Love the diversity and healthy choices on the menu. I ordered the "small plates" kale salad - and clam chowder because I thought it'd be a small salad. the clam chowder was delicious, and so was the salad - which is enormous, considering how packed it is with filling ingredients such as kale, nuts, raisins, apples and buttermilk dressing. I ended up bringing most of it home (the clam chowder was very filling!) and just ate it for breakfast. That's what made me think of writing a review. I rarely go to restaurants because of the expense and typical "unhealthy" food - I love Cheesecake Factory. The kale salad, which would have been a whole meal, was about $6.00.

I love Cheesecake Factory and I am definitely a regular at this location. My boyfriend and I used to live about 5 mins away and we came in at least twice a month minimum to order some drinks and some cheesecake in the least! We have also never had any problems with the staff there, we always have a good experience with the servers/bartenders and the wait has been crazy sometimes but they are really good about quoting a proper amount of time. I am in love with their snickers cheesecake and their passion fruit mojito. It is a sweet combination and it can get overwhelming but it is my only way. The snickers cheesecake has a dark chocolate base and then the delicious cheesecake with some caramel and chocolate on top and let me say that it is the most amazing cheesecake you will ever have! The mojito itself is a basic mojito but with an added passion fruit flavor and it is just refreshing and delicious. I have had a long range of their meals and I don't think there's enough characters here to mention but the Louisiana chicken pasta is worth the time. The chicken is inside a thin crispy parmesan crust and then the pasta is tossed in a New Orleans creamy sauce and it is just amazing. The flavor of the chicken combined with the sauce and the pasta is exactly what you need any day of the week.

I have only eaten here one time. My father and husband took me here for my birthday last year. We came here on a saturday night, luckily we didn't have a wait. My first impression was that the restaurant seemed really busy and kind of loud. We were seated and our waitress introduced herself. She was very personable and friendly. She took our drink orders and we ordered a few appetizers. We ordered a quesadilla and something else I can't remember but I remember everything was good. Not spectacular but good. We then ordered dinner and everyone opted for burgers and fries. The burger was good but not memorable. Maybe I was more focused on the conversation then the food or maybe it's just the food didn't leave a lasting impression on me. Anyhow as far as the service goes it was top notch. Our waitress kept our drinks full, she was attentitive but not hovering and had a great personality. After dinner we opted for of course, cheesecakes. I ordered their most popular one the strawberry cheesecake. My husband ordered some kind of chocolate cheesecake. Our waitress actually brought my cheesecake out with a candle and everyone sang happy birthday to me. It was very nice. Overall I had a great experience at the cheesecake factory. I will be going back to try some of their different food.

My husband and I stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. I had a half order of the Asian Chicken Salad. It was excellent and definitely enough to satisfy my hunger. It is my favorite salad and I've ordered it from several restaurants from Los Angeles to Florida and states in between. The Cheesecake Factory makes one of the best. When I told the waitress what I wanted she said, "excellent choice" (it is her favorite salad also). The service was great. The restaurant was clean and the decor of the restaurant is beautiful; of course if you've seen one Cheesecake Factory you've seen them all. We were there during a time that I gather was the post church rush so we did have to wait but the wait was handled in an orderly fashion and it was a normal wait time considering that it was busy. This Cheesecake Factory location is by an outlet mall, you can park yourself or you can valet park.

This is located inside of the Sawgrass mill at the oasis, the decor are alike with the other Cheesecake Factory restaurant. 3 of us have go back-and-forth 4 times to finally get a booth. The server was quick, Henry took our drink and quickly he come with the drink, then the appetizer, after salad and then the main dishes, shrimp scampi my wife's favorite dish. Of cause, cheesecake to finish off.

I love Cheescake factory. It's the best American food you can have if ypu really like it (yes, it's like 5000 calories per dish, but that comes with the pleassure of enyoing this kind of food). A very wide variaty menu, where you can find anything you're craving, one dish can be shared between at least two people, at a very fair price (you can say cheap) and you can't miss a cheesecake for dessert. My advise, share an appetizer, a main dish and dessert between 3 peoples, it will be enough food and you wont spend more than $10 per person.

This Cheesecake Factory in Sawgrass Mills is awesome it's big and is still as fancy as all the other locations

Been to this location a few times. The food is always good and the portions are huge! Plenty of food to take home half. The food is kind of expensive to me but I feel like if I can take home half my meal, then the price is more justified when it's more expensive. I've tried a few items, but of course the cheesecake is really good. The dulce de leche, Godiva chocolate, banana creme, pumpkin (seasonal), and mocha are the flavors I've tried and all were delicious. The chicken and avocado club sandwich is probably one of the best I've ever had as well. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Had the chicken samosas and they we're awesome. The sliders not so much as they were so plain and bland. Plus poor presentation, but all over great experience. It's a big wait for the tables but go to the bar and it's way faster and service right away.

This location is always crazy packed looking. However, be sure to talk to the hostess because it may only be a few minutes of a wait. The appetizers are great here. I love their spinach dip, artichokes and zucchini options. As for the meals, my two top choices are the skinny veggie burger and the four-cheese pasta. The skinny veggie burger has onions in it, but you cannot taste it. (If you read my previous reviews, then you know how I do not like onions). When a friend and I came here on a weekend for lunch, we asked the waiter about happy hour. Apparently, they do not have happy hour. The waiter said they do not, but I am sure it is happy hour somewhere. He was a riot. I wish that I remembered him name because he was offered us great service and was very funny. As for the cheesecakes, they are all amazing. I mean it goes with the name. There is a huge selection to choose. I am starting to crave one as writing this now. Sigh

Love their Asian salad! But it's so big you can't finish it yourself. I wish it was smaller portion and lunch menu came with small (not the big one like you order) piece of cheesecake:) even with a couple of dollar extra. I always wanna eat cheesecake here but I get so stuffed I end up leaving without ordering cheesecake.

I am not a really huge fan of the Cheesecake Factory, but as I was with my Canadian friends, they really wanted to try this place out (as they heard so much about it). I never order from their regular menu as I just can't imagine scarfing down a minimum of 2500 calories in one go. If anyone has ever heard of the book, Eat This, Not That, Cheesecake Factory dishes are often on the Do Not Eat That category...and for good reason too. One of my friends ordered the Chicken Little which basically was a plate of not-so-little deep fried chicken pieces. As he ate, the pieces actually seemed to multiply (that's how big the plate was). My bf ordered the Monster Burrito which comes on a lobster-sized platter. The waitress describes the burrito as big as a wrestlers arm, and she wasn't kidding - filled with rice, beans, guacamole, cheese and sour cream, this will be enough to feed an entire family. At Cheesecake, I always order from the lighter fare menu which lists out caloric content. I had a salad, but my salad came with a heap of rice?!? My friends ended off with a HUGE slice of the Red Velvet Cheesecake which was delish, but nothing special. All in all, if you want a mega-caloric-artery-clogging experience, come to the Cheesecake. Service was friendly.

Extremely crowded restaurant and bar. 2 stressed bartenders with zero personality tending to the whole establishment. Terrible service. Slamming beer bottles and glassware. No greeting or thank-you. Management needs to address this location and hiring criteria.

Entered to eat this evening with my wife at 8pm. We asked for a booth in the back and we waited 15 minutes. Not bad and is what we were told, however, we were not seated in the booth we requested so we were told 15 more minutes. While waiting I went ahead and ordered two pieces of cheesecake to go for later. The gentleman ran me up and closed out my order and I waited for my two deserts. After fifteen minutes I asked him where were my deserts? Incredibly he forgot to get our order and we had to wait again. NP Our table was still not available anyway and we spoke with manager Antonio who was very nice and apologetic about our experience thus far and personally ensured we got the appropriate booth within five minutes. After being sat my wife and I both ordered the shrimp scampi as we do two to three times each month here. The scampi is usually awesome and to die for (were addicted to the sauce). On the visit tonight it continued to go down hill when, after 25 minutes, we were served cold shrimp and pasta so over cooked it was one big clump of rubber. At this point we were ready to go and chaulk it up as just a bad night. Evidently our server Cydney, who was very nice as well, let the manger know about our scampi and desire to leave. The manager, Sandy, came by our table and asked what was wrong. I told her the shrimp was cold and I also proceeded to show here how the block of pasta was overcooked she snapped "I can see you don't need to show me". It was evident in her tone the she did not want to be there..... Seems she was having just as bad a night. Sandy asked if we wanted our scampi replaced (over an hour now) we declined noting she really didn't want to be bothered. On our way out we ran into manger Antonio again who inquired about our visit and we told him the mishaps. I mentioned to him that after not even getting to eat I thought it was in bad taste that manager Sandy charged my wife for her glass of wine she never finished after such a bad experience. Antonio agreed and asked us to please stay for a minute because it was his duty to make sure we leave happy and was going to be right back with us. This is where they lost two good regular guests. After five minutes Antonio returned and stated "I am so embarrassed to tell you that Sandy took our meals off our check but insists on charging for the wine (even though it wasn't drunken) and she is senior to his position and there is nothing he can do". After getting crap service, crap food, and an attitude from Sandy on top my wife and I just looked at each other and we left for good. As long as Sandy is employed at The Cheesecake Factory this restaurant is on our "STAY AWAY" list. Fortunately they have a sister company next door Grand Lux Café (run very well) that just got some more regular customers.

