after 3 visits, I'm sold. Hands down the best burger in Broward county. Let me say up front that as a former industry professional, I am a very picky customer. I am very herd to please and can be very critical whether it be the food, décor, prices, etc. I have run many restuarants and know what separates the good from the bad. The place is clean and sparsely decorated. about 8 or 9 tables. The walls have a very modernistic look, black and white decor all around. Service is walk up and order and food is delivered to you. This is where the fun starts. The menu is fantastic with burger choices and combinations from basic to exotic. My person fav is the Black castle, a take off on White Castle burgers and are the furthest thing from them. There are a variety of vegie burgers, fish burgers, salads, and anything you could want. My wife ordered the salmon burger. and I expected to see a chopped salmon patty, but no..it was an actual full salmon filet, cooked to perfection with the Asian add-ons as described. My Black Castle was cooked to medium rare perfection (That's right Burger Fi fans...I can actually choose my cooking temperature..not like in you place!), and the fried egg I added was nice and runny as well. I was told by the chef their burgers are a 90/10 blend and have a perfect char flavor from the grill. Fries and onion rings are fantastic...the rings could feed a family of four..perfectly battered and cooked, crunchy and served with a spicy remoulade. When we left we all had smiles on our faces. I only wish I had room for a milk shake!! The staff is super friendly, willing to help and very service oriented. The thing that most impressed me was the cleanliness. It was 8:30 on a Sunday and I went to use the restroom to wash my hands expecting the worst..hey, it was late and near end of shift. It was clean, spotless, and even smelled of Windex, so I knew someone had cleaned it recently/regularly. Want a formula for success?..these guys have it. Great product at reasonable prices. Well trained friendly staff that takes pride in their operation. Delicious food that leaves me anticipating my next visit. Can't wait to go back. Well Done!!!!

The veggie burger is homemade and not a solid patty like some places. It is delicious and you can see all the ingredients. Although It can sometimes come out cold. The sweet potato fries are good. I had the spicy fries once and they were horrible. My main issue with the place is the cleanliness. The bathrooms are dirty and the dinning room has been taken over by flies. You can't eat without them on your food. Didn't have these problems until recently and I won't be back.

Honestly one of the best burgers ive had! Fresh, tasty, cooked to perfection! If I had room I'd get one more! The Onion rings are huge just fyi.

First time eating here after seeing it for a couple months... The two girls working the front were very friendly and let me taste a couple of the beers on tap. I got the Fancy Bacon Cheddar. It was cooked nicely. The burger itself didn't have a lot of flavor but the Worcestershire sauce made up for it. My wife got the Caprese and thought it was good but the Balsamic spread was too strong for her. Our son got the Philly Cheeseburger. I started to ask how he liked it but the burger was gone. He said it was awesome! We will definitely go back to try other burgers... Plus they have some nice beers on tap!

There are 5 types of Veggie Burgers that they offer. This is by far the most kinds of Veggie Burgers I've seen a burger chain offer. They make their own 12-ingredients Veggie Pattie. Not sure what all those 12 ingredients are but the taste was good and it was fresh. The Veggie burger pattie looked colorful and is a pretty large burger. Its located right next to IKEA and is always a good stop to tame the burger craving. The layout of the place pretty causal not of benchmark setting standards. They have some sort of combo with Onion Fries and a drink. The Onions Rings, although well stacked and presented, were just about OK a little too oily (duh!). I like my Onion Rings at BurgerFi better. Never cared for the liquid sugar so skipped my drink and had water. The folks are friendly and helpful and its nice when not raining to sit out side and enjoy a good burger. Will be back soon to try a differnt Veggie Burger!!

I can certainly say I have become a regular customer of this place. It has become the GO TO spot for lunch. Our office is about 1 mile away and we are very familiar with the plaza in which one burger is located at. There are several different options When it comes to lunch, What sets one burger apart is the excellent food and the exceptional customer service. I typically have either the BBQ Bacon Burger or when I have a health trip the One Caesar Salad. Burger is made Flawlessly every single time, and you can pick between onions rings, spicy friend or sweet potato fries... The sweet potato fries with the ranch sauce are heaven. The One Caesar is an amazing lunch size salad, feta, sun dried tomatoes grilled chicken and croutons with dressing. Pretty epic healthy alternative to just diving into a calorie monster at times. They also have burger salad and there traditional salads which are very good. The customer service is amazing, they know us by name every time we come in and they always after every meal thank us for coming. Tables are clean if not they clean it for us and the food is made fresh to order. I can't complain I love this place.

Ok page 2. After finding 3 straight black hairs in food, we got home to find they charged our credit card a second time. Now they say the owner fixed it. If a credit does not show on ur card in couple days call the owner. Why would we ever go back to eat here??? Oh yea the food was very good. Just not the hairs.

This is my first Yelp review, because this place is definitely worth it. I had the bacon cheddar burger with spicy fries and sweet potato fries. It was honestly the best burger I have ever had. You can taste the char broiled flavor. The staff is excellent, very customer friendly. The place is very clean and modern. I liked it so much that I had it two days in a row. Highly recommended!!!

The burgers are awesome! I love the vegetarian burger...full of so much goodness! The only downsides are every time I come, the food looks slightly different and one person they have working there in the days, a guy, who tends to look quite sloppy, his attitude sucks!! I've always liked the people and the service here and he literally kills the experience every time I eat here. If the burgers weren't so awesome id have to think twice about stepping inside when he's working.

This is one of my go to places for burgers in the area. I love how many creative options they have. The yucca fries are TO DIE FOR. they are thick, crispy, and delicious. For gluten options I always just ask for a burger without a bun and an angry orchard apple cider. I've had the spa burger but I love the black and bleu.

I love one burger, it's convenient and delicious ! I love the sweet potato fries. The staff is friendly and always help me modify my food to my taste. If I could eat here everyday I would ! I like the baby burgers and the black black and blue burger.

Yummy burger joint! They are super accommodating to dietary restrictions and were all around very warm and inviting. I got the spicy chipotle veggie burger in lettuce (vegetarian & gluten-free) with the sauce on the side. They'll add additional toppings (I got sautéed onions with mine) and they even have fried yuca as a side option! They explained all the ingredients in my veggie burger which let me know they were well informed on what they were serving customers. It was delicious, filling, and great environment! Only down side is that you have to buy the side separate from your burger. I like a meal that comes w/ the side automatically :)

My first time trying this burger joint and the experience was good. I had their special burger called "The Bron Burger". It was a beast! Kobe burger with a big fried onion ring and japaleno peppers in bbq and mustard sauce. The burger was cooked medium and it was super juicy. I don't know how many calories that thing was but it was so worth it. I also had their sweet potato fries, but don't think they are any special than other ones. The people who worked there were nice. Our food was served to us and they cleaned up for us too. I thought the food took a little long to come out, but that was okay. I would go back to try another type of burger. I hope they are consistent in their cooking because I sure love burgers!

You know I hate that I love this place because I eat it all the time! Haha this place is great. It's clean. The food is so good. The GOAT is definitely my favorite. I like that it's family owned ; & I love the plate on their car (yes I noticed! Lol) you can tell they take pride in their restaurant & it shows. This place is located close to my job & I've been known to make the trek at night from home for dinner. Give it a try! You'll love it

The burgers are amazing. The fries are great. And there is beer on tap. What else do you need from a burger joint? What's even better is they are right by ikea, so I you need to grab a quick bite while decorating your house, walk right over.

