There is always a line when I come here (usually at night). They aren't very friendly. They don't sing anymore. There are very few tables and you can barely sit in the tables inside because of the lines. The prices are crazy expensive for the size you get. But the ice cream is delicious and I love all the mix ins you can get. My favorite combination is the cheesecake ice cream with strawberries, banana and pound cake. The oreo overload is really good too. They also serve cakes, which are pretty good but I like Carvel better.

I think cold stone is great it tastes amazing all mashed up together its just pricey! They charge $4 + tax for the smallest size. I like ice cream club better tho! its super closeby the ice cream tastes more real...while coldstone is really good I think it tastes too artificial

I enjoy the various combos available at Coldstone, as well as the creamy consistency of the ice cream. It is rather on the pricier side, however, definitely worth it every so often. Whenever I walk in, I instantly smell the alluring sweetness of their waffle cones being made etc. I am usually greeted by staff with the usual "welcome to coldstone", and have experienced decent service thusfar. Seating is limited, but I guess the idea is for guests to sit and enjoy their ice cream, and then be gone. I don't think it's supposed to be like Starbucks a few doors down where milling about is encouraged, with more seating options. I usually have the peanut butter cup perfection with Fudge truffle ice cream and I add roasted almonds, in the "like it" size. Pretty delicious!

I'm sure everything on their specials menu is awesome. I just have to get the same thing with a minor change every time i go there because its just so good! Cheesecake fantasy - remove blueberries, add almonds.

The two girls working there were very polite. Didn't say WELCOME TO COLDSTONE! it was more like a very soft mumble if I had not seen there mouth move I wouldn't have known they said anything. I was with a party of 6 and we all felt the same. They weren't very pleasant like the kids in the old coldstone on broward in plantation! I didn't feel welcomed.

Not good. 2nd time I went and the ice cream is old. Had icescicles in it. Must be refrozen. To top it off there is an angry mean girl there. In the words of Elsa.. let it go. I'll be going some where else next time.

Coconut ice cream (flavor only, no coconut pieces-thank god) and butterfinger! Amazing! No, it's not a service Mecca and the servers aren't going to make your day, but they get the order right and that's enough.

This Coldstone is decent enough, but on the small side. They have a handful of tables inside and outside, so you can eat in if you want to. If you've been to one Coldstone, you've been to them all and know the drill. It is a chain, after all. Choose the ice cream, choose the size, choose the mix-in(s), and they mix it together on the "cold stone" right in front of you. The set menu of creations is a good place to start on your first visit. As for sizes, I always get the "like it" (small) size. Anything larger is just way too big! My only complaint about this Coldstone is that they don't seem to change flavors much - it's always the same ol', same ol' whenever you visit. Don't forget that you can try before you buy: ask for a sample spoon or two if a flavor catches your interest and they'll happily oblige you. I highly recommend the cake batter or cookie batter - yummy!

Cold Stone ice cream really does taste better than ALOT of other ice creams. It is pretty expensive for ice cream but a good treat to get every once in a while for a special occasion.

Compared to other Coldstone Creameries I've been to, this one is right up there with a friendly staff, clean store and fresh toppings. They have a little bit of seating both inside and out but it is a little small. If you like ice cream, you'll be happy here. If you like good service, you'll be happy here. If you like Cold Stone, you're already here =P
