We visit often for boneless Thursday's or Wing Tuesday's and sit in the bar area. This particular Thursday I didn't want the big breaded boneless wings, so I decided to look at other options on the menu and decided to order the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos. Our waitress told me they were like chicken tacos - and they were! I was able to choose my own sauce to go inside my chicken tacos and I chose Honey BBQ and it came with a side of chips and salsa. The grilled chicken tacos with the choice of sauce was mouthwatering good. I will definitely be back again when the hubs wants to go for wings!

Food is terrible here not to mention expensive. I can't believe we paid $36 to eat out of paper containers. Seriously? At least made it look presentable.

The worst wings I've ever paid for. Server was nice but I really think they should have paid us for that pathetic excuse of food they served our group. Will never go back to this or any other chain of theirs!

I have ate at my share of BBWWs so I'm sure the food would have been pretty much the same. Didn't have any though. Sat down and waited for 10 minutes (yes I checked it) before the server even acknowledged my table and when he did he said "I'll be right with you" and basically blew me off to handle another table which had just been sat. Just got up and left and found another nearby restaurant. After 10 hours on the road, wasn't really in the mood to deal with bad service.

Overall everything was great, split the Slammers with Pepper-Jack cheese, got the Hot BBQ and Honey BBQ traditional wings, which all were good. Plenty of meat on the wings, and sauces were good, sliders were larger than expected so extra bonus. Ended with the Chocolate Fudge Cake and it was exactly what it sounds like, pure chocolate. Very good dessert if you want something rich and chocolatey.

Service is absolutely terrible at this location!! I've been to this resturant probably 6 or 7 times in the last year and everytime I go I am continuously disappointed by how horrible the service is! I went again tonight with a friend hoping that service would be a little bit better.. Boy was I wrong. We ordered our drinks and the waitress brought them right out. When asked what we would like to order, we asked if we could have a few minutes to look over the menu.. She did not return for 25 minutes. Keep in mind that they were NOT busy tonight and had 10+ wait staff walking the floor. When she did finally return to take our orders, she told us our dinner would be out in just a few minutes... About 45 minutes later (we only ordered salads) she brought us our food. Call me crazy, but I dont think it should take over an hour to order two salads and two sodas. I understand that kitchens get busy and things go wrong, its not always the server's fault but this has been a continuous pattern for this restaurant. Service this poor makes me think that the management must be mediocre. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Good vibe, games were on but on a Sunday they were showing a couple of baseball games. Not even local florida teams. This was a bummer due to the tvs they chose to use would have made for better football viewing. Also the wings were not the best I have had a BWW. Seemed like they may have sat for a minute. Service was good and adequate for a Sunday. No shortage of waitresses. Overall not a bad experience just a experience.

It's exactly what you expect. The wings are good. The service is average for a family-style sports bar. The screens are plentiful. There's a bar, too. I don't understand why anyone would give this place less than 4 stars. Always ask for wings wet. Good specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My wife & I visited your Pensacola location tonight. Upon being seated the host let us know - - - - - would be taking care of us. - - - - - never came! The restaurant was not busy at all and no other servers bothered to come check on us either! 5-10 minutes went by and we decided to let the MOD know we went un-greated while watching 5 or 6 other servers congregate around a sever station! He seemed very unsympathetic in his apology and did not bother asking us to stay! We felt as if he didn't care. It will be awhile if at all before we return. It was too slow in there and as far as I'm concerned, the servers working as well as the Manager on duty were not focused on making money for themselves nor the establishment!

The ultimate nacho were awful... Had some chili and vegetables on the top but that's it... we ate that nacho several times before so we knew what did we order. When we asked the waitress to give them some extra chili and cheese, she came back with two little plastic cups... WTF Luckily she didn't charge for it :/

Loud, tacky, horrible food that's just awfully prepared on top of just plain shitty recipes. Just awful. I had not come here in two years because of everything I listed. I decided to try again...and it still is the lowest of the pub fare chain restaurants. If you want fun decent priced pub fare...go to a pub, if you only have chain restaurants to pick from then go to Friday's, Chili's, Ale house or even McDonald's. Just a horrid experience all around. My least favorite restaurant in Pensacola.

