The chickichanga is absolutely delish!! I still haven't had a bad meal here or at any other of their locations. Only gripe is 3.49 for a large glass of OJ.

We've been seated quickly both times we've dined at First Watch. The breakfast is so delicious and the juice is even better. Service is friendly and attentive.

We found this restaurant by searching Yelp. It looked interesting - and we loved it. The place is spacious and clean. The staff is efficient and friendly. The noise level is low so conversation is easy, and the food choices are interesting. The menu is filled with the usual breakfast fare presented in different combinations. AND - they leave the coffee pot on the table. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that I reserved that rating for posh restaurants. Go - you won't be sorry.

This was a little dinner with excellent food and service. It was clean, had lots of fresh choices. Meal came quickly and the atmosphere was relaxed. I actually thought I was reviewing the one I ate in Orlando. Delighted we have one just 11 minutes away in Stuart.

Great Place for a HEALTHY breakfast. We went after a local. Super awesome wait staff. Very clean and friendly.

Faked out by reviews or did I just order the wrong thing? I ordered the Florentine Benedict which comes with spinach, tomato and avocado and seasoned potatoes. Sounds good, yes? What I got was salt potatoes that seemed to be previously frozen in salt, salt eggs in salt sauce, whole uncooked large spinach leaves tasting of pesticide and no avocado, unless it dissolved in the salt sauce. Took a bite of each and asked for the check never to be seen here again. Orange juice and friendly staff get a star.

Service is always so courteous and knowledgeable of the food (I can ask "Is the soup vegetarian?" and get an intelligent response.) Menu has great selection of both healthy and indulgent options, and it even changes with the season. For example, I know they added a variety of yummy quinoa bowls. Definitely where I take out-of-town guests for brunch without breaking the bank.

Quaint, smallish restaurant that can guarantee fresh, good, gluten free food, and still satisfy the gluten eaters? Bingo. Our food came out fast, and was typical breakfast fare, leaning more toward skillets, omelettes etc than pancakes/breakfast bread type fare. I agree with other reviewers that this is not the place to go for "fine dining," but it is a step up from Denny's or Ihop, and if you aren't looking for fancy, this place fits the bill. The menu is fairly extensive, dining area was spotless, and the service was friendly and efficient. Bonus that it is located in a strip mall with plentiful parking, and that also lends itself to "come as you are." Perfect pre-beach or pre-fishing, or just for a bite out with the kids.

Good food and prices for the type of restaurant. Staff was very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a quick bite for lunch I would recommend!

Good place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Some of the items are billed as "healthy" but all in all it is a better choice than Denny's, etc. Coffee could be better but at these prices you can't expect much.

Used to eat there four days out of seven during the week always got same thing BLTE. That's bacon lettuce tomato and egg. At first there was five sticks of bacon on sandwich was really good. Over the last three months it started being two pieces of bacon on the sandwich. Had complaint to manager several times he said just ask for more bacon, well I shouldn't have to. Went in the other day and for four pieces of bacon I got charged an extra 1. 38 come on what's the deal I quit eating there I will not go back. Talk to the manager about it didn't seem like he really cared thanks Chase. It's funny when I first started coming here I had three other friend that used to come with me and then they slowly dropped out for the food reasons and now me ha ha. And the crust on the bread is always really hard like they leave it out Exposed to air and the soup is usually way too hot or room temperature My opinion they need a new manager somebody who will crack the whip on the people and get it right

Food is always good and fresh. The forager omelet and key west crepe are some of my favorites. The staff is friendly. They have daily specials which are good.

Scene: Big smiles, a warm welcome, fast friendly service accompanied with a "Hi friends!" Where am I? The environment is the polar opposite of a stereotypical DMV. Am I at a church convention? Why are these people so chipper and nice? Don't know, but now Im cautious. Initially, I was thrown off by how nice the servers are at First Watch. Perhaps, I've lived away from the South for too long and people warmly smiling at me now creeps me out. I dunno--but First Watch grew on me. They offer health conscious breakfast/brunch and lunch options which I appreciated after all the crab I'd eaten in Florida. I went three times and ordered the Crepeggs each time. Its a crepe with eggs, bacon, cheese, and some other delicious stuff. It was too tasty to stray. I also had their fresh juice called the Day Glow. Its an addictive concoction made of carrots, oranges, ginger and lemon and it is so gosh darn delicious. Dang it, gosh darn? See how their wholesomeness is rubbing off on me? Ugh.

