Yes, I am aware I am giving five stars to a fast food place. However, in this case I would give more than five if possible. Here's why: 1. Let's start with the bathrooms. I know. It's weird. But it's relevant. In food service - as in hospitality too - cleanliness counts. And because I had to use the facilities, I have to say that I have never, as in ever, seen a fast food bathroom like the one at this particular Chick-fil-A. First off, it was clean. No biggie, but a relief. But then the water was righteously hot, soap dispenser completely filled and there were some niceties in there too. For example, a little decorative piece next to the sink of some wooden birds or something. But by the door sitting on a little table were: a big ass bottle of Listerine with the little plastic cups to use for the product; a little basket with those cool teeth flosser things with the handle; and some eucalyptus body lotion designed to de-stress. All in a fast food restaurant. If I were British, I'd say "bloody brilliant!" And because there was a guy in the stall who was doing Number 2 and waltzed outta the bathroom with out even touching the hot water or anything, I was VERY happy for the hot water and de-stressing lotion. I mean seriously, if you don't wash your hands after that, you're simply anti-social. Okay...enough about the bathroom. Props to the owner Tricia. 2. The service was, as always at any Chik-fil-A, great. Happy people happily taking my money and making my iced tea the way I like it - unsweetened with two tablespoons of lemonade added. Quick turnaround on my spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries and a packet of buttermilk ranch and buffalo sauce. 3. The environment in the store. Clean, bright, no litter around, some tunes playing. All good. So if you need to do some flossing, stop by this particular Chick-fil-A. I think it's brilliant!

I have eaten at Chick-Fil-A twice. I love the flavor of the sauce and the fries are fine. The chicken has a nice flavor too. What has occurred though, is the plumpness of the chicken strips seems to contain veins or something. The first time I was happily munching on a delicious strip and next thing I know - snap. I could not finish them after that. So then I tried the Mall location and got the same exact thing. First strip fine, second, snap again. When I went to examine the rest of that strip, it was hanging in two pieces from the tendon. I threw the rest of them out as well. I am sad because they do taste good. I actually have a better experience with Burger King's Chicken Tenders which is strange since they only cost $1.00. They cannot possibly be the better quality can they? (The Tenders are the only item besides the Classic Chicken sandwich that I ever eat there which does not say much for my feelings on BK - especially since it is pressed chicken but the plus side is no veins)

I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia so my standards of Chick Fil A are quite high. Typically, when we stop at a CFA its always a pretty good experience. Friendly staff, good food, ect ect. However, THIS Chick Fil A really set themselves apart from all the others. Great service. Great food (you would think making chicken salad is a no brainer but I have been to a few Chick Fil A's where they don't know your supposed to cut the chicken up before you put it in the mixture of awesome or sometimes its just a mix of mayo and celery) SUPER DUPER CLEAN! In the bathroom they are stocked with disinfectant wipes (Clorox, not the cheap stuff) hand sanitizer, little cups, Listerine! , Aerosol, Lysol, Toilet paper and paper towels, lotion, hand soap, and hairspray. I think they also have diapers in the changing station in case you ran out. They swing by your table to make sure your ok and dont need a refill, always properly staffed and the list goes on and on. Kudos to you Chick Fil A!

Update: After sending an email through the corporate website I received a call from the manager apologizing for the actions of the staff member. I've cooled down since then and have decided that judging an entire team based on the actions of a few fools isn't proper. I guess that because I have never had a bad experience until that day the bar was set high for that particular franchise. I will forgive and forget, besides the food there is the best around considering its "fast food". I love the number 1 with waffle fries and their famous lemon-aid. Thanks Chic-fl-a for caring about your customers when they have a gripe.

The Host Paul was great, he was friendly, funny and courteous! When ordering here, you can tell the workers have a special mannerism about them. Each time I come here to order something, they are always happy and friendly. My Christian friend says it's because they live with Jesus in their hearts. Well it maybe so, but I love how clean it is inside and how the workers are always nice to people ordering. Paul, a host came around to ask if we wanted refills and took our trays. He was friendly and willing to chat for a few. For the way he was dressed, he looked like he was a priest in black clothing. But, we found out he was not. The dinning area was super clean, and if you visit the restrooms, they have all kinds of disinfectants for hands and toiletry. The outdoor dinning has a small safe children play area, also clean but unfortunately you are sharing the view to vehicles waiting in line for food! Fumes mixed with Foods not so much! I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal. All was great!

I was so disappointed to learn Chick Fil A uses MSG in their food. If most Chinese restaurants won't use the stuff, I expect more from a restaurant that caters to children. My opinion is almost everything is okay in moderation, so we won't be consuming this regularly. Bonus with this location is the valet service for parents. Drive thru and order your meal and your table will be ready inside.

This place was extremely crowded on my way to Miami on a Friday afternoon. It was your average chick fil a with one exception. Their bathroom had everything!! From wet wipes, to panty liners, and tampons! So ladies if you are riding the red wave, this place may be a good place to hit up. It was also quite tastefully decorated. In terms of their food, it was pretty good. I ended up getting a cool wrap which was pretty tasty and the fries that came along with them were nicely salted and warm.