Always a great place to grab a lunch or dinner. Great variety of dishes and enormous selection of cheesecakes. The spicy cashew chicken is great. Perhaps one of the best mashed potatoes too. Many good cheesecakes: Chocolate and Coconut, Tuxedo, strawberry, and their 35th year anniversary cake.

Went here last night around 5pm and was surprised on how busy they were at that time. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table or 20-30 min wait for a booth we told them a table was fine as we had our 2 year old son with us. After about 15 mins they were able to sit us at a booth which is what we prefer so that was good. The food was good however my fish tacos could of been a little bit less soggy and contain more fish it seemed like there was almost no fish in the tacos. They did have a nice spicy kick to them which was told to me by the waitress which was fine since I like spicy foods. My wife had the Shepards pie which she said was good and we ordered chicken tenders for our son who only ate a couple of pieces as he was in one of his I don't feel like eating modes so I'm sure they were fine as our son will Sometimes eat and sometimes won't. We ordered cheesecake to go as you can't go there without getting their cheesecake. The waitress was extremely slow and not very attentive she also failed to ask for my I.d. as it states to do so on the back of my card. Not sure if I'll go back anytime soon.

Never been to a Cheesecake factory just for the fact that everything on the menu is atleast 1400 calories... We decided to give it a try...they had the skinnylicious menu which had healthy low cal options and lots of them.... The ambience was classy..service was friendly... I got the edamame and the farro salad..my wife got the garlic noodles.... The salad was deliciosu with arugula...tzatziki sauce the barley and the feta cheese...loved it...LOVED IT....The edamame was good too.. From the name i thought my wife's garlic noodles would be tooo garlicy but it had sun dried tomatoes...asparagus...and delicious noodles with a hint of garlic.... We were stuffed so no dessert...but still..we learnt u can go here without having a belly busting meal...

About 12 of us went last night for Easter dinner,. ...while the wait was long (5 pm on a holiday), the manager kept us updated every 15 mins what was going on with our table. We knew it would be an hour +, but it was very nice to know we weren't forgotten. Some of us bought a drink at the bar while waiting, and the drinks were delicious. We did sit after an hour or so, and were given warm bread right away. Yum. Our server Alexis C. was just as cute as Christmas. Some had appetizers which came out quick and hot, (fried cheese square...lightly breaded and full of gooey cheese). Our drinks (sodas) never got the chance to get watered down from ice, she brought new fresh soda. When the entrees came, there must have been 5-6-7 people helping deliver the food to everyone. Our server was personable and handled all 12 of us talking away asking questions. Giving recommendations. She was a delight. We never felt rushed. We ended the night with espresso. ...cappuccinos and of course cheesecake. Excellent cheesecake. Light and fluffy and not heavy and dense. It was a wonderful evening. Everyone loved their dinners...the service...the experience. On the way out, I told the manager of our great service. 3 of us work in a restaurant and we know you tend to hear the bad and rarely the good. I recommend Alexis C. if anyone wants great service. It was a wonderful Easter.

Portions were small, food came cold, shrimp had poop left in it, plates had crusted food and were poorly washed.

I want to give props to this location for no wait time! We went for dinner on Friday night and did not have to wait! This is the first time that happens at Cheesecake Factory. The food was amazing as usual. I had the crusted chicken Romano which was out of this world. It is my favorite dish! I drank a Cosmo which was very strong, it kind of felt like I had three drinks after just one which made me want to stop. As for dessert, can never go wrong with the Oreo cheesecake. My oh my I can still taste it!

As good as it gets. We shared the Hot Cheese & Spinach Dip as an appy. Fantastic! The artchokes were smooth and the shallots added the perfect touch. For an entree' I had Evelyn's Favorite Pasta. The description of it is exactly what you get. All fresh ingrediants. Penne w/roasted eggplant, artichokes, oven dried tomatoes, etc. It was extremely filling! The server was fantastic. Even though it was packed he kept checking w/us constantly. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. And it's worth every bite!!!

Came on a late Saturday night and since it was pretty late, I figured everyone must have been too exhausted too care, but I was craving cheesecake so what the heck. We didnt even have to wait for a table. The service was awesome, and so stupid of me but I forgot our server's name, but our server was very pleasant and actually smiled. :) The food came out quick, and it was delicious. All Smiles.

I wasn't too happy with this Cheesecake Factory. It started off badly from the start itself, we were told a wait time of 10 minutes but weren't seated even after 45 - response we are waiting on that table to get empty. That doesn't mean you don't look for another table to seat is. If we wouldn't have said anything we would have waited till the other folks left or would have had to personally go and request them to leave so we could eat. The server was obnoxious blurting out the years we were born in out loud. Took forever to take out orders. The water wasn't refilled, we had to flag him to get attention. Very slow service. When seated we were 7 cramped in a booth of 6, which was very uncomfortable. Many other places around the area to eat skip this one. The two stars were given because Oreo cheesecake was awesome.

Dont know what these haters are complaining about. Never had an issue here. Great food, portions, service, and cheesecake. If you have a problem with service you're most likely an ass to begin with.

We ate here as a family and the food was excellent, the servers were really friendly. They managed our table with speed and accuracy, we had a party of 9. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

As always amazing food amazing service. Outrageous chocolate raspberry cheesecake. I usually go to the one in Aventura Mall, and I gotta say for a Saturday night we only waited about 10 min. Before sitting down. I had a chicken asparagus soup and bread to start things off and then as a main entry I had the chicken farfalle, as always amazing

Given that this is a chain, I'm always amazed at the quality. I had my favorite dish there, the Steak Diane and Salmon combo. It was wonderful as always. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered. The Salmon was not overcooked (which seems to be a miracle these days). I also ordered their popcorn shrimp and the batter was nice and light. Good dipping sauce. And to top off the DECADENT factor, some of their Lemon Cello Cheesecake. Which is great. Wonderful fresh lemon flavor. The service was very fast. I called in my order over the phone while I was about 8 min away. When I got there my food was ready about 5 min later. Which was really impressive since it was after 6pm and the place was packed. For those reviewers complaining about the calories... Come on... it's called THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY! Don't eat there every day and it's not a big deal. You can splurge periodically. And they do have PLENTY of lower calorie dishes to choose from. I've eaten at many of the various locations in my travels and found they are almost always very consistent in their food quality. The one or two times I have had even the smallest issue with something not being right with my order, I was immediately treated to a free dinner on the house either that day or another day during my travel stay. The ONLY negative I could give this particular location is parking is a bit of a challenge as it's part of the big Sawgrass Mills Mall. So depending on the time of day, you might have to hike to get in from the parking lot.

How can you really review a cheesecake factory? If you've been to one, you've been to them all! The wait sucks, the food is good (and humongous), the service is meh. :-)

  • Jennifer K.

We always come and have a late dinner at the Cheesecake Factory after shopping the whole day at Sawgrass Mills. There is no Cheesecake Factory up where I live, so it is always a treat coming here. The portions are huge!! The first time we order this Ceasar Salad to share... I was full after eating that mountain of lettuce! The Angus beef burger and the pasta are the dishes we usually orders. We never has a chance to taste any of the cheesecake! Always so stuffed after the main course... I don't mind coming here because the service which can be a little impersonal but is always attentative. And the food is ok.. not great, but is ok.. and after walking around the whole day I just feel like sitting down and just get some rest and it is convenient.. BTW, they send me a $10 gift card last time from doing a customer survey online.. so I might just use that to get a cheesecake to go as a late night snack.. ;)

Lets get the obvious out of the way, shall we? Yes to all of the below: Wait to be seated Crowded Loud Slightly overpriced (even for the lunch portions) OK, having gone over what we already know about all of the Cheesecake Factories in existence lets get down to service and food. The way to describe the service is "stressed", you can tell those poor servers were just going nuts with all the people they had to serve. You could tell they all were doing their best to keep up. Because of the incredible amount of foot traffic, they had to stand between the tables that were about 2 feet from each other. "What does this mean exactly?" You may be wondering. Well, that when they were talking to the other two tables on each side I had a very personal relationship with the servers butt. That was just something I wasn't too keen on, not being a canine, it wasn't something I wanted at nose level. The food was abundant and very good so I have no complaints on that part. I had the Grilled Veggie Pizza with Goat Cheese. It was good eats. The tea was as always DELICIOUS! The Red Velvet Cake with layering of Cheesecake was too big for 2 people even though it was out of this world.

