Every time I have passed by this place to try it, they're always closed. They must have changed their hours of operation. I just happened to be at the car shop next door and decided to walk next door to get a cold drink on this extremely hot day. After perusing their extensive menu; I decided to have lunch since I knew I'd be waiting for a while. The cashier was nice and the food did not take long at all. The place did start to fill up during lunch hour; I can see why. I ordered a small cheesesteak sub with fries and asked for it to be cut in half. When it came, I was impressed that for a small that was cut in half; it was still a nice portion. It was delicious too. The meat filling was flavorful and plenty. The crinkled fries were also well seasoned and not greasy at all. Cool spot for the locals to go to for lunch. I will definitely be back.

This place was okay, empty when we showed up. Good, basic, simple sandwiches that are quick and easy to make. The two people who were working gave good service. My boyfriend and I got the chicken parmesan sub and the roast beef au jus sub. The chicken wasn't too good, a bit chewy with not enough marinara so it was mainly cheese, bread and chewy chicken but the roast beef was good. No complaints about the au jus sauce and the prices seemed fair enough. They had weird hours of when they were open and closed, it's Monday and we got there a bit after 4, they were closing at 5. We stopped by because my bf saw on his phone the place had almost 5 stars and we were just driving through so we stopped there to eat. Not a bad place to get lunch but not awesome/5 star either.

In regards to average sub shops, this one is hit or miss. I followed some yelpers instructions for ordering, and they do have a diverse menu so I will go back and try another item or two. The sandwich was thick, hot and fairly meaty. The provolone cheese was my highlight. Heavy, flavorful and melting from the sandwich - on point. But that was the best part. The meat was average but and I was very disappointed with the mushrooms and onions. I immediately wanted to nap after this sub. I must say, the service is impeccable. It seems family owned and they treat you well. I'll be back to try some more and maybe change my review on trial

I gave Mac Daddys Subs 5 stars because the subs are always fresh and delicious. They never go skimpy on the meats and cheeses, and they always make it exactly how I ordered it. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. And this place delivers to you. How many sub shops deliver? I only know of one and that's Mac Daddys Subs. I always get the Philly cheese steak and my wife gets the classic. Both subs are outstanding and very tasty. I am happy to call myself a Mac Daddy regular. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great sub. Yum Yum Yum.

The subs were nothing special really. We went in at the wrong time I guess because although the actual shop wasn't busy, they must have had a million online/phone orders because my chicken salad sub took a half hour to make. Won't be going back again.

Great subs! I've only had the Buffalo and chicken parm so far and they were both delicious.

This is a family owned place that really cares about the customers. They have a wide variety of menu options and my favorite is the chicken philly. It's a big meaty sub for a nice price (I hate sub shops that give u little meat) and they cook it all on the spot. I have been here about 5 times now and will come again. Definitely recommend it. The only thing I took a star Off for is because The guy with the glasses MAY come off as grumpy sometimes. but I ignore it bc he asks me how my food is and is very attentive.

This place is awesome. Boars Head meats, quality choice. The soft beautiful sub rolls. Reminds me of the bread they use for cheese steak sandwiches in Philadelphia. They slice the meat to order. Even the pickles are awesome. Little mom and pop shop doing it right. We were the only ones in there when we went, so we were served pretty quickly. I'm sure it's a decent wait if it's crowded, but only because you're getting a made to order meal. Check this place out for sure.

AVOID SLOW SERVICE DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN COUPONS This place has continually gone downhill since I first walked in the door. Used to be a really good value, but now its not comparable to other custom sub shops. Constantly screw the orders up and super slow. I bought certificates off of restaurant.com for this place and they wouldn't honor them saying they were invalid. I called Restaurant.com and they said the certificates were valid. Luckily enough restaurant.com refunded my money. One day you can put whatever toppings you want. The next day you can't. Had to wait a long time many times for my order. Granted, I have 30 mins for lunch. Constantly screw up the order.

I'm stuck in the office and I did not bring my lunch so I was searching on Yelp for something to order. My boss who is a picky eater also wanted something and I showed him MacDaddy online in an effort to try something new. I'm tired of the same old Italian and Chinese. Surprisingly he agreed to order with me but asked to have it delivered. I tried to order online but ran into issues and after the second try just called. I wasn't about to allow technology to ruin my first experience with this place. The woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and I felt confident that we would have a good lunch. About 45 minutes for delivery, which is what I would expect during a lunch rush but around 40 minutes and the boss man was griping about it taking too long. I reminded him that he said he wasn't that hungry in the first place! Finally the driver arrived and we went into the conference room to eat. Taking the subs out of the plastic bag they felt heavy, which made me confident that they didn't skimp on anything. My boss had the meatball sub on wheat. He thought it to be a bit cold but he ate the whole thing. I had the chicken cutlet sub. The chicken cutlets were large and cooked nicely. My sub was warm but not hot and to be honest a little soggy- perhaps being wrapped in a plastic bag tied in a knot is not the most conducive environment for a hot/crispy sub. It wasn't the best sub but I've had but it wasn't the worst so I think I will have to give 'em another try but perhaps pick it up or order a cold sub. Until then...

The subs are alright. Before coming here people were telling me it was better than Laspadas, but I wouldn't go that far. Definitely better than Pubilx subs though.

I am a sucker for sub shops, steak and cheese in particular. Call it an ongoing personal quest. So, without further ado - I would say it was a 70 out of 100. It was good, the portion size of the meat maybe a little on the smaller size but ok. Cheese steak also has a tendency to clump in the middle of the sub and this was the case here. It tasted good though. MH and I both noticed though, that it was a lot greasier than others we've had.Even though we each had [only] half for lunch it was like a narcotic - we both fell into deep, deep naps, from which we woke up with fuzzy heads. I think next time I'll try something else. On the people side it was an interesting experience. I had bought a yelp deal and tried to show it on my phone. Evidently I was the first person to try this and was told by the owner that they could not honor it without a printed copy. The counter person was very nice and I think as surprised as I was. They did offer to let me use their computer to print it - had already paid so politely refused but it was odd overall. Nonetheless, I will go back. Printout in hand.

My only complaint is that the food lacked a little flavor. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak Deluxe and while the portion size was fantastic, the flavor was mediocre at best. It also had sweet peppers inside. Sweet, as in TOO sweet. The flavor combo just didn't do it for me. I also ordered a side of au jus which was in total, a completely watered down broth. I.understand if you're exclusively focused on sandwiches that making REAL au jus would be a time and money suck, but at least get a better brand of au jus. The people were incredibly friendly and the business seemed to have many regulars. I wouldn't recommend dining in, unless you have a small party (we had 3 small children ).

Walked in and right away greeted by a wonderful woman. She was friendly and helpful. I ordered the cheesesteak with onions and peppers and it was yummm! Very affordable and nice size sandwiches. The cook was also very nice. I definitely recommend MacDaddy! (Would love to see a teriyaki cheesesteak and grilled chopped chicken buffalo style in future!) Definitely worth a try!

This excellent clean Sub Shop is family owned. The staff is warm and friendly to all coming in the door. The food is of the highest quality and fresh, everything is sliced and made to order.
