If you go immediately after work you will be the only person there, which depending on your mood, could be an amazing thing. Customer was high here. Someone opened the door for me. The girl at the register was so sweet. I wish I had her name to put it in the review. The place was clean. I always look at the salsa bar to see if it's dirty and it was pretty clean. I only ordered chips and salsa and I'll say it took a little longer than I really thought throwing chips in a big should take, but it's not like I'll stop going there because of that. I've been here a few times in the past and the food is always Lime quality. Definitely would go back and would recommend this location to anyone who is a Lime fan.

The food here is good, the service is fast and the sauce bar is great. I always get the three taco's deal, it's a good deal for the price, about $7.50, it will fill you up. Just make sure you don't go when it's corporate lunch hour, you'll be waiting in a line outside.

It's alright! Good place to go if you have nowhere else to go. Lots of flies when I first went when they opened up for the day. Love the hot sauce selection. Love the $2 tiny queso. I would pay $2 for a tiny thing of queso but I can see how that may be a problem for normal people. Pretty expensive for what you get, but it will do. Fish was fishy. I don't really care much for this place, I like it b/c of the location, I like cheese and hot sauce and that's really the only reason why I come here, out of convenience.

Excellent service! Amazing food! Delicious salsa. No lengthy review needed just head over to Lime & enjoy! They definitely go above & beyond.

I'm a sucker for Mexican food that just happens to come in a bowl! I'm not a burrito fan but I love all the stuff thats inside them! The fact that Lime has house margs and a small selection of "Mexican style" cervezas makes for major brownie points for lunch or dinner. Salsa bar is pretty decent if that's your kind of thing. Sit outside for the atmosphere and people watching, if you can bear the south Florida summer warmth. As for food recommends, the quest dip, steak fajitas, cabo cobb salad, and any of their tacos are recommended. The outside eating area is super dog friendly! If you bring your 4 legged friend they'll bring out a special water bowl for them! I'd like to suggest they get some free wifi for their guests though. Seriously, who doesn't have free wifi these days?!?

I'm a little tired of all these places that claim to serve Mexican food when in fact what they are serving only has a superficial resemblance to the original. I'm afraid Lime is just another one of these, and really not the best of the lot. The food is the most boring possible. Not even the salsas have any discernible seasoning, or flavour, for that matter. I've been to this location three times-- purely out of convenience, I assure you--and each time there is been an issue while ordering. Each time, the issue was resolved by the service staff who bring you the food and clear the tables. They have earned Lime one more star than I would otherwise give it.

Lime is great I've had the chicken salad at the federal ft Lauderdale location and South Beach locations. As soon as you walk in is the cash register and open kitchen assembling the meals. Grab a menu before you walk in the door to make your order. Pay, then head over to the salsa bar which they seem to replenish often (they were refilling all the salsas when I visited), pick up a hot sauce if you like, then have a seat and a helper will bring your food to you. Usually a younger crowd eats here I've noticed. All the customers tables had big salad bowls with tortilla chips, or burrito dishes served on a metal tray with chips too, reminded me of Chipotle. I ordered the Big Calli burrito and asked for whole wheat tortilla, ground beef, yes to the refried beans, and the sour cream on the side. The burrito was huge, but like most reviews say - not much meat but lots of rice, and refried beans, it was practically a veggie burrito with bits of crumbled flavored beef. The tortilla chips were fresh and good. My husband ordered the large grilled chicken quesadilla. I tried it, again bits of charred chicken, not much cheese, lots of flour tortilla. Quesadilla comes with chips too. After the Yelp event at Zona Fresca, Zona makes the quick Mexican food done right compared to Lime, I need to make a bit more of a drive but I'll know I'll be getting more meat and the right flavors. If I wanted stingy meat portions, I could go to a Taco Hell, and pay for what I get. Two meals for 20$ was reasonable, but I expected more. I was happy the chips were good, everything else fell short.

Great american Mexican food. They have a large selection of sauces and condiments. They also have "light" options in their menu which I appreciate. I always order the light chicken quesadilla and it's pretty good and filling. My one favorite item from LIME is their queso dip. It's one of the best queso dips I have ever had. Please try it! Burritos are huge and all plates come with chips. The service is EXCELLENT. The staff is always walking around checking on you and making sure that you drinks are fill and that everything in the table is OK. I mostly go at lunch time and it's so nice to seat outside and listen to their music. It's a fun experience and something relaxing to do during lunch time. To me LIME is one of the best options out there when it comes to fast and not so expensive food.

We went yesterday with my husband for the first time and we love it!!!! Everybody welcome us with a smile and friendly hello. They explain the menu. The manager was very nice .... We order chips with guacamole, a salad and quesadillas. Was amazing!!!the service was very fast and we had a great experience, we will come back.

All lime restaurants (for the most part) are the same, pretty good tasting burritos and bowls etc. What I like about this lime though is that they're incredibly clean. I went during lunch time and it was packed and the second something dropped on the floor, an employee came to pick it up. I appreciated that!

For quick, simple Mexican, this place is the best. Much more variety than Chipotle or Moe's or the small square footage burrito places. The food is much better - from the outstanding queso burrito (my favorite anywhere) to the quesadillas and salads and much more. Sure, nothing beats good full service me Mexican if it is good. But for pay and sit, there is no better Mexican food I know in South Florida.

Horrible experience! Where do i start? I called and ordered 2 xl cali burrito which were filled with rice 4 pieces of chicken breast. No lettuce no tomatoes nothing was in that burrito except rice, 4 pieces of BLAND chicken, & sour cream. The fish baja tacos are EXTREMELY BLAND!!!! What a waste of 27$ you would be better off going to CHIPOTLE!!

Came to Lime after hearing all the hype from a few friends and coworkers. Was hesitant at first because, well I mean it's a chain restaurant, and if you guys think I'm picky, you haven't seen anything yet. I take Mexican food very seriously! Am I a Cuban traitor you say? Certainly not! However, I do appreciate and love the occasional guacamole made from scratch and a nice burrito, or fajita! Anyway, this place is good, hit the spot for the most part, but on the down side did empty my pocket , $14 for a burrito and a side of guac. Goodness! Here's what I got Big Cal burrito- I was hungry so don't judge me lol...this burrito was pretty big. I was breathing heavily by the 3rd bite. The steak was surprisingly seasoned and cooked well. I wasn't expecting it to have such a well balanced flavor combo so that was a plus. Burrito was a bit heavy in the rice side but overall was good. Guac and chips- Was fresh and done right, with chunks of avocado. It was decent enough for a chain but I've had better. Overall pretty good, and would probably go back if I'm in the mood for some Mexican food that's better than Taco Bell Enjoy!

