These guys know how to make our coffees! Love going to this one! I've never had a problem. Clean, fast, workers are very nice & and they know what they are doing!

The drinks are your standard Starbuck fare; but these cats they got working the drive thru window are cool cucumbers!!! (note: Staff are NOT actual cats) I was just given a beautiful customer experience by the bright and cheerful gal with blonde hair. It was 2/23/2015 at 6:10pm. If a manager knows who I'm talking about. Make her your new manager, STAT!!! Honestly a pleasure to order a drink with. Had a nice conversation for the fleeting moments I was pulled along side.

Not friendly. They close 30 MINUTES before posted closing. If you are inside having coffee, floors are mopped around you making you feel that you need to leave. Drive thru lights are shut off way before closing. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to and will not return. Got two stars because at least coffee was great. They need night management! It is like the workers mean to leave at closing not close the store at that time! Talk about uncomfortable!

Once again I waited in line for about 12 mins after ordering. I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to my home. I miss my favorite location and the staff always spoke to me each and every visit, which by the way is every morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. It's hard when you spend about $150 a month at this locations and when they can't have 1 drink ready before 10 mins and still charge you for it...I guess I'm used to the location a Bayou blvd. if it takes them longer than 5 mins it seems to get my coffee to me it's free. However they are never this SLOW!! Maybe once in a blue moon. I also just find the staff at this particular location I'm writing about not so friendly. I think I can count on 1 hand the number of people that speak to me. I can't believe since I've been coming here for the past 4 months no one can remember my name. When I pull up at the bayou blvd location they are asking me "How are you today Jennifer, you want your usual". That is customer service and it's something that I don't think will ever be addressed at the 9 mile location. This is my second review for this location and I didn't even get a response on the first one from not even a manager. I've been in business management and I would NEVER conduct my business like this. It's always about the customer and this is something I think this particular location has never known anything about. You have to have a good leader to run a good team and this one is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Sad thing is I would have to drive 10 miles out of my way to go to any other different one. #hopethingschange

This location rocks. It was my first time ordering a secret-recipe chai cookie frappucino and even though the recipe was crazy customized and I had to read it to them a few times, they never got impatient or annoyed with me. Want an awesome new twist you never knew you could have, like Cookie Dough or Ferrero Rocher frappucino? Just google 'Starbucks secret recipe' and read your desired recipe to the barista. They'll whip it up no prob. Wait, did I mention I did this through a drive thru on Christmas eve and they didn't mind?? ;) Awesome Christmas treat served with a smile.

So, once you have been to one Starbucks, you have been to them all. Starbucks has much become a "thing" not just in the US, but also around the world. After traveling to Shanghai, China last fall, I was quite surprised that my family has ditched the tea houses and got hooked onto the international "frappucino" craze. Not being a coffee drinker at all, I came to have a tiny outing with my coworkers after insisting on coming here. This location is like the the many others around the world. I do have to say that this location has more seating than the one near University Parkway and Publix. But, one major con is that this location is not very clean. Most of the tables are very sticky and a lot of them had some type of debris left on them. I ended up ordering the "Very Berry Hibiscus" since I absolutely don't do coffee. At about $5 a cup, I felt the price to quantity ratio was not exactly balanced.

You might ant to get your order to go. definitely don't sit near the front. It's fly-infested and barista says they can't successfully shoo the flies away.

Service is very slow.. I got my Grande blonde roast and put cream in it.. took a sip.. wow cold coffee... so brought it back to the barista.. she said I put to much cream in it causing it to cool it down to room temp.. I was like no.. I always put the same amount of cream in it... the Starbucks further down 9 mile is much better.. no problems and staff is awesome!!
