    1. Order accuracy 2. Processing time 3. How bad of a genocidal atrocity is the bathroom? 4. Seating situation These are the four cardinal attributes of a Starbucks, the vital statistics that can convey, in four brief phrases and even, perhaps, four mere numbers, a location's performance (see my case study in the forthcoming edition of "I Have Spent Several Months Out of Work Before and Am Now a Starbucks Expert Quarterly"). Order accuracy - 5 stars I perform grotesque Island of Dr. Moreau-like genetic modifications on their drinks and have been given the wrong beverage maybe once Processing time - 3.5 stars They are highly efficient in both the drive thru (which is the chief bottleneck at peak flow times...which in a Starbucks this conveniently located is essentially every minute it's open of course) and also at the counter. It's just, they're always, ALWAYS busy. The bathroom?! - 4 stars This is on Starbucks standards, which are admittedly low. They seem to clean it a lot, and other than the inexplicable universality of bathrooms that completely lack ventilation, spending time in their lavatory doesn't inescapably call man's worst acts of hatred against man to mind. Seating Situation - 4 stars The comfortable patio adds 1 star to this rating. The interior is small, though not cramped with seats, presenting a sometimes amusing but usually frustrating musical chairs for grownups, teenagers, the general unemployed, and people weirdly talking with four other people about two different bible concordances one of which is in Czech. Overall, a solid Starbucks, nothing to steer clear of, to be sure.

This is your typical Starbucks: expensive coffee, friendly service, and difficult to find a table because Mac users are busy "working on their novels" 24/7. The drive-thru line at this location is usually ridiculous, and since a drunk person apparently designed the parking lot where this Starbucks is located, it often blocks the entrance to the entire shopping center. Just park and go inside. You'll save time, gas, and help patch that giant hole in the ozone layer. Being that I don't like paying high prices for things that I can make at home and/or have more calories than a Cliff bar, I just ordered a tall Pike Place roast to go. It was hot, it was coffee, and I was satisfied. Should I require more caffeine and am too lazy to turn on my own coffee pot, I'd return to this location.

I'm not sure who you are, but the this Starbucks location has the best drive-thru greater, that I have ever witnessed. If you have ever heard a voice over in a really cheesy car commercial, well, this guy nailed the impersonation of that! Also, my Grande Bold was great!

Down with Starbucks. Starbucks is the perfect example of Capitalism at its finest. Now, most people may not know how Starbucks coffee has come to be. Starbucks is extremely cut-throat when it comes to paying for the green coffee that farmers from all around the globe have worked hard for and are dependent on to feed there families. You will not see a sign of fair trade with Starbucks, they have there own term. No matter what they call it, the definition of it is stealing. I hope all take not of this and do the research for yourself.

Clean and right off the freeway. Very convenient! Service was also nice. Our server was pleasant and didn't seem fazed with the too many orders my family made :0) Will return if I drive by this area!

Fairly typical Starbucks. This one is nice because there are lots of glass windows making it seem open and bright. We received our drinks quickly and the staff was very friendly. Restrooms were reasonably clean and well stocked, but the table area could have been a little more clean and tidy.

A very basic Starbucks experience. I have had to stop here a few times when my normal Starbucks on North Monroe was not avaialble. Basic service, nothing special.

This Starbucks knows what good customer service means. They had already cashed out their money for the night but since we pulled up, literally, a minute before closing time but they not only took our order pleasantly but gave it to us on the house. We frequently travel this route multiple times a year, we will be making this location a mandatory pit stop.

Way too busy, my coffee has not been what I ordered the last 2 times. The cup is slacked filled with foam. Staff is very friendly.

Starbucks - always tasty. Drive through is easy to get to, and located right off of I-10.

Clean and efficient. Popular with locals and travelers off the interstate. Come here regularly and the staff will learn your name and your drink.

You know, it's a Starbucks. It is what it is. I try not to frequent here or any of them as often as I can but when you crack out on caffeine six times a day, a fix is a fix. This location, along with the one in the Tallahassee mall and the one near Southwood have the distinction of being the only respectable coffee option in their areas (the mall being a captive area). Au Peche Mignon would be the exception for an espresso, but alas they've got limited hours. This particular Starbucks sits at that nexus between shopping and dining near the I-10/Thomasville interchange and is on the smaller side. There's limited seating but that's tempered by the relatively low traffic volume so finding a table probably presents little trouble most days; I never sit here, just grab a shot to go (there's a drive-thru, by the way). If it's not Sunday or Monday, not too early in the morning and not too late in the afternoon, go to Au Peche Mignon in Market Square across Thomasville instead. Better for your soul and taste buds, plus the pastries are legit.

