Food was okay, but the service was a deal breaker. Customer treatment was the worst I've experienced in Pensacola. Everyone in my party of 6 wanted AYCE except for one person, who had just eaten and was just tagging along for company. After warning us that if he ate any of our food, they would charge him. unsolicited, they warned us two more times, and actually dictated where they wanted him to sit. I understand being cautious of people who might abuse the system, but they were unreasonably rude and treated my friend like a criminal without reason, and made everyone's dining experience uncomfortable. Tip to management: be more subtle and treat your guests with respect, they are paying you money for a service.

The Hibachi is the only reason to go here. The sushi is mostly rice with tiny slivers of fish. Do yourself the favor and go to Horizen. The sushi is legit and really good.

Came here on a weekday to try the AYCE sushi and was not impressed. The rolls that we were given were easily 90% rice, with TINY portions of meat/vegies inside. The ambiance of this restaurant is dimmed lighting and could use some updates (who in the world wants a plastic table cloth to eat on). The best part about my experience here was our server. She was extremely polite, hospitable, and had an upbeat personality. Would I come back here? Definitely not for the sushi... Maybe I'd have better luck with the sashimi?

Is it the best sushi outside of Japan? No. Is there a great AYCE deal for most of the delicious sushi? Yes. There is more rice than most sushi places, but it's not going to kill you if you want to save a little on some quality food. I recommend trying this place out.

  • Luca Z.

Sushi is pretty good. Philadelphia roll and spicy tuna was good. The miso soup was definitely not the best. In average is good even if there is space for improvement.

I was polite when I stated 2 stars, The restaurant went on to force Yelp to delete my "Rice Ball" photo. Let me restate what EVERYONE thinks when they come here: TOO MUCH RICE! Plus you charge if someone has food left over? For 20 bucks a pop, this restaurant is NOT WORTH IT! Horrible quality of sushi, weak as all hell wasabi, and obviously run by some very greedy people. WARNING WARNING! Do not go here. You're in Pensacola, right on the Gulf of Mexico. GOOD, FRESH fish is VERY available. Don't waste your time, your calories, or your gas to go here.

They took steak off the lunch AYCE.. Why ? Probably because people want it ! They're all about the profit in they're pockets and dismissing anything that would hinder that. Not a bad idea for a business but not good for customers. With that said , more and more bad reviews for this place. Slowly spiraling downwards . Most businesses raise prices "slightly". This place stripped the quality of food and items that used to make this place popular, and left it with sub par sushi and weaker items. Do not go, unless they bring back previous quality. Hibachi steak back would help !

...They have an all you can eat for $11.98, certain types of sushi rolls, hibachi like steak and chicken, fried rice, soup, edamame, appetizers are all included in the all you can eat price. For this reason alone, I would try this place... For me the food is with the EXCEPTION of the steak, so-so.... Ive had better, Ive had worse.. but the steak is AMAZING, so juicy and tender I ccouldve sat there and ate it all day. The stipulations of the deal is you cant stay there for more than 2 hours(who would???) and no sharing. LOL, which is silly because I shared off of my boyfriends plate as he did mine. The plates are no bigger than a saucer you would serve under a teacup, but its fine. The only thing I would recommend is that you order as much food as you can eat at a time (just make sure you eat it because they will charge for un-eaten food) because it took our waitress FOREVER to bring out our food. She was slow as molasses and it wasnt that busy.... So you just sit there and wait, and the longer I sit, the fuller I get. I will probably try it again and just order a bit more food at a time instead of the two little plates you get...other than that its ok food at a good price.

Had their all you can eat dinner. Everything we had was very good. Most noteworthy to me was their shrimp & veggie tempura. Hibachi chicken was also very good. The all you can eat was $19.95 for dinner. A little pricey but we ordered three rounds. You fill out your order each time you want more. Only catch is if you waste anything there will be an extra charge. Give it a try.

Ate lunch here yesterday. Got the $12 deal. You can order ANYTHING off the menu for one flat rate. It's a great idea. I started with some miso soup. Was avg to above avg. Next was the tempura veggies. YUM YUM. Next I tried the habachi chicken w/ fried rice. AWESOME!!! Next was some sushi and BOY oh BOY it was A+ also. Had the Kappa roll and the Boston roll. The service was good (the restaurant didn't have many tables it was 2pm). Joy was our waitress and she did a great job. The food came out quickly. All to order and steaming hot or cold, etc. I was impressed with the quality and the taste. The portions are small so when you put your order in put your order in for your entire meal. They have a sheet just for it. Neat idea!I hope they make it. Give it a try for lunch and you will be impressed!

