You couldn't pay me to eat at Crisper's. It is none of those chain places you get sucked into returning to when trying to accommodate the eats of a group of people. It ain't fancy and everything tastes highly processed... Because it is.

Crispers is like the cousin of that one more popular restaurant that everyone knows about, but they never hungout with the cousin so they do not realize how much cooler he is. The underdog that does not get too much attention. I honestly am glad I finally gave him a chance. Fresh and Delicious place. They offer soups, salads, sandwiches, flat-breads, and flat-bread salads. You can get a full size of each, a half size of each, or a pick 2 thing of two half sizes. I ended up getting a half size of the Thai Chicken Flatbread and a bowl of the Kickin Crab Chowder. Wow oh wow that chowder has to have been one of the best things I have ever tasted. Thick and creamy with the right amount of veggies and meat. I do not know what they put in the mix or where the ingredients came from, but I am hooked. I could get a cup of that every time I go. The flat breads were pretty average. They do have dessert and gelato here too! Service is quick and they seem to not be very busy or crowded. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Price is not too bad. I will come here again!

Average lunch joint with the inevitable you-choose-two on soup, salad, sandwich. "Kickin' crab chowder" was actually very good, nicely spiced, very thick, good crab flavor (although obviously corn, much cheaper, was dominant.) The Reuben sandwich was a little overtoasted and had very little Russian dressing and a little too much kraut (given how much I love sauerkraut this is quite the criticism.) I sampled some very average potato salad, too. A little too expensive for the quality - the bowl (not cup) of soup and the half sandwich plus a soda was north of $10 - but if you need a place to go with coworkers where everyone can find something they like, this is it.

Looked like cafeteria food, yet it was quite tasty. The location was extremely under staffed but they still held a positive attitude, which always makes the experience alot better.

I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered lunch from Crispers in the last few years. I have never been disappointed with the taste or portions of the soups, salads, and sandwiches. I have a few favorites, but I think I've nearly tried all of the items on the menu The staff members have all been friendly, and service is always quick. If you have the opportunity to go to Crispers, do it!

We love this chain for a quick, healthy lunch. Their flat bread salads are my favorite! Decent prices and yummy options!

Nothing bad to say about the food. Good soups, fresh salads, great bread. I actually would like to go to Crispers right now and binge eat from their dessert bar. Honestly, the place is so good that I'd think about purging in their clean bathrooms in order to make room for more food. Then again, probably not. Why 4 stars rather than 5? On our last visit to Crispers, my girlfriend ordered some type of tuna salad. Tuna Nicoise? I don't know. A salad which was supposed to come with a few roasted potatoes among the olives and onions and etc. But the potatoes were suspiciously absent. A big fan of potatoes (apparently), my girlfriend went up and told the cashier, who went and reported it to the kitchen. Shortly after my girlfriend came back to the table, a rotund guy in a cook's outfit lumbered over to our table. He was wringing his hands as if he intended to strangle someone; instead, he gave us a ramekin with three tiny roasted potatoes. Potatoes no bigger than a thumbnail. Potato crumbs. Then he stood there for three excruciating minutes, making an awkward attempt to entertain us with his strange mumbled jokes about murdering the man who initially prepared the salad. When I was just about ready to shoo the guy away, he told us he was the kitchen manager and gave us a gift card for a free meal.

The food here isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. Every time I go here, there are only one or two things that look remotely appetizing to me. I usually get the bistro veggie sandwich, but it's always disastrously assembled and dripping with sauce. The food takes FOREVER to come out and more than once they have forgotten my meal and had to give me my money back. The parking lot is also very small and the experience isn't worth finding a place to park. I'll think I'll just stick to Panera Bread.

Good fresh food. The service is good but the food takes forever to come out. On the whole though, it's probably one of the sandwich bistro type places in town. It's probably one of the few places you can take your out of town guests.

Crispers is a local version of Panera bread but with better prices. It tastes better too. I got a side Caesar salad and the full size of the Margherita flatbread. The salad was ok but nothing special. There was some iceberg lettuce mixed in which really annoys me. Romaine only, people! But for the price, the portion was good. The Margherita flatbread was two meals and tasty. Nothing special but filling and a nice lunch option. I ordered to go, and the service was fast. I think it took TOPS ten minutes. I didn't really notice because they have free Wi-Fi, which helps to pass the time. And this northerner was enjoying the natural sunlight in January. Make sure to check in on Yelp with your student ID for a (10%?) discount!

One of the best places in Tally for lunch. Manager Jason and worker Kayla are super accommodating and polite. Kayla took my order and suggested that I get the chicken sandwich with honey mustard. It. Was. Amazing! Came back and they remembered my order. I shop at the grocery store nearby and never walked in this place. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner. :)

We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad, Mediterranean Flatbread, Crab Bisque and Butternut Squash Soup. Salad was very good. Mediterranean Flatbread was good, but all the olives made it rather salty. The crab bisque was EXCELLENT. They used real crab meat. Butternut soup was good, has a touch of curry. We carried out, but the restaurant looked clean and had a healthy energy about it.

