Right now I'm enjoying an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. I like to get here just after they open, when the bagels are still warm. Friendly service, good food, and good vibes.

There are limited brunch spots in Tallahassee, and this is one of the simpler ones. Similar to a Bruegger's or other bagel/bakery joints, this is a yummy option to driving south of I10 to get to Bruegger's (since my parents' house is a bit farther north). Interior is big, with many tables inside as well as outside. We ventured to the front counter where we placed our orders. I got some sort of veggie bagel melt on wheat bagel. It took a while to make (gotta melt that cheese, I guess). It wasn't the heartiest of meals, it was just melted cheese, onion (mmm), tomato, and diced red peppers. It wasn't bad, but a little pricey for what it was. My friend also ordered the cinnamon roll bites which were amazing. They heated it up per request and provided the rich icing on the side. Definitely worth it. I ordered a unique coffee brew, that didn't taste super unique... All in all, this is a nice spot to come and grab lunch or meet up with people, but don't expect crazy things.

Much better visit today compared to when they were newer. Still a few wrinkles to iron out. Girl by the register apparently doesn't take orders and told me that someone would be right with me. We stood there looking at each other for a minute, was a little awkward, but the gal that helped ring in my order was very pleasant and warm. She took my order and got it right! Went to the table and the food was delivered on time, and as expected, though the guy delivering it seemed very awkward being around customers by the way he kinda dropped it and ran. The food was spot on. Bagel was toasted well, ample cream cheese and toppings. No complaints. As I sit at my desk, I am thinking about going back again as the food impressed me. Will definitely be visiting again.

Our food was pretty good, especially my boyfriends smoked salmon bagel sandwich. The cash register girl had horrible customer service skills and she looked at me with this rude and puzzled face when I ordered a red eye, it's a coffee and bagel shop right? They also don't list their prices on the menu, kind of an inconvenience. Overall was an ok experience, the decor and patio are really nice, though.

I really like the food here but after coming here quiet a few times I feel the need to give some feedback for the owners benefit because I want to see local businesses do well!. Owning a small business myself I would want feedback on my employees.. so the girl that normally works the register REALLY needs to learn some social interaction. She's not mean or rude but has NEVER once said "hello" or "what can I get for you?" She literally looks up at and you and stand and waits and we have no idea if she's ready for our order or what. Never seen her smile before either. (Plus my order has definitely come out wrong several times; could be the cooks or her I don't know) But this is the only person customers interact with so its a pretty big necessity that the cashier be friendly and lively! Always puts a damper on my experience here just because I struggle to understand how someone can be so detached from their customers and seem so bummed out with life. Hopefully management sees these reviews and takes them to heart so that their bagel shop can go from being good to great! Instill that southern hospitality in your staff that Tallahassee knows and loves! :) luckily I love the bagels and sweet tea so I keep coming back.. And there's no other bagel shop around this area. I love the patio and decor as well.

Definitely was happy to get a Bagel Place on the north side of town since we don't have a lot of Bagel options in Tally..this is a nice locally run store that has a wide variety of Bagels that you can also get made into several types of Breakfast Sandwiches and at lunch time you can get them made into many types of Lunch sandwiches..all the bagels and sandwiches I have had have been quite good..the major issue this place has is they only have one cash register so on a Saturday or Sunday the line gets extremely long and does not move very fast..this has caused me to turn around and walk out the last 2 times I went and I saw several other people leave as well..the slow line is part the fault of the girl that runs the register; but also the fact that people in Tally are not very advanced culinary wise..I always see families in there dawdling at the register reading the menu board over and over like it's some sort of foreign language and then really get confused when they are told about the schmear options..then it's just totally mind-blowing for them..people it's not that hard..pick your bagel type..whether you want it toasted..whether you.want.schmear..pay..sit..eat...at Einsteins or Lucky Dill in Tampa the guy working the register would tell that customer to move to the side till they decided and wait on the next customers because they know that the customers in line would probably start firing matzo balls at a line clogger..Einsteins and Lucky Dill do 5 times the business this place does and they never have a long line like this place seems to always have on the weekend..easy quick improvement for this place would be to open a second register and have one for the "dawdlers" and another for folks that actually know how to order bagels..for now can only give 3 stars due to ordering issues and have to say avoid on the weekend
