I was a little sceptical! I wasn't sure about how good they'd be with taking orders for new pies and bringing them out in a decent time frame, but I was really blown away by how on top of things the cheery little waitresses were. We ordered a Hawaiian, baked potato (totally recommend this), meatlover's, pepperoni, and a snickerdoodle dessert pie, and everything came out hot and delish. These were good pizzas too, full of ooey-gooey cheese and toppings with perfectly textured crust. The small slice sizes are a good idea and though I went all Kirby on my favourite, the Hawaiian, I was able to sample some of everything. Great family atmosphere, lots of kids around, some older couples, everyone seemed to be having a good time. The salad bar is modest but they keep on top of it and I built myself a satisfying appetizer salad. Pizza's the king here though, and the concept is just great fun. I hope they're successful into the future, but I have to wait until another cheat day to come back!

We are new to St. Pete and we love a great fish fry (fish & chips) and are so happy we found Jack's! Admittedly, when we got out of the car I was hesitant to take our newborn in because it looked a little more like a bar than a restaurant. Glad we ventured was mostly restaurant booths and tables :) So, back to the fish...which is how we found Jack's on yelp: Most fried fish we try has that gray underside(skin)...not Jack's, thank goodness! It was served piping hot from the kitchen... everything was super fresh. (You can tell when frying grease is old...this was not.) The fries are steak fries, which we like... And the tartar sauce is home-made and delicious. We also couldn't pass up trying the fried portobello mushrooms...they were cut into spears and were AWESOME! Also, we are big on service, and the guy taking care of us was great. Jack's is our new go-to fish place for sure, but we are excited to try the other dishes.
Well I came in a grabbed a few appetizers and a couple of beers... Roast beef sliders, were quite tasty and juicy. Scotch Egg could have been cook a bit more for my liking, outside of breading need a bit more color and the egg yolks where not cook enough for me, but flavorful nonetheless. I didn't care for the mustard sauce and opted to used HP sauce for it as well. Chips and gravy exactly what you'd expect. Great beers here too, just wish more people would support local brews a bit more ( they did carry Coppertail and Bold City both Florida beers but nothing from any of ours here in St Pete) Overall a very pleasant surprise and will be back!
Don't judge a book by its cover. This is a hidden gem. Best British fare in town; and, yes, I've been to Moon Under Water on several occasions over the years. Jack's is quaint with an authentic pub feel and ample natural light. The staff is friendly and hardworking. They have a large and varied menu including different meat, poultry and seafood items. The have a delicious homemade desert menu including bread pudding and custards. They have several drafts and bottled beers to choose from, including some local selections. Jack's came with a high recommendation from a trusted source. I have visited at lunch and dinner times. Most of their food items are classic British dishes with a gourmet twist. I've tried their special Lentil Curry, Shepard's Pie, and Leak, Brie, Chicken Pie. All were fresh, savory, flavorful and priced appropriately. They have a daily special that is included on their small plate menu where from noon until 6:30pm you can have a reduced sized portion along with a house salad and bread (both were a delightful fresh and tasty surprise for a British pub-style restaurant) and a side of perfectly cooked mixed vegetables for only $7.99. Also, included in this small plate menu are other favorites like Bangers & Mash, Shepard's Pie, and a few others. Great deal! Great stop in NE St. Pete for lunch or an early dinner! My only complaint is that they appear to be running low on wait staff. Even with that complaint my needs were met in a timely manner and with a smile.

Kopper Kitchen

I've been going to Kopper Kitchen since I was a kid... it's a St. Pete mainstay and you'll see everyone from the mayor to school teachers, to fisherman, retired cops, stay at home moms and high school seniors. The price is right for fresh, no nonsense meals. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, and I have been there twice in one day- it's that good. Try the breakfast special for a filling way to start the day- the biscuits are homemade. Feel like only strawberries and bananas in your fruit cup? Do it. Delicious. For lunch, the patty melt, the BLT with the juiciest red tomatoes and slice after slice of bacon on toast- YUM. The chicken salad is delish, oh and the greek salad too. You'll need to dump it out on a big plate to make sense of it all. They make a different special entree each day of the week, and they are all great. Dessert? They have that too. Homemade creme puffs on Wednesday will rock your face off. Seriously. Save some room!!
This is one of my all-time favorite places to go for lunch in St. Pete. It makes me nostalgic because my friends and I came here after school nearly every day in high school and the staff recognize us to this day. I wish I could get here more because you feel at home when you go there. But anyway, on to the food... Full disclosure: as much as I love this place, I've never been a fan of their breakfast. With that being said, it's been 8 years since I've had it so I don't know where it stands at this point. But my favorite thing about this place is their veggie sub. I haven't eaten meat in over 9 years and this sub has been known to be a favorite of my meat eating friends. I've also know their salads and clubs to be good according to friends and family. Oh, and their crispy fries... Always good. This place is like a diner with a twist. And if you're a vegetarian, don't pass up the sub.
Every time I visit my family in Florida I insist on a visit to the Kopper Kitchen for lunch. This place has been here for ages and what I love most about it is nothing has ever really changed. Don't expect fancy food, but instead expect very fresh and very well prepared simple breakfast and lunch fair. My go to meal is always the small (actually huge) greek salad, and OMG is it always just what I needed and wanted. Lots of feta, fresh greens, cucumbers, great home made potato salad, red onions, tomatoes... and that amazing house dressing... it's also served with their classic garlic roll... man I want to fly in today just to get another and it's making my mouth water thinking about it... Now they also have a lot of other good stuff including daily specials, excellent sandwiches, and especially the soups, which are consistently fantastic... Finally, I've been coming here for years and they have a great family atmosphere. The servers have been there forever, which I think speaks well of an establishment and the owner is a real sweetheart of a guy who is very accommodating to families, regulars and new patrons alike. Just can't say enough good things about this place.

