Tonight my husband an I came in for dinner. The restaurant was clean and the staff was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. We ordered a mixed appetizer and a mixed grill platter and it was plenty for my husband and I. The food tasted fresh and there was so much for a great price. We also ordered 2 different desserts which were AMAZING. I high recommend you try baklava when you go, it's to die for!! We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work Jordan Valley!

Me and my husband walked in here excited to try a highly talked about bar. When we walked in, there was not a soul in the room and the two ladies behind the bar (one had dreads) completely ignored us. We sat there a good ten minutes waiting for them to acknowledge our existence to no success, we may as well of been another chip in the poorly kept walls. Crowd was acting rowdy and obnoxious and it was overpriced but we still wanted to try it. Many other wonderful places in downtown, do not waste your time here.

Haven't tried a thing I didnt like! They even have a drive through. The spicy humus is the best I have had. Atmosphere can be sketchy but they keep the hookah bar seperate from dine only. Might not take kids for dinner but it would be fine at lunch.

Just went there for the 2nd time. The first time I went, I had a bad tooth ache & was so sad that I couldn't enjoy the lamb. This time, my tooth was fixed & I was ready to eat. Shared the mix meat platter w/ a hummus platter. *drool* The music was amazing, the hooka was delightful & the food is always filling & tasty! ALSO: you can bring a 12 pack for up to 6 people for 6 dollars. My Mister and I brought a 6 pack of beer & had to pay 6 bucks to drink it (for the both of us), but it was well worth it.

This place really isn't that bad if you're looking to get some decent smoke. Staff was super friendly and cool. Hookah is a tad pricey compared to where I'm from, and that's CA. And not alot of flavors to choose from but we got lemon mint which tastes like a lemon head YUM! And had a refill of that again but with watermelon, double yum! Food was decent. We just had falafel and a chicken tender pita sandwich. The sandwich was bomb but the falafel was alright. If you wanna check It out go for it!:)

They had a lot of employee's that stand around and b.s. with each other. This place needs some camera's because they're in need of a "Restaurant Stakeout". Very badly trained waiter who not only couldn't pronounce several appetizer's but couldn't explain what they came with. Everyone was waiting a long time for their food. It was a lot of free entertainment though watching their staff not doing their jobs. You can actually see that there are a handful of young staff that have received zero training. Once the food came out it was cold and soggy. I actually prayed that I didn't get sick from the food. There will be no second chance....

Average gyro. Nobody beats hip pocket. No beer wine or liquor. You can bring your own liquor for $7.

The staff is friendly= 1 star. The 3 dishes we ordered were disgusting. We picked at them for 5 min, paid our check and left. And to all the smarty pants reading this yes I've eaten this food multiple times AND I've been to the country of origin. I won't be going back to this cursed building (those of you who live in the area know what I'm talking about) until it becomes yet another restaurant.

Man, the 1st few times my family and I visited, nothing but good. Food was hot and fresh, flavorful and a very good value, sometimes a little slow but they make up for it in service. But, the last time, and I mean last time I will go to the 9th avenue Jordan valley is when the wait for our food took over 1.5 hours (because of a mess up in the kitchen). To top off the whole deal, not only would they not reduce the bill, but the manager would not come to apologize. Now that is poor managerial skills and cowardliness at its best.

The inside of the restaurant is much different than the outside (looks like the building was a DQ before). The decor is really nice and the staff is friendly. The gyro sandwich and the mixed appetizer platter were really good. One thing (at least for lunch) is that they serve food in plastic baskets but the food is good so what the hey! It's a new place worth trying :)!

Not very good at all. Food was cold and just bland. Very disappointed.

Great spot to come and relax with friends, share a hookah and unwind. The white gummy bear flavor is really good and the service alone is 5 stars. Tommy the owner really cares about customer feedback, and our server Mike was a doll. Looking forward to the new location at the old Rag Tyme restaurant.

Very disappointing. Food was ok and price is reasonable BUT it took forever to get our food (for my gf & I). There was only 4 other tables being waited on and it took a good 30-45 minutes to get our food and our server at the time rarely came by

I always get the falafals. My kids get the Gyros.

