*Brief Review* Took almost an hour to get our To-Go order when we were told 25 minutes, So do not be in a rush. Dishes with meat, do not come with much meat. It's like Where's Waldo, trying to find it. Stay away from the friend foods, They taste like fryer oil. *Our Experience* There is nothing I love more than some good Thai Food. While we normally go to another location in Vero Beach, we decided that we would try our local Sea Jasmine Thai for the first time. We placed a To-Go order and were told to be there for pick up in 25 minutes. We got there 30 minutes after i got off of the phone. We stood there for 8 minutes before we were greeted. Then we were told to take a seat. We found ourselves sitting for another 25-30 minutes. Watching our To-Go order stack up one container at a time and slowing become cool. By the time everything was ready and bagged we already knew all of the food had become cold, but were still hopefully that it would be delicious and worth the wait. $50 later and a cold meal for two in hand we headed home. Upon arrival i began to plate up the food and I was having trouble deciphering what was what. We Ordered: Appetizers: -Grilled Beef Skewers(W/Thai BBQ Sauce): The Skewers were cold to the touch but the beef was good. flavorful and i enjoyed them. The "thai bbq sauce" seemed to be just regular bbq with Sriracha sauce added to it and not even mixed. -Chicken Spring Rolls: 2 large deep fried rolls served with a spicy sweet and sour sauce. I could see them potentially being good but i couldn't taste anything beyond the fryer oil. -Ginger Salad: Wilted lettuce with shredded ginger with quartered large tomato chunks. Large salad that came with only a couple of table spoons of dressing. Entrees: -Chicken Pad Thai: When i opened the container all i saw was a dull plop of noodle. Where was the chicken? Barely any to be found, Taste was bland and it was lacking. -Massaman Beef Curry(With Rice): A decent curry dish with Beef, Potatoes and assorted veggies. The only problem it was bland and we had ordered it spicy and there was no spice to it. Only came with a small amount of rice. Desserts: -Sweet Rice Mango:Half of a mango sliced and set upon a ball of sticky rice. Flavorless, Sticky rice was mushy. -Deep Fried Banana:Tiny bits of banana wrapped in egg roll wraps then deep fried. Topped with some kind of sweet sauce. Again, tasted like the fryer oil so we did not continue to eat them after a bite. I will unfortunately not be going back anytime soon. I do hope that they improve on some of these issues.

This place is the bomb! Don't be in a rush because they make your food to order and it's delicious! It's a tradition that we eat here at least one time every time I visit my mom! The food is so good and the service is incredibly friendly. Honestly the best place you could find!

Vegans and vegetarians, this is as good as it gets for you in this part of the world! A hidden vegan-friendly gem in an all-Republican meat-eater populated area of Sebastian/Vero Beach. Scott (who owns the place with his mom, a super nice Thai lady) knows his vegans, and we were super surprised to be taken adequately with our requests and not to hear any silly questions like we always hear in non-vegan places. We were also super delighted when he said, without us asking, that we cannot have watermelon soup because it's made on chicken broth (Thai places often don't consider broth/chicken stock, or fish/oyster sauce for that matter, to be worth mentioning). They make all your food fresh right in front of you from scratch; as you probably know, only McDonalds and pre-fab warmed up curries can be made in 5mins - I don't understand why people here get so upset about timing - YOUR FOOD IS MADE SPECIALLY FOR YOU HERE! From scratch, like your momma would!!! From all the fresh vegetables bought in the market for that day! So have a little patience and you'll be rewarded with the freshest food available in Florida North. Do you know how long it takes to prepare a real Thai curry? If you knew you wouldn't complain because their timing was perfect for a curry. So, sit down, relax and wait for a little bit - with a glass of delicious jasmine ice tea - for your great food. Our portions were generous and so good. I myself cook Thai and can tell this food was GOOD! We started off with a Tom yum soup (i ordered a cup for myself, but Scott brought us a huge bowl to share and didn't charge any extra). The green curry that I ordered was rich and creamy and filling, all the right spices and having an interesting flavor. My husband's fried rice was also up to the mark. We had a nice chat with the owners while it was raining and felt like home. We'll surely make it our go-to place for the time being.