I went last sunday for brunch and waited over about an hour and forty-five minutes. Which is ridiculous!! I was so upset when i got it but what surprised me the most is how weird the hollandaise sauce looked and its because it was cold. I was very disappointed and will never return there again.

I am a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory! They offer an extensive menu of Americanized versions of eclectic dishes, and the prices are decent considering the giant portions! Although the menu is overwhelming (put in the form of a small book!), there is something that will suit everyone's taste at this establishment. Last night my friend and I started with an order of the chicken samosas, which were very crisp and stuffed with well seasoned chicken. They were accompanied by a creamy cilantro dipping sauce, not too spicy but not too bland, very tasty. I also ordered the factory burrito, which was the size of my head! This thing was enormous! After eating almost half of it, I still had a full portion to bring home with me as leftovers. Once again I had a positive, fulfilling experience here!

I used to frequent this restaurant years ago when it was good but over time it has gotten worse and worse. They used to serve decently sized portions but go there today and you are lucky if you get a sliver of chicken with your chicken salad. The waiters are rude and talk so unreasonably loud over everyone that it deafens your ears. Like standing next to a speaker. The food is overpriced and served cold. We had to wait more than an hour to get any food. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly, this place is really great. I am from New York and I still really enjoy this chain restaurant. The Cheesecake Factory has good food way beyond cheesecake. I've been there a couple of times every time I visit my parents in Florida and I have NEVER disliked my food. The clam chowder is AMAZING. Creamy, and oh! so so tasty :) I've had a few of their burgers, but yesterday I tried the Macaroni and Cheese burger. It was ok... it does not taste like much. I think they could definitely make the ball of mac n' cheese a little more spiced up, and top everything off with a special sauce, or something. The fries are amazing, though! My mom had the bang bang chicken and shrimp and loved it. I've had some chicken chipotle pasta in the past (can't remember the name) and it was so awesome that I usually take that. The portions are so huge that I have to take the rest home and it's enough to fulfill my hunger at lunch the next day. And let's be honest, pasta is always best when reheated the next day. I had their Mai Tai, it was such a delicious cocktail! Can't wait to go back. All the cheesecakes are good... No need to mention them, everyone knows they are crazy good.

What's not to love here .... Cheese Cake of every kind !! The food is consitent so it's always good. I frequent the Sawgrass restaurant and due to the amount of tourists, there is always a wait. But the restaurant is big so usually it's a 15-20 min wait. I don't mind the wait as I brow through their plentiful menu. Portions are large so bring your appetite. I always leave with left overs. Parking is always full do to the theatre, other restaurants, mall and BB&T center across the street. Valet parking is availble. Dessert... well what could I say... the name says it all !!!

Went here for brunch today and I was pleasantly surprised. Cheesecake Factory is always good, not amazing, but good. Brunch however is a different story. I ordered "Renee's special" -- turkey sandwich, garden salad, and broccoli cheddar soup. Everything was incredible. The soup tasted fresh, the mixed green salad was crisp, and the sandwich was perfectly prepared with just the right amount of turkey to lettuce ratio. Girlfriend ordered the Napoleon French toast which has now become one of my favorite french toasts I have ever had. It was a little "mushy" but a good mushy. very well dressed, loaded with fresh strawberries and as always more than enough food for two people. Cant wait till next Sunday for another amazing brunch!

I have eaten at The Cheesecake Factory many times and never really had a bad experience. Until now... This was my first time eating at this location and it wasn't great. I had the Factory Burger and my wife ordered a pasta dish. We had both ordered these menu items in the past so we thought we knew what we were getting. Apparently not.... My wife's entree was significantly smaller than before with much less pasta than the times she had ordered it before. My burger didn't taste great and I actually had trouble finishing it. However, the most disappointing aspect of my meal was the fries. They used to serve the shoestring fries and they would give you a huge amount of them. They now not only give you less fries, but they changed the fries to a much thicker version and not as tasty. We did have to wait approx. 15 minutes to get seated. Out waitress was very good and she refilled drinks promptly and the food was served in a timely manner. Overall, this location just isn't up to par with the other locations I have eaten at and I wouldn't go back here. There are plenty of other Cheesecake Factories in this area so I don't need to go back here. And I hope that they go back to their old style of fries!

Short wait for a seat which was great! Now I understand why. Slow and lack of attention from service staff. Food was poorly sauced and executed. Overall= the martini was strong, that's all the good I have to say about here.

I will honestly say I HATE this place and you would never here me say, "Let's go Cheesecake Factory." Celebrated my mothers birthday here with my family and we are growing rapidly in number (15 in party; at one point last year were only 7). My family loves this place and I HATE it for one reason lousy, lousy, LOUSY service. I understand we have a large party food will take awhile but why did it take over 20 minutes just to take our drink order? Our waiters attitude was great he was very nice, just slow with service and forgetful of what we were requesting. The food is never a problem for me and although they did not have what i ordered this night (lemon herb chicken) it was replaced quite well by the Teriyaki Chicken. Appetizers, breads, and deserts are 9/10 times good. If the service was not so horrible I would love this place but even a party of 4 takes 2 hours to get in and out. Why? I'll never know most meals are very pricey anyway so there really should be no delay on the waiters part of how much he/she well get tipped. I usually just tip 20%, more or less if warranted by my standards. Thanks for the time fellow Yelpers, I hope you all have a much greater experience then I, here.

We go here quite a lot when I am over in the Plantation/Sunrise area. It's relatively convenient and the family likes the mall. Now let me start by saying I always order the same thing. Everytime-no matter what CCF I go to and I have never been disappointed. I order the little lunch special with the spring salad, chicken salad, and soup of the day. it's cheap, good, and hard to screw up and none of them ever have. That being said my family are more adventurous with their food and they like to try different things. Silly them when it comes to places like this. As noted by prior reviewers- loud, crowded, and slow with a long wait time just about anytime of the day. Sometimes you are seated on top of the neighbors in those stupid little tables that I can't stand and you end up not talking to your spouse the entire time because either you don't want to talk about personal stuff within earshot of others or you are too busy listening to other talking about personal stuff. On this last trip our wait was only five minutes or so. Then we were seated in a nice booth. Shortly thereafter Jabba the Hut, our waitress arrived. To say she was nasty would be an insult to nasty people. She was downright rude and it seems we were far below her station in life and were interfering with her personal time. I put an end to this quickly and had the manager changes waiters for us. That put things back on an even keel. So we ordered and the food was served to the four of us at four different times since it seems the kitchen couldn't coordinate a four tops meal. My wife's picata was OK but it was a cream sauce and was too salty. My daughters alfredo was ok but it tasted like a jarred sauce. Once again my old favorite was fantastic. I guess it comes down to this. At least for the Cheesecake Factory find something they can't screw up and keep ordering that. Stray from the path too far and you are going to be sorry. Will i go back again. Sure, at least for my little lunch special. I'll just be sure to carry enough garlic to scare the ogre wait staff away.

Huge, loud, always busy with slow service, and mediocre food. Is it really worth it? Every time I come to this place to eat, there's a line and a wait. The food is okay, but is it worth the crowded tables? Or the fact you have to yell at your neighboring diner to have a conversation. Not to mention the mind boggling book for a menu? I'm one that prefers to have a restaurant with one or two specialty cuisines. Cheesecake apparently has everything under the sun and it gets confusing. You have to go there and make sure you have a preference or your brain will be playing ping pong with which dish you should order. Everything I've had here is just plain okay. Nothing extravagant or to die for. I have a few people that love the huge burrito, and my father was extremely impressed with a lunch miso salmon. Me....I don't even remember exactly what I've eaten here other than a simple salad dish, and a chicken dish that was unremarkable. The free bread is scrumptious though, so I guess I could just go there for the bread and some cheesecake. I think the only thing worth getting here would of course be their cheesecakes. That way you don't even have to stay in the obnoxious dining room, but you will still have to put up with the lines, waits, and pure insanity at the front entrance.