The food really lacks flavor. I had to use a lot of hot sauce just to get it right. I love verde salsa but theirs tasted like baby spit. It's very disappointing. I went there twice, so I won't be going again. I can get better tasting burritos at the Whole Enchilada down the road.

I have been to this Lime several times and every time I leave I swear I'm going to write a review. The food is fantastic, quick and very consistent. The customer service is wonderful. The staff is always smiling and always asking if you need help or if they can get you anything. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is a little pricey for a counter service restaurant. That being said, I'll continue to visit this location frequently because of the people and the food.

Lime Fresh is great for fast casual! When it comes to a burrito or quesadilla craving, Lime is the best place to go. Prices are affordable, food tastes fantastic, and the employees are always helpful. Fast casual with quality customer service. A little anecdote to support my claims: Of the many times I have frequented Lime Fresh, I have never had a single complaint. I recently visited Lime within the past week, and I thought that my burrito order was incorrect. I spoke with an employee and just asked if I was misinformed or if the burrito was the wrong one. Without further discussion, her manager and her both asked to just remake the burrito. I never asked for a new burrito and that resolved the matter on the spot. I have had other experiences at Lime Fresh and each experience only supports why Lime continues to do so well and people enjoy it.

This place is a pseudo Chipotle in my opinion, but the food is pretty good and the benefit over Chipotle is you wait at a table while your food is being made and the "waiter" brings it to you. In my opinion that's a plus. I kind of despise the glass window setup where they slide your food from one person to another. The menu is huge and the prices are reasonable. We came on a Thursday around 7 pm and it was relatively packed; there was an employee waiting in line with menus and answering questions. I think this is a nice touch. I will go here again. The prices are good for what you get and I like the element of service they give you. A waiter came by and even asked us how our meal was and if we needed any sauces or more chips. He then came by and cleared our plates. I gave him a tip since most people generally won't think to do so since this isn't a full service place. But it was clear he was working hard.

This is the best lime I've been to so I figured they needed a review. Lime is another one of those fad mexican/Hispanic somewhat fast food restaurant franchises that are all over. Most of them , not much of a difference in quality of food. This lime though, gives me literally perfectly cooked burritos - and I'm talking about the crisp and cleanliness of the form. For some reason it never falls apart, so easy to eat and use my phone at the same time. The queso here is bomb and so are the foreign salsas. For some reason they constantly fill my water and open doors for me and make sure everything is perfect. 12/10 service. It's actually been overbearing before where I was like, slow down guys I can do that myself.

Very friendly, helpful staff! This is my first visit. I was greeted sincerely by no less than 3 staff in 2 minutes. Food smells great when you walk I'm and happy hour is $2 tacos! Will definitely come again with the family.

Kudos to the management here. Employees were friendly, attentive, and everywhere! Felt like there were almost as many people working as there were eating, and it was crowded. At one point, we even saw an employee scraping gum off of the bottom of the tables--no doubt this place is CLEAN! The nachos were awesome, as was the selection of hot sauces. We will definitely be back.

I go here all the time and the food is pretty good...I mean I tried the tacos but they just weren't for me; the burritos are good; the quesadilla left a bit to be desired.... Sometimes the electricity goes on that side of the street and then Lime ends up being smoky, having to serve warm bottled sodas and the heat from the kitchen forces diners outside. Also, on occasion, notably celebrations like Cinco de Mayo, the music they play is just too loud to be considered background music. The staff is mostly friendly and quite attentive on days when they aren't packed. You order inside, get a table number and find a seat, and they deliver it right out to you. Also, I must admit that the bathrooms are usually very clean which is refreshing. Decor is alright...limes on the walls...meh. The real reason why I go here lies in the dips/desserts because that's where the money is! The queso dip is amazing! Order that with a few chips, some guacamole (which is pretty good too) and go at it. You will not regret it! Just the blend of cheese and cilantro and goodness it's so warm and good! And the real winner is the cinnamon chips. I happened to order these on a whim (since they were just two dollars) because I was craving something sweet along with the rest of my order, and I was so delighted that I completely ignored my burrito for these. The cinnamon chips are tortilla chips that are cut, deep fried (not oily to my delight) and tossed in cinnamon and sugar. They are served nice and warm with the most delicious whipped cream I have ever had. I am not ashamed to admit that I have gone to LIME just for these chips. I'm salivating just thinking about it so I shall end my review here. LIME is sure to have tons of check-ins from me.

They are owned by Ruby Tuesdays.... A "FRESH" Mexican Grill owned by RUBY TUESDAYS... Maybe that explains why my food tasted horrible, and there was barely and chicken or cheese in my "Chicken Quesadilla". The Chicken that was in my food was very dry and crunched when I ate it... CHICKEN SHOULD NOT CRUNCH! TRY ZONA FRESCA INSTEAD!!! Very Fresh chicken, Great Atmosphere, and great staff!

I used to go here about once per week for lunch. It was never great, but it has gone significantly downhill in almost every way. Their chipotle salsa is now thinner. It retains chipotle flavor, but has lost most if not all of its spice/heat. Its even now a touch sweet, and more like a ketchup. The chicken tacos I used to get had chicken spilling out as I ate. That no longer is the case. Now it is about 1/3 to ¼ as much chicken, less cheese, and a lot more lettuce. The queso dip, while never great, has become much thinner and the color is now more towards orange. It's difficult to recognize much real cheese is actually in it. The Nachos with ground beef was poor. The cheese was not fully melted. They charge $2 for ground beef, yet it is almost undetectable. What meat is there is drowned by and within refried beans. A typical one dollar menu burger has at least twice as much beef. As usual in the place, the music remains bar like loud, entirely inappropriate for this setting. Not a place you want to receive a cell phone call. Add two drinks (and I mean self serve soda, not beer) and $28 for the above is very high priced indeed. While eating, they (I assume a manager?) asked about the food. I gave the above complaints, but nothing was done. There are better options.

