I have never tried their pizza, but I'm in love with their antipasto salad. I never knew this kind of love could exist between me and a salad from a somewhat scary looking pizza place. It's the sort of love you see in movies, everlasting, true love. This is how I feel about that antipasto salad. Please don't tell my boyfriend. It comes with Fresh Crisp Lettuce, Ham, Salami, Cheese, Peppers, Tomatoes, Black Olives & Onions, I always have them add Parmesan cheese, and use Italian dressing. Delicious perfection. I've also tried their Howie bread, which I find to be doughy but in the best possible way.

I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. This is the worst franchise I've ever dealt with. Review is in the picture. 2 hours after order, no food and just a call saying driver was lost (after calling me for directions) and didn't have a phone.

Would have gotten a 5. But they forgot the soda with my order. And a little odd the pizza delivery man showed up with a 3-4 year old with him.

Somewhat slow service, but really good food. Delivery guy got confused. My house has 2 entrances, one of which leads to a porch that also is the entrance for our attached mother-in-law suite. He rang our doorbell, and then must have decided he was at the wrong house, so before we got to the door he walked around the house to our other door and rang that bell, which happens to be for our empty mother-in-law suite. By the time we got there, he'd gone back to the first door and rang again. Weak.. But still, overall very good experience and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Best pizza chain, worst franchise ever. I have dealt with several hangups while ordering ( different orders). Swearing lazy staff at the counter. Every worker (except one young lady) acts as if their cell phone and smoke breaks matter more than your time. The average delivery time is 1 hour +, which I could deal with if the staff were not acting like degenerates who have no employment respect. Some attempts to order have taken 6 calls, manager is "not available" every complaint. I love hungry howies but they should reclaim this franchise, clean house of staff and give this city a respectable franchise that actually cares about the fact they are "SERVICE" industry employed.

THIS is THE single worst pizza joint I have ever had the misfortune to happen upon in my life. Held off Yelping all about it because I didn't want to ever admit I actually went here. Oh, the shame... Really, REALLY shitty service. I called to order a pizza for a pick up once, came in to get it and the dude said, "It'll be 15-20 minutes, don't have it, didn't get your call." When I was understandably taken aback and asked to speak to the manager, I got, "He's too busy to deal with you." Well, the bastard manager did manage to make his way up to the counter long enough to tell me that I never called and, "You need to leave." My pleasure. So, if you're craving pizza, and you're flat-ass broke, just squeeze some ketchup on a saltine instead of going here.

I like Hungry Howie's. This is, by far, the worst location I've ever dealt with. The service is horrible. Not only could I barely understand them over the phone, but they refused a local coupon that listed their address specifically. Save yourself the headache and just eat somewhere else.

I think they have great pizza for the price. They have a great special on Wednesday and every day large one topping pizza for 7.99. I have had both the thin and regular crust pizza and both is very good. I have not tried thier flavored crust so I cannot say how good it is. I have always had good service but twice they mixed up my order and gave it to the wrong customer so I had to wait for them to make a new pizza which wasn't fun since I had all ready waited 30 minutes but it was a honest mistake and they remade the pizza.

First time to try Hungry Howies. I went in today and ordered a sausage pizza for lunch. Price and service was great! I think I dealt with the owner. Told him it was my first time here and he helped me out. I ordered a large sausage with the butter garlic crust and YUM! I am a pizza snob, born and raised in Chicago and pizza was good but the best part of it was the crunchy , flavorful crust. The only downside I have is that it's a bit salty. It's not the best pizza in the world but for the price of $8.47 total , what do you expect? I think it's WAY better than Little Ceasers and Pizza Hut!!! Thanks Hungry Howie's for my great first experience!

Fast delivery, decent pizza for a generic chain! Can't beat the flavored crust.. Good concept. Prices on the extra large is easy on the wallet & plenty to eat!
