Great Food, Service needs some work. My husband and I decided to stop in for an early lunch and Christo's looked very appetizing from the outside on Wednesday 12/19/12. They have a great outdoor seating area as well as a smaller seating area inside. What's not to like when you live in Florida? We arrived pretty early for lunch 11:30 am and were seated promptly. I ordered coffee and Scott ordered iced tea. The waitress brewed fresh coffee for me (yea) and offered water in the mean time which I agreed to but it never arrived (boo). We ordered the meatball hoagie which had a great taste but could have used more meat. Had I known, we would have happily ordered extra meatballs on it. Just not as good when you have bites of just bread. Lots of cheese however and the marinara was very tasty. We also ordered the Red Wine Mushroom Burger with light onions. I think the meat or mushrooms were marinated in red wine vinegar rather than wine. It provided an unusual flavor that was surprisingly good although unexpected. Reasonably priced at $20 for all. Unfortunately the waitress was just not on top of anything that afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. She came back to check on us once, but I would have liked another cup of coffee but was long finished and had my credit card on the table long before she noticed we were done. There was a great dessert case with all sorts of tempting desserts, but after such a long delay, I really did not want to take the time to ask about the tempting Greek desserts as it was already 12:15 I left a comment card, hope management takes note. May try them again, but not anxious to revisit. I think we will try something in Winter Park tonight and check out the Christmas lights on the way back.

We wanted to try somewhere new for lunch today so we stopped by. We were seated outside in the sidewalk area and were greeted by our waitress. Drinks arrived shortly after, and we ordered an appetizer and entrees. After waiting a very long time for an appetizer, our entrees arrived. The waitress apologized and asked is we still wanted it. We declined as our food was already here. I ordered a calzone and my wife, a Stromboli. Both looked amazing, until I cut mine open. The first bite was cold. The second was even worse. Instead of complaining and waiting on another, I chose to eat from the outer edges that were warm. I could never finish it all anyway. The real fun came after the meal. The waitress dropped off the check and said she would be back to collect it. After numerous attempts to stop her and 15 minutes of my time, I finally walked inside. I was met at the cash register by a man claiming to be the manager. It's not very often you see a manger with an dirty untucked shirt and a pack of cigarettes hanging out of his pocket. I informed him we had been waiting quite some time to pay our bill. He proceeded to do something on the computer and take two other checks from waitresses before choosing to acknowledge me. I informed him about the appetizer situation to which he looked at the bill and said "well, it's not on the check." I informed him he was missing the point and that I was trying to tell him I was dissatisfied with the service. His response was "yeah, we're really busy." I was absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of response or customer service by this "manager" After settling the the bill, I flat out asked him if he was even going to apologize for the situation. I wasn't looking for a free meal, but he could have at least apologized for the poor service. He gave me a puzzled looked and asked me what he should apologize for. At this point I left. Needless to say, we will never be returning. I understand businesses get busy and there is no way to always have the right amount of staff. A simple acknowledgment of the problem would have been enough.

I like this place! It's a pizza place but I've never had pizza there, yet. They serve breakfast on Sundays, and it's wonderful! I'm not a breakfast person, but I was wanting to eat off of my sister's omlet! The sandwhiches are good, they make the burgers to order, they have a plethora of menu items....pasta...pizza...burgers..sandwhiches..ect. They have a great onion soup. I ordered a chicken sanwhich and 'upped' it to the meal (fries, coslaw, ect) and they give you this hushpuppy type thing and a huge onion ring, i dont know what this combo is called but it was amazing. The chicken sandwhich suprisingly had almonds in it, it is in the item description but I must have looked past it. I probably wouldn't have ordered it if i saw it, but I'm glad I did, because it was delicious with the almonds-a very different taste! Oh, and they are dog friendly, great outdoor seating for the dogs!!

I want to LOVE this place, because it's quaint, the location is great and I love the renovations they've done. However, I can only say it's average. I've been many times and haven't been that impressed. We went for brunch last Sunday and the service was extremely slow. The table that sat after us had eaten and gone before we even received our food! The server explained that the kitchen was backed up due to a large party, but all was saw was a 6-top. They did not offer anything to make up for the fact that we had waited soooo long. I ordered the Chicago beef Benedict, and while it did taste okay, the presentation was sloppy and just looked gross. The grits were fantastic though, although the portion was tiny. The mimosa was good as well - no complaints there! They have an amazing array of baked goods in a case which I intend to try someday as well.