Brought a girl here on a date on a Saturday night a few weeks ago and it was horrible. Took forever just to get someone to look at us much less get seated and wasn't busy. Then we waited forever for everything else, orders were messed up. It was frankly embarrassing. Gave it another shot tonight and I'm happy to report it's a thousand times better. Great service, food, Hookah, etc. Hope they're consistent because I love hookah but hate bad service

The servers are nice, but the atmosphere is awful, hookah is overpriced, and service is extremely slow. Definitley have been to better hookah joints.

I have not taken the time to write a review in over a year, but my experience today was so sub-par I must take time to share. I have eaten Mediterranean for for over 15 years, I was SO SADDENED that this is what passes for FRESH food here in Pensacola. The food was clearly not prepared at the establishment. Open a can, serve it to me and charge me for the pleasure. Order placed to go 2 of the Mix Appetizer It includes: Hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, feta cheese salad & grape leaves. I added a tabouli salad, taziki sauce and baklava. The breakdown: Pita bread: hard to chew, tasted a few days old and stale. Hummus: tasted like it was from a can, bland and tasteless. No hint of garlic or lemon juice. It did not taste fresh. baba ghanoush; tasted like it was from a can, the eggplant was not freshly grilled. It was a pasty pale pile of slop.Tasted as bad as it looked. falafel: pre formed and flash-frozen.Hard on the outside yet greasy and soggy on the inside. No flavor. feta cheese salad: Good, the lettuce was fresh. The dressing was applied lightly and it was tasty. grape leaves: good, but from a can. tabouli salad: mushy, slimy and a sorry excuse for tabouli salad. Inedible taziki sauce: did not taste freshly made, had no life to it. Mostly plain yogurt. baklava: ok If you KNOW Mediterranean/Greek/Lebonese food you WILL be disappointed. Google a quick hummus recipe to satisfy your craving. If you must spend money set it on fire, watching it burn would be more fun then paying for cheap food from a can. If you have never tied this type of food you may think it is good because you have no real comparison. Buyer beware. Very disappointed. Will not return. I will make make my own hummus and baba ghanoush the next time I am in the mood. Such a HUGE let down. The servers were nice, but good service with crap food is not enough for me to come back. There was a group there for hooka when I arrived and another group of young military people arriving for hooka when my food was ready. Maybe the hooka is good???

Today's meal wasn't the cooks best effort. Normally It's really good, but today the fries seemed old and the gyro meat overcooked. We'll be back, one bad experience won't ruin this place for us.

Not a whole lot here. The pros of this place: good food, servers are sweet, and no waiting. The cons: Table cloths/silverware were a little dirty, service was mediocre, and the ambiance was dark and lonely. I feel I was fair in rating this restaurant with 3-stars.

It's a nice, little spot. I came by yesterday at 9:24pm and I was told the kitchen was closed because it was slow. I was like "huh"? Ok, so I decided to try again today. Got here at 7:30pm! I ordered a small tabouli and a lamb shawarma. Tabouli doesn't come with pita bread. Pita bread is an extra charge. Tabouli was okay; nothing to write home about. Shawarma was edible. I've had better. Do you know they charged me $0.75 for some chilli sauce on my shawarma? Who does that? The waitstaff is really nice though.

This is an update. Every time we've ate in, the food has been very good, and generally service is pretty good to really good these days. HOWEVER, we've tried ordering from them for delivery via GoWaiter, and BOTH times the food has been absolutely atrocious, nothing at all like what we've gotten IN the restaurant, and it's supposed to be from this location. The kebab meat has been incredibly dry, like shoe leather, both times, like they scraped off the nasty bits from the skewer and tossed it in a pile. Chicken has been dry and over cooked. Steak over cooked too. Second time, we were missing a tzasiki and a tahini, so couldn't even cover up the burnt and dryness. Salad swimming in an inch of water. Hate to leave such a review at a place I really enjoy eating at, but it's very upsetting to get sub-par food that is to the point inedible without any sort of recourse. While paying MORE for said product because delivery. It's not GoWaiter's fault, as we've ordered from different places from them and have gotten food just as good when we eat in. Jordon Valley needs to step it up with their delivery food and have some pride in their product when it comes to delivery.

Our server was very knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The food was well arranged and tasty and came quickly. We tried this restaurant because we had a coupon. We would definitely come back again.

I ate here a couple of times until I found a broken screw in my food. Yes, a broken screw. Thankfully I don't chomp on my food or else I would have probably lost a tooth. The food was decent and satisfying. I would have probably returned to the restaurant if I never found a screw in my food.