Pretty good burger... Lots of options for everyone from beef, Kobe beef. Chicken, turkey and veggie burgers... I'm pretty plain when it comes to burgers and one burger fit my needs well. Staff was helpful and nice. Would def go back.

So I was very excited to try this place based on the great reviews and the fact that I always like to support small businesses versus the larger chains. I'm not sure whether we found the staff on an off night or because we got there 20 mins before closing, lets say that our experience was less than favorable. Our first time being there and not familiar with the menu I admit the hubby and I may have taken a couple of minutes to decide and the first negative sign was the very impatient person taking our order constantly knocking on the counter with his knuckles! He didn't ask my husband how he'd like his burger cooked and we forgot as well. Seemed very irritated, even though there were a couple of other tables occupied and a few others arrived after we did and ordered to go. The food arrived and I had ordered sweet potato fries and my husband had ordered the regular fries, but once we took a closer look we realized they had switched the fries. Thankfully my husband's burger was cooked to a perfect medium but mine was a bit more done than I'd like. My husband tried to get their attention a few times to get a plate and finally had to get up and go to the register, he mentioned about the mix up but the guy didn't seem to care. We didn't get any utensils, not sure if that's the norm at this joint. Lets say we left at 10:08 and most of my fries were untouched as I felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable with the staff hanging around counting our bites and the minutes. I even over heard the guy saying how tired he was having been up since 6 a.m. and just wanted to go home to sleep. The food was decent but the tiredness of the staff was also apparent in the food preparation as well. I'm willing to give this place another try but I will make sure it's at the beginning of their shift so we don't feel rushed and could actually enjoy our meal.

So I'm always looking for a good, new burger place and I stumbled on this one here on yelp. I read many reviews and I'd say they were 80/20 good to bad so I decided to give it a shot! I have to say my experience was a very pleasant one. I called ahead and picked up my food since I read it was all cooked fresh and at times could take a while. I pulled up and was in and out in about 4 minutes and I could tell my food was prepared freshly. I had the double cheeseburger with bacon and a side of fries. The burger was very, very good. The patties had plenty of taste to them, you can tell the seasoning was mixed really good into the meat as well because the flavor seemed to be throughout the patty and not just topical seasoning. The cheese they used was really good, they put both american and cheddar on the burger and they were nicely melted which gave it great contrast. The patties were cooked to a perfect medium just as I ordered them and were nice and juicy, not dry at all. The fries were also nice and crispy with a great real potato flavor. I had the regular bun and it suited the burger perfectly while being lightly toasted as well. All in all, I'd say it was a very good experience, a delicious burger and most definitely one I would come back for again! Be cautious when reading reviews on here, at the end of the day it's just a persons opinion and some will base their opinion off of something you may not. I'd definitely check them out if I were you!

Really good burgers. I had the veggie burger and it is made in house. It is flavorful and satisfying. I really loved it. BF got the goat cheese burger and it was juicy and devoured in less than a minute. He also loved the spicy fries. Best part, the prices are super reasonable.

Fantastic bacon cheeseburgers, the only thing I wish is that recommend one of their more awesome burgers like the one with Cuban fries on it!

This place sucks and the staff there is rude! I have never had a burger as greasy as the one i had here. I will never come back here unless whoever runs this place can get new staff that is not rude and new cooks who actually know what they are doing!

The hubby and I had a night without the kids, and thought it would be a great night to try out this place. We loved the selection of burgers, and hubby loved all the different beers they had to offer. Better then any other burger joint i've ever been to!

What can I say about OneBurger other than I loved it. A gourmet burger at a great price ($10-$12 for a meal vs. $6-$8 at a fast food chain), you just can't beat it! I ordered the Fancy Bacon Cheddar Burger and while there is nothing too fancy about this burger, their special sauce (a savory Worcestershire spread) added the right touch. A good burger for me has a lot to do with balance and this burger dished up the right balance of everything. Not too much sauce or cheese, right bun size for the patty, not overcooked, I was satisfied. So what if I have had better burgers? Regardless it was still pretty damn good and the best part for me is that it is close to home. You do not understand how hard it is to find option good dining options in Broward, let alone in my area. Yes the burgers are good but the sides are just as good. In addition to the regular fry option they offer my fave, sweet potato fries, and not only that but yuca fries too. They also have onion rings which I usually am not a fan of but they are crisp, not overly battered and cooked fresh, so I enjoyed them. Besides beef burgers, they offer chicken/turkey, seafood and even vegetarian options. If for some odd reason, you are not interested in any of those burger options, they have salads too. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

This is a very good burger joint. The food is very tasty. If you are not in the mood for beef, try Spicy Mexican Chicken burger, it is delicious. The service is really good, quick and efficient. The only small comment I have is that the girls behind the counter do not really know their stuff. When asked about any of the items on the menu, they reply that they have no idea how it tastes and were clueless about beers. It is important to let your staff try every item so they can help customers to make a decision about what to purchase. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Without a doubt, the best Burger joint in Broward county. I walked in out of curiosity and did not regret it. Try the pesto and mozarella burger, it's the best I've ever had, and I have eaten many many burgers.

I am in FL for work and went here for lunch. Being a veggie sometimes burger places are not the best choice, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a veggie Philly and it was pretty tasty...the veggie patty has rice beans and some other veggies, the one issue I had was it fell apart a bit, but the taste was good and the ingredients seemed fresh. They also had not just normal fries but also sweet potato and yucca fries! I never have had yucca fries and was a bit apprehensive but after I tried them I would order them again. They are cut thick and you get 6 fries, I know what your thinking 6 fries but they are so creamy and dense you really don't need much more....I could have done without the sauce they give you but the fries on their own were good. The place is clean without a lot of clutter...and for the guys there is a huge TV to watch sports....I don't consider it a bonus but it was there. They prob could of had a few more seats...there didn't seem to be enough. The service was very friendly, but I will admit quite slow...they don't have enough people working and they could use another register...the line was starting to go out the door and not because they were fast and super busy but because they were slow and people were waiting. Was it the best burger I have ever had...no. But did I hate it...no, would I be back if I was in the area...maybe. I think they just need to make some adjustments and it could be better.

Never been disappointed at one burger usually go to the one in Coral gables!! But so glad that i have one closer to home. I usually have the black castle burger and substitute for kobe beef instead, and the spicy fries are delicious!!! Always friendly and helpful staff!:) only complaint the bathroom was rather messy and dirty!! But my experience is always great!!!

Im hoping the owner still reads the "yelps".... My office is down the street...Ive been passing your business for a long time..wanting to go in, never stopped until today. I was greeted with an enthusiastic hello, and even more excitement when I told the cashier this was my first time. She explained the menu clearly, and offered suggestions--which is why I chose the "Baby Burgers"--well that and it said it has pancetta on it :) yummy! Food and service were great and quick---I want you to know that I was only disappointed in the product. It was none other than just normal bacon on the burger...I expected something else I guess....maybe dont say pancetta and just say bacon??? Yes, I will continue to be a customer, but I am on the lookout for another burger from your joint...I just wanted the yummy thick pancetta.... See you soon Im sure!