Today I realized I have never reviewed this place and I have eaten here dozens of times, in Cheesecake Factories all over from Boca to Aventura and this one in the Sawgrass. I usually meet people here since it's halfway between me and some of my Boca/Parkland peeps. It's good for lunch, never really go here for dinner for some reason. My favorite thing is the BBQ Ranch Chikcen Salad, but it's not really figure friendly. Has a yummy dressing and fried onion rings, so today I tried the Skinny Licious Menu. They absolutely know their clientele and always seem to get it right. I had a turkey and avocado sandwich with bacon and a side salad, and how it's skinnylicious, I'm a little suspicious but it was good. My friend had the BLT and enjoyed that too. We split the skinnylicious flat breat and it was just licious, skinny or not. No cheesecake for us, I never seem to have room or the nerve to eat it, but if you are with a big group, or have a better metabolism than me, go for it, have never had a bad piece of cheesecake here. The truth is I have never had a bad meal here and have liked everything I have ever ordered in all the years I have gone here. The good news, it's not as popular as it was in the beginning, so I don't have to wait on line to get in for lunch, not sure about the dinner scene.

Ordered a roasted pear and bleu cheese salad. Would have been nice if there were even a single piece of roasted pear. The rest of the family's meals were good, as was the service.

I am a fan of cheesecake factory. I think their service is always great and their food backs it up 100%. I have never left unsatisfied. I recently discovered their Vegetable Chop Salad (about $13.95 w/ 3 oz grilled chicken), which has a great mix of veggies and greens in it. It is served with chopped apples, beets, asparagus, edamame, tomatoes, cucumbers and some white cheddar cubes. They bring it with a pomegranate glaze and a balsamic vinaigrette. I skipped the glaze and just used some of the dressing. It is very tasty just by itself. My boyfriend had the lunch salmon portion, which was fairly big. They serve you a 7oz piece of salmon, almost anyway you want it. He opted for the grilled version, served with 2 veggies (some veggies are $1 more) ($13.95) Robert our server was very attentive, polite and patient with us. We will definitely be coming back here.

This a standard stop on my places to eat. This is a simple chain but has better quality food than most chain restaurants.

Oh oh..First time had a lousy meal at this stalwart. Tortilla Soup, served hot but was thick and pasty. Nachos were burnt. Skimpy on the cheese and other condiments. White Bean Chili was thin and like a soup. All in all, nope just didn't care for any part of this meal. Also, prices have inched up for meh food.

So I was at Sawgrass with friends and the decision to come here was a piece of cake (cheese, of course)... This is one of the few restaurant chains that I trust to be consistently good no matter what location I visit. This encyclopedia others call "the menu" is just bound to have many things anybody will like. Aaaaanywho, this review is about this specific location: The server was very helpful and full of opinions. I'm not the type that expects the server to have tried EVERYTHING, but come on, sometimes I need a little help. In this case, he helped us choose, and better yet, they were great choices! My friend recommended the pear pizzette, and holy crops, no other dessert comPEARs with that! (Sorry)... Overall, a very good experience! Anyway, I know, It's just the Cheesecake Factory, and you've probably been there. But even big, multi-million dollar restaurant chains deserve a positive review ;)

It's cheesecake factory~ it's the same as the other cheesecake factories out there. There is huge selection of food, making it a good eat-out place for company as there is something for everyone. It's a bit pricy in my mind, but the food is pretty good :) I always get the same thing... shrimp scampi, with angel hair. It's so good! The service is normal CCF service. It's at a convenient location though, which is in the beautiful outdoor part of Sawgrass Mills :)

was invited to dinner tonight and to my surprise the company was great, but the service was average I ordered the four cheese pasta (I'm just such a cheese lover) and it took forever to come out but at least the Sour Apple Martinis helped me pass the time. To end the evening right a slice of original cheesecake was just amazing. Nice place to enjoy a good meal and good conversation.

As others have said, you'll always get a good meal at this Cheesecake Factory location. It's not five-star food, but it's always satisfying. The fact that the kitchen can always churn out good food with such a large menu has always amazed me. As with all Cheesecake Factory locations, the portions are enormous. The appetizer salads are the size of an entree salad at any other restaurant. A bowl of soup is literally a bowl... about two bowls at any other restaurant or four cups. My wife and I gave up on trying to order an appetizer soup/salad for each of us because we were full by the time our entrees arrived. We've since resorted to ordering one appetizer to share. Our favorite is the Avocado Eggrolls. If they come out soggy, send them back because when they are crisp, they are one of the most delicious things on the menu. If you've never tried the Pumpkin or Pumpkin-Pecan cheesecakes, get out there before they go off of the seasonal menu. They are fabulous. The pumpkin goes down sweet but you get the full pumpkin aroma in the back of your nose and throat just as you swallow. I never liked pumpkin anything before, but these two desserts are great. My biggest complaint with this location is the table layout. In the center of the interior dining room are two long benches with alternating two-tops and four-tops. If we are unfortunate enough to get seated at one of the two-tops, it can totally ruin the dining experience as the adjacent four-tops are only one foot away. If you get two families with children on either side of you, be prepared for a less-than-enjoyable evening. My recommendation to the management would be to put all the four-tops and two-tops together as much as possible. At least couples would then be seated together and be able to enjoy their meal without their conversation being drowned out by larger parties. Worst case, tell the hostess you're willing to wait for one of the few two-person booths.

To my amazement, I have not previously reviewed this restaurant. I have been eating here for years, and don't think that I have ever been dissatisfied. The menu is pretty much a book. I do not know of any restaurant, anywhere, with this many menu items. Here are just a couple of my favorites: sourdough bread is heavenly! Chinese chicken salad. It's the best one anywhere (and the prettiest too). Lunch portion is smaller, and still huge. Sweet corn tamale cakes...just total yumminess. 3 beautifly presented corn cakes (slightly sweet) atop a long leaf of corn, garnished with guac, sour cream, and the most delicious sauces. This is a unique and amazing dish that will have your taste buds dancing! Fried mac and cheese balls...need I say more? Review would not be complete without a mention of cheesecake. Everyone has their fave. Mine is chocolate raspberry truffle. Two pieces of advice: 1. Share whenever possible. 2. Save room for cheesecake. Management does things right, and service is usually great.

I've never really eaten at The Cheesecake Factory before, just had coffee. Since it was right next to the theater, we came here for an early dinner. Huge varied menu. I had the butter lettuce Asian chicken wraps, which though not gluten free for a Celiac person, were fine for me, and they were very good. The place was really bustling at 5:30 on a Sunday. They told us 15 minutes, but we were seated in 5. After seeing MIB 3, (Imax 3-D is the only way to see it) we came back for dessert, and the place was still bustling, but once again we were seated in about 5 minutes. I don't remember which cheesecake my son got, but it was good. My friend got Strawberries and whipped cream, a good choice for those watching calories or gluten free.

I was a little disappointed this time with the food. I got the Navajo sandwich because we just wanted a quick lunch, husband got the blue cheese blt burger. I found my sandwich to have no flavor at all, and husband said his burger had so much blue cheese that it overpowered the whole thing. Both items gave us acid reflux /indigestion. I usually have such a great experience with the food, despite having to wait for a long time for a table. This time was the opposite. We were seated fairly quickly for a Saturday, but the food was just not up to par this time around. I guess I'll stick to dinner here since I have had many a good one, and take my chances with the wait time. Overall - not bad, but not really good either.

Had the Baja Chicken Tacos, which weren't on par with everything else I've sampled in the years I've been going to Cheesecake factory. On the bright side, the servers were very friendly and the burger my brother had was unreal. I'll be going back, but won't have the same meal. The tortilla wasn't tasty and the Tacos lacked flavor.

If you have a group of people who are all in the mood for something different then go to The Cheesecake Factory. I don't know how a restaurant is good at preparing so many different types of dishes (from American to Chinese to Seafood to Italian) but this restaurant does it and everything is so good! I've never had a bad meal here. You will wait; sometimes 10 mins, sometimes 1 hour but show me a good restaurant in south florida where you won't wait at least 45 mins to be seated. You have to wait to be seated everywhere down here. They even have an extensive breakfast menu that you can order off of any time of the day. The restaurant is PACKED with tables, so it will be noisy and it will be crowded. Even during the week for lunch it's busy.....but see...there's a reason....with such a huge menu everyone in your party will def find something they are in the mood to eat, and it will be yummy. The portions are really big so you get your money's worth. If you can squeeze in some cheesecake, their seasonal cheesecakes are really good and only available for a limited time (for example, pumpkin pecan cheesecake in October....so good). You really need to split the desserts with someone or else take half home...again big portions. Which is not a bad thing...not a bad thing at all....

