We decided to stop here on our way back from camping. It looked nice from the outside and the parking was full, which is always s good sign. Once we sat down, we read the previous reviews and weren't sure what to expect. It didn't take long to realize we were in for a very pleasant dining experience. Our waiter/bartender Sal took good care of us and made some excellent suggestions. The smoked fish dip was extremely good. My wife had honey pecan chicken salad and I had the Mahi tacos. Both were very good. All three dishes were well composed and balanced and came at a good price. We'll definitely be back!

I wouldn't give this place a star if I didn't have to. My husband ordered chicken wings and he thought they tasted slightly different. He couldn't really put his finger on what it was. Sure enough about 4hours later he was vomiting as well as the other(). I ordered nachos which was disgusting as well. This is not like the other Hurricane Grill's we've been too. It surprises me because they weren't busy, so what was the excuse for the awful food? I'd say the one star was for the service. The waiter was a very nice guy.

So much for this. We were a group of 4 and the shrimp taco's were good per my sis. The mahi/shrimp rice bowl was good per the wife. The quesadilla was just ok per the boyfriend and his marinated tomatoes hadn't been marinated. My winds were poorly sauced. The boss sauce was good but the sauce dynamite had no kick. Also the wings were dry like they were refried to reheat them. Go at you own risk.

Looks like they closed down. Kinda odd spot for a wing place to start when Kooter Browns (now also closed) was across the street and WingZone is next door.

I'm surprised that the reviews for this place are so low. My dad takes me here just about every time I come to Pensacola to visit. It's not expensive at all and it's pretty quick and easy. I like how they have so many different sauces to choose from. I also really like the variety and the items on their menu. The fried pickles and fried green beans are really good appetizers. We got an appetizer sampler that had fried pickles, fried shrimp, and little chicken bites. Truthfully the shrimp and chicken bites weren't great, but luckily you get to pick 3 dipping sauces which saves them. The wings are good (not great, but good), but they could use a little more sauce on them. I can see why some would consider them dry. They do come with either bleu cheese or ranch though. I have never had an alcoholic beverage from here, so I cannot comment on that. My dad has had other menu items such as sandwiches and tacos and says that everything has always been good. The ambience is nice and fun and service has always been at least average for us. I would think it would be a great place to watch a game!

This place was AMAZING. We were a party of three who ordered appetizers, entrees & desserts & everything was fantastic. We had none of the problems others seemed to- just that our particular server could've been more attentive; our glasses were empty and remained empty for long periods of time. But no real complaints. We will be back for sure & we highly recommend it.

Just shy of an hour since sitting down before food arrived. But in their defense it was 20 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. ;)

Have been several times now, love the wings. So many flavors to choose from, the dynamite and boss sauces are amazing! Sweet potato fries and garlic Parmesan were as well. Also had one if the quesadillas they were excellent. Nice relaxed atmosphere, if you love wings would definitely recommend.

My husband and I tried Hurricane's Wednesday, April 16th. I love the decor, the overall look of the place. The uncovered window in the women's bathroom was a bit creepy though (that was the only drawback of the bathroom). We were seated at a table that wobbled. The husband ordered a burger, which he liked. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that was pretty tasteless, except for the cheese, and it was cold. The parmesan fries that I ordered was the bomb, though. From the time that we ordered till the time that the food was placed in front of me, the waitress didn't visit us once. I might go back again, to give them another try. Everyone should get a second chance.

Food is mediocre, and everything is so crowded the dining area is very small and not laid out very well.

Hurricane card holder; here usually once a week. The small bar area is challenging because one of the bartenders insists on sitting her two kids and SO here. Will reserve seats for them over paying customers. Plus, one child is in diapers who ends up sitting on top of the bar when preparing to leave. The manager is clueless or accepting of this behavior. There are alternatives to Hurricanes. Yet, when Dawn is not there and Kay is at the bar, this is a great place to be.

The menu is very limited and confusing. They offer a variety of sauces; of the ones I tried I was not a fan. It is Way over priced for such sub-par food. The staff seemed inexperiencied with basic restaurant hospitality. I personally wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