These burgers are so good! And there are so many variations! My favorites are the goat cheese burger and the fancy bacon Jeddah burger. They also have craft beers and wine available, but I usually get to-go so I haven't tried any yet!

Since my first visit to OneBurger, I have been back many times. While I have tried many of the burgers, I have really grown to like the "Left Bank" Burger but want is not to like about Brie cheese melted all over a medium cooked beef patty with just enough Dijon mustard to provide a nice bite of flavor. I had the opportunity to meet the owners of the restaurant today and shared by comments on the growth and success they have had over the year. I know that I can count on the consistency of quality of meat and how the burgers are cooked. When it is medium, it is medium...pink and juicy with lots of favor. In my last review, I was hard on OneBurger about their fries and onion rings and Tom (the owner) was determined to change my mind today. I will admit that they have greatly improved and are no longer the grease filled side for the burger. They make their own dipping chipotle mayonnaise which is really tasty. Next I will try the burger on a salad, or something like that. I'm picky about what I eat and my visits to OneBurger are my monthly treat to myself so maybe if I can cut down some of the calories by having that delicious beef patty on a salad and cut out the carbs, then......MAYBE I can go twice. :-) What I really like the most about this burger joint is the dedication and passion of the owners which really showed today. They really went out of their way to let me know how far they have come and listen to our feedback, even when it is hard to hear sometimes. This level for dedication and passion for what they do will keep me coming back and bring my friends. Keep it up Guys!

They say give things a second chance & I'm happy I did with the Philly burger at one burger! The burger was cooked just like I like it (med well) seasoned full of flavor, thick, juicy & on a soft slightly grilled bun. I substituted the American cheese for cheddar (because that's how I like my Philly sandwiches) & man it was GREAT!!! They give you this house-made chipotle mayo to dip your fries in, but put it on the burger you wont be disappointed. It has a little kick to it & brings the flavors out & Its EXCELLENT! Had I known the sauce was so good with the burger I would've gotten two (I ran out of it before finishing my fires) I was told by a friend to try the chicken cobb burger, but sub the hard boiled egg for fried egg & have it with the sauce. I'm not sure I can..... being that I'm hooked on this Philly burger. :)

As a burger aficionado I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better burger. Much better than burgerfi or 5 guys. Before tasting Oneburger I had heard criticism's that it was overpriced and that the burgers were small. I found neither of these opinions to be true. I felt the burger was quite a nice size and very filling paired with delicious spicy fries. I was also very pleased with the prices. I had the Fancy Bacon Cheddar and it was delicious. It was cooked very well, the beef was perfectly juicy and all the ingredients combined wonderfully. If i had to say anything negative it would be that the lettuce was soggy, but that is because the beef is so juicy, I did not mind at all. The menu is extensive including delicious sounding shakes, which unfortunately I did not get try. I also was unable to try any of the beers, as I ate there during my lunch break from work, boo-hoo. There is a lot to keep you wanting to come back for more. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised and I will not only return but I will recommend these burgers to anyone I know who will appreciate them. Cheers!

The good: Spicy fries, a lot of flavor in the burger meat. The bad: Almost everything else. The burgers took forever, the seating is messy and cramped, the bottles of ketchup they have out were almost all empty, the soda service area was a mess and understocked. The actual food was disappointing especially for the price, 23 dollars for two combos. I chose to add cheese to my cuba frita burger and if i had to eat here again i would also add lettuce and tomato it was that lacking. The burger meat was good but the "crunchy potato straws" it comes with were soggy as if mine had sat around for a while before being brought out. Maybe if you just spent a whole day at Ikea and dont feel like eating swedish meatballs, i guess you could eat here. other than that I would go to chipotle across the street.

Fantastic burger!! Small location. I always get pick up and it's always consistent. I tend to get either the fancy cheeseburger or the BBQ burger both with an egg on top and medium rare.

Actually, it's a 4.5 would have been a 5 star if I could have eaten another burger! Scruptious, delicious, cooked to order the way I like it, mooing with a great crust. Great selection of meat, fish, and fowl sandwiches. The onion rings are great with a spicy dipping sauce. No salt, ketchup, mustard needed on anything. Had no room for fries. Fun place the staff was super spoke woth the chef about the mixture, meet some people from Chiacago that were on vacation had a great time. A great variety of draft beers Sam Adams special you get to keep the Pilsner, and a buck off on the refill. The only thing is I wish they would advertise a little. If I had gotten a mailer letting me know it was there I would have been there sooner. I live 2 miles away and it was my first trip there, but I'll be a regular.

By far my favorite burger joint in South Florida. Not only are the ingredients top notch, the variety in the menu and multiple choices makes it managable for me to go once a week and never get bored. The best upscale-ish burger I've had in a long time without the steakhouse price. How good is it? I'd open one if I had the money!

I have been to this restaurant twice within the last year. I can say that both times the people working behind the counter left more to be desired in terms of customer service as well as their burgers. With that being said, there are better burger places in South Florida and in the general vicinity of Oneburger-Sunrise. I got the Veggie Bbq "burger", I can honestly say it was one of the most disgusting veggie "burgers" I have ever had. The burger left an odd after taste after eating it that cannot be described, the consistency of the burger was sub-par . The french fries were standard fries, nothing that you cannot get anywhere else. The person I was with got a fancy bacon cheddar, their opinion of the burger was that," they've had better and will go elsewhere when craving a burger." One thing I was confused about was how did a regular burger come out before a veggie burger? Maybe it took some time trying to get the bean and rice concoction of the veggie burger to settle into the shape of a burger? Luckily this location is in a relatively lively location because they more than likely wouldn't last long between the poor quality food and poor customer service. On the positive end of this review, the sweet potato fries here were pretty good.

I just finished eating a Philly Cheeseburger from here and all I can say is I am unimpressed. I have been eyeballing this place for a few months now as I pass it on my way to work and today I decided to try it out on my lunch break. When I came in the place was completely empty and I was their only visible customer. Their menu seemed to have a bunch of interesting options but I decided to give the Philly Burger a try. It took an absurd amount of time to fill my order. Also, just the burger and fries cost me about $10.00. While I waited, I assumed the food was made to order and that's why it took so long. I am pretty sure I guessed right since my food was all very hot and didn't taste stale; but just because it wasn't stale doesn't mean it wasn't bland. The patty on my burger was really bland. There is no way it was seasoned at all. Also it was really well done. I would have liked to be a bit more pink but that wasn't too big of deal. I just really wished it could have been better seasoned. Also the size of my burger was pretty tiny. I feel like for that size the price of the burger should have had fries included. The fries are pretty good though.

The first time I was at OneBurger I had the BBQ burger. The meat was dry and looked like a previously frozen burger. The buns looked like they were generic buns from Publix - definitely not homemade. The sweet potato fries were good but I don't come to a burger joint for the fries. I figured maybe this was just one bad experience because I wanted to like it and other people seemed to like it. I went a second time and just had a normal cheeseburger. Same experience. I don't get what the fuss is about this place. The quality of the meat is horrible. If you like your meat well done and tasteless then this is the place for you. There are so many other better burger places to choose from that are juicier and fresher.

