Steaks were good. Service was very good. I would not bring my out-of-town relatives here because the restroom was disgusting! Not willing to give it a second chance because of lack of cleanliness.

Very very tasty. I am so full from my meal there last night, but it was really good food. The wait staff could not have been more hospitable and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you receive. Nothing less than 5 stars would be an accurate rating of this place.

I have been visiting Coach-N-Four for 25 years. I have not been in a few years because the quality has fallen in my opinion. We went last night and sat at the new bar for a cocktail while we waited for our party to arrive. Pleasant experience with a friendly bartender. We all ordered steaks mostly rib-eyes and they were phenomenal. I am definitely a fan again. I will certainly be back and recommend it to my out of town guest and for group gatherings. I am glad to see Coach-N-Four adapting and thriving.

This place has, hands down, the best steak available in Pensacola. I have tried almost everyone chains included. I consider myself a good grill master and this place gave me an actual grilled steak. The quality of the meat is the best in town. It has been called pricey, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny. Will I go there every week? No, this will be a place used as a special treat. It isnt a formal restaurant but definitely a splurge.

This place has a large following, because it has been around since I was a kid. It is a tradition to eat at the Coach-N_four. I give it two stars because of the price/value they charge for the meals. The steaks are not bad; they are marinade in Worcestershire sauce. The steaks are generally cooked as ordered. My issue with this business is I think the business has gotten lazy. When entrees have a price range of $18-$30 you expect higher quality product. DON'T serve me canned green beans; serve me some fresh vegetables! Also there salads are horrible just lettuce and carrots. I think the salads are from premade salad bags. No tomatoes, no cheese just something they would serve you in a school cafeteria The dinner rolls are good but the butter is in those bulk bought small plastic packages you would get a Mc Donald's. This place has a lot of potential. The service isn't bad they just need to get a little more creative with their menu. The atmosphere is different enough to make you want to come back; add some quality food standards and you definitely will come back.

Looking for an awesome steak but not willing to spend $60 like at Jackson's or Ruth Chris's....look no further! I highly recommend u try this place just ONCE! My husband fell in love lol... He's a huge red meat fan, I do eat red meat as well just not that often.. I had gotten the 12oz NY Strip cooked med, came out perfect temp. And he got the 18oz porterhouse cooked med rare, once again temps were perfect! Our server was shy, but very polite.. She did refill with out asking, etc. The coleslaw was very good and I got a loaded baked potato and that was outstanding , mm mmm good! We will be coming back, I noticed a lot of the older reviews weren't so good, but recently this place is off the charts! The prices are fair, we couldn't even finish our plates cause the portions are so large , we took a box home... Skipped dessert. The atmosphere is a bit older, western... But overall 5 stars!

Just came home from having a really great meal. Started off with the fried crab claws. A must have again item! Our steaks were fork tender and delicious. The service was excellent! Loved the casual atmosphere. Went in jeans and felt comfortable. My new favorite steak joint.

I had a horrible experience. Veteran's day 2012: during our ordering, the waitress first said an item (baked sweet potato) wasn't available, then the item somehow became available after our order. The waitress said this would prolong our wait. The waitress then came to us and said the item was unavailable again and offered substitution items. Elapsed time thus far was ~45 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes later, the food arrived and it was obvious my steak had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time as the plate was full of steak juice. We choked down the food (not impressed) and waited...and waited...and waited. Eventually, I flagged down our waitress from across the room and still had to wait approximately 10 more minutes for the check. The waitress then collected the check and my credit card, then returned for my signature. Pretty bad, huh? Here's where it got weird: after dropping off the check, the waitress awkwardly stood there and waited for me to sign the check...this ordeal was easily the most bizarre wait staff experience I've ever had. This, coupled with the TV dinner-esque food quality means I will not be returning. BTW: Not trying to sound entitled, but I'm a veteran. Apparently, Coach and Four's business model was to match the crappiest military food I've ever eaten. Update: my wife emailed the management about our experience and requested a refund. She was offered another dinner on them. Ummm, I'm good. Keep your money Coach and Four!

