meh. freezing cold inside. no vegetable of the day available on holidays evidently. my husband liked the grits, said the ham was pretty greasy, as were my fries. if you want potato skins, you might like the fries here, i didn't care for them. everything was pretty bland & frankly, not all that cheap for what we ordered. don't think we'll be back.

Nothing flashy here, run-of-the-mill food at pretty low prices. Friendly staff, but the food from the kitchen is nothing that's going to wow you.

Had a few good breakfasts here. So I tried dinner. Mistake!! They were out of the Artesian chicken dinner. Slow kitchen (I was warned by the server). Food was less than average. Wife had to leave the table to gag on the grizzly chicken in the Greek salad. Not a good experience. Will not be back.

The service here is stellar but......the food is just awful. The food isn't spiced at all and it seems like a lot of it is canned. I've eaten here twice and it was empty, I drive by often and it is always slow. Old school grandma decor and old TVs to watch; at least they give you the remote.

It suddenly hits you as you approach the door, that feeling of emptiness as you walk into a deserted restaurant. Not a soul here this morning about eight-thirty. Did I miss the breakfast rush or it never happened? Still empty when I leave at nine. The waitress attendant and presumed owner hovered over me every five minutes, understandable since she had nothing else to do, the sweet lady. Ordered a ham omelet with home fries and rye toast, which arrived a few minutes later. Before that I was served a cup of lukewarm coffee, no wonder no smoke billowing from the cup. Four reloads of the same lukewarm coffee, the third one being just a tad warmer. Panoramic street view on one side or watch TV. Their version of home fries is new to me, round fried potato slices difficult to cut with a fork. The omelet was thankfully just right, and she brought me a tiny tray with butter and jelly for my toast. Neat country-style decor, the place also doubles as a bar on the opposite side of the central cashier counter. They serve a breakfast buffet on weekends plus a soup and salad buffet for lunch, hope that brings somebody in. For over eight bucks before tip, three stars seems generous. Wonder why Mama's Kitchen down the road is so crowded.

We've been going here for years and it has been pretty good. The wait staff isn't the best, but the cook and the owner are very kind. Breakfast is pretty average, I'd rather eat at IHOP. Dinner is pretty good. Very american food, but most of it is tasty and super hot. The fried chicken and spaghetti and meat sauce are super yummy. The turkey open faced sandwich is good, minus the wonder bread it is served on. One of the duds was the chicken pot pie. The salad bar add on is a good value. The salad is OK, but the soup is usually good and there are puddings for dessert. All in all, not the best place in Seminole. However, if you are low on cash and want a sit down meal, this would be a good place to go.

At its prime before Yelp existed this was probably a popular and hopin place. But with two better Diner's' just a block away in both directions I would recommend skipping this place. Lunchtime on Friday was quiet due to the fact myself and two other customers were the only ones present. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and when my food arrived it was the size of a White Castle burger with double the grease. The fries were freshly cut and just as greasy. This place needs a major revamp and fresh cooks in the back. Also a smile from the waitress would have been nice. One side of the menu said breakfast all day but no breakfast menu was given.

Leisurely breakfast on a Saturday morning. Quiet and chill staff. Country fried steak is a pork chop and was great tasting with the white gravy. Eggs were ok. Tomatoes were fresh. Potatoes we crunchy and flavorful.