So, my 1st experience w/ Oneburger wasnt very stellar.....it wasnt bad....just not great. I cannot comment about the interior & the service on this one, as a friend ordered to go. The bacon burger I had yesterday was completely different than my 1st one. The bacon was good, meat was well seasoned & it was just under mid well (which to me means it was a perfect medium when it was cooked, just continued to cook during the ride). It really was tasty.....& i'm a burger snob. If the improvement on the burger is indicative of overall improvement, then I look forward to trying the fish san again

This was the worst burger I ever had in my life, and the setting was no better. I'm still trying to get the bitter after taste out of my mouth. First of all, the place has a major fly problem. Nuff said. Next, the burgers were void of flavor, even the cheddar cheese was flavorless. How can a joint with "burger" in it's name serve such dreck? And the server who went from sweeping the floor to the kitchen to bring us our plates without stopping to wash her hands? Unacceptable. I will not be back nor will my lunch partner. Disgusting.

I changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars because of the interaction I have had with the owner via private messages. The owner shows a true passion for Oneburger and his customers. He has been responsive to my experience and I truly appreciate that. We will be back to give Oneburger another try! Thank you! ______________________________________________________________ We stopped in to try the new burger/ sandwich place out. We watched for months as it was being built... I had the chicken sandwich grilled... It was only 3 chicken tenderloin slices that were then sliced in half and grilled. The chicken came out dry and chewy. I think the actual name of my sandwich was the Spicy. It is supposed to come with avocado and when it arrived they had forgotten to put it on. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she was very helpful. Sadly I was given 4 slivers of an avocado - not enough to taste. For the price I wish they were serving a chicken breast and didn't dry it out... My son got the BBQ burger - I made sure to try it. I was not impressed with his sandwich because it was impossible to taste the burger and onion rings over the cup of BBQ sauce that was dumped on it. I made sure to grab a taste of the beef alone and it tasted pretty bland. He ate his whole sandwich while my fiance and I couldn't finish. My fiance got the Black Black and Blue burger and he described it as "meh" it was just ok. Not enough cheese and nothing special about it. All of our fries were cold - not cooked to order but I will say the sweet potato fries (even cold) were great. I want to say they might actually make them fresh there.

We recently visited Oneburger and really enjoyed it. The place offers a different alternative for burger lovers - definitely more unusual, "gourmet" varieties (along with traditional), in a nicer-than-fast-food environment - but not as "formal" as a full-blown restaurant with table service. (At Oneburger, you order at a counter, and are then served your food at your table.) The quality of the food was excellent, and it's very nicely presented. Prices are very reasonable. My wife had an excellent (I got to taste) Mushroom & Swiss Melt. I had the Spicy Tuna Cali Roll - not a burger, of course - but excellent if you liked seared tuna and wasabi. We shared some sweet potato fries that were very good - and some outstanding, gigantic, beautifully presented onion rings. We were served by the owners and their son, and all three of them couldn't have been warmer or more accommodating. So the service, at least on our visit, was better than average. The black and white decor is a little "cool," but not unappealing - and again, a lot nicer than 5 Guys or anything similar. We drove to Sunrise from Hollywood to try Oneburger. Not a short distance. But we were not disappointed - and we will make the drive again, for sure!

This place is so delicious! My girlfriend is a vegetarian and this place has 5 veggie burgers on the menu that are absolutely delicious. They also have these yucca fries that are out of this world. The burgers here are so juicy and delicious and the atmosphere that they offer is very modern and sophisticated.

I stumbled into Oneburger because the line at Chipotle was too long. I've been back 3 times since, by choice. Burger was great, consistently is. The owner, a nice guy, circulates often and asks how the food is. He easily makes conversation with his guests and shares his enthusiasm easily. A nice touch. I am a risk taker and often order things outside my comfort zone. Tried the chicken sandwich last time; and wasn't blown away by it. I'll go back to burgers again next visit. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: It is very noteworthy that the owners (Tom and Casey) have responded to every single comment with a full explanation/answer. To find both fine quality AND outstanding customer service in the same place is very rare. As we can see from Tom and Casey's personal reply to every review, if perhaps you are not pleased, to be sure you will hear from them and obviously they will make it right. Of the dozens of other reviews I've written, I've never seen owners respond so comprehensively. Given it is a family run business and NOT a mega-chain, they deserve our business even more so!!! 2nd ADDITIONAL COMMENT: I went back again and tried the cobb burger as Tom suggested. Now that is a WINNER. This time the restaurant was a complete 5-star. Everything was great. OneBurger is back on my top 10 list. Totally awesome.

After our previous review, the owner invited us back to give their restaurant another try and to make things right. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try! Upon arrival we asked for the owner and he was very nice and helpful. He seemed genuinely concerned that we were dissatisfied during our previous visit and wanted to make things right. He explained that he takes feedback very seriously and they had a meeting about the feedback they received. In addition to comping our meals, he went above and beyond ensuring everything was great - and it was. Our burgers were cooked just as we ordered and everything was delicious. He even brought us a vanilla shake to try and that was equally as delicious! We were definitely pleased with our second try here, and it was nice to see a business owner who actually takes the time to make sure customers are satisfied.

The burgers are okay. Typically when you order a burger and do not specify a temp (Rare, med rare, etc.) you get a burger medium. Both my husband and I received a WELL done burger. Like, dry well done. The flavor was okay and the toppings were good; not go back again good, but good. My husband ordered the seasoned fries with his burger and I got the onion rings. The fries were not spectacular; just a seasoned fry. The onion rings? HORRIFIC!! Not only were they a dark brown (not golden), but If you watch anything with Chef Ramsey you'll understand my next comment; I could literally squeeze the grease out of them. Of course I didn't have to go that far because just picking one up had grease running down my fingers. When I mentioned to the very sweet young lady behind the register that she should tell the cook's in the back that the onion rings were VERY greasy she looked at me and very quietly said that they hear that all the time. So much potential in this restaurant!! Clean the deep fryers and turn the heat up so that the food doesn't come out so greasy, teach the cooks how to make a good burger (medium should have a little pink), and the reviews will greatly improve.

The burgers are delicious. We were feeling meat-free that day, so we got a spicy veggie burger and a Portobello mushroom burger and both were delicious. The fries were fresh. The only complaint is that it is definitely pricey for a burger joint! I would definitely return though.

Decent burgers. Nicely seasoned, good size burgers. They claim burgers are cooked medium unless requested otherwise, but our burger was overcooked. More like well done. The service was good and their prices are reasonable. I'd return to try other options

We live nearby and are regular return customers. We are always pleased with their selection of beers on tap. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which was a little dry. In fact, it made me wish I had stuck with ordering burgers like I usually do. My husband ordered the Left Bank and it was delicious, perfectly cooked and juicy. We shared an order of smothered fries which were also quite tasty. The service was friendly and the meal came in an appropriate amount of time. Next time, I am going back to the Burgers....