Went in for the AYCE lunch special. You get to order off a menu that has sushi, hibachi and appetizers. Big selection, I don't think I tried even a quarter of it. Everything we had was pretty good, not amazing, but better than average and good enough I felt like it was a deal for the price. The service was horrendously slow and inattentive. It took an hour for our first order to come out, and we didn't order much at first (like I know now that we should have since the plates are tiny and the service is so slow). Not only that, we had to find someone when we wanted drink refills, even when our order finally came, they didn't bring new drinks. We will be going back, mainly because it was a killer deal and now we know what to expect.

Decided to try this place for lunch despite all the bad/mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Very flavorful foods, restaurant was very clean, service was very nice. For a $12 all you can eat lunch this is a great value. I say give this place a try! Escambia Roll, Titanic Roll, and Kappa Roll all highly recommended.

Customer service sucks food is ok takes way too long to get it owner/manager is an asshole waiters/waitresses hate working there and it shows in their service

  • John H.

Great service and everything was fresh tempura was not greasy, hibachi veggies not over cooked and veggie spring tools the best portions are served on small plated so sharing is great and opportunity to try new things are plentiful.

The food was terrible, the buffet has disclaimers and back end ways to screw customers, and they double charged me $23! Did I mention the Japanese waitress was very rude. Worst Japanese food experience of my life, and I eat Japanese everywhere i travel. I could go on for days. SUCKS SO HARD!

I have always enjoyed coming to this place for the all you can eat menu. It's a perfect option for those people with big appetites that need the extra food. While the food is great, I do wish the staff would work on their attitudes. This seems to be the one Japanese restaurant (that I have been to so far) that doesn't seem to really care for their customers. I come here mostly for the food, but by God men and women, put a smile on your face and actually look like you enjoy your job.

  • Jun S.

First off, this is not a screaming "bad review". The place has redeeming values, but careful when to go and know what to expect. I am a repeat customer so I can reasonably tell the pros and cons of this place. First the bad stuff. When it is peak lunch time - there simply aren't enough people working there and wait times are long if you go in for lunch. Particularly Sunday lunch. This unfortunately brings the worst in their made-to-order all-you-can-eat system. It becomes an all-you-can-wait system. You basically fill in a form, selecting up to 5 small-plate items and they will make them to order and bring to you. In the peak hours, you wait 15 minutes for someone to come around and pick up the first paper, wait another 15 minutes for that to come around, wait another 15 minutes for someone to pick up the next paper, so 45 minutes have passed and you've only had your first set of small plates, and no refill on drinks. depending on situation, you may have to go, paying $20 / person after tips. If you have more than hour though, you have good chance of getting second order in. So, it has worst of both worlds, semi-dried-out-sushi you expect in a buffet because it sits so long for them to bring to you, and wait times and price of actual sushi restaurant, and you walk out semi hungry. With that our of the way, good stuff. it is a great place to get some work done in weekday afternoons if you are the kind of worker that can take a laptop and log in from anywhere. It's like a working space with decent WiFi where occasionally sushi and drink magically appears as you work. When I need to get out of the home office and get stuff done, i go there with expectation of spending 3 hours there and certain amount of tasks done and come home with tummy full. It's better than going to some lunch place wasting an hour with no work done. As for regular-menu dinners - excellent. The dinner I had, this time with family, was excellent. Quality ingredients and nice touches everywhere. It was a leisurely weekend dinner so wait time was not issue. We did a la carte order nigiri's and they were fantastic. The whole family had a good time there, and we would go there again on the quality of food alone. In other words, it's a good place but make sure you are in no hurry and use their all-you-can-eat system knowing what to expect. If you are a sushi-loving programmer who needs to be left alone to design something just right, but want food and drink brought out occasionally throughout the workday afternoon, it is a fantastic hidden treasure and totally worth the $20. Their order-from-menu nigiris are excellent.

I wasn't blown away by the food, but the sushi is decent and the all you can eat menu leaves you walking away feeling very satisfied. The fact that you can order a Manhattan here brings the rating to a solid 4 star.