This is our go to restaurant each week. Not the absolute best food in town but great food at a reasonable price and quite a variety to choose from. Good atmosphere and friendly.

While it is true that Christo's used to be Angelo's it is NOT TRUE that they were bought out. It is run by the SAME family. They changed their name to go back to their roots and to honor their father. Christo's offers generous portions and reasonable pricing. Huge variety on the menu and everything we've tried has been enjoyable. (Things we tried on the menu: Burgers, Calzones, Pizzas, Pasta, Hot Dogs, Soups, Greek Spinach Pie and various desserts.) I look forward to checking out their Breakfast. They keep their large dessert case stocked so be sure to check it out. Just a head's up though, they close early on Sunday and Monday. 3:00pm :)

This review is for carry out only. I haven't eaten at the restaurant and I don't imagine I will. It just wasn't very good. Any of it. The food was just blah. The sauce is too acidic. The crust on the pizza was forgettable. The meatball subs were decent but nothing extraordinary. The food looked good it just fell off from there. I suppose if it was priced super cheap I'd have no argument but they're priced around Positano's level and are not in the same ball park. I kept waiting for some sort of zip to tell me that heart went into the meal but it never came. Tastes like a chain. That isn't good in Italian food. I may try it again. They do have gyro's and I'd have to drive 5 miles to get to the next place that serves them.

I have gotten great food here, and then been utterly disappointed on later visits. The only reason for the lower rating is because of a complete lack of consistency. The servers...some are fantastic, some are just downright awful! The food...one day it's fantastic, the next day it's stale and under cooked! (If you have never taken a bite of a calzone full of undercooked cheese...there are no words!) The menu is varied and there is a good selection for even the pickiest eaters, but it's one of those places where you can't count on it to be great, even if it was the last time you were there. When you combine the lack of continuity with the pricey menu (for casual food, the prices are a little much for the portions you get), it's not really worth the drive unless you just happen to be in the neighborhood.

I cant say the food was bad, But i don't like a place that sells pizza and eggs...the menu is all over the place and staff was scattered.

A week or so ago we ordered takeout since it's only about 4 miles away, delivery was fast. We got three gyros and the mac and cheese bites, both were pretty delicious. The chips that were with the gyros went stale because they were inside a sealed plastic container and absorbed the gyro moisture, but other than that the food was good and reasonably priced, after that experience it was easy to say that I would definitely order from them again. Today I went to a nearby restaurant that was closed, so we went back to Christo's since the people that we were with suggested it. They got the pizza bread appetizer and a pizza, we got the mac and cheese bites, the red devil hotdog and the dry rub wings. The mac and cheese bites were delicious as before, but our friends' pizza bread was not good; the bread was stale and it tasted a lot like it had been microwaved from a previous day. When our main courses came, they enjoyed their pizza a lot, and it looked pretty good. The red devil hotdog was bland, outside of the banana peppers on top. The sides were all pretty much your standard deep-fried fare. The dry rub on the wings was almost an italian seasoning flavor, and didn't really go well with chicken wings. Our second trip was not a success, but overall it seems to be a hit or miss experience. I wish that they would trim their menu to the things that they do best, instead of having a couple things that they make well and a lot of other filler menu items that aren't that good.

This place has really good pizza and salads. They are always nice and when we use their delivery service they have always been on time. I really like this outside dining area and enjoy looking at the plethora of homemade dessert choices in the bakery display.

I organized a dinner for a group of 20 before seeing a show at the local Sanford theater. Christo's was the perfect choice!! I was concerned with a group that large that we would have trouble with timing - placing orders, getting food, paying separate checks. We were on a schedule. But Christo's handled everything beautifully. Our server Hope took all the orders efficiently, with a warm and friendly smile and cheerful attitude. She was very attentive throughout the meal. Props to the kitchen - the food came out within a matter of minutes. And it was all delicious!!! Not one person complained about any of the food, quite the opposite. Everyone was very pleased with their meal. And then our separate checks were delivered and processed without delay. The whole experience was extremely smooth and quite pleasant. The atmosphere in the restaurant is that of a home town cafe. This was my first visit to Christo's, but it won't be my last!

