Now I know this is a chain restaurant and why do a review on a chain but I'm doing it anyway. I've been to this location many times over the past couple years. I normally prefer iHop over Denny's but that's for another day. I try not to come here cause it's not the best service but it's also not the worst. You get what you pay for. Last night ( a Saturday evening/early morning) my girls and I went for a bite. I ordered the slammish. It is a maple toast sandwich with everything inside of it. Sausage, egg, Ham, cheese. I also got the side of season fries. My twin order in her drunk state... the chicken tender dinner. Half her chicken was burnt. When our server showed the "chef"....she came and said "they can't get it any lighter or it will be raw on the inside". Whatever that meant....I guess you either get burnt chicken tenders or light raw ones. My other friend also ordered the chicken tenders but with Buffalo sause. For her side she wanted cheese fries...our waitress proceeds to bring out a plate of fries that with a slice of pepper Jack cheese and some cold Cheddar cheese. Here goes your cheese fries!! Well let's just repeat after me "you get what you pay for" the theme of all Denny's across the world!

I have to say this Denny's has such a horrendous odor that smells like urine when you enter it. The food here is mediocre, and service here isn't the best but what do you expect coming here late at night when people are tired so I wouldn't knock anybody because I know what working the grave yard shift is like. Improvement: 1. Entrance needs cleaning 2. The cooks need to love and appreciate they have a job, and serve people like this is their family members. 3. Have staff work on values, and always act like they care about the customer needs, and throw on their bubbly "I WANT A GOOD TIP VOICE" Just throwing that out their because a nice and pleasant person who constantly is consistent with attending customer needs I can assure you will get a nice tip.

Forgot my lunch for work so we ordered lunch to go at Denny's. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ burger & was so hungry by the time we picked it up that I forgot to take a picture. It was very yummy looking & I wasn't even thinking about you guys as I ate it. It is served on a cheddar bun & it was DELICIOUS & just as described on the menu. The fries were a little cold, but I can't hold that against them, as we all know better then to order fries to go. I would have liked to have a few more of them however. Overall, our order was correct as ordered & I had a nice size burger for my belly. We have ordered from there before & they will probably be one of our regular lunch places in the future.

Came here late at night, the service was okay but they brought our food out separately. By time I got my order, my boyfriend had finished eating his meal. This restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. There was Trash all over the floor and everything looked dirty. For as slow as they were lastnight, the staff definitely had time to clean. Won't be coming back again.

It does take a lot of time to get service here. I was left standing at the cash register waiting to make an order for more than 10 minutes with all the waitresses walking up to the register and walking away without saying anything before I walked away.

I decided to have breakfast at Dennys this morning. The server came over to me and seated me and introduced herself and told me she would be my server. She smiled at me while introducing herself. Her name is Amanda and she is a very pleasant. individual. Service with a smile! I had a T-bone steak and it was prepared just the way I like it along with egg whites and wheat pancakes. The food was very good.

In the ghettooooooooooo. This place is awful. From patrons screaming "Where's mah shit?!" to them charging a dollar extra just to sprinkle some seasoning salt on some fries, this place is overly stuffed with fail. Care to check out a historical museum to watch some primitive behavior in action? This is the place for you!

My friends and I decided to have breakfast after having a blast at Hard Rock Casino. We wanted to go to Ihop, however there was not any around. Actually this was the only place you could dine-in at the time in the area. It was 3:30 in the morning on Sun.... When we got to the hostess stand, it seemed people were waiting just to be seated. 10 min after we got there,,,the line got even bigger but no one was being helped. About after 15 min later, we were finally seated at a table... Our watiress was very nice and she quickly took our order. However the food took about 1 hour to come out. We were all having fun talking so we did not really mind waiting....but if we were starving that would have been a little different story. Since our waitress was nice and the food was good, I am giving it 3 stars. I hope they work on their management and figure out that maybe they do need more staffs for mid night shifts on weekends.

Bizarre experience on hellsborough ave. Loser duke fans and late night god freak biz meetings. Waitress was cool. Truck stop rugged woman. Decent eggs and taters. Way too much grits and WAY too much butter. Security guard did a fantastic job maintaining order despite the riots in ybor on st pattys day. May return out of desperation but hopefully would be more drunk with a designated driver so we wont remember it the next day.
