Excellent cappuccino and pour over brews, they use a top-notch roaster for their beans. Nice decor, clean reastrooms, and a nice outdoor patio.

Been here a couple of times and love the location/decor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the past couple of times that I have been, I haven't been impressed with the service. The staff seems to be not so thrilled that you walked in the door and as if it's more of a task to make you a drink. I was with a friend who had never been before (she didn't order anything) but very quickly noticed the same exact thing and said she probably wouldn't ever go there again because of the service. I love to support local, but only if it is deserving!

My first review of Constant Coffee & Tea was in January 2014 and I rated only 2 stars and predicted that it would not stay open very long. I was wrong. Over the last year I have stopped by in the early morning on my way to work and ordered brewed coffee to go 4 times. The dining room is always very nice and clean and they have even continued to improve on the outside landscaping. Each time I visited I was greeted by very friendly yet professional staff. I have not tried any of the food items so I cannot include them in my review. They are 5 star service in a 5 star dining room but unfortunately the brewed coffee is still 2 stars. Overall I will give 4 stars but they still need to improve on the coffee beans they use. I hope they do because with better beans they will easily be a 5 star rating. If you have not yet tried it, please do! I think they are building up momentum and if you want consistently good service with a consistently clean and comfortable atmosphere, go to Constant Coffee & Tea.

Not really a coffee aficionado, but the bf has been wanting to stop by this new spot ever since they opened. I pass by it every day going to work and thought the new owners did a great job changing the old flower shop into a cute, little quaint coffee shop. Pleasant environment, Friendly staff, comparable prices, a few pastries, no extensive food menu {its a coffee shop} I had my first shot of espresso EVER, and I have to sadly say I hated it.. lol, but like I said, Im not a coffee drinker. My bf enjoyed his coffee and says he looks forward to making this his little spot. I will just stick to hot chocolate the next time I visit, but for any coffee drinkers looking for a nice little spot to have a cup of joe while surfing the free wifi, or reading the morning paper, this place is for you. The owners are UWF grads so support local business and we will be back.

My hubby and I love it here. They make their own flavored syrups and very knowledgeable about the coffee brewing process. My hubby is a big time coffee guru and loves the pour over. I go for the iced coffee with syrups. Love the vanilla! I had the chicken salad too and it was nicely packaged and perfect to go. And it tasted good :) Reading some of the complaints on service, I would say, it happens with new spots. We had no issues with service the several times we went. One time the gal seemed new and still learning so why turn your nose up to that. I say give a new business a chance to build up to what they can become. Will be back for more.

Great coffee and the service was amazing! I came in asked the barista to make me her favorite drink and it was amazing. The oatmeal was good to. Do yourself a favor and stop on by, you won't regret it!

The menu was horrible, the service was horrible, and it took FOREVER to get my coffee (which was mediocre at best). The staff is very impersonal and act as if you are intruding on their social time. This place needs new leadership.

Great coffee and tea selection, awesome staff, and wonderful atmosphere. Definitely an awesome addition to the local business here in East Pensacola Heights. Soon to be a local favorite for sure. Patio is dog friendly. I'd recommend the Vanilla Cappuccino or Green Tea Latte.

This place is the perfect sip and study headquarters. I enjoyed an Americano prepared just how I requested. The staff were friendly and delightful. There were some tasty pastry items available and they told me to stay tuned for an expanded menu in the upcoming weeks! The wifi was strong and the decor natural, open, and bright. I've got a soft spot for good smelling hand soap and left this place sniffing my fingers like a SNL cheerleader.

Clean, quiet, and very nice atmosphere. Their staff is very friendly and can talk about coffee all day long! Plenty of seating inside and out (which is under a huge oak tree) and is ideal for coffee dates or getting away to study or read. Their lattes are my favorite and they have so many flavors you can try and combine. I've only had a few of their breads, but the banana bread is fabulous. Only negative is that I have driving on the rocks since they don't have concrete poured in the parking lot... But the good thing is I live about a block away and usually just walk! I'm really happy to have a place like this in East Pensacola Heights.

Wow! The coffee here was delicious! I also had the French Station sandwich, and it was amazing. Service was great as well. Veru clean, but could use some landscaping.

AMAZING! I love coffee shops! Especially with ones that are filled with great baristas! The staff person that I met here was very knowledgeable about their menu and crafted my drink the way I would have done so. This made me VERY happy, because I am a barista myself, so I know what a good shot tastes like. I was highly pleased with the service, my drink, and the atmosphere! Prices are a bit high, but thats understandable since this place is still on the new spectrum of things. I'd definitely come back!

The coffee here is delicious overall! It is however a bit over-priced for what you get; for example, a large mocha is a 10oz cup for $5 and the service is not quick. Very friendly staff though and they know how to make a drink. The atmosphere is quiet if you stay (but they do offer to-go) and the café is very pretty.

In town for work and was looking for a good cup of coffee. Some of the other places in town weren't open yet but this one opened early enough so we drove the 6 minutes to get here. The ambiance was pleasant - a clean space with a wide open feel. The large windows allowed for the sunrise to pour in. The wooden tables and chairs were modern, minimalist yet surprisingly comfy. And the coffee was excellent. My hubby and I both got lattes.

Very friendly service, the barista told me about their homemade syrups. My latte was excellent, complete with good latte art. The menu is short and simple as they are still getting started, but what they do have is very good. Good atmosphere, easy to study or work. Indoor and outdoor seating. I hope word gets out about this place

Awesome coffee drinks! My fiancé and I have been here multiple occasions and live this little coffee shop. They have a small selection of sweets and also have a few meals for lunch. Great spot if you're looking for that souther hospitality.

I wish this place was closer to my work. I wouldn't mind stopping in everyday for a cup of their tasty lattes. Clean and quiet. I find it to be the most ideal place to go study.

Great cup of coffee, had the bees knees, and damn if it wasn't a tasty drink. I had the roasted pepper and ham sandwich, great also, was a simple sandwich with a lot of flavor! Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Great neighborhood coffee shoppe with outdoor seating under a giant heritage oak. The baristas make each cup with perfection and top off with artistic flair. They're pet friendly outside.