For me Lime is just average fast casual Mexican fare. I always see people sitting outside (way too hot for me) so my boyfriend and I thought we'd give it a try. We decided to order in and just like their competitor, the online ordering system was super user friendly. My boyfriend went to pick up the food but still had to wait despite having arrived later than when our order was to be ready. When he arrived home, we dug in but taste wise, it left much to be desired. I thought maybe because we didn't eat it there but we literally live less than 5 minutes away. Personally, I'd rather drive a bit further to Chipotle in Davie or just go to Ole Ole or La Bamba.

The managers are super mean, i order a dish by misteake and i had to pay for the plate that I wanted, the dish that I payed for was even more expensive than the one taht I actully wanted... NEVER AGAIN!

Very fresh ingredients, clean , get the frozen margaritas, they are strong. Happy hour Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays 3-6pm $2 coronas, $2 tacos $3 for small margartias $6 for large.

While I'll admit this place is kinda 'bubble gum pop' Mexican food it tastes really good! Every time I go I get the Baja fish tacos and they are the bomb dig. The fresh salsa bar is great and they have pretty much every hot sauce known to man. There is an abundance of friendly staff so you never really have to get up for refills and the place is always clean :)

For a chain restaurant Lime does a great job at being consistent with their food and service. The guac is always fresh, the chips are really good and the service is fast and friendly. I often go to Lime for lunch with co-workers and we've never had any complains. This location offers indoor and outdoor seating, and a fresh Salsa bar with plenty of options. Portions are generous, overall good food and nice setting for a quick lunch.

I had the fried fish on a salad and it was delicious. Lots of flavor and the dressing was very tasty. This place was clean and at lunch time on a Friday there were so many people, we had to wait a bit for a table.

So disappointing. Queso was gross. It tasted like stadium nacho cheese and since I got a queso burrito I could not even eat it. My husband was generous to trade with me and his "the lime" was descent but just boring. The salsas: also boring. Just go to Chipotle.

The food is real fresh, the atmosphere is great, and the service is Disney quality! For a chain the food is surprisingly fresh and portions are good size. The margaritas are great too. We always sit outside and the music is really perfect. Not too loud and very upbeat. Nice area to people watch too and if you live in the area you are sure to see someone you know. Now my favorite part...the service. If it's your first time there you'll be amazed of how well all the staff treat you and serve you like you are their personal guest. If you come often and the know you, well, you are VIP and they make you feel that way. Great for a couple's getaway or family night out.

Lime is a pretty decent chain serving American style "Mexican" food. Kind of like an upscale Taco Bell. I like to go here for a quick lunch when shopping in the area. I usually have my guilty pleasure of ground beef tacos on crispy shells = yep just like the ones you can buy at the supermarket. And they have beer (always a plus as shopping is thirsty work). The queso dip is pretty good. The service is a bit "disaffected teenager" which means you need to repeat what you want 3 times before it sinks in, and last time despite doing so, she still left one item off our order. They have piped 80's and 90's music pretty loud both inside and outside, which is kind of obnoxious (they could at least keep it inside only so you have the option to escape it if you want to have a conversation that doesn't involve shouting). So yeah... a reliable but forgettable fast-food experience, with added beer.

I really enjoy this franchise!! I was just put on New Year! Now, I craze it where ever I go! They were having 2 for 1 margaritas! SO YOU KNOW I WAS IN THERE... However they were out of cherry and had to drink some sour regular one. The lady was cool so I didn't make too much of a fuss about them. Food was delicious as normal. I love that they cook it right in front... And all the options of sauces and salsa. I just love it!

Fun spot to grab a bite & beer after shopping over in the fountain's plaza. This place gets packed, but if the outside seating is full I don't bother. (It's the selling point for me on a beautiful day) shrugs shoulders `\_(^ ,^) _/` Sunny

Stopped by here for lunch on Saturday afternoon. According to the man who greeted us at the front door, this particular location is unlike any other locations like the one located on US 1 in Fort Lauderdale which is owned by the corporate. This one is the individual owned franchise so they operate things a little differently. First of all, you place your order with the cashier and you will take the number with you to your table and they will bring the food to you. Second the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They keep coming back to you and see if everything is okay, and they even refill your soft drinks and bring it back to you. And the food..wow. I had the fish taco which was very tasty. And the outdoor seating area is very nice, and made our lunch very enjoyable in a nice sunny afternoon. No doubt I will go back there again.

After moving here from Texas, this is the closest thing to Texas quality mexican food we could find. Good food, good service. Seems a little overpriced for what you get, but not too bad.

Four stars because of what I hope is a one time experience. The food was pretty good--not great, but we also went at around closing time. The service was great, very friendly and very happy people. HOWEVER, they got our order wrong twice in a row. Again, I'm not sure if this was a one time thing because they were about to close, but twice is a little ridiculous. The manager did give us a coupon for two free quesadillas for when we return. But, the food was good for being fast food. The sauces are wonderful -- I recommend the habanero! I will definitely go back at a better hour. Seems like a pretty good place despite this one experience.

The Southwest salad is my favorite. I order it with chicken instead of bacon. I am not a fan of bacon anyways, but who thinks Mexican food should be paired with bacon? Weird. Anyways, the salad is delicious and very healthy (consider holding the tortilla strips)! The food always tastes very fresh especially being that they are a "chain". The chicken is moist, the lettuce is green, and the dressing is awesome. I have tried the beef/steak tacos too. They were better than other "chains", but not as good as my favorite salad! The staff is super friendly and gets your food to the table in minutes. Sometimes they have a crazy long line, but don't be discouraged, you still you get your meal fast. They also have nice outdoor seating to sit and people watch while you eat your food. The fountains is a pretty cool shopping center with all of the upgrading in the last few years. The happy hour and other specials they run throughout the week are great deals so check them out.

Lime - you are a chain, so my review will rhyme. A couple of weeks ago I visited - for the second time. The day before I almost came in but there was a massive line. So I said fine! Got some greek, and left the tacos behind. But this time, this time! there was barely a soul in sight. I ordered three fish tacos, enough to whet my appetite. Got a coke zero, the fizz was just right. I went to my table and and sat tight. They bring you your order, after a short wait. they brought me my plate, rather large, looks great! The tacos left much to be desired as the fish was dry. I still ate the tacos, how hungry was I? Maybe the tacos was a bad decision. I envisioned, delicious, shredded fish, but that was missin' instead, I got fish dry as bread... maybe I should of got the meat instead.

  • Arla F.

