Food was okay, bread pudding is delicious, and the service isn't that great. Better for to go orders because the parking is terrible. If you drink sodas be prepared because they charge by the can. The mall and Palafox locations to me were a lot better quality and more friendly.

A friend and I attempted lunch here today. Our "server" was just plain rude. Her answer to every question was, "NO." It seems that everything is pre-made with no options for even the slightest adjustment. Think about what you CAN do for your customers rather than what you WON'T do. We left without eating and won't be back.

Service is the only reason I'm giving 1 star. Having served the public before as hostess and waitress, Norma's has the worst. The only reason I return is the food is excellent. Norma should replace her entire staff from hostess to wait staff. Always rude from front door until leaving. I prefer ordering because the staff is so rude. I keep trying to dine in but am always disappointed by the staff. Norma and her recipes should have better representation. I'm very sad for Norma.

Norma has had several restaurants in the Pensacola area. She has wonderful, tried and true recipes. I can't say enough nice things about her Ben chicken salad or her delicious bread pudding. Her new location which is located in Duh is very well appointed. It has a "ladies who lunch" feel. Norma does offer a vegan choice and also a soup of the day. The menu is somewhat limited as the entire menu consists of six salads and 1 sandwich. Drinks are limited to raspberry and regular unsweetened teas, rosemary water with lemon and sparkling bottled water. Norma's does need to consider how their staff reflects on the business. The hostess with the attitude must be a relative because she is obviously not concerned about losing her job due to her treatment of patrons. Does anybody really want to hear want "You know that is a lot of bread pudding." from the person taking their order? Other restaurant review websites have comments regarding a hostess. Could it be the same one? I will go back, but it may be a while. I hope the hostess is in a better mood.

Norma's is one of my favorite restaurants in Pensacola. This location is new but the recipes have been a standing tradition. Norma's is a great place to have a meeting or gather with the girlfriends for lunch. They are only open for lunch. My must order is the champagne chicken salad. Topped with blue cheese crumbles and served with a side of poppyseed bread. For $1 extra you can add the famous bread pudding. I don't eat bread pudding anywhere else, only here. You have the choice of amaretto, lemon or whiskey sauce. You can't go wrong with any. The homemade soups and daily specials are something to look for when you walk in the door! Give it a try, it's at Duh!

I've been going to Norma's for years. I started going when the restaurant was in the Gulf Power building. The food is consistently wonderful, the bread pudding to die for and the lemon rosemary water is very refreshing!
