Nice people - average food. I asked for Shrimp and Broc in a white sauce ... no other veggies. The very typical multi-veg dish was delivered. I suffered through. The shrimp were to the smaller side which is always a disappointment and the veg's were watercrest, carrot, mushroom and the requisite broc. This is really a simple dish in my view, and always where I start with a new place. Although they failed at bringing me what I asked for, the dish was fine if you like the veg choice. Fine mind you, not good or great. Would I go back and try a second attempt? ... yes. Seemed a bit pricey to me for a quart of this dish - $11. If it were very good I wouldn't bat an eye, but for average I think they are pushing the limit. Designed for takeout for sure, but there were a couple tables if you want to suffer through the heat in the room.

This restaurant has some of the best Chinese food I have ever had,, and I have had a lot of it. Big portions, tasty sauces, reasonable prices, and great service. It is mostly a carryout, but there are two tables available for eat in. Highly recommended. .

WOW!!! While statying at a hotel nearby I decided to check this place out. My chicken stir fry was made to order, they asked exactly what vegetables I wanted and which I did not, which sauce, dark meat or white meat, etc. And my "small" order came with some pork fried rice and it was a HUGE portion. I was amazed I paid about $7 total for hearty portion of chicken and veggies and tons of rice. Great food, affordable prices!! I highly recommend them. Oh and friendly staff too!! =)

From outside it looks like a typical Chinese take-out joint. It's a small restaurant with a couple of tables. Menu looks like any other Chinese restaurant's. I'm glad I ate here -- because their food is far from typical!! Certainly a hidden gem for delicious Chinese food. Large General Tso's chicken was a big enough portion to feed two people and it cost less than $10. It was fried just right and sauce was flavorful. The chicken pieces were twice the size of any other Chinese take-out restaurants I've been to. What I really liked about their food was that they poured the sauce just before they served the food so that chicken didn't get soggy. Stuffed chicken wings are to die for. For about a buck fifty each they are seriously the best thing since the sliced bread. I've eaten here several times in a span of six months and I have been satisfied with the food every time. Friendly staff, quick service, fair price, and SERIOUSLY good food. Good things really do come in small packages.

Absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I have been getting take out from here for past year and we are almost never disappointed, but we always get the same stuff. He gets the chicken pad thai, which he claims is the best pad thai in Sarasota. The chicken is tender and flavorful. But we keep our house stocked with fish sauce and we always add it to the pad thai because it is missing that fishy creaminess. I think they are trying to adapt it to the American palate or something. He also gets the wonton soup, which we both agree is the best wonton soup he or I has had so far. I usually get the sesame chicken which is awesome. Sweet and crispy and saucy goodness. And I get the hot and sour soup. I think they have the best hot and sour in town but my BF thinks it tastes like the put BBQ sauce in it. It's all a matter of taste I guess. When I am feeling splurgy I'll also get the steamed dumplings, which are delicious with the sauce. Great take out, great people, I hope this business will continue being successful.

Really good!!! My usual is the Buddhist delight, stuffed chicken wings and crab rangoons with their sweet and sour sauce. Occasionally I try something else and everything tastes great. But no matter what I get, I always have to order their stuffed chicken wings. That's a must get every time! Try it.

I went here because of the positive reviews. I wonder if they were talking about the same restaurant? Ordered my standard fare of wonton soup and pork egg foo young. Ok, not the most original order, but the menu was so typical "Chinese". The soup had an unidentifiable flavor; didn't finish it. The egg foo young was over-cooked with gummy gravy. Small portions. The 2nd star was a gift because the white rice was ok. So no, I won't return.

We were craving Chinese and it was good. They give you the option of ordering it without MSG. We didn't take them up on this option and I'm glad we didn't, because it wasn't that great WITH the MSG. The portion are generous and it is cheap. If you're into cheap Chinese now, I'd go for it.

Awesome! Total hole in the wall...missed it the first go around, but glad we stopped. Wound up eating here twice...very good! There were lots of people coming and going so I assume it is more a takeout place (two tables inside!) at steamed dumplings, sesame chicken and general chicken. Mmmmm.....

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions.
