Slowest Dunkin on the planet. The people are nice but it takes forever to place then receive your order. I waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to receive their food before anyone took my order. No matter how long the drive thru line is you are better off waiting in it vs going inside. Every time I go inside it takes forever. Perhaps I have learned my lesson.

TL;DR - stand in a long line to get served donuts with an attitude I like Dunkin Donuts, just not this particular store When you have a good product, you'll usually have a line and should plan accordingly. This place doesn't seem to understand that. The few times I've been here, they've run out of the more popular donuts, leaving you to choose from the weird, stepchild ones. If that wasn't bad enough, there's always a line with a grumpy cashier waiting to greet you. My last gripe is the fact that a dozen donuts are close to being 9 bucks which is ridiculous. They use to be 6 bucks a dozen. For a dollar or 2 more, you can get better gourmet donuts up the road. I'll swing by this location if its convenient but avoid it otherwise

Friendly and quick service at 10am yesterday. I ordered 3 1/2 dozen donuts and were thrilled to learn they are peanut-free. I ordered a dozen glazed, a dozen chocolate, a dozen sprinkled and a half dozen iced. I thought their prices were a little high, but got what I needed.

The coffee is inconsistent.. Sometimes it tastes old. I always have to pull up to the white line to wait for an order which should only take 30 seconds to complete. When I order food, sometimes I get told it's simply unavailable. Don't expect a smile from the employees either. They act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them business.

The worst Dunkin Donuts in the world. Or at least in the Top 5. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese but the guy making the food didn't want to make it. I sat waiting for a long time. Finally I was asked what I'm waiting for and then yelling came from the guy in the back saying he didn't want to make it. The manager tried to force him to make it and then I said No I do Not want him to make it. Please refund my money. I did get a refund but it's unbelievable that guy still has a job or at least disciplined and told to go home. Manager didn't even say a word.... Not coming back here.

Really slow. Food is normal microwaved stuff from a package. Just takes 20 mins for a coffee.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. The food is fine, not good, just fine. But the service stinks. No one is ever friendly. They never have anything ready, so you have to "pull up to the white line" even though there are hardly any cars in line. And they also forget part of your order. The manager needs to read Yelp reviews. Everybody can't be wrong. I no longer order food, just coffee. And even THAT takes forever.

It is a crime to have such terrible service at a doughnut shop. With coffee this delicious, I really wish they could get their act together. The service is terrible, they constantly run out of doughnuts, and I have to double check my orders before I leave the drive thru to make sure I have the correct order. There are many other locations in the Bay area that I recommend over this locale, but unfortunately, it's the closest to my house so I keep going back for more punishment.

Umm no. I drove there on Mother's Day and pulled up to a huge line at the drive thru. Waited probably 10-20 minutes and ordered the 5 remaining donuts (of my favorite flavor) they had left at 10:20 in the morning. How disappointing!!! There was almost NO filling!!!! Maybe enough to fill a baby spoon! I used to like donuts but for some reason the DD here is nothing like it is up north. I just don't even bother. The last time before this I went they didn't even have the kind I like. I guess it's probably better to give up eating donuts anyway. I'm still amazed they ran out of donuts at Dunkin Donuts before 11am lol. Why even have a store?

The service here is absolutely horrendous! It's always extremely dirty here also. The donuts are always hard and never fresh, no matter what time of day I go! I go here every couple months to give it another chance. I always leave with regret, very annoyed, and unsatisfied with what I bought.

This DD location takes a long time to get your order prepared. They are usually out of many doughnuts. Their selection seems to be smaller than other locations. Once you get your food it is usually good as you can tell they have just prepared it.

Not sure where to start on this store. The food is fine, so the problem has nothing to with the way the food is delivered to you or how it tastes. However getting what you ordered is sometimes a problem. I don't understand how a store that has the work 'Donut" in it's name could possibly run out of donuts or munchkins....But these guys sure are able to do it. I've been to this store repeatedly, at different times of the day, and at different times of the week. But there are lots of occurrences of this store running out of donuts; and i mean GLAZED DONUTS... i thought was their main staple. Also, and this is very annoying, but it seems like no matter what you order, the drive-thru window will have you pull up to the next white line an d someone will bring your order out to you. This is at at different times of the day, different times of the week, and mostly with NO OTHER CAR BEHIND ME. Why do we need to do this Dunkin donut???? By the way the Dunkin Donuts on North dale Mabry is perfectly fine and they know what they are doing, I am just usually headed in the other direction on, Ehrlich so going to that store would be out of the way...Guys please clean this up..All of your customers are on to and there is failing trust in your store.