Every time we come here, the place is always clean, the staff is always very nice and prompt, and the food is always amazing. I love the clear soup, and Hibachi Chicken.

The good was tasty and the beer was cold. Love the style they serve you. Would go back with friends.

Take long and portions are small for what I'm paying for. And the employees go to the public bathroom and don't wash their hands and go straight to the kitchen. Seen it with my own 2 eyes.

The 20% off offer really isn't redeemable. We got 2 ayce sushi dinner at regular price. $20/person and the waitress says it does not apply to our dinner, even when it clearly states 20% off ayce dinner, valid for dinner only. All items off this menu only gives you 4 pieces each. Their special they advertise is 2/$20 ayce dinner... your choices are off a "special menu" really.... it's 2 items you and your other get to pick, meaning each person picks one item for $20. $10 a roll/plate, basically. Just like every other review RICE BALL GALORE!!! If you get hibachi chicken, beef, or veggies, you might as well save your rice for those dishes. I laughed seeing rice as an option to order. The fish pieces are basically as thin as the ginger they give you, which isn't very much. The waitress barely speaks any English, but is attentive.

Full family of 5 here. The kids menu is A+, and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were clean and the females has a large counter for diaper changing! We decided to do the All-You-Can-Eat(AYCE), and I figured I would do my Yelping because so far this place was impressing me...and BAM!! we were honored to get a coupon on here for 20% off of our bill's AYCE!! The manager gave us 20% off of our two AYCE! What an amazing time...AND THE SUSHI AND NIGIRI!!?? We ended with Godzilla roll and some Smokey Tuna NIGIRI...buenisimo!

  • Elayne C.

Definitely deserves more than those 3 stars! Went here today with my shipmates and really enjoyed their sushi! Since we were from Cali, we weren't expecting the sushi to be as good as back home, but it sure blew us out of the water! We definitely got our money's worth and we did not hesitate to tip! The service was great and our waitress was very helpful. She was petite and pretty tall. :] The Godzilla and the Dynamite Rolls were my favorite; however, I still enjoyed all of the other rolls I ordered. They may have gone a little overboard with how much eel sauce and spicy mayo they put on top, but I ain't even mad! We were all really satisfied with Kappa and are definitely coming back! This place is a "must-go" if you're in Pensacola!

The buffet was good overall. I often come to here to eat the shumai! The shumai is really good. But, the price for buffet is expensive. Because, the sushi for buffet are not really good and too much rice.

  • Troy C.

We eat here often and love it. I don't understand all the negative reviews. We love Kappa. Some days it is better than others depending who is doing the cooking, but generally speaking the food is well prepared. The sushi is better than average. The seaweed salad is awesome. I love the shumai and the tempura sweet potato sushi roll is very good too. The prices are reasonable to cheap in my opinion. They certainly are not price gouging anyone. My mother and her Filipino friend drive from Ft. Walton Beach to eat a Kappa with us once or twice a month because they both love Kappa as well.

  • Jeff D.

The food was fantastic. I've eaten other Japanese restaurants before and they were good but for the price and service can't be beat. Wife and I had the dinner for 2 for $19.99. Wife had shrimp tempura and I had teriyaki chicken. It was great. I'll definitely eat there again and I've also started to spread the word with my family.

I have been here several times and I always get the Sashimi plate which has always been very good. The tuna melts in your mouth. Their hot and sour soup is the best I have had in town. I always get the seaweed salad (very good). Wash it down with a bottle of hot sake and your meal is complete. I have read some of the complaints and have a few replies for them: Sushi is rice! I have seen interviews with master sushi chefs and they all say that the rice is the most important ingredient. If you don't want rice and want raw fish (yummy) then order the sashimi. As far as complaints about the buffet, stop being such cheap a**es. If you just want to go and gorge yourself goto someplace like Happy China and fill your gut on cheap Chinese food (not that Happy China is bad, it is what it is). If you want good food then you have to pay for it. Order off the regular menu and you will get what you pay for. As I said earlier I have eaten there several times, have enjoyed the food and the service and will go there again and have no problem recommending this place to my friends.

  • Brandon D.

As with all sushi places you get what you pay for. All you can eat for $11.99 is fair price for what they offer at lunch.

  • Dan R.