We stopped in while visiting family and taking a stroll around town. The food and service was spot on. My wife and I were able to find healthy food options and there were plenty of choices for our daughters as well, all of which were cooked to perfection. The interior is clean and nicely decorated but not over the top. You could feel comfortable inside in a pair of shorts and tshirt or business casual. They have a great selection of desserts on display right up front and our girls got a kick out of checking them out and picking what they wanted. While a little on the pricey side, we somewhat expected it and didn't mind too much as it was still a little more reasonable that the place one block down. Certainly a place that we would visit again.

First time at Christo's and with a large group. All 8 of us were impressed from the quality of service, extremely personable server (wish I could recall her name) and the quality of the food. Even through the place was filled we never felt rushed to order, eat, pay and get out. At the recommendation of our server I tried the Original Beef sandwich, great recommendation. Other choice when headed to Sanford for dinner.

We had always been satisfied with the food and service here until recently. The last couple of times we visited the food was just so-so. They also had the A/C blasting (which would bounce off the wall and onto us) and that made things uncomfortable. Not sure what's changed, but it's not the Christo's that we knew a year ago. Hope they can step it up.

I honestly have no how this place has the amount of good reviews that it does. The food is consistently mediocre. Their only saving grace is their fried cheese balls with firecracker sauce and their chicken waldorf, other than that, bleh. On multiple occasions, my food has been under cooked or just slapped together. Management seriously needs to speak with their cooks about presentation. However, 'blah', Christos' food is, their servers are completely all over the place. I've had one or two that were pretty good, but the majority of them are barely passable. No smiles, no pleasantries. Nothing. The hostesses I've encountered have been downright sunny, but the servers...wow. Their appearances are consistently sloppy as well. Ill-fitting shirts and stained paints seem to be the general uniform for Christos. One gentlemen (who was awfully condescending for a server) literally told me "no" when I asked if I could substitute fries for fruit. Uhm, no? Since when is that even a word that exists in the service industry. I insisted, and he caved. Either that or he was just intimidated by my expertly raised eyebrow. Their menu is varied, but instead of seemingly giving lots of options, it just seems all over the place. A go to for lunch if there's no other options, but I don't see the reason to eat here when Cafe Rouge is right down the road.

Stopped by here on a whim today and had a great meal! We ate outside because it was beautiful this afternoon, between the 5 of us we shared two apps (white bean dip with pita chips and pizza fries), 2 chicago beef sandwiches, a meatball hoagie, and some pasta. Everything was fresh and seemed house made, no freezer to table type foods. The dip and pizza fries were delish (warning pizza fries is just a small cheese pizza cut into bites with sauce on the side, not actually fries), chicago beef I had wasn't my favorite sandwich ever, but it was decent, it just had a certain spice/flavor that I wasn't fond of, next time I'll go with one of the many other choices. Everyone else enjoyed their meal and I especially loved the special touch of the fried cheese ball onion ring thing that they serve with the sandwich. Menu is extensive and all the food looked and tasted good, you can tell there's some love and originality in it :) I definitely want to try their desserts next time!

Great neighborhood restaurant with extensive menu. Our favorites are the spinach pie, greek salad, fish and chips (Fri night special), and devil dog. Kids meals come with either sundae or stuffed cookie for dessert. We love to sit outside, but inside has a nice vibe. Service is always excellent.

This is the place for you to come to eat with family. It is a family established restaurant that has been around for a very long time. Everything is made from scratch, their french toast are edible without syrup (they are that good). I enjoy every bit of this place. From Brunch, to Lunch, and to Dinner (the menu is excellent and priced very well). Go Visit and comment for yourself...

Better than just a local pizza place. Lots of actual homestyle meals as well. The Italian Club sandwich I had for lunch was really good, with some nice high-end cured meats on it and was a very generous portion. We've also been for breakfast, which was fantastic. So good, it makes me sad it's only on Sunday!

What a disappointment. They do not offer regular slices of Pizza but they offered me a sicilian slice of Pizza for $6.99 . What a joke !! I got a salad and the dressing was warm. I ordered a Miller lite draft and was served a very cloudy draft Sam Adams Summer Ale. When I told them they served me the wrong beer they said that I was the first to complain that they tapped the wrong keg days ago and still charged me full price for the wrong beer !! The hot wings were flavorless and had no sauce. I had to ask for some hot sauce and toss them myself to make them edible. I miss Angelos where the food was great and you could get a slice of Pizza or subs for a reasonable price. The person at the next table ordered a medium well hamburger and it was raw inside and burned crunchy on the outside. He told the waitress that this is the second time he was served raw meat and he just got up and left. We should have followed his lead and ran away from this nasty place.