The music is loud, the atmosphere is trendy, the place is fun but the food is lacking in the taste department! We had greasy nachos, the cheese was cold, the chicken tacos really were bland and on desperate need of seasoning! Won't be back, wish I had listened to other reviews!

Great food. Lime is my go to place whenever I'm indecisive about food. It's near my job so I'm usually going for lunch. Despite the rush hour of lunch, the food is always fresh and delicious. I'm watching the calories so I always get the South Beach Buritto. It's one of the best, and even though healthy, very fulfilling. I love the huge selection of hot sauces available. It definitely makes my lunch more exciting. I've been to 1 happy hour with super cheap drinks and tacos. Would definitely recommend!

  • Thomas L.

Unless you're very very hungry and the other food joints around are closed, do not go there, and if you really want a burrito go to Chipotle. The fact of the matter is that the location and the service are very nice, but the food is horrible. I ordered a burrito and the taste was bad, it was more tortilla than anything else and even with sour cream, it was so dry I had to soak it in hot sauce.

This place is not accommodating to the special requests if customers. I asked for sliced avocado for my 10 month old and they said they couldn't do that. When I asked if the make their guacamole with avocados here in the store they said yes but they could not slice one for me? I call that laziness. Also, my husband ordered the California burrito and it was 99% rice and beans no meat. We should have gone to chipotle right down the road.

This is a good place to drop by if you're looking for a quick bite of tacos or quesadillas. The food is pretty decent and service is great. It's a pretty busy place most of the time, but the food still comes out quite quickly!

  • Natasha C.

I like this place. I tried it tonight for the first time. I will be back again but I definitely will not order the black bean soup. It was wayyy to salty & was all bean, not much broth. We also ordered a beef quesadilla (which I didn't partake in) and I was told that it was just ok. Portions were also on the small side but definitely sufficient to fill the belly of an average eater. Now for what I liked about this joint. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The entire restaurant, including the outdoors & bathroom, was very clean.

Absolutely fantastic. I have lime once a week!! The addiction is real :) the staff is so friendly, super inviting atmosphere and the food is always fresh. This is one of the best like locations I've Been to! Must try the cantina salad with chicke, switch out the dressing for the chipotle dressing instead.... Yummmm!

Great little "fast" Mexican food joint. I have been here a few times now and have enjoyed each visit. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff, the service has always been better than expected at this type of restaurant. They definitely tend to get busy at lunch time, I've had to pass it up at least one or two days b/c the line went out the door and around the corner - but having eaten there, I know why! Confession: Each time I have gone I've had the grilled fish tacos, but they are so darn good! They have a great sauce that they put on them, so they are a little messy (not the hottest lunch date meal in other words..). Otherwise, I have tried their queso (very good made w/lots of spices, I think they even mix some black beans in) and guac (which is "pretty good" in my book, but I love guac so I am always looking for the next best one). Their chips are good, not overly greasy - They don't pile them into your basket like at other places, but will happily give you more if you ask for them. Everything has always tasted very fresh! They also have an insane variety of hot sauces to choose from. I usually just grab 1 or 2 salsa varieties tho. They have a salsa bar too, with at least 6 varieties, all with warnings as to their "hotness" which, as someone who is very comfortable in the medium range heat zone, I appreciate! As far as the ambiance and theme of the restaurant, I hate to compare but it's very similar to a Moe's feel. Upbeat, trendy (but draws a mixed crowd) fastish food joint with good tacos, and a few beers sitting enticingly in the ice right next to the cashier. They do also have frozen sangria which sounds interesting, I haven't tried that yet tho. One weird thing is the older music they play. It's a mix of pop/hip-hop, stuff we all heard on the radio.. about 5 yrs ago! This is obviously not a deal breaker though. Will definitely be back and hopefully talk myself into branching into the unknown on their menu (since that would be, ahem, anything other than fish tacos). At the very least, I still haven't tried the frozen sangria so I will be back! :)

Normally when looking for a quick decent lunch this place is good. I like their fish tacos. The ckicken quesadilla is good. Typically I order it with peppers. Today I paid $11.11 for a large ground beef quesadilla which contains cheese, refried beans, and their version of ground beef. With a side of guacamole. Guacamole is so so; the ground beef is a disaster unless you enjoy it over-salted crumble style. Hard to decipher between beef and refried beans.

What is it about fast casual Mexican food chains that I love so much? Who knows, but much like I love Chipotle I loved this spot. I went with the Lime burrito and got it vegetarian style which meant I also got rice and guacamole instead of meat. Which is my favorite thing, so I was a fan. I love that you can make most anything vegetarian. The frozen sangria and frozen margaritas are a fun touch. I went with frozen sangria and definitely enjoyed it. Not the best sangria ever but it is good, and I liked it in the frozen form. They have a nice patio for sitting outside. Overall a nice visit.

New to the area, and this is a place I'd never seen or heard of. However, it did look and feel like a Chipotle, which I am familiar with. I wasn't sure what I wanted so decided to just go with something straight forward - an order of 3 tacos. I decided to try all 3 types, soft corn, flour, and crunchy corn. I like the salsa bar, that's a nice touch, but nothing original as I've seen that elsewhere. Also, they have cilantro and limes out which is nice. They didn't have plain avocado though, and their guacamole has onions (which I can't stand) so I didn't have the guacamole...which I really love and miss when I'm having Mexican food. I will say the service was great, but the tacos, meh...the best I can compare them to is Taco Bell. I lived in Texas for many years (including on the border) and have had lots of Mexican food, so I guess my expectations were a little too high. This was basically just chain style Mexican food...nothing to get excited about, but maybe I'll give them another try and get something else off the menu to see if it's any better. I'd really like to give 2.5 stars, but will give 3 stars instead of 2 because of the staff friendliness/helpfulness and the fact that they have some outdoor seating, which I enjoy and is part of the reason I chose to eat there. However, the music was too loud, and what they were playing wasn't particularly relaxing or enjoyable, but maybe the demographic they're trying to appeal to likes that. I'd describe it somewhat like sports bar music.

I have eaten at lime many times over the last couple years as it is a quick, easy, and rather cheap place to dine. It is located right in the fountains so parking is plentiful. If you go at a busy time there may be a line but it usually goes pretty quickly. I always order the southwest chicken salad ($8.50) and add double chicken for an additional $3. I feel the double meat is a must or else the salad looks a bit skimpy. The chipotle dressing is delicious complimented by their huge selection hot sauce bar. In addition they have a salsa bar for the chips they give you. Don't over expect and this will satisfy your needs.