Let's keep this review REAL!! I was a big fan of the Cheesecake Factory back in the day when it introduced itself to the South Florida dining scene back n the 90s. Now, and for a very longtime, I'm not really enthused about dining here. Apart from a very extensive menu that confuses the heck outta me, over time it become unattractive. So, I had a hankering for Ribs and since I was watching my carb intake, I scrapped the mashed potatoes and subbed for Asparagus. Ok, the beef ribs came room temp to the table, the BBQ sauce was good and the amount of asparagus served on the dish was meesly, a mere 6 stalks, after spending already $27 on the ribs and add another $7 to sub for the asparagus, come on Cheesecake, you can do better! Really, thoroughly disappointed, AGAIN!! I only went because my friend had a celebration dinner and I tagged along. The only pleasant surprise for the evening was our server that was efficient, organized and a pleasingly witty personality. Plus, the Coconut Chocolate cheesecake was really good and reminded me of an Almond Joy candy! Ok, even the cheesecake at the CF need improvement, a real cheesecake need ro have taht taste of cream cheese! Junior's Cheesecake, NYC!! thats all i have to say CF!!!

Looking for a consistency? Well you will find it here. I frequently eat here and I enjoy there chicken mederia. The only draw back would be the parking due to the fact that it is located in Sawgrass mall. Also due to that reason there can be quite a wait on peak days such as weekends. Over all this is a great spot to eat and bring the family.

First of all, HUGE PORTIONS! My husband and I came here to have what we thought was a shared "SMALL" meal along with my sister and her husband who both ordered a "small" appetizer and when it all came out everything was HUGE! My husband and I ordered the meatloaf sandwich. Delicious! The side of mashed potatoes that seemed to definitely be homemade were outstanding! My sister ordered these buffalo chicken bites and it looked like a tower when it came out. My brother in law went for the Asian style sushi appetizer. I wish I remembered the name but after picking from their plates here and there I must say that everything was good! We of course had no room for dessert so I left with the Oreo cheesecake in mind. I opted to take out a star because this place needs a better method in organizing the large crowds of people waiting. Other than that I must say that for my very first time of going to the cheesecake factory I had a great dining experience!

The usual tasty food and beverages here. But, the service was disappointing. How many times do you have to ask for a refill on your water? You shouldn't even have to ask, it's pretty obvious. The staff seemed oblivious to every request. Fortunately they had red velvet cheesecake to make me happy again.

Come hungry. Leave with a doggy bag. Cheesecake Factory is known for giving you huge portions. Don't say I didn't warn you. Salads are pretty good, pastas are better but I like the Mahi Mahi with mashed spuds and carrots. I don't know what they do to the carrots but yum. I think they put brown sugar on them or something. Don't forget desert. The name kinda gives it away. They have cheesecake. All kinds of it. If you like cheesecake you'll find something you like here for sure. This location is often a zoo with all the people. Tip: Go on off hours or make a reservation. Also, there are often bar seats available that people overlook when it's busy if you don't mind sitting at the bar.

This has to be one of my restaurants in the whole entire UNIVERSE! lol The food is delish, the service is right on, the cheesecakes knock your socks off and the drinks hit the spot!! The entrees feed well over 2 people and you will leave with a doggie bag. You won't regret checking out this place! If you go, lemme know how it goes for you!! MY PICKS: Factory Meatloaf, Clam Chowder Soup (on Fridays), BLT Salad (2 pple), Crab Wontons and Guacamole Made to Order!!

i'm not usually a fan of chains, but this is one of the best ones out there. the menu is way too long, but i usually get the same thing every time i go. stuffed mushroom small plate and the chicken lettuce wraps appetizer. it's more than enough food for a meal and it's delicious. i've been trying to copycat the mushroom recipe at home for years...still no success, so i guess i'll just have to go to cheesecake factory for more research ;)

I don't actually hate the Cheesecake Factory. Depsite the often hellish waits, grotesque portions and mediocre service, when I have eaten at other locations, I haven't minded so much, given that I can get 2-3 meals out of one moderately priced entree, and the food is actually pretty tasty. This was not the case when my sister hosted a post-baptism brunch here on Sunday. She arranged for a private room for our group of 17 and asked to have a table for the 6 kids and a table for 11 adults. The table was set in somewhat of a U sahpe, if the U had very short arms. It was impossible to see, let alone talk to, half of the people in our party. We were given one server for our party, and she apparantly did not believe in using a tray, meaning it took her about 4 trips to get everyone their beverages. We were given a limited menu to choose from - ceaser salad and pesto pizza for me and a burger for my husband. The ceaser was so bland. My memory of the CF ceaser was that the dressing was creamy and garlicy. This was basically just oil. The pizza was just okay. My husband's burger was good, but overcooked (medium well when he asked for medium rare). The serving of the food was a complete cluster-F. My sister ordered a large pizza for the kids as soon as we sat down and asked that it be brought asap. It came 20 minutes later. Another 10 minutes later, the rest of the food started coming out - again without a tray jack and 2 dishes at a time. It was almost 15 minutes between the time the first person was served and the last. By this time, my sister was fuming and asked to see a manager. She also asked that the cheesecake she had arranged for be brought out immediately as we had already been there almost 2 hours. At this point she was informed they didn't have a record of her ordering one! Eventually they got one out, and didn't charge us for it. But based on that experience I would never return to this location, and I would not reccomend you host a large group here as they are clearly not equipped to serve a large party appropriately.

Hmmm after much hated disposition to TCF, I decided to give them another chance. My mother and I came here for an after-church brunch a la my treat. We ordered the crab hash ($12.95) and a lunch portion of the Luau salad ($8.95). The luau salad was presented very nicely with shredded carrots, mango, romaine lettuce, nuts, and shredded sliced(?!?!) chicken. The chicken was more reminiscent of lunch meat chicken, but the vegetables were fresh and tasty. The dressing was nice but somewhat overdressed for my tastes. The fried wonton skin was nice and crispy but soon became soggy. Overall, the salad was okay, and it was big enough to split between the two of us. So what happened? The crab hash was a disaster. Couldn't be salvaged. I had ONE tiny piece of crab, the eggs were poached poorly and looked messy, the potatoes were overcooked and oversalted. And surprisingly, the presentation was awful and looked worse than a fast-food diner. It could have used some fresh herbs! For $12.95, this was worth maybe $3 to me. Extremely disappointing! The service was pretty average. Our server was nice because they ran out of the oat bread and he brought us out extra bread in the end. Note that cheap bread cannot make me change my mind about that disgusting crab hash!

I don't usually like chain restaurants but I like Cheesecake Factory. A lot of variety and after many years, I came back for my birthday. I had the Chipotle pasta and my bf had the mushroom burger (not the portabella one). I liked the bread and both meals were tasty even though I found out the calorie content later. I must say they do have variety and despite the ridiculous wait lines (even during lunch), you get good food and service and a lot of choices even if they are a bit pricey. Not really but this is why I don't eat out much. The cost effectiveness and because God knows how much BUTTER and "flavor" they put in their food but it is tasty! Needless to say I skimped on their tasty 900+ calorie cheesecake slices but I did make one that was suppose to be their recipe and well, for almost 2 cups of sugar you can count on creamy tasty heavenly goodness... if it doesn't send you to heaven first because of how much sugar's in it.

Who doesn't love a visit to a rare occasion of The Cheese Cake Factory? I came in for lunch, first thing that should catch your attention is the large variety on the menu. For the atmosphere, it had a luxurious feel, mix in with the soothing Egyptian portraits on the wall. We were warmly welcome with the brown wheat bread with butter after quickly ordering what we wanted. I ordered the factory burger, BUTTT! (big but) be careful because they literally mean factory, I bite into some kind of bone, soo called USDA selected =/ but i didn't let it ruined it's tastiness, as I munched on my company's dishes also =D Miso Salmon (delectable), Asian Chicken Salad (quite invigorating), Louisiana Cajun Pasta (Scrumptious). To finish the satisfying lunch, my sis order the award winning Red Velvet Cheese Cake, one bite sends into sinful bliss. 2 thumbs up for this CCF location, hopefully your burger won't be as surprising as mine.