This little restaurant is a cute one. They are in the small town of Sanford, FL. It's a neat few block town. Christop's has some good sandwiches, burgers, and fried. We went for lunch and I ate the Firecracker cheeseburger. It had a giant onion ring on it with a mini cheese ball inside with their firecracker sauce on it. The sauce reminded me is thousand island dressing. It did not have any spice if you thought the word "fire" may represent. The chips and pickle were decent. I had a giant glass of sweet tea. Delish! My coworker had a chili dog and salad. He said the dog was ok. The service was slow. And they we not That busy. They need to add more wait staff to improve this. I will probably return in a few months when I'm back down here for business.

The service was exemplary from the time we entered to the time we left. Very helpful staff and will do anything to best service you. The food was good but needs a little touch. The ribs I ordered weren't grilled but baked with BBQ sauce thrown on it. But regardless it's a treat just to be in there and enjoying the ambience. It's an Italian restaurant so I understand the ribs but I will be back to try some of their signature Italian dishes.

The Greek nachos were the best, hard to eat though. The gyro meat was very dry The calzone was 50% cheese, 25% gyro & 25% filling Very disappointed The person who was cooking came out & sat with a friend to talk, that wasn't the issue. Issue was how loud they were.

Ordered the endless soup and salad for $8.99 with the French onion soup option for an extra $1.99. I received one bowl of onion soup then they told me it was $1.99 for each onion soup I ordered. Really? Why don't you tell people that on the menu! What a rip off! Then the other soup options they had I tried and they were terrible. Tasted like they had been in the pot for a week.

The food was pretty average for a gyro. However the extremely long wait for food (about 45 minutes for my gyro and my friends pasta) and the almost unbearable loud acoustics where you can't even hear the person across the table, make it a place I have no need to return to.

I have been a regular at Christos in Sanford since 2009 and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The food is always outstanding and the people there are really nice. I estimate that I go there 1-2 times a month. Some of my favorite dishes there are the firecracker chicken, the crackerjack shrimp and the pasta dishes which they have many to choose from. A+

Nice place, good food, seems like there's always someone inside eating, but never overly busy like another restaurant down the street. If you have a sweet tooth, they have of a big variety of cookies, cake, and pies.

Had lunch here yesterday after reading the reviews. I tried the Italian beef with onion rings and my husband had the Ultimate gyro with fries. Both dishes were amazing and my husband, who is from Chicago and tried my sandwich, said it tasted "gourmet". The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food we were served. I was only able to eat half of my food. We took a piece of chocolate coconut cake home to have later and it was very moist and tasty. We would go out of our way again to try more dishes!

After eating in this restaurant weekly since it's conception in downtown Sanford - my family can no longer recommend it. I have taken some time before posting this review, in order to keep it as professional as possible. I have a teenage daughter who has been ordering the same exact thing off the menu here for years. So much so, that one of our regular servers there didn't even need to take her order. She always knew without asking - One day, after eating there with her friends, my daughter called me stating that the woman serving her was different this time, and that she was very rude to my daughter after letting her know that the order she placed came out incorrect. I sort of blew it off and told her not to worry about it, thinking it was teenage over dramatization. Fast forward to a few weeks later - we had company who wanted to go out to eat for lunch. Naturally, we recommended Christo's because we ate there all the time. After realizing that the same server was helping us that was helping my daughter the day she reported unfair treatment, my daughter got a little nervous. I told her not to worry because surely the lady wasn't going to remember her out of the other hundreds of people she serves every day. Low and behold the food came out and the same exact mistake happened. My daughter ordered boneless wings and the server brings us out one's with bones. This time my daughter is afraid to say anything, so I assure her that it will be ok and that the adults will handle it. We call the server over to politely let her know that there was a mistake with the order; the wings should be boneless- she takes them away. A few minutes later a white haired man with glasses, who I am assuming is management or the owner because he is always there, comes to our table. He says, "we are making your daughter a new order of wings, but we are going to charge you for both meals. " When my aunt replied in disbelief with an "excuse me?" to the man. He said, "this has happened with her before" pointing his finger to my daughter, "and it's an expensive mistake." I have to be honest and say that the rest is a complete blur. I definitely remember a feeling of rage and some not so nice language spewing from my mouth! This restaurant needs to seriously reconsider the way that it conducts its business. We will never go back, and we will continue to tell everyone we know about what happened there if they mention the restaurant to us! The root cause of the problem was the server. She's the only one who made the mistake in all the years, and she did it more than once. An innocent enough mistake, but then they had the audacity to blame it on the patron?! Bad service! Thumbs way down! The good news is that they have saved our family $100 a week on eating out. We haven't found another favorite that we like going to on a regular basis, but we still won't go back.