Definitely avoid at all costs...getting charged for uneaten food is unacceptable and an obvious sign of poor management who only cares about profit and not the customer. We watched a customer literally eat until he threw up to attempt to avoid getting charged for a couple extra pieces that he did not like...the poor waitress was forced to clean it up and of course received no tip due to the customer abuse that she was forced to provide. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here.

First timer here. They have a nice ambience and nice staff. They'll guide you if u don't know how to order pretty simple. Try to order a sushi that u never tried, nothings wrong with that.

4.5 really. This place is really good. Service was quick (2pm) I just moved here from Vegas, and this tastes like the same flavors I'm used to. The cucumber salad was awesome (and spicy) the chicken teriyaki was great , nice mixed vegetables. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and kappa special roll. I read all the reviews so I took some rice off the roll and ate it with my chicken and veg. Problem solved. Rolls could use more fish, but other than that I really liked it. Best I've found in Pensacola!

My husband and I came here for dinner on his birthday. Both of us got All You Can Eat Sushi. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with what we got. We were both limited to no more than five rolls each, plus some appetizers. The sushi itself was mediocre at best. The rolls were made with an excess of rice, making it extremely difficult to eat in one bite. The amount of fish in the rolls was limited. Most rolls had primarily cream cheese and cucumber. I assume this is done because both are inexpensive fillers. I was extremely unimpressed overall. Personally, I would not go back. My husband did not mind the sushi and he has no problems with the restaurant.

This place is terrible. DON'T GO! DON'T GO! I SHOULD have listened to bad reviews by other yelpers. I CALLED on Mother's Day to verify the $11.99 all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi price for that day. Then when I got there they said they are charging $19.99 for Mother's Day, with nothing additional added. They just upped the price for Mother's Day. So nice of them! The manager was RUDE about it. That should have been CLUE #1 to run! I wanted to turn around and go home but we had just driven 30 miles to get there and we were starving. So my party of three decided to fork out the $60 to eat lunch. BIG MISTAKE. The food is gross and doesn't taste fresh at all. They put TWICE as much rice on each piece of sushi and you are told (verbally and via signage/menu) that you will be charged full price for anything you don't eat. It additionally says you will be charged $1.00 per "rice ball" you leave behind. Did I mention that the amount of rice they give you is INSANE? And besides that, the rice isn't even good sushi rice...it's terrible and not fresh. Slightly undercooked and not sticky like it should be. There's no way you can finish eating all of the rice. Basically we ordered SO LITTLE, because we could barely finish the rice, and thus, we spent $60.00 on a meal of rice. OMG. Also, The cooked rolls were undercooked and like circles of MUSH on the plate. One of us actually spit it out into a napkin. I will go to Daruma's in Daphne, AL from now on. They have $11.99 all-you-can-eat sushi & hibachi Mon-Fri 11am-3pm and it's worth the $11.99. If you go to this place after reading this review, you are a brave soul. Or a glutton for punishment at high prices. Whichever.

This place is my absolutely favorite Sushi Restaurant! I ADORE their sushi. It's the best sushi in town. The other foods, I would not recommend; but sushi, yes please! Their staff is hit or miss. Some of the waitresses are nice but a few aren't. The manager has been very nice to me! I bring all of my friends to eat sushi here and they all love it. Their All You Can Eat lunch for about $12 is the best! You use a menu and order what you want and they make it as you order. The only downside is that if you don't eat it all, they charge you. It makes sense though. Nevertheless, I love their sushi! I am actually craving some right now. :)

Great menu for the all you can eat for only $20!

  • Mayzie T.

Not awesome, not terrible. But not good either. I went here for the Lunch Special with my friend, which is all you can eat (AYCE) sushi and hibachi for around $12. AYCE sushi and hibachi for $12? Not bad. Not bad at all. Includes appetizers and such too. Food quality though? Definitely NOT the greatest. Despite the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, the sushi are rice balls. Seriously. I think 4/5ths of the "sushi" consisted of rice, with a really small portion of meat/vegetable/etc. If I came for rice, I would've ordered rice. And to my surprise, just like the reviews said, the rice really isn't sushi rice. The consistency seems like regular Jasmine rice, which adds to the not-so-sushi effect. Flavor-wise, the sushi was on point. I just wish I we're able to get more of the meat/vegetable than rice. If Kappa were to increase the quality in their product, without a doubt they would be more successful. I did not try the hibachi because I was too full from the rice and did not want to pay extra for wasting food, but I've heard good things about it. Will I be coming back? Probably not anytime soon. I don't know if I'm desperate enough. If you want QUALITY in your sushi fix, you can never go wrong with Ichiban. Shark fin too. They may be more pricey, but you'll never feel unsatisfied! Sorry, Kappa!