Very laid back and casual steakhouse. The 12 oz ribeye, Medium, was cooked just right. very tender and juicy. Service was very prompt and friendly. Good steak for a great price. Steak, salad, baked potato (loaded except bacon), and drink for less than $21

It is extremely hard for a restaurant to get a good review from me. I like food, and I love steak. I had no intention od stopping to sample Coach-n-Fours cuisine. My lovely bride to be suggested it without my knowledge of where exactly we were going, and I am glad she did!! The steak I tried (16 oz T-bone) was chalk full of flavor, and the presentation though odd was thorough and tasteful. I will be going back after all though it feels weird being in a "Southern" themed restaurant, the food gets a 4 out of 5!

We were passing through and wanted to stop here for a good steak after reading other good reviews. We had a minimal wait to get a table. However, once seated we waited at least ten minutes for the server, Heather, to come to our table to take our drink order. We also ordered our food at the same time. The drinks were brought out and we began our wait. The kids were restless and hungry and other tables had bread so we asked the server for bread while we waited for our food. That bread never came until after our meal was delivered. The food was brought out in a timely manner but we realized we had only 2 sets of silverware and there were 6 of us. We asked for more and sat looking at our food for 5 minutes before we got silverware to eat it with. The sherbet was mostly melted by that time. I had ordered a medium rare filet mignon and received a butterflied well done piece of meat. It was completely inedible. My family was able to eat their food while I waited to have mine remade. My daughter asked for A1 and never received it. She ended up grabbing a bottle off of a vacated table. Once I got the right steak cooked properly I found it to be delicious. My family also enjoyed their food. Once finished we requested the check. Five minutes later the server returned and asked if we wanted dessert and once again we requested the check. Processing our payment was painfully slow and we were beyond ready to go by the time she was finished. The service at this place is terrible. The only reason I have it 2 stars is because the steak really was delicious.

Nothing exceptional, but reasonable prices and an OK steak & potatoes. Interesting atmosphere and definitely not a bad experience, but probably won't be returning.

My mom, dad, and wife went eat there last night around 8pm. The steaks were delicious!! Me and my dad had the 16oz ribeye with baked potatoe, excellent!! My mom and wife had the 8oz ribeye cooked well done(ya I know lol) and baked potatoe, they enjoyed it also. Overall, interesting decoration, nice and quiet atmosphere. Very casual, I wore lucky jeans and an AE shirt, hair fixed and I looked the most dressed up compared to others that were there. I would go there if I'm in that neck of the woods again. O and they have michelob ultra lol!!

This is not the best and not the worst steakhouse you can go to. Generally the waitstaff is good, if you go on the weekends there is usually a short wait. They have a cheesy western decor, but sometimes it's fun and the prices are not bad.

In a word, dreadful. Nearly empty on a Friday night should have been our first clue. We waited 10 minutes before finding out who would be waiting on us, then were made to feel uncomfortable by her as if we should have let her know we were there. She rushed out our appetizer (the wrong one, no less) and then took our order. The steaks were mediocre, at best. They were marinated in Worcestershire sauce and were quite full of gristle. This was a rare date night for my wife and I, while we were on vacation here in Pensacola. My wife remembered this restaurant from growing up here and wanted to try it. Now we wish we had picked anywhere else...

This was my 2nd time trying this restaurant and had good experiences both times. I ordered to-go both times, so I can't comment on the dine-in experience. On the outside, the restaurant looked like an old western dude ranch. It looked like a place where guys on Harleys would be rolling in. Inside was kinda dark and had a western styling. However the food and service more than made up for the old decor. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was already ready and the transaction was quick. I ordered the bone-in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. It had nice charcoal grill flavor and juicy. Maybe because it was take-out, but the steak was lukewarm. Sherbet came with the order and it was refreshing to eat for desert. Overall this is a nice, locally-own steakhouse that knows how to treat you right.

Very good. Nice atmosphere, I thought the steak was delicious and I will be back. Waiter was friendly and price was good for amount of food.