First time. It's only been there 4 months so actually they're doing very well. Good adventure, excellent value. Very light decor and ambiance, a small place with maybe 10 tables. a Thai couple owns and cooks, but the waitress, Coral, takes ownership and wants to make the customer happy. Good food. Good spring rolls for two. Grace had Pork vegetable stir fry and devoured it. I had massaman curry beef in coconut milk. You can adjust the heat. The rice was good; I suggest that two bowls of rice and one entree will be more than enough. The sweet rice coconut custard with mango was irresistible. We'll go back. It's almost exactly 1/2 way between I95 (exit 156) and US1 on FL512. One friend had told me it was GREAT right after it opened; one friend tonight when we mentioned we were going said not to bother. Our verdict: GO.

The food was ok, staff was friendly. But they attempted to charge $1.25 for a cup of hot water & said it was because they had to boil it!!! After raising concerns they took $1 off but still....

"We loved it also. The owners make you feel like you are eating in their home as their guest. Very good food."

You know, I really like this place in theory, small family owned genuine thai food, the owner cooking in a real chef's uniform. But the food was frankly a disappointment. It is possible that because I am not super familiar with thai that I did not order well. Other people's meals looked better. The two dishes we ordered were small portions for the money, and what we ended up getting was so different from the scant english description in the menu that I had to ask whether we actually received what we thought we had ordered. One of the dishes we ordered was a chicken dish and it came out looking pre-chewed, kind of like tuna fish almost. The flavor was decent but it was just weird. My guess is if we had ordered something more standard like pad thai we would have been much happier. So while I was not really happy with my dishes, if I was going to be in the area longer I would come back here regularly and try different dishes because I am sure there are some really terrific ones, it's just that kind of place I think.

The Treasure Coast should have been called the "No Vegan Food Coast," but I guess that was too long to name it that. I was able to find some things I could eat at an Indian restaurant a few nights ago so my next thought was to try Thai. After a pretty bad experience at another local Thai restaurant, Siam City, that had almost no vegan food on a 16-page menu, I called another Thai restaurant in town before making the trek. To my delight, Sea Jasmine Thai Cuisine seemed more than happy to accommodate so we all headed out to this restaurant. As relatively new restaurant owners, Scott (also the chef), and his mother seem eager to please. There was only one other couple when we arrived so Chef Scott brought us some water as we waited for the rest of our party and reassured us that he could make us whatever we wanted. It is a fairly small restaurant located in Sebastian, Florida with white tile floors and colorful walls, decorated with plants and Asian fans. We started with an appetizer of spring rolls. These rolls were filled with lettuce, carrots, and cilantro and served with a light sauce with cucumbers. They were pretty good. Then, to our surprise, the chef brought us each a gift of a soup. He made a special vegan one for me that was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. It was a clear broth soup loaded with chunky veggies like celery, red peppers, bamboo, carrots, cilantro, and lemongrass. Scott said that he sourced as much as he could from the local farm. Love supporting local farms! For my entree, I just described the type of dish I wanted and the chef made it for me. He took fresh cut broccoli, carrots, red onions, green beans, scallions, zucchini, Thai chiles, and fried tofu and tossed it in a sweet and sour sauce. Although I asked for really spicy, it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped so he advised me to use the housemade spice mix that is on the table. And when I say housemade, I mean he dries his own chiles, grinds them into a powder and creates the mix fresh. Wow - now that was hot! It was a very tasty dish. Overall, everyone was very pleased with their dishes, the prices, and the service. This was my favorite place to eat during my week in the Treasure Coast area.

I was excited to have a Thai place so close to home, but it was not as good as I had hope. Actually kind of bland for Thai food. Not terrible.

The food was good but over-priced. I had pad Thai and the other person had stir fry. Both were good but not exceptional in any way. I also had the crab Rangoon and it was perfectly fried however the filling was just a small amount of cream cheese and virtually no crab. Very disappointing. I also had the Thai tea which I enjoyed quite a bit. The bill was over $30 which struck me as way too much for lunch. There was plenty of food to take home though. The AC was broken in summer time so it was wicked hot. Perhaps I would have had a better experience if I had left and went another time with the AC working. The staff was friendly and the chef asked how if we enjoyed our meal, which I thought was nice.

Was visiting Sebastian and stopped in here for lunch during the first week of March. It wasn't busy when I arrived, and I was greeted and seated quickly. Food was really tasty and spiced appropriately--ordered medium spiciness, and it had some kick but not too much. Pro tip: never order "Thai spicy" the day of a multi-hour flight. :) The Penang Tofu was delicious. Portion was generous, and I was full before I could finish the dish. Had a lovely chat with the owner of the restaurant before leaving. Overall, a very positive experience.