Great organic food cooked to perfection and made to order. Great "diner" atmosphere for South Florida.

This seems to be hit or miss. They failed on Friday when I went to lunch with my co-worker. She always orders the same thing every time we go there. Always soup and salad. I am a little more adventurous and always try something new. This time I opted for the Parma hash. It was ok. There were tons of mushrooms and I am not a fan of mushrooms. I picked them out and gave them to my coworker. After they were gone there was very little left. I had expected a moist potato and sausage combo. I did not find any sausage and the potatoes were dry. What really ruined everything was that I could not get a drink. Every table had a decanter of water on it. Not ours. I asked for tea, it never came. Fifteen minutes later the check arrived and still no tea. The cashier asked how things were, I told her I was disappointed about no tea. She said "oh", not an I am sorry or I will go get you a to-go tea.

Love First Watch! Everyone is always very friendly, they have healthy options and the food is consistently delicious. For breakfast the veggie omelet made with egg whites is great. It is packed with flavor. For lunch, I enjoy the veggie sandwich and pecan Dijon salad combo. The produce is always fresh. This is our go-to breakfast place when we have guests in town and they always rave about it.

Yikes, brought poisonous food to customer after explicitly being warned not to do so! An efficient operation -- more like an assembly line than a restaurant. Decent-tasting.

Excellent breakfast and better staff! We stopped by because of the yelp community and were not disappointed...we really liked the quick order at curb side which moved everything along at a great pace and got us on our way to enjoy the sunshine!

We are in town for a wedding and didn't want ihop or Denny's. We looked up places to have breakfast on here and now I am glad we did. We ate here both yesterday and today and will again tomorrow before we catch the plane home. Their breakfast is amazing and their wait staff are friendly and helpful. Who can resist a healthier twist on all the classics. I had the bacado omlette yesterday with cheese, bacon and avocado and fresh pico. It was very good. My husband had the Monte cristo which was like french toast with ham and turkey with a berry dipping sauce. And today I got the breakfast scramble and he got the swisshroom. We can't wait to go back again tomorrow and try something else. Their coffee is good and their oj is fresh.

I eat here all the time! The food is great and they have lots of healthy options which is hard to find in Stuart. The chicken pesto quinoa bowl is delicious or I like to get the healthy and also yummy lean machine (a turkey patty, two eggs and three slices of tomato).

Never heard of First Watch Cafe until the Stuart location opened in 2007. Awesome experience!! Very unique restaurant and very health-centered. Not your typical breakfast-lunch spot. Favorite salad is the Santa Fe salad.Favorite wrap is the NOT Guilty Your Honor with cucumber, mushrooms, spinach, tomato and feta cheese with hummus.Their pancakes are huge. I can only eat one.My favorite omelette is the bacado with bacon and avacado and cheese(monterrey jack) with sour cream. Out of this world.Grilled Turkey sandwich on the lunch menu was also fabulous. I moved back to my home town in Brevard county,Florida and hope they will bring First Watch here soon.

Love this restaurant for breakfast. It knows how to serve you quickly with consistency, and friendly service. It's clean and well managed. Their menu caters to everyone's appetite: athletes, vegetarians, kids, seniors, and everyone in between. They even offer the morning paper to read.

Very reasonably priced breakfasts/brunches. Nice menu selections. On busy days, they take your order while you wait so it's almost ready for you when you are seated. Friendly service.

I am new to this place and I have to say I really, really like it. There's plenty of good stuff on the menu, and you can order breakfast at any time. I like that. I had the fruit crepes. They were delicious and the fruit was soooo fresh. Very good. It was served with some good granola, yogurt and a yummie blueberry muffin. Another time I visited here and I had a regular egg breakfast - it was also very good. The place is super-clean and everybody here is so friendly. Great service! I am anxious to go back and try different things. Oh, and free wi-fi for those who want to bring their computers!

The ham on the ham and tomato benedict was too salty... I pulled most if it off.... the elevated egg sandwich is good with nice, thick bacon and a brioche bun . The sweet tea is good and the staff is very friendly. We liked how they left a carafe of water and coffee at the table, which was helpful, we didn't have to ask for refills.