Just another average D&D... good.
Drive-through moves faster than most DD's.
Service this morning was slow, but the ladies were all smiles and got my complicated order right. Very happy about that! Long line at the drive thru.. you're better off just going inside and ordering at the counter.

Everything is very clean and fresh tasting. The mexican food here is definitely upscale, but oh so good. Good atmosphere as well. The prices are decent for the type of place it is. The seafood items are of course your higher end of the menu. The chips and salsa are quite tasty also, though I'm a fiend for most chips and salsa.
Great lunch items. Mahi tacos are good but wish you got three of them instead of two. The chipotle shrimp burrito is the best!
Tasty Mexican inspired food that'll fill you up good. Had the short rib torta which was packed with flavorful moist and tender meat. Nice atmosphere and the menu looks like it could keep you happy over several visits.

Done in only for fresh and spectacular pizza to order, get it delivered and its soggy, order to go and pay extra for some reason.
You can taste the fresh ingredients on this pizza. Light crust. Interested staff. No frills. Great place.
Great little locally-owned pizza spot. The service is quick, personal, and friendly. Even more importantly, they made a damn good pizza - the ny style pizza is thin with a nice crisp/chewy crust, a tangy sauce, and a judicious use of real cheese, (not that cheap, chain pizza nonsense). I haven't tried the sicilian or the deep dish, but they both looked good. Added bonus: as a previous reviewer mentioned, this place has a take and bake option, which is far superior to delivery or takeout if you happen to care about the consistency of your pizza.

LOVE this place. Been several times and the food is always on point. The tuna tacos are so freaking amazing your life will be forever changed!!! This place has it all from a nice dining room. Awesome courtyard and even a few tables outside the wall of courtyard that are dog friendly! Last time we had a group of friends, all order different things so we could kinda words spoken. Only serious chewing and grazing happened once those plates hit the table. And they make all the plates look so pretty, swirls and sauces smears. Perfection. Although we had a very sub par server that night, but in the end the tuna tacos made up for that!!
This place hit all the marks. The courtyard seating area was the perfect spot for four of us to sip margaritas made with great tequila. I ordered the pulpo ceviche which was yummy, just spicy enough, and plated really nicely. Thank you to our server Andrew for the great recommendations and super friendly service. The prices were super reasonable too. Oh and they serve homemade corn tortillas.
I prefer Mexican restaurants that provide complimentary chips and salsa, but the ones you pay for here were great. Their food was beyond amazing. Everyone in our party was overly impressed with the food. We got things from apps to different main dishes. The margaritas were terribly weak. For this placing touting they have a great tequila selection, I was sorely disappointed. I only ordered 1 margarita, as I regretted the purchase. I will go back again, but plan on skipping the overpriced margaritas.

Great place in a quaint neighborhood. We stopped by on our way back from exploring downtown and we're glad to find this gem. Ordered pizza next door with our beer= win! Great atmosphere that is laid back.
Very nice and out of the way neighborhood place to eat. Service was great and the beer cheese soup was outstanding. Will be back for sure the next time I come to St. Pete.
I started going to this pub about 6 years ago. I love that it's tucked away in Old Northeast. Since everyone parks in the streets, parking can be a little frustrating if you go on the weekends or late at night. The food is so good. I love the grilled veggie sandwich. The bar offers a lot of different wine and beer choices. The staff is friendly.

Domino’s Pizza

I've never had a bad experience here. I always use the online ordering (then pick it up on my way home from work) and the pizza is always ready at exactly the right time. It is always correct. The pizza itself is very good for a chain...absolutely nothing like the Domino's of five years ago. This is our go-to spot for pizza 1-2 times a month. 2 mediums at 5.99 each is really an amazing deal. The pan pizzas are some of the best available in a national chain (far better than The Hut).
With the exception of one order that took over two hours to be delivered, I love ordering from here. It's an overall food location, normally my orders are delivered within 20 minutes of placing.
I really enjoy Domino's. They are my favorite for nightly college studies. This store in particular has never done me wrong. I know you can't choose your delivery driver, but I will note that the driver named Kimberly is really sweet and always funny. If you're reading this, good job, really! Otherwise, typical Domino's food. You can't expect an authentic New York / Italian pizza from a chain. I recommend the lava cakes and the cheese stuffed bread. I never even order the pizza. Thanks, Domino's on 9th! (and their awesome drivers!)
