I enjoy coming to this Starbucks location because it doesn't get too busy. However, if you are looking for a drive-thru this won't be the place for you.

I stopped by here to study in the afternoon (7/29/15) and experienced the infamous bad service mentioned previously in the other reviews. I approached the female barista standing in front of the cashier, who was standing there and waiting. She looked unfriendly-- didn't even bother to greet me or say anything. I proceeded to tell her my order and she looks over to the other guy and tells me that he'll take my order. No problem-- I greet him and tell him my drink order and asked if I can have non-fat milk. Meanwhile while I was in mid-sentence of ordering, the lady started making my drink. The guy pauses and asks her if she could make my drink with with non-fat milk as if it was a hassle to her. She sighs and has an attitude about it. When I went to get my drink from the table, I asked her if it was my order and she nods and rolls her eyes. Not really sure where this attitude is coming from, whether she was having a bad day, or whether she may have the case of RBF-- but don't take it out on the customers and have the decency to treat people with respect. As for this specific location, there's lots of outdoor seating. Inside there's a couple couches and a few tables with outlets. Not really the best place to concentrate-- it's a better place to catch up and for leisure.

I frequent this Starbucks on average twice a week. It really is quite spacious and nice inside, and has tables outside as well. The normal staff is friendly, and the service is good. They quickly learn your name if you frequent the location. Every now and then they get an order off (e.g. adding whip cream after asking for none), but they always make it right. Having been to quite a few Starbucks locations, this one definitely ranks near the top.

Wow order drink today. It was wrong and I thought they are supposed to make it right per there policy they did but WOW why the attitude??? Not happy as I visit SB daily may need to ban this location from my visits. I bet this location may not be open too long !!!

Convienient location. Store is large and clean. The woman taking my order seemed to be on auto pilot. I tried to engage her in conversation (I was the only one in line placing an order) and she seemed confused as to why I was talking to her. I asked her which frappe she recommend (I couldn't make up my mind between two) and she told me "I don't know, I don't drink any of this stuff." Hahahahaha.....Ooooooookay.....at least fake it for me lady...hahahaha. Good thing I love me some Starbucks and could finally make up my own mind. My Skinny Salted Caramel Frappe was delicious and the hubs Americano was perfect....which is most important anyway...Great Job Barrista!! I'll be back and I promise not to ask any questions next time.

I am not sure where the others that have written reviews for this place have gone, but this store has the friendliest staff of any Starbucks I have been too. They know most customers by name, greeting them as soon as they walk in the door, and normally have their drink started before they even order. Steve, the manager, has done a great job with this crew, especially Toya who makes my drink perfectly every morning.

Go off-peak hours or plan to wait in line. If you're not in a rush, this is a great place to meet, read, work. Their staff is friendly.

I stop at the location at least 4 times a week. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff is typically upbeat and friendly. I'll continue to be a regular guest. Nice place to unwind after a long day or get some good coffee on the way to to work.

Long wait times and staff is horrible and moody. Everyone that works there is slow and always seems to not pay attention to my order, which is usually a cup of hot tea and a petite vanilla scone. (Easy but they can't seem to get it right)

This Starbucks located in the Winthrop plaza has a very nice design to it. The workers inside are always friendly after I come and always quick to fill orders and make them just right. It's located close to Publix and some restaurants so it's a nice place to stop by after visiting these places. There are plenty of chairs outside for those winter months when you want to have some hot coffee and read a good book outside. Inside, the couches are extremely comfortable and people always seem to be on their laptops looking all cool and productive.

I'm a Store Manager for Starbucks (not this one), and I've got to say that I'm pleased with how much this location has changed in the past few months. Came in this morning with my wife to enjoy a cup of tea and time away from the kids. Was promptly greeted and drinks were made quickly. Very friendly Partners here. The Store Manager should be proud of his team.

The service is lackluster, slow, and just not good. In a prime place like this should be doing so much more. It seems like this place is on the decline at least with the people running the place. The employees are more interested in serving their own coffee rather than serving customers. I come in and they take my order, the guy hollers the order and the barista states "I got it", then she proceeds to make herself a drink and take a break. I others are just standing around and having a conversation with each other. My drink and others were just waiting to be made, so I had to ask them to make my drink. Then they give me a look like I had the audacity to ask for the drink that I actually paid for. This place is terrible.

I was there for a business meeting today and the coffee was the same as usual, the service could have been friendlier but I was not really in the mood of over the top today anyway so no big deal. The one thing that I like about this location is that they have enough space so that you can have a casual business meeting in a nice atmosphere. One warning, sometime the music is a little too loud to talk business.