Let me first say, that even though I only gave three stars, I will definitely be back. My rating is based mostly on the food I ordered, and next time I'll get something else. I have driven past this place many times, but never stopped in until now. The modern, clean logo on the outside and the hip website made me feel that I would be experiencing the next 'big thing' in burgers. I arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday night (note to owners, maybe stay open later than 8pm on Sunday - the place was packed). I decided that I was going to be (somewhat) healthy and order a veggie burger. I settled on the Japones burger and also ordered some onion rings. These two items were $10.85 - a bit on the pricey side in my opinion. As others have mentioned, I waited a bit longer than I expected and since I placed my order to go I stood near the counter awkwardly since there was no other seating available and felt in the way the whole time. Once my order was ready, it smelled great, and it had napkins and ketchup already in the bag - good going. I got home and popped open the onion rings first. If you look at pictures on yelp and foursquare, you'll notice some onion rings look to be a nice crisp golden brown color, and others look to be a darker color which makes them look soggy. Well, mine were the latter, and they were, indeed, soggy and limp. I'm not a cook so I couldn't tell you if it was the batter, the oil, the onions, or what. But I really wished they were the nice golden-brown colored ones. I only ate about half of the order then moved on to the Japones burger. Here's where my three-star-but-I'm-going-back-anyway rating comes in. Like I said, I ordered this veggie burger and I'm not really a veggie burger kind of guy. I've had various meatless burgers (is that the same as 'veggie burger'?) in the past, but this one was very bland, and (of course) tasted nothing like a regular burger (I know, it's not necessarily supposed to). I only ate half. This may be the best veggie burger around to a true vegetarian, so don't take my dislike for the burger to mean it's no good. It just wasn't any good for me, and next time I'm switchin' back to the cow meat. So, my three star rating is an overall reflection on how I feel at the end of my first Oneburger (or is it ONEBURGER, or One-Burger) experience, but I'll be back to give it a second shot (and I'll be praying for the crisp golden onion rings!).

EXCELLENT SPICY VEGGIE BURGER! I really havent tríed a better veggie burger. Their jalapeño fries are really good too, and their carrot cake is delicious. We drive over 15 miles to eat here, delicious.

Easily one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Hate to think i will have to travel from Virginia to Florida for a good burger. French fries are awesome as well, crispy, but not over cooked, make sure you get the spicy... They're not hot spicy, just well flavored. Friendly staff and a nice clean restaurant. Go after the lunch rush though...

I have been to this place twice now and I am definitely a fan! The BBQ burger my boyfriend tried was veryyyy good! I have tried the Ahi Tuna Burger and the G.O.A.T. burger and was very pleased with both. The GOAT burger was by far by favorite of the three though... If you like goat cheese you MUST try this one!! It is heavenly! Both the regular and sweet potato fries are good and they have a great selection of beer both on draft and bottled as well as some wine. Definitely a good place for a weekday burger craving!

I loooove the Left Bank burger here; it is such a unique combination of flavors. Everything here is very fresh and you can tell the owner really cares about the quality of the food and customer service. If I could improve one thing, it would be the ambiance of the place. It just feels very stark and cold. I usually just grab my food and go, but when I have sat down here to eat, it doesn't feel very inviting. It is hard to put my finger on why exactly. Everything is clean and orderly, but it lacks warmth.

First time here late in the afternoon, I was greeted walking in the door, I told the cashier I was new and she broke down everything oneburger has to offer so quickly I was amazed how informed I was on making a decision which I did fairly quick. After I ordered I sat outside and my food was personally brought out to me by MORGAN, she was a sweet heart, if I asked for anything she did not hesitate to bring it. Nice, polite, and eager with absolutely no attitude. She made me feel welcome and because of that I will definitely be back. The burger was fucking amazing. Cooked right, you could taste the flame grill heat coming off the meat. All of the toppings were stacked perfectly as if they were preparing it for an award show. I was highly impressed and my taste buds were trying not to go crazy. If you are thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and go, trust me just by the food alone you will not be disappointed.

The title of the establishment serves not justice. There are a bunch of burgers. Overall: I like the fact that you could get beef, Kobe, chicken, fish and if the place makes me think too long to decide, that's a good thing. That means all is yummy. They had two huge flat TVs on the wall to choose from. Any option could be the winner and they surely delivered. Service: Loved it. The person taking our order was fairly new in the company but was so into customer service that made my experience and my co-workers pleasant. He had help from someone that came from the back as soon as they notice how rookie we looked. They recommended a few options and all we chose was good. We felt the warmth so much, that we even said bye to all of them as if we were frequent customers. I guess they connected or made an impression. Facility: Clean, quiet, no issues with parking, TVs with different channels to follow. Don't kill yourself with trying to view the items on the menu from the wall. They have a menu stuck on the counter that I totally missed. Could have saved me some time. I hated the fact that we were in a rush and had no time for drinks nor dessert. But we were glad we ate there over all other choices around them.

(To the tune of the Harry Nilsson - "One") "One's not the yummiest burger that you'll ever eat Many can be as good as One It's a yummy burger but its just not the number one" It is nearly impossible to make a bad burger. The historic combination of meat, cheese and bread is unstoppably delicious. It is the staple of menus from every diner to every steakhouse. Even the reviled mass production of the corporate behemoth McDonald's serves a satisfying burger. Recently burger tastes have been heading to the more gourmet side and I am all for that trend. You pay a little more and you get a fresher product with some fancy accompaniments. One of many options in the gourmet burger world is Oneburger (to rule them all). Unfortunately, the pricing and the quality do not match up here and what they offer ends up being a mediocre experience. I have tried a few of their standard beef burgers and I have also had their turkey burger and I have found most of the sandwiches to be lacking that amazing flavor that justifies their gourmet price structure (all their combos are in the $12 range). What this place gets right is variety, they offer a pretty large menu wit a lot of fresh toppings for your beef/chicken/turkey/veggie burger. In addition to the standard fries they also offer onion rings, fried yuca and sweet potato fries. Once you add the respectable craft beer selection you have the makings of a great burger joint. Too bad the execution is just not quite right.

Have you ever taken a bite out of a ripe peach and gotten a mouthful of sweet juice? Delicious, right? How about taking a bite out of a big onion ring and getting a mouthful of oil? What about a french fry that coats your lips with grease? You know, the type of fry that when you squeeze it oil drips out. If you think that's also delicious, this place is for you. But not for me. I ordered their 'Baby Burgers' - two mini burgers with pancetta bacon, tomatoes, cheese and Worcestershire spread. I asked for the burgers mid rare. The guy at the register didn't say anything like "we can't make small burgers mid rare", that I've been told at other stores. I was psyched to get the burgers I wanted the way I wanted. The burgers were medium to well instead. The panchetta was very salty so it wasn't a tasty bite. Hubby got the One Benedict . It came with greens, pancetta, fried egg, avocado and house sauce. It had a strong grilled flavor. But he thought it was too salty too. I think they use cheap pancetta or they're using a hunking piece - like prosciutto. When you use a quality prosciutto and cut it thin it's delicious but if you use a cheap prosciutto or cut it thick it tends to be very salty. Overall if there was nothing else around I'd try a OneBurger burger again. But I would not order any of their fried items.