The Cheesecake Factory, once known as a special occasion restaurant is more like an every day restaurant. With reasonable prices on food, HUGE portions, and a menu that has something for everyone, what's not to love?!? We took my boyfriend's son for his 7th birthday. He had never been so when we walked in, he was excited by all the cheesecake in the display. We had a brief wait and then we were seated. Our server, Elias was friendly and attentive despite it being busy. I was starving so I started with a bowl of clam chowder only served on Fridays. It's incredible - trust me! My bf and his son had the bbq pulled pork sandwich, which they both finished despite its size. They were hungry too! The birthday boy had a cheese pizza from the kids menu. He was more focused on saving room for dessert! I also ordered the eggplant parm but packed most of it to go home since the soup was super filling. For dessert we each selected a slice of cheesecake- key lime, mango key lime, vanilla bean, and my favorite: chocolate tuxedo! The Cheesecake Factory is consistently good.

I have been to Cheesecake Factories around the country and am sorely disappointed in this location. When I first heard there was going to be a Cheesecake Factory in Reno I was very excited since they are always great in other cities. The decor is the same at all locations and is very nice, nicer than say a Chilis or TGI Fridays. The food is ways great as well and is at this location as well. The thing that isn't the same is the service. I have been to this location multiple times and the food has always taken a long time to get and the waitresses seem like they are brand new and don't know what they are doing yet. It has been a while since I have gone here and not sure I will even give it a third chance or not. With so many great local restaurants in the area it's hard to justify giving an upscale chain restaurant a third chance in my opinion.

I came here with my family for brunch. Our waitress was very nice but there must have been something going on with the kitchen. First I ordered an iced coffee. I think they just poured hot coffee over ice because it was very watered down and had no taste. As I'm drinking it my sister pointed out that there was a bug in it. Gross. I exchanged it for a hot coffee instead. Then our food took an hour to come out. I finally got my omelette and took the first bite. I immediately knew something was wrong with it and I looked Inside and the bacon was so burnt it was black. They remade it but by the time they brought me a new one everyone in my party was done eating and I had lost my appetite. We asked for boxes for the leftovers and a different waiter came and only had small boxes. When we asked for larger ones he said they didn't have any. We asked a manager for bigger boxes and he brought them right out.... My experience this time was very disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location.

Today was a special Sunday because usually I play cricket on Sunday's and today was the first day of the off season so I decided to surprise Rabia at work and took her to Cheesecake Factory. Now we have been to this location multiple times before but I have never reviewed it so I guess this was meant to be my 100th review for yelp. Now that's a century !!!!!! Cheesecake Factory are very similar no matter the location and the food is as always very consistent. The service is always 10 out of 10 and today was no different. We ended up ordering fried zucchini and four cheese pasta lunch portion which is as big as the dinner portion just a couple of dollars cheaper. The bread is the best part of going to cheesecake very similar to red lobster cheddar bay biscuits. The cheesecakes get an honorable mention as no review would be complete without mentioning the mouth watering desserts!!!!!!!

Tired and hungry from shopping? Stop on into this branch of Cheesecake Factory. But be warned, it is usually very busy on weekends. The line can be seen out the door sometimes. I got lucky on a Saturday night around 8:30 with a party of two. We got seated in fine minutes at a nicely secluded booth. It's quite loud and bustling inside. The tables are clean and well kept. My server, Leah, came quickly to ask for drink orders and came back shortly after with the bread basket. I love the pumpernickel/wheat bread they have. It's so delicious when it's fresh and hot out of the oven. We ordered a skinnylicious Caesar salad, a tomato basil mozzarella flatbread, and grilled Artichoke. The Caesar was crisp and lightly dressed with minimal croutons. Perfect. The flatbread was baked well and had many pieces of tomato on it. The Artichoke was disappointing. The lemon aioli was present on but only in the center. It was over grilled and charred on a lot of the edges. The smokey-ness was over powering so I had to toss a lot of the pieces. The dipping sauce it came with kinda saved it but I felt so fat and sick after eating so much of it. I was saddened by this dish. But Leah was a good sport and made the whole dining experience go well.

Other than the usually long wait, I love every single thing about The Cheesecake Factory. They have great appetizers, great entrees, delicious cheesecake and good service...and great free bread. Favorite appetizers: Tex Mex Eggrolls, Avocado Eggrolls, Fried Mac & Cheese, Buffalo Blasts, Thai Lettuce Wraps and Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes. Favorite Entrees: Chicken Di Pana, Caramel Chicken, Orange Chicken, Spicy Cashew Chicken and the Monte Cristo Sandwich. Dessert: Any and all cheesecakes. You just can't go wrong here.

Located in the Oasis of the Sawgrass Mills Mall, this Cheesecake Factory is one of the busiest. But my friend and I had a great experience, even though there were people waiting out the door on a Friday night. We waited only 15 minutes for a first available table, which happened to be by the bar. The tables were clean and turnover looked very fast. The restaurant is very dark inside and very loud. Our server was really great; I forgot her name but she came to check up on us enough times and was very attentive to our table. I ordered the steak medallions from the Skinnylicious menu. Even though it comes with mashed potatoes, I was able to change it to steamed broccoli to fit my diet. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it was delicious! Soft and chewy (the way I prefer) and the marinade for the meat was tasty and flavorful. It was my first time ordering it and I would not hesitate to order it again. Although the portion looked smaller than usual CF dishes, I was very full at the end of my meal. Obviously you have to save room for some cheesecake when you visit the Cheesecake Factory. I ordered my usual favorite, the Tuxedo Cream cheesecake. It has a mix of milk and white chocolate that tastes like heaven in your mouth. It's my usual go-to when I am not feeling adventurous for dessert.

I love this place so really it can do no bad in my eyes lol, had the chicken tortillas stuffed , my friend had a burger, and I think we got spinach dip as a appetizer. I love there corn cake that's come with it or whatever they call it it's so good. I had a unfortunate waiter who seemed like he didn't wanna be there, but wasn't gonna make him ruin my meal, so I just got another. I talked to him after dinner he said he didn't mean to make us feel like that, I understood everyone has a bad day but at least try not to show it lol. Other than that the food great , appetizer great, cheesecake great. I recommend the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to die for lol.

The brunch here was great today. I definitely recommend the monte Cristo sandwich !! It's so flavorful and is definitely big enough to share !! The only bad part of today's brunch was the service. The coffee took too long to come out and the waitress didn't come back at all until I was finished with my food to offer more coffee. Considering it's a brunch hour they should definitely be more attentive when serving coffee and coming back to inquire if everything is ok. Other than that I enjoyed my plate of food and will definitely go back !

This location is always crowded. But no matter how many times I go, the food and service are always good. I like trying different cheesecake when I go. Always delicious. If you are a chocoholic, try the Godiva cheesecake....YUMMY

As much as I tried to enjoy my experience here it just wasn't working out. I ordered the corn tamales without sour cream and about 10 minutes later the tamales came out with more sour cream than the actual corn tamal. They made a new batch without sour cream but I'm thinking they forgot to actually to put in the oven because it was very, very cold. By this time I was starving so I didn't even bother to say anything. I ordered the GF five cheese pasta that I love. As soon as it was set on the table, I got my fork to pull out a very long hair from my pasta. Disgusting. I sent it back and told them not to even bother with making a new plate because it was already late and it takes longer than usual. I enjoyed the Godiva chocolate cheesecake although the waitress forgot my coffee. She was very sweet but definitely not having her best day. The manager, Ferdindan, did stop by to apologize and they didn't charge me for my tamales or cheesecake so I did appreciate that. There was just a huge disconnect with the kitchen and whoever made the stuff for my table just wasn't on their A game. Too bad! :(

If there's only one chain restaurant left in the world, I'm hoping it's a Cheesecake Factory. I've consistently had pretty good food. It's yummy. Just don't tell me about Calories and such. The experience at all the CCFs I've been to, it's been fairly consistent too. Clean. Like the Interior Design. Like the Mega Menu. Plus I've always had way above average level of service. And of all the CCFs this is probably my favorite location. As busy as it is, it's one of the quicker ones to get you seated. Most CCF wait times around the country seem to clock in at over 40 minutes during busy hours. Of the 5 or 6 times I've been here, it's been less than 20.

Believe it or not, this is the first time I have ever been to this popular chain. I have heard all about it for years with jaw dropping comments "You've NEVER been to Cheesecake Factory!" So I was pretty amped to try their food and famous cheesecake. Needless to say I was not impressed. The server was efficient and it was VERY busy! I had the calamari which was tender but flavorless. I had to drown them in the two lackluster sauces that were included. I didn't get a full meal because I wanted to try their famous cheesecake...my favorite dessert....soooo disappointed. The array of cheesecakes to choose from was impressive, and they did look beautiful. However, it didn't taste like a "real" cheesecake. Honestly, the bread and butter at the beginning of the meal was the best part. Of course the company I was with made it all worthwhile!

