my lap. You would think someone would have tried to help, brought some napkins out, even just asked "are you all right?" but instead they went back to work like nothing had happened. Understocked and overwhelmed, save yourself the hassle and hit up the Starbucks across the street.

This place is now a consistent favorite, never a bad or questionable experience at all- and I'm an absolute grump in the mornings!
