I can not believe I have never been to a Jimmy John's all my life until last week. My girl friend and I were driving down sunrise trying to figure out what to eat and we went to yelp for something new. We typed in subs and Jimmy Johns came up. Its not like I have never heard about the place. I constantly hear about them on their radio and about how fast they are. I pulled up to the location around 8:00PM and the place was empty. There were three young employees eager to help us. We were first time customers, and the cashier did take notice of that and gave us some suggestions. We went with the #9 Italian Night Club and the #15 Club Tuna. She offered us combo, which comes with chips and soda but we politely declined. So the subs were made just about 30 seconds we were done ordering, they were super fast just like they advertise. We got home and opened up our food. The order came up right with no screw ups which was nice to see after how fast they put everything together. The tuna sub was not anything special, it reminded me of your traditional subway sub. Now for the Italian night club, this sub will bring me back again! There is something about the crunch and their home made Italian vinaigrette that caught me off guard, it was delicious! Thanks to this sub, I came back again a few nights later and ordered another one! So maybe this is not the best sit down restaurant, and maybe this place does not have the best decor, but I will tell you their staff here are nice and their subs taste delicious. Another plus is that if you are in a hurry, with this place you are in and out! I almost wish they had a drive thru, and I wish they served hot sub items as well!

This is a great option specially if you work or live near Sunrise,FL. They are located near the Colonnades side of Sawgrass Mills Mall. With Ramadan fasting I usually get super tired at work. And I decided to order Jimmy Johns since they deliver even if you order just one sub. They charged only 50 cents or so for delivery fee. I still gave them a tip of course, that delivery fee seemed awfully small. They did charge extra for putting cheese on my sub but who eats a sub without cheese? Not I ! The best part was that I ordered via phone and within 20 minutes they were at my work. I ordered the tuna sub, the quality of the tuna was fresh, as was the lettuce etc. The best part was the fact they made it with French bread. It tasted delicious. It filled me up after my fast, and I would definitely order delivery from them again! ~

Unfortunately I go to this location from time to time because it is close to my job. The veggies seem like they have been soaking in water. When you walk in all of the kids working there look as uf you disturbed their social hour. I asked to have sprouts added to my sub since the Jimmy John's near my home offers that. The manager or owner (not sure) laughed at me and said "Sprouts? What's that? We don't have sprouts here!" Definitely not how I'm treated at my regular location. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Sawgrass Jimmy John's. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

If you are looking for a place that's offers quality food at a reasonable price that will deliver to your place of business on time- go to Sharpies. I give this 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is fine. The lack of stars is based on customer service. I ordered lunch and the person hung up before taking down my name or ext for the building I work in. When I called back, they said they cannot find my order, even though my coworkers and my credit cards were already charged. Then they said they would redo the order but needed to charge us again (for an order we placed but never received). So if you want a place that is hassle free when it comes to ordering food-don't order from here.

Jimmy John's delivery option is definitely a good thing, but the sandwiches themselves? There are lots of better options in my opinion, especially given Jimmy John's lack of hot sandwich options. With some good hot options, I'd eat here regularly. Without them, I only do so when I need the convenience of delivery.

This Jimmy John's is nothing short of painful. The orders always get crossed online. If they can't find you their attempt to get in touch is minimal if at all. Once you call to follow up they aren't very receptive to proper customer service. Furthermore, nobody in my 25 person office has ever ordered multiple sandwiches (2-5 at a time) and gotten the proper order for everyone. And on top of it all,it always takes forever, which is against the brand pillar.

Today I forgot my lunch and I usually would order from Jimmy Johns but they've messed up my order the last three times... First time oil, vinegar, cheese and Italian dressing was left off my sandwich, second i received bread instead of lettuce for my unwich, the third time the delivery driver took 30 minutes to arrive although they've Always came in less than 5 minutes, not to mention when he did arrive he took 2 minutes placing his sin visor on his windshield, and everytime it fell he adjusted it instead of just rushing in to bring my lunch... I would've just told him it was my order, but he had nothing that clearly let me know that he was even from Jimmy Johns... Anyway, This location is so inconsistent, and all the manager offers is a credit that totals less than $2.00 on your next order... Which you never may use because who would want to take the risk ordering again on your lunch break

Fast fresh food.... The service is good and the restaurant & bathroom are clean! I ordered a lettuce wrap with turkey, it was delicious. They made it exactly how I asked them to ;)

Ham and cheese (ie. Slim 1) is always awesome. Fresh, handcut, ham and delicious smokey provolone on the most amazing fresh baked bread. Jimmy Johns is always consistent with quality, even at this newer location. Environment is clean and associates are fast and friendly.

Apparently getting an order right in a nearly empty store is difficult for them. Ordered Hunters Club with no cheese or tomato. Got home to find sub with some turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Must be difficult to read ticket. If you go make sure to inspect sandwich before wrapped.

By the time I finished ordering my order was ready to pick-up. Beach Club or Turkey Tom subs are my favorites. Perfect for a quick bite during the week.