Another great Starbucks location right off I-10 entering Tallahassee east bound very convenient and great service. Clean restrooms and the store seemed to be clean as well for as busy as they were when we arrived. Located in the parking lot adjacent to a Trader Joes so there is plenty of parking.

"The lights are on, but no one is home", that's how I would describe their customer service. Despite a long drive thru line and a busy atmosphere inside, there was no line at the register. I probably stood there for over a minute before any of the 6-8 staff looked my way. Even after being seen standing there, not one person said we'll be right with you. It seems that unless your specific job function is to interact with customers, ignoring the people that pay your salary is the way to go here. I'm not expecting the world here, just acknowledgement that I am indeed not invisible. After handing me a cold cheese danish, I was served my coffee in quick fashion. Unfortunately, the barista could not delegate the oh-so incredible task of heating up a danish. I wouldn't expect her to do that (after all, she is making coffee at a Starbucks), but she should have found one of the other team members to warm it up. Instead, she sent me to the other end of the counter. That's lame customer service. In summary, this seems to be a classic case of quantity over quality of service. Not exactly earth shattering, but I expect and have had better customer service from Starbucks.

In middle of a rainstorm the fine folks of this BuckStar were polite, quick and efficient in getting me my fix before battling the storm ahead. I really enjoyed my iced coffee and everyone else in the car agreed that the preparation was super fast.

This is the most poorly managed Starbucks in the Tallahassee area. The service is inefficient and disorganized. Though having been there many times, there always seems to be a new face behind the counter - turnover is high (to me, an indication of poor management). I stopped there today. There were very few customers, about three inside (counting myself) and one or two in the drive-through, yet, with at least four or five Starbucks employees on duty they couldn't seem to get it together. I was in a hurry, so a kept it pretty simple - just a tall Latte' to go. It took an exceedingly long time, as the barista had no help from the other 3 or 4 staff behind the counter, one of whom was ordering herself a rather fancy drink that she partially made, then had the barista finish, and then proceeded to the end of the counter to drink and sort of half-hearted contributed to some tasks that had nothing to do with serving customers. At the same time, as the barista got further behind (did not seem very experienced to begin with), with the drive-through emptied out and three of us still waiting at the counter for drinks, the rest of the staff, instead of helping the barista, all started other tasks - taking out the garbage, puttering around back and forth to the back room, etc. I've been in this location many times because it's in a very convenient and prime location next to I-10 and Thomasville Rd., so, having experienced the inconsistent, often slow service before, I was hesitant to stop in there today, because, I was in a hurry with a number of other commitments on my plate. I really regretted the decision, because, I should have known better. So, a few pointers - 1.) do not tip at this location until AFTER you receive your order, 2.) consider going 3 miles North on Thomasville Rd. to the Starbucks at Thomasville & Kerry Forest Parkway, where the service is almost always excellent, and staff turnover far less, or, 3.) if you don't have time or want to go a few miles up the road, and you don't absolutely have to have a Starbucks, consider just going across the opposite side of the same plaza to the Brueggers, which has pretty decent coffee and service and good bagels of course.

The coffee's good, and during the day the Starbucks is nice, but it does tend to get really crowded periodically, and, for a Starbucks, it is quite noisy. Frequently, there are Laptop Campers there from dawn until dusk, which though I do not oppose them per se, they take over all of the tables, relegating us "talkers" to the less favored areas, and they frequently take all of the chairs for themselves as well. It also doesn't help that at night, the shopping center is almost entirely abandoned, and it must be one of the sketchiest things i have ever seen at night, where Lord only knows what goes down in the Parking Lot. If you need a coffee fix, it's fine, but don't plan to stay there, especially at night.

I love this place! How can you write a review about Starbucks that hasn't already been said before? I'm a coffeaholic - this place rocks - especially this location :-) The scones are tasty too!

This place is great! I go there all the time with my sister. It has a good drive-thru and an amazing interior.
