Best place in town for drinks! Atmosphere is great, service is great. Food is what you would expect from a bar - not very good, but not horrible. Better for catching up with friends than eating. Live music.

If you're ever in the Treasure Coast area and want to go somewhere for an all around good time then Tiki Bar & Grill is an ideal choice. Located on Indian River Drive, Tiki Bar & Grill has an enjoyable view day or night. It is outdoor seating with live music every weekend. The pricing is pretty good too, nothing over $10. Tiki Bar & Grill's menu consists mostly of sandwiches and bar food. All of the entrées come with two sides. You have your pick of cole slaw, french fries, potato salad, or macaroni salad. I had the Garlic Butter Shrimp ($9) as an appetizer which was more garlicky than I had anticipated (yum!). Served with toasted bread on the side, you make your own little crostinis. My friend ordered the Fish Tacos ($9). The fish was blackened mahi accompanied with spinach, onions, tomatoes and cheese. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich ($8.50) which consisted mozzarella cheese, bacon and blue cheese. It was a good sized sandwich and full of flavor. The bun was nicely toasted and the blue cheese wasn't overwhelming. I'm a saucy gal but this had enough flavor that I didn't need to douse it with something. The cole slaw was pretty good as well, very "KFC-esque." I'm pretty content with the sandwich I ordered along with the Watermelon Mojitos that I drank. There's an area where you can play cornhole, enjoy your drinks, watch some sports games. Or if you're more like me, just enjoy the water view. The music playing the evening I went was all classic rock. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere. This really is a place where you can go and just feel like you're getting away!

Rum drinks, tropical breeze, salty air, gorgeous view and the distant whistle of a train. We just saw a pod dolphins! So relaxing. Excellent cocktails. Love this spot!

Food, so so. Asked for no tomato on the fish taco but got it anyway with the comment, "it's okay, it's on the side, you can push it away". The best part about the place is the location on the river. Fine if you don't have great expectations and want very casual place.

Love this place! Great food!! Everything is made to order so even though its not the speed of a chain restaurant, its definitely much better in taste and quality! Great place to relax and have a drink and some munchies! Great daily specials too!

It's a Tiki Bar on the river, come thirsty and enjoy the view. Friendly staff, the crowd is a little old but that is Sebastian.

Friendly bartenders and you can't beat the VIEW!! Asked for a drink and she graciously offered up a Bahamas Mama as an option. YUMMY! Nice folks, great view, and corn hole in the sun! Couldn't ask for more!

Went there on a warm and breezy Saturday to have lunch and listen to live music. It was completely packed and we had to go to the bar to get waited on for drinks. We then had to ask for more drinks at the bar and if we could order food since still no waitress available. Took about another hour to get lunch but was worth it (at least for me.) I had the mahi fish tacos....YUM! It was a fun afternoon and the music was great so it made the service part bearable. Staff was extremely nice and apologetic. I'd go back but not to eat if the parking lot is full.

Great place, good food, reasonable price. Vacationing at disney vero beach and drove over about 15 minute drive and well worth it. Live music casual atmosphere.

Younger crowds tend to flock here. Nice locale on the river. Like playing cornhole (bean bag toss)? Then this is the place for you. Limited parking (my advice: park near Earl's or Capt Hiram's and walk here after). Cheap drinks (just bottles, no taps). Full liquor bar. The friendly staff busts their butts to actually get your drinks fast (weird, right?). The set up is a outdoor patio area with a stage and 15-20 tables set up in between the bar and cornhole beach. Indoor seating is maybe 10 people deep, tops. They had a cover band down from Orlando playing this night, not bad.

Exactly what a little fishing town needs...great music, reasonably priced drinks served with a smile and a friendly, slightly older crowd. It's a little tiki hut bar, settled in between seating areas on sand and the bandstand. There are fire pits that they light at night. The staff has always been friendly and efficient when we've gone here, both when it was busy and when it was mostly empty.