Rice, rice, rice. That's all you get with a small amount of fish in their rolls. It's ridiculous. Went here for AYCE sushi at 3pm. Was told that falls under the dinner pricing of $20 a person even though they advertise $12/person for lunch AYCE sushi outside. The sushi arrived promptly, that's the only positive I have. The use of just rice is so extensive they explicitly state they will charge you extra if you leave rice balls on the plates. In the bathrooms there are signs saying don't flush napkins or food down the toilet because you know people have to get rid of that rice somehow. It's not even good, sticky rice. It's a plain rice that doesn't stay together well on the roll or in your mouth. Beyond the rice, the rolls themselves were just ok. Needless to say, won't be returning. There is much better sushi available such as 2 Stix right down the street. Two stars given because their hibachi and apps were decent.

  • Jessica B.

All you can eat sushi, so good. I always get the miso soup, seaweed salad, steamed shumai, and volcano roll. I would have took pictures, but I devoured them, as soon as, they hit the table. Haha

  • Paige N.

Really a 4.5 ... The menu system & pricing were a bit confusing at first, but the food was great and came out quickly. I really liked how the AYCE sushi is brought out 4 pieces at a time. You can try different things without filling up too fast. The interior was darkened and cool and quiet, all things I really like anyway. We are definitely going back soon. And probably bring a relative for her birthday!

I woke up on a Saturday morning craving some Delicious Japanese food and a friend of my friend's friend suggested Kappa to me. Not knowing what the future held if I made that decision I excitedly decided to go. So two buddies of mine and myself set out on a journey to get some culture in our stomachs. When we arrived, the ambience of the place really teased my desires for a little taste of japan but when we were sat down at our table everything began to change for the worse. First off, the service would have been fantastic if I were a sloth and liked things slow, but I'm not; I'm human. So when she finally did come around to get our order, we realized all you can eat actually means "no more than the equivalent to a normal meal." If I choose to eat at an all you can eat, I expect to eat till I'm at least full. Next, the food is brought to you 1 plate at a time which is as slow as an immortal man crawling towards death. And the food, don't get me started on the food. The fried rice was absolutely horrid. I love a good bowl if fried rice, but when the first rice grain hit my tongue at kappa, the only thing I have ever regretted more is not asking Stacy to 8th grade prom. It made me cringe when the thought occurred to me that I had to finish it. Why do I have to finish it if I do not like the taste you ask? Well if you do not eat all your food, they charge you extra money on top of the already hefty price of $20 for the not all you can eat meal. So to avoid this horrible possibility, I had to fill napkins with said rice and put it under the booth seat that I was using but that was not enough. One of my friends filled his mouth up with rice to take it to the bathroom and dispose of it adequately. So let this review serve as a warning to all potential Kappa eaters, beware.

Excellent service. Tasty miso soup and a wide variety of sushi and other dishes. Although it was all you can eat, they make your food fresh with each order.

Let me first start by saying that the wife and I go to a lot of sushi! Ok so with that out of the way I just spent the last 5 yrs and the wife her whole life in northern Nevada. Now see the great thing about sushi in Nevada is that ALL of it, is all you can eat. And it is generally amazing. Now kappa has all you can eat sushi but the thing that kills them in my mind is that they use over twice as much rice as a normal sushi joint would use. We went today and no joke the rice under our nigiri was about the size of a golf ball only oval. And the rolls, wow the center area if the role normally giving the roll the majority of its size. Well the center area was no bigger the the diameter of a pencil! When. Choosing Sushi one should demand excellance not a ton of rice that is only intended to bloat you. Let me leave you all with this as well. I e been to kappa 4 times and same every time. Great service, really nice but death by rice is driving me away.

