Stayed two nights for business. Great central location. Clean property. Clean rooms. Great shower pressure. Breakfast was simple but good. Great coffee. Central to restaurants. Will stay there again on next trip to Tallahassee.

Really horrid customer experience from the top down. If you're staying here for a football game beware that this hotel hosts the FSU team and you will NOT be able to check into your room until after the game and expect to pay in excess of $250/night. Sophia- the manager has awful customer service skills and does not wish to accommodate guests in any way. The overall response here is "If it's that much of an inconvenience just cancel". After a week long struggle with the local property as well as the corporate customer service we decided to cancel our stay so I can' speak on the quality of a room just the kind of service you can expect. Luckily not all Hampton Inn's are this bad but be sure to stay away from this one!

I have stayed at this particular Hampton on two other occasions and have always been satisfied. My room was clean, the staff pleasant and the complimentary breakfast more than adequate. It must be the southern touch, but the staff at the desk and breakfast buffet could not have been nicer. WiFi was free and easy to use.

Terrible - staff and service. The facilities are nothing special. Certainly not worth the mark up price 3x the normal price if you are booking for a football games. The problem is that they placed our luggage in two separate rooms other than the 1 they assigned us - one of which was under a complete stranger's name!!! Incompetent and uncaring staff. They could have cared less about the mistakes that were made or desire to help us find our bags. Mind blown. I've never stayed at a Hampton Inn before and if others are anything close to this, I think I'd rather stay in my car if all the hotels are booked.

Four-night stay for a training. Location was great for my purposes with plenty of restaurants nearby. Great service! Check-in and check-out were smooth processes and staff was always friendly, wearing bright smiles. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety--oatmeal, boiled eggs, potatoes, sausage or ham, scrambled eggs, breads and pastries, waffles made to order, fruit, yogurt. All day availability of fruit and warm drinks is great. Beds were comfortable and warm. Complimentary toiletries were nice to have in the bathroom along with knowing they had plenty others in the lobby. Blow dryer, iron, and ironing board came in handy during my stay. Definitely a hotel I would recommend to others!

Stayed one night on a trip to UF just before Xmas. It was wonderful. Staff was VERY polite and attentive. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and had lots of options. Waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, toast etc. Cookies were warm when we checked in. Coffee all the time in the lobby. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Free newspaper. Great location. Price was right too.

Very very pleased and a happy customer! Janice and Brenda were super duper helpful with the breakfast buffet! I give them an A ++! Almost felt like we where at an actual restaurant as they practically served us our coffee and waffle or anything we needed constantly attending to the patrons. Arrived and had a mishap with our room but beds were super comfy and made sure we were super satisfied, Thank you Manager Thomas :) would definitely stay again!

Great service at this hotel. The only reason why I am only giving 4 stars is the fact that the beds were a bit small. You get 2 double beds and the rooms are fairly cramped. Bathroom needed a makeover and the shower curtain was dirty. Big plus: Breakfast, which is served between 6-10 am. The lady setting up breakfast had the best attitude and was very friiendly. Menu: Bananas,Apples, Oranges, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, pasteries, toast, muffins, bagles, juices, honey, jams, peanut butter, boiled eggs, grits, fresh fruit salad, tea and coffee. Great breakfast = happy customer.

Great price. Lowest of any Hampton I've stayed in. Clean. It is not located in a bad area. Staff was helpful. I will stay here again.

I had issues with the internet during my stay. After I completed customer service survey I was nicely surprised to hear from the GM that I would be receiving a refund for my stay because of the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Two months later, several emails and phones calls to the GM and her assistant I still don't have a refund. Nor were either courteous enough to respond to the emails or call me back. I guess the 100% satisfaction guarantee is a myth.

This is an adequate Hampton Inn with excellent staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean but they are in need of some renovation with an emphasis on adding power outlets, improving bathroom fixtures, etc. Still, it is quiet and the price is very competitive. Would stay again.

Dump. Filthy. Smelly bathroom. I saw house keepers not sure what they were doing. Pool is closed during tourist season, thankfully a tropical storm hit so we couldn't swim anyway. Can't complain because we used points. Will never stay here again.