I love this place! It's right on the water and has a total "island feel". Live music on the weekends and decent drink prices. I've only sampled appetizers from the bar menu, so I can't really say anything about the food, but I've had a great time every time I've been there.

I had visited this bar for drinks once before and wanted to stop by for a burger and beer on a Friday night, as this restaurant recently started serving food. We checked their website to see the menu (which was small, but we only wanted a burger) and headed over. We arrived right after 8pm and it was pretty packed, which I took to be a good sign. A waitress finally approached us only to say that they only serve appetizers after 8pm, not the full dinner menu. This was NOT stated anywhere on their website. Very disappointing that a place advertising itself as a bar and grill stops serving their extremely limited menu at 8pm on a Friday night. I will not be going back.

Love this place! The food is all bar food, but good and reasonably priced. I wasn't a big fan of the side macaroni salad or side potato salad as they weren't served very cold and were runny, but that could just be preference. I had the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich and both were delicious. The live music and regulars made the place a really fun place to hang out. I also love playing cornhole and they have a perfect waterfront setup for it.

Be sure that you have some extra time on weekend nights as the service may take a bit longer, but once the food arrives, you will love it; great flavors and presentation.

Key West type toes in the sand hangout with nice view of river. Ample heavy smokers and mostly fried food. For us the smokers mainly ruin a good time and the menu needs some grilled dishes and perhaps pizza.

Went here on not the most ideal of days ( storm was rolling in) ended up pouring outside on us, but nonetheless a great place and atmosphere! The menu is on the smaller side, but still good selection. (It's a bar & grill that was expected) I had fish tacos off of a friends recommendation and they were great! Would come back on a nicer day for sure!

It was pouring rain. There was no heat. Not the makings for a great day at the Tiki Bar. We will be back. They were kind enough to suggest locations with inside seating that we might be more comfortable. Spinach & Artichoke dip was great.

On vacation my husband and I stopped by for lunch. We enjoyed the view- so beautiful! The waitresses were very nice and attentive. We ordered draft beer which was well priced and ice cold. We ordered mozzarella fried cheese- it came out frozen in the middle, but when we told the waitress she promptly had them remade and they we're yummy. For our meal, we both ordered chicken sandwiches. I had the buffalo chicken which was really good. Nice and spicy, messy, finger licking! I would recommend this for a relaxing afternoon of good food, good beer, and a great view.

When the Parking lot's full, the staff goes into high gear! There's loads of parking all around, the food's fresh and the drinks all prepared at the bar with fresh ingredients. Have a rum runner!

Don't know how good or bad the food is. Just know they are not dog friendly when they could be since they have an outside eating area on the River. A great place for puppy lovers to get a meal with their humans if allowed. Not one but two no dog signs. Stuarts River walk has such places, they even put out fresh water for dogs walking by, Sebastian has that opportunity to do so. We are new here and our new local friends and ourselves won't even try to visit anti-dog establishments, even without our hairy friends. Places that can accommodate pets are inviting and of course must be outside. The Sebastian Beach Inn, (4 stars) just north of the inlet, is dog friendly and a beautiful location on the ocean. Bands during the weekends and they start in the early afternoon. Park your stuff on the beach and get a table to eat , drink and listen to good music with pup. Then swim relax and back up to their outside deck for another drink, food and music. Again, all with your well mannered pup too.

The freshest food with a fabulous view. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and sweet. All the other beach bars have obviously a frozen selection (save for the specials). This place makes it all fresh. Try the sausage dip, nachos and pork sandwich. Cor hole sets are near for some fun. Live music each day except Monday. What a place!!

The food was good, the location is phenomenal. Sitting outside was beautiful, even on a less than stellar day and they were even able to accommodate my need to sit near a plug so I could work through my lunch. A word of caution: The macaroni salad is what made this a 3 star review instead of a 4 star. I'm not sure if they make it ahead of time and freeze it or if it comes from a vendor but it's a complete pass ... underseasoned, the pasta is grey in colour and the overwhelming oil just makes it a gloopy mess. On the other hand, the cole slaw is fresh, tangy and perfect with a burger & fries.