Food is always great, wings are tasty and beer is cold. The place is clean and the wait staff is friendly and speedy. Location is great very close to the Cordova mall. Oh, and they have BUZZTIME trivia which is a HUGE plus for me and my family. We love coming and playing the trivia game and this location has it on iPads which is a new touch. Love it!!

Wow.....from the second I walked in the door it was bad. Service was horrible, my black cherry Mojito was a maraschino cherry Mojito without mint because they ran out. Wings were dry and not as I ordered. Apparently when you order ranch that cost you $.65 extra. The waitress was slow and seemed uninterested. I will never be back! It's the worst BWW I've ever been to!!

    (1)
  • Theresa W.

Cherry mojitos were horrible made with maraschino cherries and no mint. The cheese curds were good, but the boneless wings were terrible... Mostly just fried batter. The service was weird as there was a different server at our table for every item. The best thing I had here was the coleslaw. I won't be coming back.

Been here for 25 minutes before the manager came over to ask if we ha been helped, the answer to that would be no. Takes our drink order, says waitress will be right over. Another 10 min later and our beers are now free because we still have no waiter. This is rediculous.

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings dozens and dozens of times before. I frequently come here to watch the UFC pay-per-views. The wings are great. They're a little expensive, but they are priced comparatively to the other wing options around Pensacola. The rest of the food is standard sports bar food, and there are plenty of TV's to where there are only a few bad seats in the house. The real issue with this place is the service. The hosts are fine 95% of the time, but the 5% of mess-ups are terribleee. Also, there is a direct correlation of table size and lack of service quality, but I'm gonna go ahead and say that's normal. Don't get me wrong. This is a good sports place, but I hope I come back after I check out the new Twin Peaks that just opened up in Pensacola. Also, order the chips and salsa. The salsa is amazing.

Fried pickles are the saving grace of this place. Usually everything else gives me the shits or makes me have to throw up. The service sucks too. Thumbs down.

  • Jaymz C.

Overpriced, $55 for 2 adults and a child. Boneless wings a gross, the frys were old, and they don't offer pitchers for beer. The service was lousy. Lots of tvs though

  • Sebastian V.

The food was good, but everything else about this place sucked. Crappy service, all the waiters/waitresses were in a group at the front door just hanging out. Place was pretty dirty too, overall a crappy night, food was only average nothing special.

I came in for a late lunch today with my buddy and the bartender on duty is Kristi. Kristi is awesome! She has a great personality and is very informative about the drinks (we had a Ghost Daiquiri). Anyway I had her enter a to go order & not a minute later I changed the sauce. Kristi asked both managers near the bar to tell the kitchen staff of the change and BOTH managers said no. Wow!! So she quickly and politely went to the kitchen. Thank goodness the staff do not follow the pathetic lead of the day managers on duty right now. They should make Kristi the manager! IJS!

It's a zoo. Men's room was disgusting, service was slow and unavailable, wings were meh.

Food was descent, server disgusted the whole table with his profuse sweating and horrible body odor. After seeing him wipe the sweat from his forehead with his hand and not washing them afterwards made us all want to get up and leave without getting our food.

Slow slow slow service. Sub-par wings and expensive drinks. Very loud and full of military. I have never had a pleasant experience here. I would much rather support a good local place.

  • Josh G.

Very slow service and even got our order wrong the made us pay for the extra wings. This Buffalo Wild Wings is NOT a good one. I would hate to see this place when and if it ever gets busy. I can't imagine the wait time.

I've been to a number of BWWs, but this one is by far the worst. Came here for the 60 cent boneless wings on Thursday and I was mystified. First, I place my order and within 60 seconds, I had my wings. I was shocked that they came out so fast, but with my first bite, I knew why. They were cold. They had clearly cooked them at some unknown point in the future, then added the sauce when I ordered. Sent them back to get some hot ones, but the waitress didn't seem to be amused by that. Then, when I get them, I had one or two that were 'large,' a few that were 'medium' and the rest were tiny. I don't expect every single one to be exactly the same size, but at least have there be some consistency in size. I didn't want to make an issue of this at the time since I had already sent back the cold ones from the first time. Finally, as I leave, I go to the restroom and the place was a wreck. Very dirty, with a broken soap dispenser. It was lunch time, so there couldn't have been too much use in there that day, so I suspect it wasn't cleaned well the night before and/or not checked first thing in the morning. Basically, local management doesn't care and nobody from corporate is overseeing the standards of their restaurants (or if they are, they are doing a poor job of doing so). If they are going to charge as much as they do for their regular prices, then the standards need to be higher. The corner cutting is far too obvious.

