This may sound odd but we always go to Outback for the coconut shrimp appetizer and lobster tails for dinner! The tails are small and very sweet. We get them steamed. The service is always good. In "season" the tourists mob this restaurant so we tend to stay away.

Didn't realize about the no reservations thing- we had to wait about 20 minutes when we arrived. Didn't like the lay out and it felt very crowded with all of the tables. Small, disappointing menu but at least the chicken tortilla soup was good.

So many issues with our meal here I don't even know where to begin. OK, I guess the beginning is good. Let's start a week ago when my mother called to make reservations for Christmas Eve and was told by the hostess with a great sigh of effort that even though they hadn't started that list yet that she guessed they could now and we would be at the top of it. What she failed to explain to my mother was that Outback does not take reservations, instead they do "call ahead" seating to try to reduce wait time. Arriving and finding out we had to wait 20 minutes my mother was understandably a bit peeved. When we were finally seated in the very loud, very busy restaurant we were greeted by a server who looked pretty nervous. Ah, as we find out it's HER FIRST NIGHT. What kind of manager puts a new server on the floor on Christmas Eve? Many people go out to eat on Christmas Eve because they have to cook so much the next day. Everyone knows this. So what are you doing throwing a girl into the fire like that?? As a result of course she didn't know her menu that well (couldn't tell us what the fish of the day was although we asked her three times), couldn't keep the drinks straight (refilled a coke with iced tea) and just generally couldn't keep it together. I felt for her, particularly when my father asked for sweet tea (yep, they do that here in FL) and when she returned with the "sweet tea" it was unsweetened. My dad asked again for sweet tea. This time she brought him raspberry flavored tea. When a new server came by my dad again asked for sweet, non flavored tea. The girl brought him a glass .....unsweetened. Turns out whoever made the tea that day didn't do what they needed to do to make it sweet. My dad doesn't ask for much in life so when he can't even get a sweet tea it peeves him. The meals themselves were fine, standard corporate steaks, cooked properly thank goodness, otherwise I would be entirely peeved and then...look out.... Mom and dad both get upset, family dinner ruined, thanks a lot. A steak dinner on Christmas Eve is a tradition for us but you sure won't be.

Came here for dinner with the family. I don't eat beef or pork or chicken lol so I had the salmon (extra seasoning), mixed vegetables, and a baked potato and a glass of wine. I started with the caesar salad (not very good) and ended with cheesecake (can't go wrong). Our server was very attentive. Everything was good but the Caesar salad. Stay away. Good eats!

It is what it is. Booths are too small. Service was adequate. We ate here last week and had curbside service this week. Curb service was better although the blooming onion gets soggy when packaged to go. Both times we went because we had been given gift cards. Probably wouldn't choose outback otherwise.

Typical outback, nothing to write home about. App, drinks and steaks arrived on time at the right temp. Steak was a little too fatty.

Good food - especially for the money. Service is consistently very good (4 visits). Typical Outback decor and plenty of flatscreen TV's make this a great place to eat!

Best service of any of the local chain gangs. Food was as good as every other Outback I've ever been to.

Server was very friendly. Food was good. I had the ribeye steak sandwich. It was a little dry. Fries really good.

Outback use to be consistent in their food. Last night I ate there for second time in last two months. It has gone downhill so much. New filet steak sandwich is dry tasteless and fries greasy. I guess I am done going here. What a shame.

Although, my family and I eat at Outback often, this was our first visit to this location. Seated as promised and in a timely manner. Busy rush hour dinner, but never the less, we felt important. Our server, she was awesome. Party of 5, and all meals were prepared perfectly. Restroom and front porch needed to be tidied up, but like I said, it was rush hour and things were just starting to slow down as we were leaving. Outback, is a usual winner in my book of chain restaurants, I will return to this location...

I had the double cheeseburger and Aussie fries. Not bad, but nothing special. I'd rather go to Five Guys for a burger and fries - better food and about $5 less.

Ordered carry out and the server just brought the food out in a box, no bag, it was odd. Food was good though,

Great sirloin and hands down the best salad. The service varies by the server you get. The bread with the honey butter is amazing too!! Dining in the bar area ensures. $4 happy hour appetizers and drinks. Good for a crowd or for 2. Plus outdoor dining is nice with dogs.

Again, I'm not a restaurant chain guy but I can count on Outback to be another good food place for the value. I absolutely LOVE the cheese bacon fries here with ranch. It's my GO-TO appetizer and the hamburgers are good too. I give the cheese fries a 10 and hamburgers an 8. With the exception of the cheese bacon fries, nothing else is amazing, but then again, nothing is terrible. I see that some people didn't get great service but I believe you get what you give. If you are not receptive and friendly with your server, then your server isn't necessarily going to be that stellar either. We had a fun upbeat server who anticipated our refills to extra napkins without us needing to ask. Perhaps, he noticed we were a happy smiling bunch and he enjoyed serving us. I looked at the other 10+ tables and it looked liked the sitting dead with the average ages twice the average of ours. Also, who wants to serve high maintenance guests who don't appreciate anything? I've noticed that more and more in this area. Having money is nice, but it doesn't mean you're entitled to be demanding and rude to your server.

Easily the worst restaurant I've been to in years. We were a party of six. I have to be curt as I could recite a litany of detailed service and quality problems: Drinks...Long wait for service; brought, literally, one at a time; Manhattan made with scotch; Chavez watered down; my O'Doul's, bad as always. Food...Also served one entrée at a time; using mine as an example, the steak ordered medium rare was barely singed, rare rare I guess and way too salty; garlic mashed potatoes were sans garlic and any taste; ordered extra mushroom, marsala steak sauce; came in a thimble and was tasteless; salad with blue cheese was good. I should have ordered just a trough of that. Bathroom: Indescribably filthy and urine pooled. Etc., etc... Oh yeah, I forgot, the server forgot silverware and napkins for all. Only after bringing two small loaves of bread and the ever useful thimble half full of "butter" and my coaxing did she bring the afore mentioned service stuff and bread for the other end of the table.

Try to arrive from 5pm - 7pm for your best service. Went at 8pm what a mistake. Tables were a mess and the floor looked like a food fight. Server had a bad attitude. Didn't get 2 orders right with a party of six. Our check total $130. That was my last visit to this restaurant.

The crab and avocado stack is horrible. The steak is okay and I like their creamy horseradish tiger sauce.

I always love to eat here. Today I strayed from my usual lunch, alice springs chicken, and got one of their specials. Three small pieces of filet with different sauces. The meal was fabulous. But what makes it better was the server. First time I can say I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing a server by asking them to change up the meal a little. It was almost like she was excited we were doing something different. lol. Customer service can go a long way. Thank you Outback.