If you want inexpensive fast yet good American-Mexican, then this is your place. I truly haven't had a bad meal here. What disturbs me is the noise level. The place is always crazy busy and yet they have the music turned up as well... I guess there is no need for conversation these days! I can't be sure as to what is going on, on Friday & Saturday nights, but the place is over flowing with families & kids! It's crazy inside & out. If you're not a fan of children, then stay away these evenings. However, I continuously crave their salads. Yep. Almost all of them. And the Creamy Cilantro dressing is my favorite!

I really enjoy LIME! The fish tacos are crispy and flavorful. Their salsa bar has a range of selections. i'd go to Lime any Saturday afternoon/evening for fish tacos and a margarita, or call ahead to order and pick up lunch for the office. Friendly people, shaded tables outside.

I have seen this place a few times and it's always packed, but I never made it in until last Friday. The location is great because it is right on a busy shopping plaza and ever better near my house. I also happen to really enjoy the décor because their name is Lime they have truly embraced it by adding limes all over the dining room area and I have to say it truly works. I got the chicken tacos with corn tortillas and it was delicious. The corn tortillas really kick the flavor up a notch and their chicken seasoning is right on. The salsa is very flavorful and I especially like to add the salsa verde from the salsa bar and it really adds a bunch of more flavors. For an appetizer we got the queso and holy molly what a delicious bowl of sinful cheese. Will come back just for this but the rest of the food looks really good. My boyfriend got the fish tacos fried and he loved them. Most fast food Mexican places don't branch out into the fish tacos section but Lime is not scared and they are definitely rocking it with great seasoning and a great special sauce on top.

We got there early to avoid the lunch rush. My south beach burrito was soggy and not the same quality as other Lime restaurants. There were literally 4 chips with it. My friend's salad came 15 minutes after mine (ordered on the same receipt). I had also ordered a side of guacamole and that came after I had to request it twice. I'll think twice before coming back.

Great place for lunch, but you have to get there before noon on weekdays otherwise its packed! Very good food though and the servers are very friendly. The managers actually walk around to check on tables.

Very impressed with this place! Great Ta o Salad more than you can eat! Staff is over the top friendly and the manager actually remembered me and thank me for returning and it's been at least a month! Great place great quality fast food and definitely a friendly environment!

For the kind of restaurant that that are they have great customer service! Their hot sauces are great. They have a great variety. The staff is extremely friendly and their margaritas are amazing. They have really good deals specially during happy hour. Great hangout place. Great music. They have inside and outside seating.

Awesome dinner. The tacos and burritos were delicious. All of the fresh salsas and sauce varieties were great. Service was fast and all employees were extremely friendly. For being such a busy place they were definitely on top of their game! I will definitely be dining here again!!

This is a great, fresh, fast approach to mexican. And healthy if you want it to be. The tacos are amazing and they have a salsa bar like I've never seen. I would eat here regularly if I lived anywhere near one.

One star only because I had to! This is nothing more than an upscale Taco Bell. Beef tacos were cold and bland. "Enjoy our free salsa bar" said the manager. Yeah I would have had I known the 5 chips they threw on my plate were free refillable. The chips were mediocre at best. Not giving this place a second chance. First impressions are everything. Try Zona Fresca a block away. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Don't eat here if you're a vegetarian or vegan. This place handles meats and dairy products without changing their gloves. In addition to not understanding the concept of vegetarian, they also served me a chicken and cheese burrito, instead of a bean burrito with no dairy. I would recommend the Chipotle's that is 2 min south of this place. They will change their gloves on request, and you know what they are putting in your food.

So I was on a no meat for 30 days challenge this place became my dearest friend. The no meat varieties were awesome. The bean burrito was amazing. It was always fresh and yummy. They make all food fresh to order so the wait was was a lil long but not excruciating. I still stop by once in a while now. Meat added :)

This place was so great. Tifanny, the manager came over and asked if we had questions and walked us through the menu. She was awesome. Every company needs an employee like that. Tacos were great, we also ordered a margarita which was soooo good. Good lime flavor and very strong. The salsa trifecta gave you a taste of a little if everything. Wish we had these in California. It would be a goldmine

Pretty decent place to grab a bite with family and friends. I used to frequent here more often when they first opened about three years ago. Came back here recently with a friend of mine who tried it for the first time and I believe she was pretty satisfied. The manager on duty was very helpful, attentive, and interacted with us and other customers and he realized we were staring at the menu for a while trying to decide. They are also very quick to get the orders out. I would say its pretty average, but nice atmosphere with the outdoor seating and all. My boss even took us here for lunch a few months back, so I tried the taco salad...it was probably one of my faves. I have to be in the mood to be here, as there's alot of families and kids that frequent the place (depending on the time of day, and day of the week).

We were down south and my husband raved about this place, so we decided to come here for a quick bite. The skinny burrito I had today was filled with chicken, cheese, and organic refried beans. And yeah, a side of chips with guacamole. A Mexican flavorful and guiltless lunch always makes this girl happy.

Love the chicken quesadilla here. I have always wanted to try something else but the quesadilla is so good I always stick with it. They also have a scent beer selection Nd margarita machine if you need to wet your whistle. Never a long wait so if your in a hurry this is a great place. You order when you walk in and they bring it to you!

This is a great Mexican place for a quick meal. The surfer tacos and fish tacos are awesome, I usually get them with soft tacos and fried fish. They come with chips and there are different sauces and salsa available.

I really enjoyed this place. They satisfied my craving of Fish Tacos and was very accommodating with my order. They serve beer as well. What I liked most was the ambiance and the 90's- 2000's music they were playing! Each song right after another was, wow! Haven't heard this in forever! The staff was really helpful too. we sat in the patio and they'd come out and ask to refill out drinks. To me that's really going above and beyond. Thanks!

Surprisingly simple review to do. Other Lime happy hours end at 7:00 pm. This one ended at 6:00 pm. Know before you go. Opting not to spend $27+ for four tacos and two margaritas (the margaritas were two for one at other Lime's until 7:00 pm) I canceled the margaritas and got four tacos for $10 instead. Two soft chicken and two soft ground beef. I ordered them with everything EXCEPT cilantro. They all had cilantro! The chicken tacos were OK. The ground beef tacos were an instant "Taco Bell" reminder. My wife had the same "flashback" experience. The lettuce was fresher than Taco Bell's but for the extra money and the 10 miles of additional travel, I really prefer Taco Bell... and Taco Bell does not put cilantro in their tacos. I do have to commend the staff. The waitstaff, the order takers and the Lime equivalent of the hostess were extremely friendly and helpful. They were the high point of our visit. Thank you for your cheery assistance. You were a delight.

