Breakfast was a disaster from the moment we were seated. The waitress had a nasty attitude as if it was too much for her to seat us in a booth on the other side of the room. The items we ordered looked different from the pictures in the menu. I had the CINN-A-STACK® which was supposed to be "a stack of four fluffy buttermilk pancakes layered with a luscious cinnamon roll filling, drizzled with rich cream cheese icing and topped with whipped topping." False advertising! My meal looked like it was sitting in the window for a while. Tasted a bit dry. My drink, the Splashberry was pretty decent, The waitress messed up my cousin's order by bringing the wrong order of pancakes. My other cousin's to-go drink tasted like cough syrup. It was just not what we had hoped.

The food is great and the staff was super friendly. Lots of vegetarian options, but vegans are out of luck for the most part. Try the fruit-flavored syrups.

Server was prompt and attentive. Food was quick to the table. But, it is IHOP food. Nothin' special. Once you've eaten at one IHOP, you've eaten at them all. So, basically what you're lookin' for is quality service. This IHOP is tops of those I visited in the area. 3 stars is the most I can give ANY IHOP, and this one earns all three.

I normally don't review chain restaurants, because there are usually no surprises at them. This is your typical Ihop, blue roof, a plethora of pancake options, a variety of syrups on the table etc. I came here with a friend at 11:00 on a Saturday morning and both of our breakfasts were just as delicious as we expected. Now, the reason for the review. My friend from Italy was visiting and staying in Sunrise and I promised to take him out for a typical American breakfast. We met at this location which was convenient for both of us. Of course, it was very busy on a weekend morning but the staff did a very good job at shuffling people in and out. My friend was running late as he got a little lost so I sat at the table by myself for about 10 minutes. When the waitress came by, Miss Betty, I told her I was waiting for a friend who was a little bit lost. When my friend came Miss Betty came back to take our order. She said to me "Did you meet him over the internet"? I was quite shocked, what a strange statement!! I asked her why she asked that and she told me that I looked familiar and she thought she saw me online meeting men. WTF?! I told her that I thought that was a very inappropriate thing to say. What was worse was that my friend did not understand the conversation so I had to explain it to him which was awkward. I wanted him to have an enjoyable experience. Then, there was the clientele of this particular establishment. At the table right next to us was a momma, a baby, and a baby daddy. (an assumption on my part, but I'm usually pretty good at these things). The baby daddy was very interested in the music that was playing on his headphones but when the 2 year old did something wrong (how does a 2 year old do something wrong)?! he was sure to yell at him. Thank goodness the baby's large plate of French fries kept him busy for the rest of the time. At another table someone was literally listening to music out loud on their cell phone, and another table was fighting, loudly, with the waitress. It was all very distracting and I could not enjoy my breakfast with my friend. All in all I would never go back to this restaurant during a busy time, I would definitely pick one in another part of town.

So last night, at around midnight, my boyfriend and I decided to grab a bite. We called the iHOP closest to our home since they are "open 24 hours". Last time we went for pick up, the food was ready right on time, service was good (over the phone and in store) and so was the food, downside no BBQ sauce. So, when I called last night, they answered the phone as usual, and when I said I needed to place an order for pick up they told me the restaurant was closed for maintenance so we went to our local Denny's. I have never heard of this before, closed for maintenance? Sounded to me like they just didn't feel like taking the order. My boyfriend and I used to go to Denny's all the time for midnight snacks, we really like their moons over my hammy. We recently went to iHOP with a friend and we really liked their version. However, after this experience and terrible service at previous location, we will stay with Denny's where we've never had a problem.

First time ever heard that we can't order any regular entrees after 10 PM. Been told they closed the fish fridge already, not run out of fish, but just can't cook because it's after 10PM. Chief doesn't know how to cook chicken florentine, the waiter told him it's just egg crepes and chicken (seriously). I worked in restaurants, I can tell tons of bullshits going on when they don't want serve any regular items on the menu (to you or certain customers). I won't dare to eat even if they made exception and cook them. So I went to ROK (korean restaurant down the street) instead, gave them my $5 tip and came home with tons of nicely cooked food.

MICROWAVED Mac n cheese & Bland grilled cheese. Waitress was very unpleasant and unhappy Telling me yeah it's microwaved they don't go and cook the noodles everyday I'm very disappointed that Ihop says restaurant, it should say nasty fast food

I ordered breakfast and before I could blink my food was served exactly the way I ordered it. My waitress was so personable and great and I listened to the other servers and they were just the best. I'll be back