After driving aimlessly in Oviedo and finding nothing that grabbed me, we just hopped on the 417 and headed up to Sanford. After passing several things and not being able to make a decision we just parked the car and took a stroll through the historic section of town. We smelled something heavenly but were unable to find it and stumbled into The Original Christo's. We have been here before but it has been a while so it was their night for a review. Lol My wife went and sat on down outside and I headed inside to take a few pictures. I let the host know she sat down outside and needed a menu. After taking my pictures I headed outside to join her and saw she had silverware and no menus. I headed back inside and asked the guy why he did not give my wife a menu and he said he did not see her so I just grabbed a menu and took it to her myself. I was a little annoyed since my wife was the only woman sitting by herself outside. After about 15 minutes one of the servers finally came over to take our drink order. I asked what was good and our server pushed the pizzas. Since I was not in the mood for pizza I elected to try the Ultimate Gyro. She did a good job of up selling the "Fat Boy Style" when I made it clear I was not thrilled with the potato chips offered with it. My wife was not very hungry and elected to just have a side salad. While waiting for our food the table next to us received their food and the Chicago Beef and it looked so good I asked the guy to take a picture. He smiled and turned the plate. Next trip I will have to try it because he raved about it after eating every bite of it! Our drinks and food were brought to us quite fast which was surprising but that is when the compliments for the service end but I will get to that in a minute. I looked at my wife's salad and there was nothing special about it so $4.59 is a bit much for a basic salad with croutons in my opinion. My plate however looked fantastic. The fried cheese ball was off the flippin chain! The onion ring was also very tasty. The coleslaw was pretty good but I would not jump for joy over it and the potato salad was a bit on the bland side and needed a touch of salt. The Gyro was the shining star and I have nothing bad to say at all about it. It had just the right amount of meat, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce. The kalamata olives and pepperoncini rings were a nice touch. During the time we ate, my server checked on the table once and we did not see her again for a while. The other server came over and asked if I wanted dessert and I was interested. She obviously had a taste for the cheesecake but the look on my face should have been a hint I was not in the mood for cheesecake. She recommended I go look at the pastry case and walked away. 15 minutes later my server came back to see if I made a decision but by this point I was over the long waits to see the server and just asked for my check. A cup of hot tea, glass of iced tea, side salad and Ultimate Gyro with Fat boy side was $22.05 plus tip. Would I come back is the question to ask and the answer is yes but hopefully Sarah will remember to check on her table more frequently next time.... Hint Hint...

Continuing my tour of Sanford's lunch restaurants, today was a stop in The Original Christo's. I had no idea there were copies, but I assume that like this one, they are burgers and pizza and sandwich places. After reading the reviews, I chose the meatball hoagie. A good choice, the bread roll was nicely toasted with enough meatballs that every bite had some and a ton of melted cheese. Yum. The chips and pickle were forgettable, but that's not why we're here. Man, those desserts looked great but I had to say "no, thanks." Service was good. You'll want to sit outside if it's a nice day!

Some friends and I ate here not long ago after spending some time across the street at The Imperial for a friend's birthday party get-together. This was my first trip to Christo's; I didn't know a single thing about it prior to this visit. I'm glad that I got to check it out, though, and had a good experience here. I wasn't really all that hungry that evening, so I kept things simple and ordered one Sicilian-style slice of pizza with onions, pepperoni and green peppers as toppings. (See the picture I've provided.) It was pretty good, and I ate every last bite. Along with my pizza, I also had a beer (I forget which one; perhaps an Abita, or a Magic Hat?) and took home a few tiny pieces of dessert (a small slice of baklava and one other item). I ate those the next day, and both items were tasty. The service on the night we were here was courteous and impressive. We had a rather large party (maybe a dozen people, or slightly more?) and the restaurant easily was able to accommodate us right away. For such a large group and considering that we basically walked in and taking into consideration the time (9 p.m., or later), the service was very good. As far as I can tell, everyone I was with enjoyed what they ordered and everything was as expected. Since I don't hang out in this part of town all that often, I don't know when I'll be back. I am, however, trying to make a point of becoming more of a regular at The Imperial, so maybe I will stop in at Christo's every once in a while should I be at The Imperial more often.