Quality ingredients, seasoned just right. Everything fresh. Good breads, crisp salads. Great desserts. Good place to go for a healthy but quick meal. They have internet access too :)

3 stars, but only because we didn't go in for a full meal. It was a cold, cold night and my wife and I, visiting town, didn't really want to wait for a table at some other restaurant, and we weren't really all that hungry. We came in here thinking of getting a soup or salad. We both got soup, her clam chowder, me black bean. It was pretty good soup. We also split a fruit salad, big spenders us. This is a clean, well lit, nice corporate designed restaurant. It has a somewhat awkward ordering system. You go up to a countertop register to order, but you're ordering from a printed menu (as you would sitting at a table). It's weird because a cashier is waiting for you while you are scanning the menu items. Then you take a number to put on your table, and then the food comes a few minutes later. We forgot to bring our number but the food got there anyway. Don't let my 3 stars scare you away. Judging from my small sampling, I've seen and tasted enough to be confident that everything else will be of similar good quality.

This place is owned by Publix. I love it and miss it. I now am up in Nashville, TN. Yeah the parking lot is small. whatever. The food is excellent, fresh. Everything I have ever ordered @ Crispers has been great. From the club sandwiches, salads, soups, loaded bake potato(r.i.p.) There is a decent size dessert bar off to the side. Great selection of cookies, ice cream and cakes. Don't go expecting a Publix sub. They don't have them. You order @ the counter. Put your # on the table and wait. Service is not that slow. I also have not been since 2008. Blows Panera Bread into the ground!

Dear Crispers: You have a pretty AWESOME menu. I was visiting FSU, and sure I only ate there once, but your water legitimately tasted like salt water. We had to keep warning people not to go there. "DON'T DRINK THAT, BRO!" Other than that, the tomato soup was so good, and I had a lot of love for your vegan and gluten free options. You have no idea how much you're making allergy sensitive people happy.

To be clear... I assign stars as an establishment related to others in its own class & genre. Crispers does exceptionally well in the "order at the counter and we'll deliver to your table" market (a la Newk's, Jason's deli and the like). Sign up for crisper's frequent flyer club. It's worth it - money saver from the get-go. Soups and sandwiches are always top notch. Gelato is a great topper. Very efficient overall.

I came here for lunch and it was not crowded at all. I did the half and half combo and had half of a French Dip and Half of a Caesar Salad, both were great! I read the reviews about the water and decided to have lemonade instead... Which was awful. It tasted like the water. I'm trying not to drink sodas anymore so I was disappointed that I ended up having to get Fanta.

Great place for a quick, casual, and healthy meal. The pick two deal is awesome. You get variety and a fair amount of food for your dollar. The salads are good and the flatbread was also quite tasty. The southwest chicken sandwich was OK, gluten free bread was pretty tasty though. I wouldn't have known it was gluten free if I hadn't personally asked for it.

Awful experience from the second we walked in. Bf and I wanted a light dinner and after reading the decent reviews on Yelp, we decided on Crispers. Really unsure of why the reviews are so great- food was less than mediocre and took an exceptionally long time to be brought out for no reason at all. We got a French dip and the Trio comb w/ the turkey burger, Asian lettuce cup and tuna salad. Turkey burger was obviously frozen- so much for "fresh quality ingredients" and the tuna was fine- nothing to rave about. The Asian lettuce cups were decent but not decent enough for me to ever return. Bf got the French dip which he said was fine. Like I said- nothing special about this place at all. To top it off- the order taker was miserable and really was so unpleasant...she gave a terrible first impression of the restaurant. As another review stated- water definitely tasted salty so that's interesting. All in all- super unhappy with this place and will never return.

This is semi-upscale little salad/deli restaurant. Seemed pretty new! Either that or it's just kept extremely clean. There's a pretty big menu with a variety of fresh-made wraps, salads, sandwiches, etc. There's also a kids menu and you can even get half-portions. I wasn't expecting much because it seems like a "what you see is what you get" menu, but the food really does taste fresh and the service is great. You order in line, get a number for your table and then you're served while sitting. They don't require tips. A wrap, side and fountain drink ran me almost $9, but it was a lot of food.

First off, the parking lot is about the size of a grocery store aisle. The night we were there, staff outnumbered customers about 2-to1 (and our to-go order required almost no assembly) but it took 20 minutes nonetheless. I've been in funeral processions that were quicker. I got a trio of soup. Two of the three were pretty good, but each serving was less than 1/2 cup (I measured). My tomato soup was nicely spiced, and the chicken and rice was not bad, but the broccoli/cheese was lousy. It was virtually flavorless with the consistency of snot. The other person got baked potato and a salad cup. How stupid do you have to be to put them in the same container? By the time we got home the "hot" potato and "cool" salad had reached an equilibrium of about 85 degrees. Yum. The potato was about the size of an infant's fist, and "fully loaded" apparently means that it comes with a scattering of cheese and nothing else.

The food here is usually good. But, today everything was especially good. I had the Kicking Crab soup and the California club. My plate was empty when we left. My friend had the Butternut Squash soup and a flatbread. She said the same thing. Everything was just awesome!
