I've been here a few times and my order has always been correct and the staff has always been friendly. Sonic is one of my favorite restaurants and having just moved from San Diego (where there's only one!!) it's good to find a lot of Sonics, and this one is a good one.

You know the one or three times a year when you are foolish enough to go to McDonalds? And you spend weeks eating well to make up for your stupidity? If you ate at Sonic you would need to do penance for the remainder of your natural life. By far the worst fast-food I have ever eaten-- a bacon and cheese burger with no bacon (step # 1: listen to the order), patties that were that inimitable grey color that only the worst processed pre-cooked dead cow laying in a swamp for months can be, and "tatter tots" that tasted of rancid grease that had previously fried Pensacola's entire rat population. But the root beer was good. Your neck gets stiff trying to read the menu; and any thought you had of revisiting that nostalgic memory of a charming server coming to your car window with a big mug of A and W Root Beer and actually smiling at you are severely misplaced- she had the charm of a toad in the rain.

this was a crappy place. was there after 9pm abs had a pick up. ..I only live 5 min from the place and when I got home. ..the burger was really cold as if I had to drive an hour in the winter time. ..I blame myself for trusting ppl and thinking it would at least be hot. ..it wasn't even lukewarm. the burger was also thrown together with a big 2 inch chunk of the end of a tomato. this was my 1st and last time I ever go to a sonic here. ...wasn't worth my time to go back and complain and deal with possible drama

Terrible!! I order a burger with bacon, chili cheese tots, a cherry limeade and a oreo blast. There was a total of about 4 cars at this place so it wasn't overly busy but I still ended up with lukewarm chili cheese tots and two old, dry burger patties with bacon that's probably been sitting out all day! Maybe if you didn't have workers outside chilling on the phone food would actually be fresher then it was. You should be ashamed of having your business on Navy Blvd. Because that definitely NOT the Navy way. Wouldn't feed this crap to my dog!

I used to love sonic when I lived in the DMV area. But since I've been in pensacola.. Every single order I've placed maybe the past 5 times has been wrong and each time I back in so my lovely boyfriend can pick up the tab they tell me to move my vehicle in the opposite direction. Please excuse me but that irks the hell out of me! What's the big deal? Get over it manager man. I just want to keep going just to do it in spite. Meanie.

I'd like to compliment two car hops at this location. One is an older woman and I believe her name is Cat? She's lovely and always gives me a good laugh. The other is a younger man with dreads, he's also always in a good and cheerful mood. Keep it up! You guys are awesome!