Decided to spend the Sunday after Valentine's Day in Sanford, FL. I picked Christo's for the brunch menu and mimosas. They had run out of everything on the brunch menu and the mimosas had too much vitamin C in them. No biggie on both accounts, but the restaurant was very dirty from floor to silverware. We felt like the waitress was in a hurry to turn our table at the cost of earning an awesome tip.

This was our first time here. Found it on Yelp. The food was really good! I had the spinach pie. It had multiple layers of flaky phyllo, topped with feta and baked to a golden brown. So yummy! My husband had the ultimate gyro. It looked very good and tasted just as good. My daughter had the skinny calzone. It's called skinny because it's only veggies inside. It is big enough that 2 people can share it. For dessert, we ordered chocolate dipped baklava and a chocolate lava cake topped with ice cream. Both were very delicious! We will definitely come back. Lisa was our server and she was great!

If anyone has been here, you know they have amazing desserts. I needed a cake for a birthday and the group did not want a grocery store cake. I couldn't find a bakery in Sanford, but Christo's was happy to sell me a whole cake. The group was very happy and the chocolate cake was amazing!!!! Thank you for saving the day for me!!

BAD SERVICE. Went today after 2pm. NOT busy, but waited a long time for waitress to take our order. Older lady in a T shirt. Not what you expect in an urbane downtown restaurant. Wait staff work with no supervision, no hustle and not a care for customers. We sat looking at her while she spoke to a 'regular' at the counter who was halfway through his sandwich. She saw us looking at her and all around for anyone else to wait on us. She just didn't give a damn. We waited more than 15 minutes for her to take our order and there were no new customers. Just us, and the people who had already been served. I would never return to this place. It's supposed to be a Greek place, but the number of Italian dishes on the menu makes it clear that they are pandering to a pedestrian palette. The number of misspelled words on the menu was funny. Even the word "Italian" was spelled Itiliaian. Food was nothing noteworthy. Pickles were sour, not sour-pickles. Pickles that were sour and burned the palette. Should have been thrown out a long time ago. Cole slaw tasted like straight vinegar.

Great little spot in downtown Sanford that hits the spot. Casual feel, lots of options on the menu, and well prepared food. If you're seeking a quick bite in the area this will fill you up and keep you satisfied.

Horribly slow & rude service. Mediocre food at a contrasting extravagant price. They tried to overcharge until I confronted the server, who said I was in the wrong despite the clearly printed menu. After a frustrating conversation with a manager, my check was fixed. The person with me didn't get an item their food came with & after checking the menu, their food didn't have a quarter of the listed ingredients. Don't waste your time.

While in Sanford after the Memorial Day Parade downtown I decided to stop at Christo's and enjoy some food before we headed to Fort Mellon. I enjoy breakfast so I ordered the eggs with bacon. Service was slow had to get up and ask for my server. Food was okay? Bacon was hard? Not crispy (old). My daughter ordered firecracker burger and she said it was delicious, the sauce was awesome, burger cooked but not dry.

Great selection, great food, and they deliver! We have eaten here tons of times and loved it every time. The service is fast the atmosphere is great and it's in the heart of downtown:

Being from Detroit, we missed coney's. Not anymore! They were outstanding, and so are the desserts!

This is a 'good as it gets' Greek diner. We ate here twice on either end of a Florida vacation. The salads are superb, especially the Italian antipasto. The pies and pastries are outstanding. Good hot dogs. A small outdoor eating area. Right in the center of town. Highly recommended.

Good food and service. Had the pizza and cheeseburger. Both items the server recommended and they were really good. German chocolate cake was good as well.

Our favorite new place in Sanford. We love the pizza here and the deserts are to die for. My boyfriend loves the coconut cream pie. Great, friendly staff. Just wish they were open late on Sundays.

Love this place. Gyros are fab, stromboli is out of this world. Onion rings are a hit too. :)

I stopped in here for lunch one day, and while the place was cute and service was great, the food was disappointing. I ordered a meatball sub, and it just wasn't good, especially considering how much I paid. I felt guilty for cheating on Caffe Positano, where the meatball subs are always delicious. Of course, there may be other items at Christo's that are worth trying, but since the menu is very broad, it's hard to tell what their specialty is. Can't say I'll be returning here in the near future.