I stumbled upon One Burger a few days ago because I didn't want to deal with the wait at Chipotle next door. This place really surprised me. It's a shame they were so empty. The burger was literally one of the best I have had in a very long time. Portion was excellent, taste and flavor of the burger was fantastic. Yeah it was surprisingly slow considering they only had 3 other guests in the place who were already eating and it looked like they had 3 or maybe 4 people on the clock but never the less, the food was fantastic. I hope more people find out about this place, not sure if it's a chain or local but either way I will certainly be back

Have to admit, in the end I am a burger fan and like the number of gourmet burger places that have popped up over the past decade. A good burger does not need to be dipped in truffle oil, have a piece of gold leaf, or be topped with a quail egg fried in duck fat to be good. It just needs meat that is ground well and have a bun and ingredients that are fresh and pleasing to look at. Also, the meat must be cooked as ordered. Oneburger accomplishes all of that. The place is small, with only about 8-10 tables and at lunch is always filled to capacity. Every burger I have ordered have been cooked as requested and taste good. Their fries are crisp without the taste or feel of grease, taste like french fries and are served hot (cooked to order). Regrettably for Oneburger, it is located in an out of the way strip mall on the edge of suburbia, thus probably does not get the traffic it would if located in a more central location. But they make a good burger and worth the visit. Oh, and one post script. Really like the staff there. Always greet patrons that enter, offer suggestions, and are in general just friendly people. Whomever is doing the hiring, thumbs up!

One thing I remember from their Coral Gables location is the aroma, the strong seasoning; my taste buds missed that since moving to the northern part of the county. So I was definitely glad to find a OneBurger in the 954 and relatively close to I-75. Located in a new-ish shopping plaza and one of the more famous home furnishing stairs, the space was clean, well lit and modern. There were about 4 TV's in the dining room, each showing a different movie or basketball game (caught the end of Matrix Reloaded.) The two cashiers were friendly and helpful with all of my order customizations. I went for their Fancy Bacon Cheddar, and the name fit the taste. Talk about a juicy, slightly messy medium well beef patty, pancetta bacon, and a sharp cheddar covered in BBQ sauce. They kindly substituted out the Worcestershire sauce (one of my food OCD moments) for BBQ, and even brought me a little extra to the table. The meat patty was a decent size and tasty, complemented by the fried egg. BBQ sauce was a good balance of sweet and smokey, and the fries crispy. Customer service was friendly with a smile and on point.

Always a great "go to" place for burgers and even salads! I've had the goat burger - love! They do a great burger salad - great option if you don't want the bread!

They have a large selection of burgers to choose from. They are not your regular "bun, beef patty, cheese, onion, sauce" burger place. They have a totally different style. They offer other things such as salads and I think wraps? But when you come to a burger place, you eat the burgers. They offer sides such as yucca, onion rings, sweet potato fries and regular fries. I loved the yucca! The service was spectacular! Their staff was very friendly and I would definitely come back 1) because of the food and 2) because of their service. The restaurant is kept clean. It wasn't very expensive either! Two burgers, two sides, one drink = $23.

Just finished another delicious fancy bacon cheddar burger at one burger. Since my last review I think they got better buns and they certainly crisped up the sweet potato fries! Staff is still very friendly, the place is never packed which I don't get, it's clean and right now I'm using their free wifi to study. Can't get any better locally when your craving a burger!

BurgerOne was a good burger joint for a casual fast dining place. We had some items that were 4 stars and some that were 3. The Tuna burger had very well developed flavors where as the Spicy veggie burger needed a little more texture and flavor. They don't offer whole grain/multigrain buns so keep that in mind if your a health conscientious person. The yuca fries here are nice and crispy outside and soft warm inside served with an herb oil vinegar sauce. I picked at my daughters regular fries and they were good as well. They do give an awesome portion for their already perfectly dressed Ceasar side salad that's topped with mini croutons. We ordered a Nutella shake that was well balanced and had a great ice cream to Nutella ratio. The menu was out of date because the server didn't even know about the Brooklyn Ale we inquired about that was clearly printed on the menu. Kid friendly for noise and atmosphere but they carry absolutely no juices so water it was for the little one. They have tables outside but if you have an animal you will need to provide your own water bowl. Overall it was a good quick burger place.

Went back today! Had the goat cheese burger, it was fantastic! My boyfriend got bacon burger on my recommendation. He loved it, defiantly one of my favorite places and remembered to use a coupon. They had a buy one burger get one free deal! Can't get any better then that!

Place has the best burgers, and we have been going there since it opened. Nice size gourmet burgers that are delicious. My favorite goat burger with goat cheese, but BBQ it's close second. They are let friendly and we often eat outside with our dogs. They are always nice enough to bring out water for them. Highly recommend and we often go after mountain biking, perfect place to bring friends.

This place can make a solid burger. Let's start with the crazy amount of options you can get. There is a lot of variety here - and some really great sounding ingredients. We went with the goat cheese burger for our first visit along with fries and onion rings. The burgers are where it's at here. The onion rings were far too large/thick with batter for me, and the fries were just OK. I would skip the onion rings and maybe even the fries next time. The burger was really delicious. Cooked evenly, not too greasy, and flavorful patty. There was a good amount of toppings, and the tomato butter was a delicious condiment that far outdoes any normal condiment I have ever had. So yummy. Their buns were delicious too - soft but thick enough to stand up. I'll definitely be back because the salads here looked amazing! Burger salads are always a good idea, but the toppings and combos at Oneburger are amazing. And don't forget the good selection of craft beers!

So, I was contacted twice asking to revisit this restaurant as changes had been made. I gave One Burger the benefit of the doubt and tried it out ( really because the chipotle line was out the door). Previously, the worst offenders of this restaurant were the flies, and the blandness of the burgers. It's unfortunate to say that the worst offenders were still apparent plus some new things! WOOHOO! So, immediately upon walking in a fly zooms right passed my face. I'm not one to be peeved over one fly but it sure was coincidental. The place just did not seem clean, there were no napkins at the tables, and smushed French fries on the floor everywhere. One Burger is just really unattractive inside, it's not very welcoming. The food did not save it either. Bland upon bland upon bland. Veggie burger or meat burger, doesn't matter, it's plain! And I did not appreciate that the cooks kept coming out of the kitchen (horribly dressed, not wearing any kind of hair net or gloves) to get water or talk to the waitresses. I really dislike this place, I will not be trying it again it doesn't matter who contacts me. And I will never recommend this place! Very disappointing. Try Rok Brgr, Burger21, or BurgerFi. Those are just the same in price but extremely better in every area. Not even a competition.

Ever since visiting Hopdoddy in Austin ( yelp.com/biz/hopdoddy-bu… ), I have terribly high standards for a hamburger and shake place. Even though we have been gone from Austin for 2 years, I still have thoughts of that place, and I'm not even a burger person. One day we were looking for a place to eat on the west side and Oneburger came up. We have already tried several burger places in Broward, and they all leave us very disappointed (we would have been more happy having my gourmet burgers at home). The creativity is just not there. It's an expensive burger without much going on. We were very cautious on our expectations, and for Broward, we were pleasantly surprised. The customer service here was good. The burger was good. They had a good spicy mayo. They had a few interesting shakes. The prices weren't outrageous. They weren't pretentious. The spicy fries, although I would have preferred a larger cut, were well flavored. Well done! The only thing was google led us astray in finding this place. It is in front of the Ikea in a busy shopping center. It can be a little hard to find if you don't know where you are looking.

The food is awesome and the staff is excellent. I had the Goatcheese burger... OMG... It has a lot of flavor and is a nice detour from the traditional cheeseburger. If you want an American burger, or to try a burger with a twist, this is the place to go. Their fries are good as well, cut a little thicker than most. And as I said before, the staff is excellent... They are friendly, outgoing and give great suggestions. Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Nice Family run business, uses quality ingredients. Chicken tenders excellent and crispy, plain fries were freshly cut super job very tasty. My wife and daughter enjoyed the vegetarian burgers very much and my son enjoyed the plain burger. The onion sauce on my smallish burger was not to my liking and overpowered the taste of the beef, I would recommend the menu has a standard burger which has lettuce fresh tomato and freshly cut onions keep it simple like 5 Guys.