Lots of tv's and some really good wings

Always got terrible service here!!! Seemed like every waiter or waitress that we got never wanted to serve us. To the point where we would be about to get up and leave because nobody had even acknowledged us sitting there and then a manager would have to take our order. Then we would LITERALLY wait well over an hour for our food when it wasn't even busy. This is not okay. After getting this type of service multiple times we decided to stop coming.

I've eaten here a couple of times and was never outright or thoroughly disgusted by my food, but it wasn't worthy of praise, either. I went last night with friends to meet other friends, and HOLY H3LL, does this place have the most expensive beer in this area! For common domestic pints, the price is something like $3.70, which would translate to almost $15 pitchers, which are not offered. I received some incoherent and obviously fictional answer as to why pitchers aren't available, so I figure that a sufficient quantity of suckers rolls up in this gymnasium-style cavern and blows money on pints that the corporation figures that pitchers would be superfluous to the bottom line. I ended up opting for the only other size selection, the 23-oz tall glass. It was a relative bargain for a dollar more. Still, beer this expensive is usually accompanied by either live sporting events or scantily clad performers. There was neither, and neither will I ever buy a beer in this circus sideshow of FAIL. I was pretty irate about Hooters' beer prices, but Buffalo Wild Wings actually makes Hooters a bargain. Pfft.

Stopped in on our way back from Orange Beach, and had the blackened grilled chicken sandwich. Delicious for a sports bar! Bar server was very pleasant too! The Miller Lite drafts were ice cold!!

I have been to many BWWs and this one is no different than the rest to me. I love their wings because I am a HUGE spicy fan and their blazing wings are perfect. They have MANY different wing sauces and their fries are pretty good. The 4 stars I give it could be a little biased because I am a HUGE sports fan and this is a great environment to watch the game or UFC fights. Fair prices with MANY screens. Looking for a place to catch the game this is your place. Looking for a nice family outing then maybe not. It gets a thumbs up from me.

Went in yesterday with my son for lunch, not too crowded. Sat in the High Top Bar area. Service took forever. Seemed to be only one bar maid working the entire area and she definitely was not paying attention to who got seated first. People came in after us and got their orders taken before us. Must have taken 5 minutes to get two sodas. Finally ordered food and it came out nice and fast (once finally ordered). Ate, took forever to get check. Put credit card down. Finally grabbed card and seemed like she ran off with it. No kidding we must have sat for another 10-15 minutes waiting for the final tally while she was serving other people. Not good tip. Told manager on the way out that the bar maid needs more help and the service was horrible. She seemed shock. Only saving grace was food was good!! Otherwise, 1 star. We have been here before and sat in the bar area and the service was slow then too. Recommend sit in the normal seating area. We will go back, wings much better than Hooters, but will sit in the main dining area.

Let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of BWW and an avid patron. This was the second time I've visited this location and I will not be going back (to this location). The first time I went was for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was nearly empty but it took almost 40 min just to get a few dozen wings for the 4 people at our table. Unacceptable. Although such a long wait is bad form, and the wings were sub-par for any BWW, it was no reason to completely give up on the establishment. The second time I went was with a considerably larger group (~10). This time the restaurant was packed and everyone was watching football. It seemed that everyone in the place wanted to watch one particular game on one of the big screens. Multiple tables made multiple requests to the staff and manager, only be rudely told that they would not change the games on the big screens (they were all blowouts with no fans.) I will not go back to this BWW, and I know he same goes for the majority of the group I was with. The manager's attitude toward a few good patrons is enough for me to move our FB celebrations somewhere else. I have always had a great time at BWW and it is a shame that this one is such a dissapointment. -Not worth it

I have been to BWW in other cities and had good experiences. I have been to this location a few times to dine in and carry out for lunch. Today I ordered the usual take out and just finished my lunch. I am still hungry - my stomach is literally growling as I type this. I know it's a recession and all but please give me a decent size portion. I paid $8 for a chicken wrap and I think there may have been 2 bite size pieces of chicken and the rest was tortilla folded and rolled into the center to add bulk. I am not one to complain. I am not a fat ass either and I don't eat that much...i would just like a standard portion. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

The service is not great but I enjoy eating outside and I always get boneless wings or chicken tenders. I love garlic Parmesan or Asian Zing for my sauces.