Lime is a chain but don't let that discourage you... It's well worth visiting! The food is super fresh, they have tasty choices such as tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos, etc. but the pinnacle is their awesome sauce bar with fresh salsas, bean salad and fresh cilantro. Try the surfer fish tacos, they are the same price as the others plus they are stuffed to the brim with delicious fish and a cool cilantro sauce. For the health conscious feel free to load up on the black bean salad from the bar and try the salads and low carb tacos- filling yet low carb and low fat.

I ate here for the first time the other day, and I loved it! I ordered an 8th street beef burrito and it was so good. Their chips are so crispy and warm. The pico de gallo salsa was so fresh and it tasted amazing. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely eat here again!

LOVED the queso!! So good!! Between 4 of us we ordered a bunch of different types of tacos. They were all pretty good but we all agreed that they need to put little more meat/fish on each taco. Other than that everything was pretty good.

I loved this restaurant from the day I found it...I crave it all the time..whenever my wife asks me where I want to go to eat...this place pops in my head....the ambience is great...the out door seating is neat...the food is fresh and tasty. You just have to try their salsa bar...the habanero is my favourite...the black bean salsa is nice too...all the orders come with some crunchy, tasty tortilla chips...the waiters are very very courteous...they keep going around checking on how everyone is doing...I have tried their burrtitos, quesadillas, and the burrito bowl...we once tried the hombre gauc and it was delightful...it had a slight kick to it with some jalapenos in it... The one suggestion I would have for the place, would be it would be great if they had a burrito bowl with no rice and no gauc...cos people who order the bowl are usually calorie concious and thats why they dont want a tortilla...but you can always customize your order and they have no problem with that...but adding a new option seems to be a much less hassle for them and also the customers..

I found out about this place from a friend. I truly like going here, the food is fresh and delicious the frozen sangria is the TRUTH!! Love it!! Don't get the nachos though, the last time I got them the melted cheese had hardened? I don't know what went wrong with that!! Anyway the guacamole is really good!! Try the frozen sangria and the steak tacos for sure!!

This was our first trip to this location. My daughter eats at Lime fairly frequently with one of her friends. They go during happy hour for $2 tacos and two-for-one drinks. She was at the one in Coconut Creek and said we should try it, that happy hour was til 7:00. We went to this location, as it was marginally closer and we needed to get back. My husband placed the order - 4 tacos and 2 margaritas. They rang up at over $27.00. It turned out that not all Limes are the same. This one stops its happy hour at 6:00. That being said, that's still pretty pricey for a drink in a plastic cup. He dropped the order for the drinks and just asked for 4 soft corn tacos, with no cilantro. Although I was not standing next to him at the time, he is generally very clear on the cilantro thing. Both of us find that it tastes like soap, so naturally, not having (yet) said any bad words, we didn't think we should have a mouthful of soap. We waited. Not for long, and the waitress brought our orders. Instead of the corn tortillas that we had ordered, they had brought us flour tortillas. And there was a generous helping of cilantro. Since we didn't have much time, we opted to laboriously pick the herb out of our tacos. I tried the one with the beef first. It tasted exactly like Taco Bell beef filling. I also had only a very small amount, maybe 3 tablespoons. Then I tried the chicken. Once again, there was very little filling and the taste was nothing special. They ingredients were fresh, but that's about all I can say. There was so much wet pico on the tacos that it had run all over the dish before it even got to me. Some of my corn chips weren't cooked all the way through, so they had a more oily consistency and uneven texture. On the plus side, the waitress was fairly speedy and very pleasant. Will we go back? No. Taco Bell, is closer, cheaper and just as good.

I had high expectations when I saw the salsa/side buffet and spoke to the friendly girl at the counter! I was excited to try the place and ordered three different tacos off the menu with a side of guacamole. Everything went out the door when the food arrived- it was horrible. The fish taco was under-seasoned and the fish barely recognizable. I could not finish my meal and left hungry. The guacamole was terrible and bland as well. I would never go back here. The server was also very rude and inattentive. Extra star for the friendly counter girl & salsa buffet.

Cool decor and layout, friendly staff, since it was my first time there, they recommended some options. I had the Tacos', steak, ground beef, and fish. Steak and fish were good, ground beef was ok, but that's what I was expecting from ground beef. The Queso is unique and tasty.

I really do not understand all the decent or good reviews on here....this place is not pleasant and I would not reccomend. (I have been twice.) The food does seem fresh, and worse it's so bland! I felt like I was eating cafeteria food....gross!! Just boring flavorless food. It's in a nice location, and sitting outside is a plus....but other than that, no thanks.

This place is good!!!!! if you didn't read the first 4 words of my post i'll post it again. This place is good!!!! I love the salsa, it has a fresh cut tomatoes taste to it. instead of one that's been mushed and sitting in a jar. I've tried all the tacos steak, fish, ground beef, chicken and they're all good because they know what they're doing. Trust me my friends, try this place out. love, Bao Eat on my friends!

Came here yesterday for a late lunch around 3pm. I ordered 3 hard tacos which are $6.99. My tacos contained beef, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. There was no line so I got through quickly. Tacos were good and the staff was friendly. No complaints.

I really wanted to like this place. I was attracted to the large sidewalk seating area. I'm from Texas originally so I love good Mexican food. But this isn't good Mexican food. It's average at best. When you order the food you have a good view of the food prep area and I wasn't impressed. There was no lighting over the food prep bar so it looked like the cooks were preparing the food in semi-darkness. I can't believe a restaurant wouldn't have good lighting for the cooks. It was also pretty messy. Not as clean as I would like. The staff was very friendly. The outdoor seating is great. If you just want a beer and chips and salsa it might be a decent choice but I wasn't impressed.

Lots of upcharges to get a decent burrito. A veggie burrito with onions/pepers, pica de gallo and guac was over $10!!! The same thing at Chipotle is under $6. I could deal with the price if the food justified it, but the taste was a bit bland. It's MUCH better than Zona Fresca but still just "ok". The food definitely seemed fresh and very hot. I like that the burrito's are grilled and have a bit of a crispy texture plus the chips were hot. Their meat options might be better, I wouldn't know. But overall it's just "ok" and not a place I'd visit often.

