So I stumbled over here after a few beers at The Brass Tap. Great. Employyees are extremely friendly. They offer whatever they can to help you The food is great. And the fries are yummy. This is my go to after a few drinks. Yay!

Good burgers but the absolute slowest service you'll ever experience. It's not unusual to wait 30-45 minutes for a burger. Fast food it's not.

It is what it is, fast food. It's tasty, and the employees are friendly and courteous. Depending on which location and time of day you go will affect the atmosphere, ie: W. Tennessee St. at 2 am, but if you're hungry, you can count on Whataburger.

Whataburger is typical fast food - good burgers but nothing too special. However, the staff here has been wonderful every time I have stopped in. They are extremely friendly, offer recommendations, and check to see if you like your food. They deserve some recognition for staying upbeat in a tough industry like fast food.

I have wonderful memories of Whataburger -- the flavorful burgers, the decadent shakes, the way-salty fries, the super-friendly staff... I've been here during panic-inducingly short lunch periods during high school. I've been here with a bunch of friends on the way to a concert or party. I've stopped by just for a shake. I've come with my colleagues in the middle of a bad day at work. And -- my favorite memory -- I've celebrated here with my sister and the rest of her wedding party and several friends after the wedding reception...at 3 in the morning. (Yes, we still had our fancy wedding clothes on! The up-do, however, was long gone by then.) I love the Jr. Whopper with double meat. The fries are only good fresh, but they are they way I like them -- not too crispy and dry, with a little give and tenderness without being limp or oily. And lotsa lotsa flavor. And over the many, many, many years, the service has had many faces but has remained consistently cheery and of good, helpful humor. It says a great deal about the quality of leadership here, does it not? Great price for tasty food for any occasion -- especially your sister's after-wedding party!

This is a very old location. Call it a classic! From the time I walked in the door I could tell this location was incredibly clean! All workers were busy and not standing around talking they were upbeat and vey positive. I cannot believe that I am reviewing a Whataburger but I am just so impressed by this location. Now my food- the honey butter chicken biscuit came highly recommended. Being hungry, I ordered the meal which came with potato sticks and a drink. The drink area was spotless and the tea fresh. There were no spills anywhere. My order was brought out to me by a friendly person that offered me my choice of condiments. This did not feel like a fast food joint! Just remember - this is Whataburger but just because of the employees and management, not to mention that chicken biscuit, it is 5 stars!! I never give 5 stars to chains.

This place is awful!! I went there to get a good burger but instead I got food poisoned. This place is a terrible place that no one should ever go to. I'm never going back!

I usually shy away from rating chains, especially fast food (how different are francises usually?), but in this case I felt the need to make an exception. The food was fairly standard, though I would consider it to be on the upper end of fast food burgers. The service, however, set them apart. I interacted with several employees and all were extremely friendly. I felt they actually cared about my experience as a customer, as opposed to most fast food places where there is almost an annoyance that they have to take your order. It was quite refreshing and unexpected! If I ever have future hankerings for some Whataburger, one can bet that I will be revisiting this location.

I'm giving this a 5 because I'm always so ecstatic to scarf it down! I occasionally make it down to Tally for FSU football games and I have to make a stop at this Whataburger when I come through town. Never had any issues here. Always satisfied.

My office is down the street. A real, old-style fast food place. Burgers are very good; onion rings good to very good; same for the fries. What really sets this off as different is the service. EXCELLENT! These folks are educated, courteous and super nice. If I were going to a fast-food place---I can think of nothing much better in Tallahassee except maybe Steak n Shake.

Whataburger wasn't what it used to be, so I've been told by older folks. Whataburger actually had burgers that were huge! Now they've sold out big-time and sort of just lined up with the other average burger joints covering the USA. This place was average, like the other reviewers state, it's pretty average. Nothing spectacular, they are open late, most Whataburgers are open late. Some don't close at all! Over-all there's nothing unique about the food at this Whataburger, the service was speedy at this location, I had no troubles. They do offer these nicely colored Whataburger mugs, I did like those.