I hate being that person who gives a poor rating for bad service. But I can't help it - it was so bad it felt almost personal. (Yes I'm so sorry I sat in your section as a SINGLE diner. How dare I?!) That said, the food was just as I've come to expect from the Cheesecake Factory - reliably tasty and generously-portioned. This location is a pretty big pain unless you're in the mood to drive around for twenty minutes looking for parking, then walking a half mile to your destination. But on an off-peak time this shouldn't be an issue.

If there's one thing that Cheesecake Factory has been - is consistent. Nothing bad to say about this one or any other CCF that I've been to here and other places across the country. Good good and great staff make every experience amazing. The Food: You will always get your money's worth in food, and it's good every time. I'm simply amazed at the binge of dishes they have, which at times can seem a bit overwhelming. But whatever your selection may be, expect a well prepared and flavorful dish. The Drinks: I like sitting at the bar when by myself. The house wines are good. The mixed drinks tend to be hit or miss, but usually they're good. Only gripe is they sacrifice elbow room for more seats at the bar. Cramming more seats at the bar is a good way to send the wrong message to your customers. The Cheesecake: Does anybody actually eat the cheesecake here? You're usually too full at this point to even consider it. But I can say that they do have some great cheesecake. I prefer the strawberry cheesecake myself. Overall, it's a great experience no matter what time of the day you go.

I've always been satisfied every time I've eaten here. I ordered the Chicken Pot Stickers for appetizer. They were seasoned perfectly and they were delicious. I enjoyed my Spaghetti and Meatballs for dinner. The marinara sauce was homemade and amazing. The meatballs were a bit dry, but I enjoyed every bit. I always order the Red Velvet Cheesecake for dessert. I even ordered an entire Red Velvet Cheesecake for my birthday one year. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant.

Shopping at the Sawgrass Outlet Mall in the hot Florida summer is tiring. You want to rest and have a good meal though not necessarily a fast food meal. Consider the Cheesecake Factory. The servers are fast and very friendly. The food was fantastic. We tried the Americana burger, skinnylicous burger, factory burger, Asian wraps and a red velvet cheese cake. My son thought his Americana burger was the best burger he ever had. It was moist, sloppy, juicy and delicious. For people who complain about the wait, it is a sign that the restaurant is popular not a nuisance to get food. In this case, the food was worth the wait!

Consistency, consistency, consistency ! This is the key to any good restaurant and that is what you get at the Cheesecake Factory. Always great service is a warm friendly clean environment. Good quality comfort food for any palate. They just never disappoint. Its predictable sound flavors are what keep bringing us back when we know we don't want any surprises. I know that at any Cheesecake Factory anywhere in the country my old favorites wi always be there to satisfy my cravings.

Cheesecake Factory has yet to disappoint. It had been a while since we'be been to a Cheesecake Factory and we chose this restaurant for our date night because we had a gift card. We were thoroughly pleased. We went on a Thursday evening and were seated within 5-10 min (time we used to gawk at the desert windows). Our waitress, Paige, was attentive. The drinks were good. The Mrs went with a Cosmo while I was happy with a blueberry Mojito. We also tried the Caribbean Cooler which was good as well. I can tell u the 1-2 pieces of Dynamite Shrimp were tasty but u'd have to check w the Mrs on that one as she ate them all before I had a chance. The entrees of Jumbalaya pasta dish and Farfalle garlic chicken and shrimp dish were very tasty and satisfying. Their portions allowed us to take pasta home. And of course the cheesecake! We asked for a slice of the key lime and vanilla bean to go, which were taken care off by the end of the night. No complaints. Gift card or not we had a great evening and were very stuffed and pleased.

This review is based only on my experience with takeout at the counter the other day. I have been to this restaurant for dine in before; and while you will get good service and food-you will wait dearly for it: this is a primo location. The take out was pretty fast. The guy was flirting but wouldn't give me the half off cheesecake day discount (I was a day late!) so no go. Sorry ;) That being said it was easy to get what I needed and walked out of a packed house with 4 slices and a hungry car waiting. The menu here is enormous but that's every CF. I will go to CF for dine in: but not on a weekend night and likely not at Sawgrass. The place alone (and parking!) gives me anxiety. However I bet their waitresses make bank...maybe I should ask for a job.

I am a regular here and it is one of my favorite places... Plates are big and though I have tried many dishes they never disappoint.. The menu is extensive and have many different cuisines to satisfy anyone from the sophisticated foodie to the 5yr old that wants fries and chicken fingers... Service is consistent and though they rarely make mistakes when they do they Really good at correcting whatever went wrong. The place can get busy at times but it is always a satisfying experience. Prices are fair.. Not pricey or cheap... To sum it up I wrote a Song it is called "everything is awesome!"

Cheesecake is one of my favorite chain restaurants and the other affiliates are pretty decent also. What can I say about cheesecake that the whole world doesn't already know? They have good brunch?? Yes they do! Umm their freaking cheesecake is amazing!!! There you go enjoy.

The Cheesecake Factory is always so over-crowded. Good luck not waiting at least a half an hour. Packed with your average fat fuck Americans who need cheesecake like a hole in the head. But last night I lucked out and came here with 3 other people and were seated right away. Upon being escorted to our seating area, the 4 of us almost slipped and fell. The floors in here were so slippery that we could've moon-walked to our seats. One issue with The Slip 'N Fall Factory is that their menu is like an encyclopedia, making it nearly impossible to order in a timely fashion. They have 2 pages of just "Specialties", which are mainly all chicken dishes. We found ourselves using the process of elimination just to order. I think that's why the wait times here are usually ridiculous, because most peoples' time is spent on deciding on what to order. Not to mention the horses who stuff their faces with cheesecake that park themselves for an hour or 2 after they're finished to digest their food, disregarding the other patrons waiting to be seated. The food is good. I don't think that I've ever had bad food here. The caesar salad was excellent, after they finally got to us. We saw one food runner whose GPS clearly wasn't working, walk past our table several times with our caesar salads. Later in the evening, he ran spaghetti and meatballs to the party next to us and he served it over the wall next to them, causing his dirty rag that he wipes up his sweat with to fall into the food. The oblivious people ate it anyways. The main courses were very good. About mid-meal, we called for a manager to inform him of the slippery floors and the bloody murder that occurred in the ladies' room. There was blood on the sink, piss on the toilet seats, and no toilet paper. The manager arrived, and he was of Asian descent, about 21-years-old. I've never seen a Chinaman so tall. He informed us that the slippery floors were grease from the food, and he said that he'd take care of it right away. He sent out a sweeper who I saw sweep up about 4 or 5 tiles, and the slipperiness was in every square inch of the joint. On exit, the floors were even greasier than before. The best thing about this place is their Red Velvet Cheesecake. It's to die for.

Absolutely disgusting staff . We arrived and was told that we have a 45 to 1 hour 15 minute wait . We waited and in the duration of it a party of 6 came in and waited 15 minutes and were seated before us. As we are aware the Cheesecake Factory has no reservations so we knew it was a mistake that they let the other people go before us .We mentioned the error and instead of them correcting it . Sandy 1 of the managers was very deceptive and deceiving by saying they never said 45 to an hour wait . In in addition when we addresses her why did they go before us she responded "Mistakes Happen Jesh "We asked to speak to her manager as every tone that spewed from her mouth was riddled with a vitriolic message.Sandy was absolutely rude and raised her hand at us and said I don't have to talk to you. If your workers have pressure issues and can't respond to customers respectful and effectively then they shouldn't be in this field .

Pros: very family friendly. Interesting decor and great cheesecake! Cons: Well our waiter disappeared for long periods of time and the food was okay. I enjoyed the sun dried tomato and chicken Alfredo pasta but that was the only thing that I didn't have to extra for having chicken in it. I find it quite ridiculous to have Fettachini Alfredo pasta having no chicken in it unless you pay extra. The cheesesticks were okay. My brownie dessert was very good. Honestly, I was not impress by the food and it's not because it was nasty, but it was because the prices were unreasonable and I've had better at Olive Gardens and even Fridays. The cheesecake was amazing but what do you expect from a place called the Cheesecake Factory? Will I come back, maybe. Was the food good? Yeah. Is it overpriced? Absolutely.

