Great Starbucks. The employees were very kind, the place is clean, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and my drink was made very quickly. The only downside to this location is the fact that it's on a busy street and there is very minimal parking. Other than that, this is a great place to chill or study.

To me, the first day of fall is when I drink my first pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. Today was that day my friends! I gathered a group of my closest gfs and went to the nearest Starbucks to enjoy our PSLs together. Starbucks has modified everyone's favorite drink by adding actual pumpkin to its equation to give it that extra punch of fall that nobody believe could happen but it totally did! This location has had a face-lift for the better! Its outside matches its insides with a sleek and welcoming atmosphere. Though the inside sitting is a little cramped they offer a rather large patio for guest to enjoy. The parking is still limited but we were able to find prime parking since we went during off hours.

Run of the mill Starbucks. They have a drive-through and indoor/outdoor seating. However, as some reviewers have mentioned, it is not the place for a study session since it is loud inside and outside (traffic is constant). Parking is extremely limited and at peak hours the drive through line is a block down Tennessee. WiFi available and standard Starbucks music. They've run out of soymilk late in the morning so although the staff are OK, this is not the best location. Try again.

I hate this Starbucks. Rude service, constantly gets drinks wrong. The drive thru line loops around the establishment. People at the drive thru are particularly rude. I usually park at Proof or the mattress store because the line at this one is impossible, and parking is also a pain. I'm glad for the DD down the road, at least there is other options.

Got my drink wrong two times in a row through the drive thru. Had to then go inside and wait for them to finally help me. I finally received my drink plus attitude from the employees

Typical SB but NO INTERNET!? The drink orders were served in a decent amount of time but paying over $40 for 4 people and not having internet is unacceptable.

Friendly starbucks that's kinda difficult to get to. Beware of the dip turning in off Tennessee. I scraped the bottom of my car on it. Otherwise pretty good

Good coffee. But always crowded, hard to find parking, and hard to get in and out (entrance and exit has a huge bump/hill- everyone's bumper scratches on it)

I go here all the time with my girlfriend to get drinks. I always get a venti hot chocolate (simple enough), and she always gets a venti hot caramel mocha without whipped cream and sugar free syrup (still not that hard). We just got back from getting drinks again and it was terrible. Somehow they managed to put a lot of caramel syrup into my hot chocolate, and after mishearing my girlfriend when she said venti, they gave her a grande (we weren't mad). We brought it to their attention and they kindly apologized and made a bigger one for her. However, now we had three drinks, and none of them tasted good at all. Both of hers tasted spoiled and nothing like the usual one she gets, and I hate the taste of caramel (a different problem in itself, I know), but it was disappointing driving back across town, not realizing the mistakes they'd made, and wasting $10 on drinks we ended up dumping down the sink. Not the best experience.

I hate the parking here. The main reason? Because I usually have to park at Chick-Fil-A to get here. Also, the drive thru line is ridiculous. I know this isn't the fault of Starbucks - people are inherently lazy and would rather sit in their car for 20 minutes and wait for coffee than actually use their legs and go into the store and wait for 10 minutes. The cafe itself is okay - it's decorated like a normal Starbucks and doesn't have any surprises. I do like the large amount of outdoor seating, though, but wish they would enforce the "no smoking" signs that they put on every table. Other than these things, it's Starbucks. You'll pay $5-$7 for your coffee, and you'll like it.

If I checked in here every time I was here I'd either crash my car or it would be extremely obviously that I'm having a love affair with coffee. Disclaimer: I've never actually been inside if this particular Starbucks. I am a drivethru gal. If you are on Tennessee street trying to turn left into this drivethru I'm gonna tell you right now, don't even bother trying. If people are actually trying to make a u turn on that light then all you're doing is delaying them from making that u turn because it is extremely difficult to get in there like that. The people that work the drivethru are usually friendly. Especially in the morning. I'm not the type of persons that enjoys overly happy people when I haven't even had a cup of coffee, but they manage to control themselves in the morning and help me with my order always. If you're on your way to work, be sure to hit this Starbucks up before the college kids start to bombard it or you'll be waiting for a good 15 minutes. But I will keep going back here because I love the coffee and they usually never run out of the flavored I want in my latte.

I'm new to this area but am always a fan of the standards Starbucks upholds. I'm used to 24 hour starbucks so it took sometime to get used to but overall, the hours at this one is good enough and more than reasonable. The drive-thru gets really busy and sometimes dangerous because you can only fit about 4-5 cars before the menu and the speakerbox, so sometimes you'll get cars piliing out onto the highway (Tennessee St. - a very busy street). Inside though, is a hit or miss. Sometimes the baristas are very friendly, and sometimes they are just friendly with each other and forget the customer. Other times, because of the high volume of drive-thru patrons all the time, you end up waiting a long time before your drink or snack is made.

I was dead tired and desperate, and at first the frighteningly perky girl at the drive through speaker kind of annoyed me, but when I got up to the window, there she was, smiling like a hallmark card and offering me a free (perfectly poured) shot of espresso with perfect amount of raw sugar and cream ("I had to brew two shots anyway, and you sound like you could use this"). The coffee was the usual Pike Place, but the espresso was perfect, in taste and price. I've been back a couple of times since then, and always get great service. The one downside is that the drive through can be a little crowded and it can be hard to make that left turn at the light into the parking lot.

I stop here pretty much everyday on my way to school. The staff is always cheerful and polite and on more than one occasion have made my day with a joke or compliment. It's kind of inconvenient because the drive-thru line is so short, and it has a tendency to back up and sometimes block traffic on Tennessee St in the mornings. It generally dissipates pretty quickly as the baristas are fast and good at what they do.

What can I say that hasn't been said before? I love Starbucks! From the coffees, the general vibe of the place, amazing scones, to the fact that I can pay at the register by letting them scan my iPhone's Starbucks app. Just tried a cappuccino tonight! Delicious!!!!