We stopped here on a hungry whim. Place was packed! Staff greeted us at door. Wait for food was quick , surprisingly so, based on the traffic. Slight malfunction with our order. Manager checked on us so we shared and he fixed it right away. Great experience and super yummy burritos, salsa bar and chips. Two of us fed well for $20 and spectacular service! When we're back in town we'll surely stop back!!

I love this place. I try to come here at least once every week, if not, 2 weeks. Main reason I love this location is the staff. They are extremely friendly and attentive. The gentleman in orange, which I believe is the manager, goes around from table to table to check if everything is okay and would make lighthearted conversation with you. One time, he noticed me and my boyfriend sitting outside for a while. He made a joke about how he doesn't think he's seen anyone sit there as long as us after a meal and offered to bring us out free dessert. How nice was that?! The staff recognizes us and always either makes suggestions on the hot sauce or goes looking for the ones we want. As for the food, definitely try the surfer taco with fried fish or the queso burrito with fried fish. YUM!

Excellent fish tacos! The best I've had. Great sauces and salsa. Not very fond of the guacamole - if ur craving fresh guacamole head to Chipotle. Otherwise thumbs up for lime. Oh and those cinnamon chips dessert - Delish!! Oh and I think this is place is much better than Zona Fresca - the nearby competitor - tried both and Lime wins hands down.

Great fish tacos & chicken burittos. Unlike the rest of the Mexican restaurants, like Chipotle, they grill their fish, chicken and steak on an open flame grill winch gives it a better flavor than a griddle plus it's healthier because it doesn't cook in its own fat. The service is great in its simplicity, you walk in, order then you're given a number and you wait for the food to arrive at your table with a food runner, great concept. Everything is fresh and on a nice evening it's great to sit outside.

Initially, I was a fan of this Lime. Their Abuela's guacamole was super fresh & so were their tacos. The problem came when I found myself chewing on a rubber band that I found in my chicken taco. I was disgusted! To make matters worse, the manager gave me a hard time about wanting my money back. I'm done with Lime for good.

Pretty good...vegetarian friendly..the humbra guacamole was the prize I really enjoyed and flour chips I can dig it.a nice selection of hot sauces. Ill be back. Its reasonably priced. I think ill try something different from the rice bowl next tho is was dull.

3.5 stars. Nice open decor, fresh salsa, tasty rich queso, and lots of the fast food Mexican food options you'd expect. It has a fast casual set up where you order at the register and they bring your food out to the table with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff seemed friendly, and my meal was good, but not great (queso & chips and the original taco.) I thought the taco could have had more/better flavor. I'm looking forward to heading back. This may be a four-star place ultimately. Seems to have potential.

I came on a recommendation from my hotel. I needed something quick and asked for something decent. They suggested lime fresh. I think it met my requirements. The taco salad with chicken seemed very fresh. My only knock is I think it is a bit pricey.

Tried the regular size Lite Quesadilla for the first time and loved it. Not sure why I never tried a whole wheat tortilla, but I think I like them better than the flour ones. I order the vegi version of it. It also comes with sour cream on the side. Not sure how "lite" it really is because it is full of cheese and it was too much for me to finish, but I would still order it again. Service was great as usual.

The place looks nice, but getting to the register and read the huge menu is a pain. Line of people trying to figure out the so many options. Only chicken and ground beef. I don't eat in a place that only offers ground beef and don't disclosure how much meet is actually in - I prefer to see the beef pieces. Me and my son ordered 2 different Chicken burritos. I like the fact that the tortillas came toasted, but what was inside was a mystery. For what I can tell it was a lot of rice with a few pieces of chicken. Mine was a cheese burrito, but the cheese wasn't there. May be disappear with the sour cream that also wasn't noticed. Bottom line 2 flour tortillas full of rice and beans for $16+ no drinks. Not a good deal for any meal. Bottom line, very nice place and ambiance, overprice food that doesn't invite you to come back. Sad. I have to say that the sign on the door announcing the opening was really clever

My husband and I are new to the area and we have been checking out places here and there. So we noticed Lime in Plantation so we decided to try it out. However, I was extremely disappointed with the food. I ordered a quesadilla with chicken and beans and there was hardly anything in it. My husband got a burrito and it was tiny. We have tried other places and got a whole lot more for a whole lot less. The music was too loud to even hear the other person speaking. I felt like I was in a night club instead of a Mexican food place.

The service is soooooooo great here wow!.... we were greeted right when we walked in ..handed menus ...the girl at the cash register was sooo sweet... there was this one guy Nick who was so nice to us.. was giving people salsas and telling us about promotions and deals and fun things going on... 2 girls kept coming to our table like 4 or 5 times, asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything and to refill our chips! Also, the ambiance n atmosphere was very pretty and fun, nice decorations, and good music. they have a great place to sit outside too. Ok on to the food... my hubby got chicken tacos n said they were good. I had the standard chicken burrito and it was ok too. Nothing fantastic. Mine had very little chicken in it and wayyyyyyyyy too many refried beans. next time i will definitely either say light on the beans or no beans at all. Now, the salsas ...we tried every single one. there was the regular "fresh" salsa where the tomatoes, onions, etc are chopped up and that was good. then there was a black bean and corn one...that was good if you like black beans. they had a salsa verde...eh it was ok. then there was a mild-ish red one, a spicy red one, and a CRAZY INSANE FIRE HOT habanero (light orangish color) one. we loveeee spicy salsa so we were excited about the last 3. honestly though, all 3 of them were more like sauces or chutneys really...not really salsa, like they were all creamy and liquid, there were no chunks in there so we didn't really enjoy that. i usually eat habanero salsa without much of a problem so i accidentally took a confident bite of this salsa and BE CAREFUL it is deathly crazy hot!!! no joke!!! and the other two weren't spicy enough so we were kind of disappointed in the salsa department. :( on to the BEST part.......... we ordered a side dish of a large queso dip and chips... and OH MY GODDDDDDDDDD the queso dip was AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! i basically ditched my burrito and was stuffing myself full of this queso and chips.. and the chips have a free refill and wow was i having a blast with that! it was DELICIOUS!!!! my hubby doesn't really like cheese usually and even he totally loved this dip as well! it was spectacular. even though we ate a ton of it we STILL couldn't finish it so it's definitely worth the 5.50 we paid for it. the portion size for that was huge- it would be enough for like 4 people easily. so overall.. thats why i gave it a 4 - for the wonderful service and the spectacular queso dip, i took a star off for my mediocre burrito and the unsatisfying salsas :(. if I were to compare this food with zona fresca...i'd say the service, ambiance, music, decorations, chips, and of course the queso dip is wayyyy better at Lime... but for the actual food... like the burrito and the salsas ... would probably go to zona. their habanero is amazing :) but zona doesn't have much of a service or like sit-down proper dinner type of atmosphere.. it's really like a super casual fast lunch type place. so it depends on what you're in the mood for.