Went here for date night with hubby on Saturday. It was my first time here and I was very excited! The menu is a little overwhelming because of all the options, but we started with Raspberry Lemonades and Chicken Pot Stickers. Very good. I ordered a delicious angel hair pasta dish with mushrooms and a lemon sauce and lemon chicken and hubby had fried shrimp. We both loved our food and got filled up fast. Our lovely server, Joanna (sp?), offered to box our food for us. We finished with the Oreo cheesecake which was to die for. Overall we had a good time. The food was excellent. It was a busy place though with a lot of people walking around quickly -- almost got knocked over a couple times. We will be back, though. (-:

This is always a fun place. Food is OK, they have a good variety of dishes and their cheesecake selection is great. Two of my favorites are: Dulce de Leche and Godiva. Service is usually OK, but the place is very busy, so sometimes service suffers. Noise level is high, so if you have little kids, you do not have to worry about disrupting other people.

I'm going to start by saying this is my favorite Cheesecake Factory in the area (considering Sawgrass, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale) and that's based solely on parking. Yes parking is a mess, but it's more of a mess at Aventura and Las Olas. As far as food and service goes, it's pretty generic, never had an experience that would swing my opinion either way. That being said, I think I finally figured out the secret to Cheesecake Factory - HAPPY HOUR!! Happy Hour is from 4-6pm, a little short and early for my liking, but I can usually get in there and enjoy it from 5-6. Some wines, drinks and beers are $5 - mojitos, margaritas etc. There are also specially priced menu items at $5. For a Cheesecake Factory these are great prices! The corn tamale, roasted artichoke, avocado eggrolls just to name a few are excellent. Plus you'll leave not feeling overly stuffed like you usually would, and you won't break the bank!

Given the location and size of this place I'm sure they're basically printing money. Miraculously found a seat on a Saturday afternoon before heading over to the Panthers game. Enjoyed my stuffed chicken enchiladas but my Dad wasn't a big fan of his chicken pasta. The piece of chicken I tried was extremely salty. Not a bad option...if you can get in.

Mmmmm....cheesecake. People have been to "The Cheesecake Factory" time and time again and know what the deal is, but I love The Cheesecake Factory! So I will review it! My favorite location is in Florida, of course. Everything is always better in warmer temperatures with a little sun. Located in "Sawgrass Mills Mall" (Largest mall in south Florida) this Cheesecake Factory is large. What I also like is that this particular location of the mall is all open, with no rooftop. So you can dine at the seating area outside(which I prefer) and enjoy the nice weather. Whenever I go down there, I prefer lunch at the cheesecake factory. Their menu is ridiculously huge. I look through about 10 times just to narrow it down to atleast 3 options lol. They had this burger, which I don't see anymore, unless they changed the name, but it was a huge burger with cheese and lettuce and onions and tomato and a perfectly cooked egg right on top. And yes, it's simple enough and a lot of places serve a burger like that, but this one is done really right. Yum! I also love love love their "Spicy Chicken Sandwich". Crispy chicken breast covered with melted cheese(your choice) and either spicy buffalo sauce or chipotle mayo served on a brioche bun. I'd go with the mayo. It's a really big sandwich too, even I can't finish it!. I've also had their "Kobe burger" which fell in the category of not so great, but i'll give it another go, just to make sure. They also have this really great lunch special with their pizza menu. It comes with an appetizer (I get caesar salad) and you choose any one of their pizzas. And guess what?! It's unlimited! Their pizza is really good too. I recommend the "Tomato, Basil, and Cheese pizza". So you see, even though the Cheesecake Factory is a chain and everyone has been there, it has some really great eats. And you just might enjoy it more in another place like I did in Florida.

I was convinced to go have dinner here. I probably hadn't been in about a year. Well I was reminded of why I don't like coming here to begin with. We sat in the bar area. There were only a few tables sat, yet we still managed to get poor service. The server barely checked on us. I'm not sure why this occurs often at Cheesecake Factory, but it almost makes me never want to go back. Onto the food. We ordered the fresh vegetable salad w/chicken & the grilled avocado club sandwich and an edamame to start off with. The edamame was good. The appetizer salad, which I ordered as an entree is enough for two people, but was drenched in dressing. The avocado club sandwich was very good. The bread was buttered generously, the bacon & chicken were both cooked well with just the right amount of avocado. They have an extensive menu, full bar and amazing cheesecake. Get the Oreo cheesecake, it'll change your life! Would possibly consider going back in the future for take out to avoid the service, unless something changes.

I gave four stars because of their new calorie conscious menu which is both reasonably priced and is nicely designed to offer something other than the heart attack specials this joint specializes in. At the Sawgrass Mall (my first visit since they opened, as I hate malls, with a few notable exceptions) I was surprised that the help was so pleasant and fast. They were all good and the waiter was especially on his game. The menu in question is more or less what you would expect a low cal Cheesecake Factory Menu to look like and they do it well and the food is tasty. NO WI FI, an outrage.

  • Danielle R.

Not the best experience I've ever had here and throughout the years I've dined here more than 10 times. Server was overwhelmed and it took a while to get bread, water, drink orders, drinks, more drink orders, food order, and checks. Their new Skinny-licous menu is what saved them in my opinion, everything is under 590 calories [they don't disclose fat grams which I would like to see] but it's a start! AND they have like 40 options on this menu. If you can sidestep their Cheesecake selections you can eat healthfully here!

So I finally decided to visit Cheesecake factory and I must say never again period!!! Here is a quick rundown of the disaster, 1) There were 3 receptionist loafing talking about their drama on Facebook, while my guest and I and another couple waited to be seated. 2) After being seated, we were brought very dirty food crusted utensils....Really, I say to be disrcrete he waiter says "I dont see a problem". At this point im livid, We leave the drinks we ordered and walked out. 3) I MUST SAY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at that nasty disgusting place.. You want cheesecake go to Junior's in Brooklyn, NY, you want good food go cook it yourself! There a resolution for ya.

Sunday Morning Brunch! What could be better ? You should try the Brunch Combo consisting of two farm fresh eggs, crisp bacon and their delicious pancakes. Omelette are good too. The bread lately hasn't been up to par. Sometimes it's warm, baguette not crusty anymore. Overall a great place to eat.

I've been to Cheesecake Factory dozens of times so I'm quite familiar with everything. Overall, it was good. We had Buffalo Blast as our app and it was delicious! My boyfriend said his Koby Beef Burger was legit! My meal, Chicken Stuffed Tortillas, has been better. The service was blah...I've had better.

We generally really like the food that we get served at The Cheesecake Factory, and if it wasn't for the service this restaurant would absolutely give at least 4 starts. However, the service is totally an issue here! It seems like it is either a total hit or miss for us. Sometimes we get a server who is great and have no issues, or it is like the polar opposite where we are sitting for 20 minutes before someone even visits our table. As far as the food goes, our favorites include the avocado eggrolls, chicken avocado club, and the cuban sandwich. We literally always share whatever we get because of the massive portions. We will definitely be back, but our visits are frequently dampened by crappy service!

I have been there too many times to count over the past few years, never thought it was amazing, but never thought it was terrible. I think the only reason it isn't rated higher is the fast paced atmosphere and inconsistency in service. The other day I had a five star server though, her name was Jamie. This is a rare thing, and I was extremely happy to have such a great server, who was not just an order taker. The food was good, but the service truly did make the difference. I was trying to not spend a ton of money so we went light, but the bill was still about $60 which is by no means light, but I know where I could have trimmed... We started off with the white bean hummus as a cheap and quick little appetizer.. can't go wrong there.. Love it, and it comes out as fast as the drinks. I had a lunch size pasta, farfalle with roasted garlic and sundried tomatoes, and requested the fried chicken with it for a change.. I usually don't eat the chicken, and was thinking the fried chicken would be a good leftover for the kids later on... We also got the lunch size "Shepard's Pie." It's a cottage pie guys...not a Shepard's pie..get it right. Always a delicious option for lunch.. filling and full of hidden veggies... I ordered the kids some chicken fingers, but as usual they ate most of my food, and the chicken fingers went home.. Husband loves the mint green tea. I told Jamie to skip on the ridiculously small sized glass, unless she wanted to fetch a refill almost immediately..she took heed of the warning and brought him out a big glass, to save her the steps, and him the chance of being parched. Great experience the other day. Jamie was a rock star.

I had miso salmon and brown rice, if you like creamy dishes this is the one for you. I can't remember what brown sauce topped the salmon but it was really tasty. Finishes off with colored de sol red wine, great evening. Waiter was really nice and helped us out with taking our pic!