Fair beer selection, clean place and friendly staff have made this my go to when I want to be sure I get a great burger. I have not been let down by a single one and Ive tried almost all of them. I just wish they delivered. The goat burger is where it's at.

Great burgers, but beer selection is lacking. The two beers I wanted were tapped out. The patty was cooked similar to Smash Burger, crispy edges and soft in the middle. This is a step up from Smash Burger though.

Best burger I've had in a LONG time. I've had their "one burger" almost a dozen times in the last month and still not tired of it. Easily one of my favorite lunch places. Also. The servers are very friendly!

Not the best, but better than most burger places. Large variety of styles of burgers and they are very good. For stars because they don't have different types of seasonings and toppings for their fries.

The burgers on the menu are not expensive at all. I had the Fancy Bacon Cheddar cheeseburger, and my wife had the BBQ Burger. I was able to eat all of mine and some of hers. We both had sweet potato fries. I thought the flavor of the burger was ok. Both burgers had a nice bakery type bun. The setup is kind of similar to going to a Burger King except that the burgers are not frozen patties brought in from the burger king meat plant. I would probably come back and try the one pound burger the next time. Their burgers are too small for me, but hey you get what you pay for. Overall I would give this experience a 3.5.

' Clean Burger ' would be a better name. The burger is not messy- well cooked, and the edges are not occupied with toppings hanging off (that can also be great). They have a nice seasoning for the spicy fries, and overall it's pretty good. The only knock is its usually quite dead in this place whenever I have gone, but the service is friendly and we usually take it to go. Overall recommended!! - Had the Fancy Bacon Cheddar + Spicy Fries.

The burger quest continues, and this night we ended up here. The menu was extensive and covered beef , fish & chicken. I went with the BBQ Burger with the spicy fries. The burger was delicious and the bun manged to withstand the heft of the burger. The spicy fried were just "Ok" as if someone had sprinkled seasoning over them as the left the kitchen. $38.00 for 3 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks.

Lots of choices for a vegetarian or a vegan. Their veggie burger is one of the bests I've had and the portobello burger is amazing. The only reason I have four stars is because I ordered delivery once and the portobello burger was completely burnt, making it inedible. I've eaten there a number of times though, and have only had that one bad experience.

I'm a vegetarian, and I love food. And I never thought I'd be so passionate about a veggie burger but this isn't your frozen boca burger you get at the market. Oneburger's spicy veggie cheeseburger is a gourmet burger that tastes as beautiful as it looks. Seriously plump burger buns and hearty actual veggie burger that includes chickpeas, beans, rice, toasted red peppers, love the sauce and avocado(and I normally don't like avocado but in this burger I love it). Very filling. This Oneburger differs from the one in Coral Gables in that I haven't seen them offer the Red quinoa crusted & feta vegetarian burger on their menu. Which my boyfriend loves but he's perfectly happy with the spicy veggie burgers. The japones sounded really cool but it wasn't my cup of tea. The spicy fries are pretty sweet if you still have room in your tummy. Also guys, what happened to the super cool 8 bit soda cups? TLDR: If you're a vegetarian in the area or needing a bite to eat after ikea-ing definitely order yourself a Spicy veggie cheeseburger because it's the kind of veggie burger that you will find yourself daydreaming about.

Great burger; they'll even let you make a burger to your specs. I had a regular burger with tangy cayenne pepper buffalo sauce. Sides include regular or spicy fries, yucca fries, soup or salad. Besides normal assortment of soft drinks and tea, they also have a dozen or more beers on tap. This location also has some outdoor seating.

This a quaint little place next to ikea that offers okay burgers at a little more steep a price than I thought. When I asked if the baked goods were freshly made, I wasn't surprised to hear that they were not fresh. But i wish they were. I ordered a turkey burger that came with avocado, mozzarella, tomato and field greens. The bun was nice and toasty, there was a lot of avocado but the cheese was less than half the size of the burger. The burger was a little dry but very flavorful. It had a great meaty flavor that combined well with all the ingredients (if only cheese filled the burger). I only ate half of all my meal and I had to add cheese to the other half the next day at home. I ordered fries on the side and they were not seasoned and really bland (not a drop of salt). They gave me the spice seasoning on the side and no matter how much I put on they were still just plain, starchy and blah. I also got to try their yucca fries and they were phenomenal. The mojo dip they give you is horrendous though. It's really bitter and acidic. I was using the spice seasoning for the fries to season them up some more. They have outdoor seating, a big screen tv in the main dining area. Nice window seats too. I wouldn't go out my way to come here again. Even if I went to ikea and got hungry, I'd seek out another restaurant.

Pretty great place. The food isn't amazing definitely a B+ and the prices are also not super cheap but definitely affordable. The service is great though. The two people working there treated me really nicely and made recommendations about what to get

Hands down the best burger joint in Broward (maybe even Dade). The quantaties are not only more than generous (so much beef!) but consistently cooked to perfection. They also have some really great fries, normal or spicy, and a good selection of local and name brand brews. Theyd lose money every month if they had a frequent diners cars that offered discounts.....at least just with me. Theyve earned my fandom every visit.

Okay so I've been here a few times in the past but was never truly blown away. Yeah the food was good, but maybe I wasn't ordering the right thing for me. Today I came in for the first time in a year with my boyfriend whose never been. I decided to order a grilled chicken BLT sandwich and he ordered the goat cheese burger. Speaking on behalf of both of us, we had an amazing meal. My sandwich was marinated and bursting with flavor. It was everything I expect from a sandwich and more. they even have several beers on tap. I was able to enjoy a crisp Stella! All in all, my experience tonight has left me wanting more. They will definitely have our business again in the future because of their commitment to fresh and delicious food! Keep up the good word!

This place has the best burgers, salads and sweet potato friends I've ever had. Mind you I just moved here from NY and my husband and I love coming here. You must try it you will be hooked.

OK, I'm super confused. Is this the same owners as the OneBurger in Coral Gables? I've tried the Coral Gables location twice. Both times were bad. I came here once a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! I was so confused. For a moment there I thought they really were two completely different companies, but from looking at their website and logo, it seems to be the same. I just don't understand how the Coral Gables location was terrible on both ocassions, but this Sunrise one was outstanding. I had the Fancy Bacon Cheddar burger, my boyfriend had the One Benedict. It really blew us away. They were both cooked to perfection. Super juicy and flavorful. The fries were really great as well. I can't wait until I'm back in the area to try something else.

