This is basically a non-chain version of Golden Corral. Let me tell you folks, there are not many great places to eat in Starke. This is definitely one of the top 3, especially if you want a quick lunch. They have an all you can eat buffet, which includes a salad bar, lots of southern favorites like; fried catfish, fried chicken, grits, mac and cheese and more...but best of all they have a great cobbler for dessert. You really can't go wrong for the price, and it beats the numerous fast food options in the area. The service was pretty good as was the food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable. The food was the typical buffet food although I do wish the mashed potatoes were not instant. There was not a huge selection to choose from and not much variety. We left immediately after we saw huge roach on the wall. Have seen roaches before but never one this big. Will not be going back.

First timer alert! (And it was taaaaastyyyy!) My family and I headed over here after the Waldo Flea Market and Strawberry Festival for a good, non-overpriced meal. Lunchtime is around $9 and dinner is $10 a person, definitely not bad. About $60 for everybody because my sister-in-law's baby ate for free (ages 3 and below eat *FREE*!) Apparently this place has been in business for over 20 years and it shows. It looks like there are a lot of repeat customers and even my boyfriend had been going there as long as he could remember. This restaurant is casual and the ambiance is very relaxing and has a "homey"-type feeling to it. Moving onto the food, there are 3 different buffet sections: salad, entree, and desserts. I made myself a caeser salad on one plate and then turkey in gravy, rice, mac n cheese, and fried chicken on another plate. Oh boy, was it all delicious! After barely having enough room in my stomach. I managed to eat a bowl of swirl ice cream with nuts and chocolate sauce! :) Last, but not least, for a drink I had their sweet tea. BEST SWEET TEA ON THE PLANET!!! The customer service was very amazing and QUICK. We had a young brunette girl wait our table (we sat near the entrance) and she was on top of getting us pitchers of sweet tea with extra ice in a bowl. She also always managed to get our plates as soon as we cleaned it off; more room for food! Overall my first impression and experience here was a very positivie one! I left with the fullest belly and biggest smile in my face :D I definitely recommend this place for some southern cookin', so stop by here and enjoy!

Good good for the price, southern food, fried chicken, pork chops, Mac and cheese and that sort of stuff. Good iced tea, friendly service, nothing to write home about but cheap and satisfying.

I am not a fan of buffets, but it is Thanksgiving and we were on the road. This is a typical small town buffet. The service was fine and there were no major issues. Like I said, just a small town buffet and something I do not frequent much, I actually give this place a 2.5, but rounded up.

So honestly I'm a bit tipsy and not from around a here but &10 for all you can eat food and meat and sides and dessert and salad is literally a dream, regardless of the quality. So god bless you Steer something family food, I love you and your low overheard costs. This is the pinnacle of freedom.

I came here with a few friends for dinner and Ill just say don't pay attention the the Steak House Buffet part of the name. When I hear Steak House Buffet I think of something kinda like Golden Corral with the way they do steaks it definitely is misleading. The buffet had about 12 items on it so it was not much of a buffet. I was very disappointed with how this place turned out. The food was not bad but the selection and misleading sign outside gave me a bad taste. I wont be going back.

I go here at least one time a week. The buffet is great on Sunday but during the week days it doesn't meet par. Ribeye steak sandwiches are great. Sirloin tips are another fav. The rolls on the weekend are amazing

Friendly service. Food was very good. I didn't have the buffet, though, but enjoyed a perfectly cooked ribeye sandwich.