Went here because I had a Groupon for $40.00 worth of food... It's not the best sushi I have ever had, but it was better than other places in Pensacola, so for that reason I will go back. I had the lobster handroll, but the lobster was too fried.. I felt like it was mostly just batter I was eating and couldn't taste the lobster at all. I wouldn't recommend that to anyone. Other than that, the food we had was good and I'd try other things on the menu that also sounded good if I went back. The service was rather slow, but at least their cups for their drinks are big so they don't need many refills... I would have liked to try the All You Can Eat but our Groupon didn't allow for that option, so I want to go back to try that later.

Ive noticed during the first few months of their opening, ayce sushi quality is at its best! Sadly that's been changed. Sushi's are now "rice ball" than raw fish. They put more rice in the roll that makes it humongous, difficult to eat, a trick for the customers to get full. I've travelled around the globe and some of the ayce sushi does it as well. Quantity over quality. My recommendation? Try the a la carte instead for quality but if you want more than the taste, then make it an ayce. Prices are somewhat reasonable

    (3)
  • Eve S.

My review is purely based on the Sushi and service. I did the all-you-can-eat Sushi for $20 and it was delicious!! Rarely do I order sushi by the roll, generally I go to the conveyor Sushi places just because I like small portion varieties. At Kappa, for $20 you get to choose any type of sushi (specialty, Sashimi, Nigiri), any type of appetizer (Miso, Ginger salad, Seaweed salad), sides like Tempura or noodles and as much as you want! Seriously bring an appetite! The next time I'm in Pensacola, I will definitely be stopping at Kappa. Oh, we also had a really nice server who was good about keeping our drinks filled.

  • J D.

Sushi was pretty good, especially because it was all you can eat for the price. And I ate a ton. Only thing I would complain about is there is too much rice on the sushi, I mean, loaded with rice on it. Smart policy by them. Still good though. Just order nigiri and you'll get bigger pieces of fish with a bit less rice on it. Can't beat the deal for the price. Not the best sushi ever, but pretty good still. Would definitely go back.

Disgusting. You're asking for a case of food poisoning going here, and I'm dead serious about that. I got home from here, and threw up, put it that way. The only highlight of our meal was our server. Who was extremely polite and friendly, and more than forgiving that I could not finish the sushi I had ordered. Literally because it tasted rancid. I had ordered the Mackerel Nigiri. Mackerel should be strong tasting, but it should have this nice lemony quality to it, and it should have a firm feel to it. What I got was like gelatin and it tasted absolutely disgusting. As I said, it tasted rancid. I just about threw up right there. The salmon in the rolls were nearly as bad. The only thing that tasted near edible was the tuna in the tuna and cream cheese roll. Honest to gods, there is better sushi to be found in Chinese buffets, and I'd like to consider myself pretty knowledgeable about the stuff. I just wish Pensacola would get a decent sushi restaurant, and this is definitely not it. Much preferred the restaurant when it was Kirin! Even if it was a bit dumpier!

Very decent sushi but for the same price i'll go to ichiban instead. Unless you only care about quantity and get the all u can eat.

Ive been here several times. The food is good, the service spotty. I recommend sitting at the Sushi Bar and engaging the Chef(s) in conversation. That way your food is fresh and the chef will "guide" you to the best items in his repertoire. If you order anything from the kitchen - be prepared to wait. The service from that area is slow. The food itself is good - if, that is, it got to your table while still hot! I will go back, mainly for the price.

My wife and I have passed by this restaurant a countless number of times, but we have never given it a second glance. Today, I finally mentioned to my wife that I wanted to try this place out. At first, she was reluctant to try it out. But, I was really intrigued at this AYCE deal. When she finally agreed, we entered, and we were greeted with a somewhat dated interior and a not-so-friendly manager. Once we were seated, we were handed menus with a pretty limited selection of items to choose from. Make sure to order enough (portions are small), but also not too much because they charge for having "rice balls". The food itself was rather disappointing, honestly. Every time we ordered a new sushi roll, it always came with a massive amount of rice. The hibachi vegetables was overly sweet and was not pleasant for my palate. The one pro on this visit was our server, who was rather attentive and friendly.

Sushi is subpar, and service is poor and SLOW. Be prepared for your server to just randomly disappear. And forget about drink refills. For $20, you definitely get quantity and not quality. If you just want to try a whole bunch of sushi or eat a lot of it in a seating without being too picky on the quality, this is the place to go. I would liken the quality of this sushi to the stuff you get at the supermarket. Oh, and word of the wise...do NOT get the mochi. It's a terrible mockery of the real thing and downright disgusting.