Very impressed. This might possibly be the best burger I have had in years. We pull up and it's in a corner spot of a nice strip mall. From the website, menu and the fact that they had a very ample craft beer selection I expected something more akin to a restaurant rather than a burger joint. Don't get me wrong, it did not look bad in any way, but had a more simple appearance to it. No biggie, just describing it, and we can move along. The menu is displayed on a nice screen behind the front register. However, for those with eye sight issues, it is a bit small to read. The burger selections were wide enough that there was a match for everyone's pallet. And the menu also encompassed chicken and turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches and a few vegetarian options. There were a lot of items crammed in a small space. I would suggest taking one of their table menus, and looking from that. Staff seemed very friendly and we had a few questions, and they were more than happy to answer. Never felt rushed or unwelcome. The food came, I thought, very quick. Maybe from order to table may have been 15 minutes. I ordered a BBQ burger and added a fried egg. If you have never done so, try it. It looked fantastic. Very gourmet. I'm not sure what they seasoned the meat with, but it was just awesome. The quality of the meat was definitely on par with a high end restaurant. The fries were average. Nothing particularly special. They do have more options than fries. But the burger was totally spot on. Cooked perfectly. They noted at order time, that the burgers were cooked medium, but could be cooked anyway you prefer. And I went with medium-well. I literally was eating it like it was my last meal. It was so good. The beer selection was not what you would see at an ale-house type of place, but the selections are damn solid. A few ales, couple of IPAs, domestic, import, they really covered all the bases. You will find something in there that you like. And they had a good amount of televisions circling the interior. So it's probably a decent place to watch a game. So all in all, go to this place! I live like 3 miles away, so this is going to be a frequent spot for me.

Delicious variety of 25+ burgers (beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian), plus salads, chicken sandwiches and sides. Friendly and helpful staff! Try this place. 1 less star for plain decor. Burgers are 5-star!

Excellent veggie burger options, as well as a salmon burger and loads of beef options. Even the fries are better than average! I had the veggie BBQ burger, a house made veggie burger with crispy onions, tomato, cheese and other toppings, it was fantastic! The sweet potato fries were also delicious. My husband was equally impressed with his spicy burger and hot fries, we will definitely be back! If nothing else to try the Nutella shake that we didn't have room for this trip! :) Oh! They also have a great selection of beers on tap!

After dealing with the madness at Ikea i decided i wanted a good burger. This is my first time trying Oneburger. I had the Spicy Veggie Burger. Hands down one of the best veggie burgers i have had. There is a bit of a wait for your food but it was worth it. Food came out fresh and very tasty. Will definitely be back when i'm in the area.

Within a good location, and restaurant is nicely kept. Pricing gets a little out of hand, be cautious. Burgers are well crafted and stays formed without any toppings falling out after one bite (if you're not named McDonalds/BK, this is very difficult to achieve). I found it weird that you could pick any toppings to put on your burger, but they only offered a limited choice of cheese. And when I say limited, I mean American or Swiss. Overall it's a great burger that isn't greasy enough to induce the "itis," but filling enough to satisfy your burger craves. I recommend the sweet potato fries to go with your burger. I don't recommend any of their desserts as they aren't made inhouse.

Decent burger, nothing special. Was lukewarm when I got it and the bacon was cheap like the kind you find at Denny's etc. Doubtful I ever go back. Service was good.

Always a great place for burgers, salad and carrot cake- my favorite items to order - never a disappointment anytime I've gone either for lunch during the work week, pick up dinner on the way home or dinner with the family.

A burger place at the corner of the house? YES PLEASE! Came in on the weekend , with a mean craving for a burger...and they delivered. Got the Double Stack with twin 4 oz. patties, cheddar and american cheese, cool shredded romaine and tomato. YES! It was a large burger with a side of Yuca fries...yes...Yuca fries! They have various combos where you can get sweet potato fries, regular fries or something delicious like YUCA FRIES! These were deliciously crispy outside and super tender mush inside...just how I like them. The staff was super nice and checked in on us to see how everything was going. Will deffinatly come back and try one of their creative burgers soon.

I love the One Burger in Coral Gables but the location in Sunrise was a huge disappointment. My burger was so greasy it soaked the bun through and the onion rings were so soggy they ended up in the trash.

I was impressed. The burger was excellent. My husband and I came in with kids and it was a perfect spot. They could be kids and it didn't bother anyone. The TVs on the wall were a nice touch. I had a hard time choosing what to order because there were so many options. It was a generous-sized burger. The fries and onion rings were great! Sweet potato fries were only so-so (hence the 4 stars). The kids' chicken fingers were great too. I'm excited to come back and try the salads and some of the other veggie options. But it may be too hard to resist another burger. Also, for the commenter who complained that it was $10 for a burger and fries, that's about average these days for a great burger. We're not at McDonalds...

My husband and I love this place. Our favorite is the Black Castle, but instead of ketchup we get mayo. Then it turns into the best patty melt burger! Wonderful fries too. We don't live too close, so we don't get there very often. But if we did we would be there at least once a week.

In my never ending quest for the perfect healthy burger, my latest venture has taken me to Oneburger in Sunrise. As far as taste goes, only Red Robin is better. However, for the money, which is a bit pricey because everything on the menu is a la carte, the food is quite tasty. I like the fact that you can order anything on a wheat bun and substitute sweet potato fries for potato. The only thing that kept me from going five stars was the fact that service is a bit slow and there is no seating for to go orders. However, I'm sure they will fix this in due time once they get everything together and work out the kinks. Give them a shot.

Never going back there. I've been to this place quite a few times and it amazes me how consistently their food remains inedible. 1. They need to reduce the amount of grease they use in burgers AND fries 2. When a customer asks for the burger cooked a particular way they need to pay attention! Well done does not mean charred outside with frozen (yes, ice and all) pink interior throughout. 3. They charge you for delivery per order. This means that if you have a delivery to a single location but on different checks, each check get's charged a $2.50 delivery charge. 4. It takes 30 minutes (minimum) to get your order. After going through a raw (and I mean raw) burger which was supposed to be well done twice, and constantly having to dab off grease with multiple napkins I think it's safe to say they will never enjoy my patronage again. It's a pity because I know the owners seem to be good people and have the ability to do much better. Bottom line - owners, you need to hire a better cook and pay attention to what your customers are saying here!

Tired of BK and Mickey D's? This is a great burger joint that is different from the rest. Love the Frita Cubana and their seafood burgers. 2nd time there and I always find something good to eat. It's a bit on the pricey side but the quality is great. Not your typical burger place!

I had my first exceptional taste of a cheeseburger from this restaurant on August 2nd. It was so delicious and juicy and flavorful. I absolutely loved the quality and friendly customer service I received from Tyler!!! It was so great that I came back today, August 8th for lunch. My burger was cooked just a little too well but they fixed the issue. The gentleman behind the register was not friendly but wasn't mean. He said that he usually cooks there. I think he should stay in the kitchen with as minimum interaction with the public as possible. I ordered another burger to take with me and it looks so much better, after receiving help from the young lady bringing out the orders. I would definitely come back here again for the yummy burgers!

Awesome, you must try this place! I like many, read some of the negative reviews and almost didn't come to this place. What a mistake that would have been. First, the burgers are flavorful, cooked properly and are made to order. The staff and owners, who were there when we visited, were very attentive and wanted to please. They clearly take great pride in what they're doing and have taken the time to interact with their customers; soliciting feedback to ensure a great customer experience. I had the mushroom and swiss burger with yucca fries (delicious) and everything was perfect. How often do you come across a new business that has been open for 6 months and find owners that are actively involved in the business? This is clearly a family run operation that takes pride in ownership and it is evident that they will make adjustments wherever necessary to make this a success. The negative reviews are simply nonsense; this is a burger joint. If you're looking for foie gras, go somewhere else. Otherwise, give it a chance; this is a great place.