Very clean, very friendly and attentive staff. Our waitress Angie was so helpful and did such a great job at our table. The food was fresh and delicious. Always a great experience at First Watch. This was my first time at the Stuart location, and I thought it was just as phenomenal as the one by my house in Jupiter.

The setup is kind of like IHOP, but with a more 'trendy' menu. It's part of some sort of chain that does a rewards club, so I think that explains the vibe. If you've been to Berry Fresh Cafe this is a bit of a step down in quality. Decent selection of 'healthy' options. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are on point with what you get in return. Getting in and out out the place is a bit difficult since it's in a notoriously high traffic area. Closes at 2pm daily, but serves breakfast all day.

The service was great.. even had a special-guick order service - your order is taken while you. Are waiting 'speeding up your service. The food selection is awesome and delicious. Very reasonable priced.

Ordered eggs benedict florentine- spinach was watery, poached eggs were underdone, accompanying potatoes were room temperature, coffee had a peculiar aftertaste. On the plus side the service staff was uncommonly friendly. I must note that I am not in love with this chain and this location is no better or worse than all the rest. Don't expect much here and you will be fine.

My husband and I LOVE this restaurant for breakfast/brunch. They're only open until 2pm so make it there on time! Usually the weekends is pretty packed but we've never had to wait too long to get a table. I have ordered the same thing every time (and have been there about 10 times!) - the veggie skillet with scrambled eggs on top. It's consistently good, fresh, and flavorful. My hubby likes the Bacado and Greek Omelette. The servers are friendly and the bright and cheery setting makes you wake up with your cup of coffee and a newspaper or good conversation with friends. I highly recommend this place for a weekend breakfast with friends. Or, I've gone for brunch with business associates and the service is pretty quick during the week which makes for a quick escape from the office.

We were so excited when we accidentally came across this place. We had first tried it on one of our trips to Kansas City, MO and we had loved it so, imagine our surprise and happiness when we found one here. Kinda far but we don't mind the drive every now and then. First watch is awesome, the place is adorable with it's display of food cartons in the kitchen, their huge (chalk written) menu board and the food and service are wonderful. Kelly took very good care of us and was very pleasant when hubby turned back his food because it was not cooked to his liking. She took it back to the kitchen, brought back a new plate made to perfection, always with a smile and a great attitude. When you're in the area, you HAVE to ck it out....you'll love it!!

Delicious breakfast/lunch/brunch place. Informal, and lots of options to eat. Side note: What is up with the 90's style that they make the waiters wear? White scrunch socks and gym shoes? I feel like I'm in an episode of Saved by the Bell.

I meet buddies for lunch here about once a month. The experience is always a good one. The menu has a healthy feel to it and the food never weighs you down. My only complaint is they aren't open for dinner service.

Awesome! We came here on vacation...not knowing much about the area. Yelped a breakfast place, and found this gem! Great food, lots of options...even lots of healthy ones! The staff was just as impressive!

  • G T L.

The food and the prices are my reasons for giving this place 5 stars; it's not "fine dining" or splendid ambiance or any of that stuff, but it doesn't claim to be la-de-dah, either. The food is very, very good, and they offer PLENTY of options for breakfast and lunch. I really like going here whenever I am in the area to visit my family. I have always had outstanding service here. No complaints whatsoever--First Watch is a great place, and I can't wait to go back.

Great place for breakfast and the 100 other people there today (Sunday) at 10am would agree with me. Tables are turned over quickly - including the manager helping which is nice to see - so the 15 minute wait was only 10 minutes; plenty of coffee or ice cold water with lemon slices while you wait. Service staff was attentive and food matched the prices...$42 for breakfast for 5. Bacon and Cheddar multigrain pancakes! Gotta try them!

This place has really good food and very attractive waiters. I've been for breakfast and brunch and i'm always happy. The portion sizes are right on. The pancakes are HUGE. Don't get more than one unless you are sure you can handle it.

Love this place once I found it (SE corner of 714/US1 intersection). Waitstaff and manager are cheerful and on the ball. Food is great with good variety of menu. Food comes very quickly. This place is great.