    (3)
  • Rob G.

Decent service. The way the games are arranged on the tv's are not very customer friendly. It takes an abundance of customers to overturn the preset stations. We come here only because its the only way to watch our game.

    (2)
  • Chris H.

Service here was less then optimal. I am not all about a waitress that bugs you every three minutes to refill your drink or bring you new napkins, but if you are a restaurant that specializes in spicy food you might want to train your waitresses to to at least look at the customers to see if they need refills. Another thing, when a customer says they need a to-go box it would be nice to actually get one. The food is good for wings and there are plenty of choices for sauces on the wings. The new soft pretzels are really good.

We've been to other BWW sites, and this one is by far the worst. When we arrived, the hostess seemed put off by having to seat us and was very unfriendly. The waitress we had was very good, but the service experience started off on a bad foot because of our hostess. The food here is okay - nothing spectacular, but not bad. We had gone primarily to play the trivia game anyway. However, at this visit, the kitchen made some pretty big mistakes (sending out the wrong sides, putting meat on an item when it was requested to be done without it). Again, our waitress was very apologetic and explained this as having a new kitchen staff person. We noticed that other tables were waiting very long periods to order and receive their food, and this was not at a time of day that was very busy (around 2:30 pm on a Friday). We noticed our waitress was very busy, while the others were chatting in the back of the restaurant, not checking on their customers, leaving vacant tables dirty, etc. It seems like this location just has a case of very poor management, which is unfortunate because we would come to eat here far more frequently if the service were better. Hopefully district management will pay more attention to this store and find out what can be done to make it better, even if that means letting go of bad managers.

Second time here this vacation. I love bdubs, but this facility has some room to improve. I live in peoria il. The bwws in pensacola needs to pick up the pace on attention to detail. When your food comes out incorrect twice, its cause for concern. Medium sauce is clearly orange, not brown. My family finished their meal before mine arrived correct. Sure it was comped, but better training is in order.

It's a good thing I'm typing this, because if I were speaking, I would THOUND LIKE THITH BECAUTH MY TONGUE ITH THITLL ON FIRE. Not really, of course, but I did order the "Hot" level of wing sauce for my chicken tender salad and Mother of God, it was certainly Hot. I'm not wimpy when it comes to spicey food; I like jalapenos and even some habaneros, so long as I can muzzle the pit bull heat with a little sour cream or the like. That said, I got a little of the wing sauce on the outside of my lip, and it stung - oh it stung. My face flushed. An hour later, my lips are still tingling. It was too hot - I could not finish the salad, which had a paltry portion of chopped chicken on mixed greens and a quartered tomato [I left off the croutons and cheese]. We also had onion rings. Nothing special here, but extremely overpriced. Although the place was not busy, it took a good 15 minutes for our food to arrive. I don't know if my wing sauce was made extra "Hot" or if that is the normal level of "Hot". At any rate, I'm not deducting stars for that. Just the overall experience is underwhelming.

  • Cole Y.

It's ok. They have a few tvs and a good assortment of different sauces for wings. The prices are not also bad, but its really not the best sports bar or wings in town.

  • Jason A.

This is my 3rd time here during a TDY. The first time we waited 10 minutes before a server came to us and screwed our checks up. The 2nd time was perfect. Good service and food. But the 3rd time really sucked. Poor service, food was sub-par, and waited forever for everything. I will never come back to thus buffalo wild wings again. Just problem after problem. I recommend going somewhere else.

    (1)
  • Tony C.

Wings were OK in my book lots of seating for our large group of people One of the appetizers were still cold in the center after being sent back twice, these were quickly removed from the bill and the replacements were comped as a good faith gesture. Cold mushrooms are one thing but it made me wonder about how well the wings were cooked. Wait staff =5 stars, Wings had a good taste but not the best I had ever had. 2.5 stars. Plenty of games on the big screens. Overall a high 3 Worth a try.