I've only had the La Paz salad (Mahi Mahi). It was fresh and the Mahi Mahi was grilled perfectly, so I have zero complaints about the food I consumed. However, the Margarita tastes like Turpentine.

The food is pretty standard, good but nothing special. The cinnamon chips are the best thing I've had on the menu and our a must-have, if you have someone to share them with. The staff was super nice. Ambiance is casual, counter-serve.

I am always greeted with a smile before I go in. The people remember you and they are so accomodating. I have eated at places where you order your food and its sent out to you before, but to have someone offer to refil your beverage and take your order for take out so you don't have to get up from your table numerous times. Always great for lunch or that quick bite to eat when you are out and about.

Hate to have to update my review since this place used to be one of my favorite spots! Last time I went I ordered a burrito and it was just a hassle. Basically the burrito comes with jalapeños (which I am a wimp so I didn't want them) but I wanted to add lettuce. When I told this to the lady at the counter she told me that lettuce was extra and that it could not be substituted for the jalapeños. I was baffled and even explained to the lady that I had never been charged for this prior and had ordered the exact thing on multiple trips. No go... had to pay to add lettuce. Last time I checked jalapeños are usually more expensive than lettuce... so you were still winning in the long run. I don't know if I will be back since this last trip put a sour taste in my mouth. It is pretty over priced for what you get so I would be hesitant to give this place a shot when there are so many other good burrito options out there.

The staff here is amazing. I think customer service is a lost art, but the folks working here were very friendly and conscientious. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and the food and drinks are really good too!

I decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend and I was in the mood for Mexican food. I ordered the Big Cali burrito and it wasn't great. The burrito doesn't come with any lettuce, tomatoes or any other veggies. It only comes with rice, refried beans and meat. They do offer cheese and sour cream although I didn't want these in my burrito. The size of the burrito was all right although I expected it to be a little bigger since the menu says that this is their biggest burrito and it is hard for one person to finish it. I tend to disagree b/c I finished it with no problem. The side of chips are a nice touch since the burrito wasn't huge. The burrito was kind of bland and it tasted like it was mass produced. On the positive side, the service was fine and the food was prepared pretty quickly. I took my food to go so I can't comment on the restaurant's atmosphere but I did see a lot of people sitting outside which I would probably do if I had eaten there. There are definitely better burrito places out there and I probably would only go back here if I was with others that wanted to eat here. It's not absolutely horrible; it's just not great either.

Easy, quick, healthy. Very clean and fun environment, the radio is set on an up beat station that pairs well with outdoor dining on the patio. Very nice selection of hot sauces but nothing that was crazy spicy if that's your thing. Great spot for lunch, or an early evening meal. Try the fish as your protein. It was amazing with a light, citrus taste that was complemented well by stuffings.

Food was ok. It's quick and they are open late. A little too pricey for the portion you get.

It's been years since I ate at a Lime Fresh. We happened to be at the Fountains and wanted something quick but not burgers and so we ended up here late afternoon, Sunday, March 4. There was a line, but it moved quick. It was a cool afternoon so nice to sit outside and eat. We ordered Flautas, Steak & Cheese Tacos (3) and a Lime Burrito. Plus two Diet Cokes. Total bill: $30! What? For two people?? For fast food that was nothing special??? Sorry, Lime, but Chipotle is much better at half the price.

Quick tip: Beef tacos, hard, verde sauce. Good, fresh ingredients, all servers quick and busy, inexpensive. Just what I want in a fast food Mexican-American restaurant.

Came here for some tacos which were pretty much as expected. My complaints come from the overzealous service (clearing my plate before I was even done when I went to get more salsa) and from the way way way too loud music. Music was so loud I could not hear anything anyone said. Nextime I will sit outside or take my food to go

I gave this location a second chance, since they usually have good food. I went for lunch around 1 on Sunday. I went for my favorite Tijuana Tacos and i was satisfied. The place had a good size crowd, our food was brought out promptly and tasted excellent. I happy to say problems that existed before were gone.

My husband and I found this to be a really great, delicious restaurant...and the service was incredible!! From the moment we walked up considering going there, we were welcomed in and treated so courteously by the Host outside and as well while we were eating. The staff really work hard to make a lovely dining experience! We loved it and would go back again!! I just hope that the staff gets the message back at how wonderful they are! Good job!

Food is good, sopapillas are great, salsa bar is great. Two reasons I am not rating this place higher--first, they have plastic cups that say something about how they are recyclable, that's lime fresh policy, blah blah, and then there is no place to recycle them; second, they advertise happy hour margaritas for $4, sangria for $3. But the happy hour sizes are less than half the size of the regular large ones. If you order a regular one, you get more for your money. Very deceptive, in my opinion. This lime fresh is not the only one that does this (Pembroke Pines is the same on both counts.)

I was so surprised when I came here! The food was delicious!! As another reviewer said, the menu is giant, so you might want to check it out ahead of time. I love that everything is fresh and has tons of flavor. Other Mexican restaurants in the area tend to be bland. However, everything I've had from Lime has been full of flavor. My favorite is the steak Fajita salad with the Cilantro dressing. Delicious!! I also like the frozen sangria.

everything on the menu is awesome, but I always get the nudie burrito with chicken. it's huge! the various salsas and hot sauces can help to make you experience different each time you go! the frozen lime margarita is out of this world and packs a definite punch! or try it swirled with the frozen sangria. service is always friendly and attentive.

The food is great, with healthy options. I do wish they would offer a recycling trash can, as the cups are plastic (at least one of the other Lime Fresh places does this). The sopapillas are AMAZING!!! (and good for one's mental health, if not physical health, lol).

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
