Quick fast Starbucks coffee. Order is always made right and in hardly any wait time. Friendly faces, small location but plenty of seating. I've had over 1000 "iced tall Americano's with no room" and it tastes the same every single time at this location. Best Starbucks in town. Never had to have em remake it and I'm pretty particular. Just strong enough, not bitter, little water, ice, to the top. They understand, I have a medical need for my coffee. I like this Starbucks especially for its consistency. It's consistently "pretty good." That's good enough for me when I'm in a rush. Nice to lounge outside, watch the cars drive by and fuel my caffeine addiction.

Okay, yes I am somewhat robotic about getting my Starbucks drinks. Something about the end of a difficult day sends me to Starbucks. It's one of the ways I destress. This is the location I go to most often. For the most part they are friendly and attentive. They always get my order correct. In the past, whenever the waiting time in the car line was even slightly longer than normal the staff was apologetic and gave you a free drink vouchers (without even a complaint being lodged). I respect any company or franchise that pays that kind of attention to customer service. It is not only refreshing, but inspires a sense of loyalty to this location in particular and Starbucks in general. Unfortunately, more recently the waiting times are getting a bit longer and the apologies have disappeared. I don't know if this location has a new manager or maybe word got passed down from corporate to stop giving away so many free drinks. I also notice a lot more employee turnover and more frequently get the sense that I am often dealing with a new-by. I know what you're thinking; these are really minor issues but for me they change the experience. I usually don't know the server and they don't know me. That makes this place like most places. For now, I will keep getting my Starbucks 3 or 4 times each week and probably from this location. Like I said, I am robotic about this for some reason. But I am not as happy a robot as I used to be.

I like Starbucks In General but this location is my favorite, always have a parking lot available, great staff, nice outside area!!

First, we asked for unsweetened latte and it was sweetened. FAIL. Second, what happened to their banana bread?!?! It used to be delicious and choc-full of walnuts and now it's wet and has hardly any nuts. Could it be because their baked goods now come from "La Boulange"?? YUCK. The banana bread sucks even if it came from a French sounding bakery. FAIL 2.

They ALWAYS get my drink right, and the service is friendly and usually speedy. Gets only 3 stars because it's Starbucks, and with one at nearly every major intersection in the country, you have to be truly remarkable to get better than 3. This location is nicely designed, but a little loud. The parking is awkward, and you can generally only go south or west when departing. So, if you're headed toward I-75, and it's rush hour, expect to wait a while to be able to get into the turn lane.

I usually come here once a week bc I work around the area on some days. Today they took my order wrong, therefore it resulted in my drink being made wrong. They tried to slop it together when I told her it was the wrong drink & added the flavored syrup after it was already made....? I tasted it & it was horrible. I had her remake it & she had the worst attitude ever about it. She seemed annoyed to be remaking it but she has no idea that I was just as annoyed. I mean I don't go around paying $5 for someone to make my drink wrong. I'm disappointed in this Starbucks.

Good location. Nice staff. Quick service. Has a drive thru. Wi-fi is slow. Could use a few more comfortable chairs. It's always freezing inside. Bring your winter jacket.

This is a nice starbucks, especially since there is a drive thru. My only complaints is the lack of comfortable sectioned off seAting. There is a large table with about 8 chairs. This takes up way too much room and forces individuals to sit with strangers. Also when you go through the drive thru and pull out onto Bee Ridge there is a huge dip that if you don't hit it at the right speed it feels like you hit a gigantic pot hole. Oh and there should be ONE designated route for the drive thru. Last gripe: not enough parking! Forced to go through the drive thru because of lack of parking. People have been hostile towards me because they believe they should go ahead of me in line. I understand we all need our morning coffee but come on! Where is the common courtesy? I guess me being from the country I just expect people to be kind and courteous drivers, not so in Sarasota! Lol. As a daily visitor, sometimes twice a day, I must say the coffee is just as grand as any other Starbucks. The staff is nice and service is prompt. When I have went inside With my young child he behaved and the place was 'family friendly.' I gove 4 stars because the service is prompt and the product is excellent. Would be 5 stars of the complaints above did not exist.
