I am actually having my 6th pizza from this place delivered as I type. Terrific NY style cheese pies, thin crust, crisp, and sauced. I haven't been to another place since I found Vesuvios. I have had delivery and sat down for slices here, super nice staff and great deals. They also have fantastic looking pastries, I will have to write an update when I get a chance to try them. For now I am always too full of pizza.

I've been looking for a good pizza place for a little while now. I've found it. Vesuvios is excellent. Being from the Bronx N.Y. I'm a little picky about pizza, well Vesuvios is just like home. And very reasonably priced...I highly recommend it!!!

When I was pregnant I use to work in the same plaza as Vesuvios, let me tell you how my child was basically grown from pizza, pinwheels and calzones! The guys that run the shop are super nice too. Always enjoyed the food!

Tasty pie. Not quite super-thin NYC style, but still very flavorful and worthy of shoving in your mouth. The sausage stromboli was very tasty. Monday - Thursday you can get a large cheese pie for $8! Located in the strip mall just behind RaceTrac; closed on Sundays. I'll be back!

Nice pie. Not the standard storefront pie, just a cut above. They have a $7.99 cheese special Monday-Thursday that is unbeatable. AND they have Italian pastries. The cookies weren't so great, but they have my favorite word to say, sfogliatella.

We have been customers for 2 years and loved their pizza until last takeout on 9/16/13 - Monday "special." Pizza was awful - old, flat, tasteless crust but even worse, there was hardly any sauce or cheese on it. Realizing everyone can have a bad day (or maybe a new employee), I called to inform them of the problem. The man on the phone was rude and indignant rather than being apologetic and maybe offering to make it right! We went out and bought mozzarella and sauce but it was still awful so we chalked it up to experience, wasted $8.47 and threw it away. We will not be going back! Very dissatisfied with product and unprofessional manner in which establishment handled the matter. Unhappy Patron

I seriously do not know why this restaurant's pizza has gotten perfect 5 star reviews. This is NOT NY pizza (it is not even good NJ pizza or any other lesser pizza state LOL). I grew up in NY , in an Italian neighborhood and KNOW NY pizza. I have not tried anything else in this restaurant other than their pizza (and probably never will), but I can say that their sauce is put on so sparingly that it looks more orange than red, due to the crust showing through. The amount of cheese was so small that my toppings had virtually no cheese underneath them. The crust was notably tasteless, as was their sauce (not sure if this is because they were so stingy with it or it simply had no taste). All in all, if you know NY pizza, you will be bitterly disappointed by this pizza, that is unless you left your taste buds up north before coming here or think chain pizza is your idea of gastronomical nirvana . Lastly, I paid about $5 more than at any of my favorite pizza places in the area for the same pie (Brooklyn Joe's, Anna's, Mario's, or Casa Giuseppe)
