My wife and I went to Bonefish Grill last night. The server was good food was good, Bang Bang shrimp excellent. My only complaint was the music was too loud. I asked our server and she got it turned down but only for a short while. By dessert time the volume was higher again and conversation was difficult with all the other background noise. I'll not likely return.

What a disappointment for a special evening!!!! Planned a dinner celebration with friends ad coworkers. We selected this restaurant for its chains reputation for good food and a good dining experience. Our servers acted as if they were newly hired. They could not keep or individual orders and drinks correct. Each of our party's drinks and orders came at various times and lengthy waits. When we would get items they had them incorrect. The food was sub-par to the usual entrees I have experienced at other Bonefish Grilles. Even with disastrous service , each couple received and paid the suggested gratuity added.

This was my first experience at a Bonefish Grill and I was quite impressed with the decor of the building and uniforms of the staff. The food however, was just average and comparable to a Long John Silver's. - Fancy Chain Food - Plenty of Parking - Average Service - Server Frequency is Poor - Spotty Food Quality - $15-20pp Upon arrival I had high hopes with all of the well dressed landlubbers ready to serve my grub. They all wear chef coats and necklaces but apparently it's just for effect because the service was no better than average. I guess this place was just funded off of profits from the parent company Outback Steakhouse and no more. My wife and I started out with the Bang Bang shrimp since it comes highly recommended. These tender, crispy shrimp are tossed in a creamy and spicy sauce. The sauce could have used some extra spice for my taste but it was a great choice to start. The food took a while to come out but once it arrived my tastebuds were occupied. My wife ordered the Mahi Mahi which had a sweet/mild taste and was tender with moist flakes. This was a some delicious food for seafood lovers and a great default dish at most places as it's hard to mess up. The flavor, moisture and texture went well and didn't stay on the plate long. They initially messed up this orders sides but made a correction after a 15 minute wait. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Tokyo which I was hoping would be sushi-grade, seared and ready to eat. While the presentation was nice, the tuna was not very fresh or tasty regardless of the sauce, sesame seeds around the edges or veggies that accompanied it. This was the first time I didn't want to finish my tuna (but I did anyway). Marketed as a melt-in-your-mouth fish I was highly unsatisfied. The saving grace of this visit was the shrimp starter. If I could have ordered three serving instead of the entrees we would have had a better experience. The service was spotty and slow, our order was botched and my dish wasn't very good. There are many seafood places I have to visit first before I give the Bonefish Grill another shot. Just another corporate casualty.

I worked here a few years back so u know how clean the kitchen is and how strict the standards are. I absolutely love the food, atmosphere and service. They have the best steak, seafood, bang bang and chowder soup. I also recommend the asparagus salad. It does get busy but the bar serves amazing drinks. This is my and my husbands favorite date spot. You can't go wrong here.

I've always loved Bonefish Grill, but I'm not sure why they have gone so downhill recently. We came here on $5 Bang Bang Shrimp Night, which the price is pretty hard to beat. Since it was a Wednesday, we were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was pretty friendly, but he didn't really check on us, and he only came when the entrees were here and to deliver the cheque. Now onto the food ~ the Bang Bang shrimp was pretty good and amazing as always, but everything that came after that was another story. I was expecting my Ahi Tuna to be sushi grade, but it had that "frozen-fish feel" to it. It just didn't taste all that fresh. My wife's Filet Mignon was super tough, but still medium rare, just like she asked for. However, it was like eating beef jerky, very tough. My mother-in-law's Chilean Sea Bass was OK, but she said that it wasn't exactly as good as she had the previous time she's been there. Usually, I'm ok with paying high prices for good food, but for the quality we got this time, I would say it was a splurge.

I was in from Houston, TX visiting and amazingly enough I went here two times in 8 days. Both on Friday nights, which I would highly recommend calling ahead and getting a reservation because the place is jumping. The food and service was great. Both times I had the Chilean Seabass, which was what most of my party had, and a cup of Corn Chowder with Crab. The first time I tried the Seabass with the chimichurri sauce and a side of mashed potatoes, the second with lemon butter sauce and a side of sliced tomato salad, both times very very good. The fish was fresh and the sauces were yummy. We also had a variety of appetizers and they were all so good. We got (in order of recommendation, although, you should get them all if you can!) the Bang Bang Shrimp, Mussels Josephine (dip your bread in the sauce, sooooo good), Singapore Calamari, Bacon Wrapped Atlantic Sea Scallops, and Maryland Crab Cakes. I thought all the food was very well executed and they also have a kids menu, which was a plus, although I wished they had a grilled fish on it, my kids love grilled fish.

Had a Great meal here for my birthday last Friday. On my last day of vacation - me and my buddy went there and started with a martini at the bar - they have these super stylish martini glasses that are slanted and have one of those solid square cubes that melt slower - very cool, and the bartender had a great attitude. She was friendly and cool with a bar full of people. The atmosphere was trendy but still casual enough - some well dressed folks, and many more casually dressed -after all it is Florida. We shared the Mussels app which had a delicious broth we had to sop up with the soft square loaf of bread they set on the table. The bread had a delicious Olive Oil and garlicky green herb flavors in it. Then for dinner I had the Chilean Sea Bass served with potatoes au graten (4 cheeses!) and spaghetti squash. All delicate and beautifully prepared. My friend had a special request of Fried Shrimp. It's what he grew up on in Louisianna so I called ahead and the Server gave me several options on the phone. I love it when a special request that is doable is accepted and they go above and beyond - they definitely did. Nice big Gulf shrimp, not quite a dozen for a great price, very lightly dredged with just enough accent and flavor. I am super impressed with this place. Also I ordered a couple glasses of an Alsace Riesling that didn't taste right, she quickly replaced them and took that off of my check. There were many nice selections on the wine list, to which we had a delicious Pinot Noir by the bottle. Then they brought out Crème Brulee as a complimentary dessert - THRILLED by my experience here. I wish all of my dining experiences had this type of attention to detail and care for the customer.

Forst time ever at this restaurant. Waited a couple minutes for a booth but not long. The wait staff was extremely attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Drinks were never empty. We got the bang bang shrimp appetizer. Super popular after reading thru these reviews. Somehow still stayed crunchy even after the sauce and the time it took to eat. We got the blackened fish tacos with green beans and the tilapia with truffle mac and cheese. All good. They even drew a funny picture on my to go box. Im easily amused lol

Great restaurant choice each time. Had the special: grilled grouper topped with sautéed spinach and lump crab, spaghetti squash and asparagus. Very happy. Henry, our server was attentive and precise.

Ate there with a group of friends. Appetizers were delicious. The main courses were ok but not as good as we hoped they would be. Mixed drinks were weak (compared to my other local dining experiences). Service was very good with attentive waiters.

We'd just spent a week at the beach eating lots of seafood, so we were a little hesitant about eating at Bonefish Grille. But the persistent recommendation from the front desk of our hotel, and the restaurant's proximity, found us waiting with the masses. Chain or not, it may have been the best meal we had all week. It's an efficient operation, moving large crowds through the dining room. Our wait time was minimal and our waiter, Aaron, was knowledgeable and helpful in his suggestions. We had an elderly family member with us who needed more time and our waiter adapted easily to our slower pace. As an upscale casual restaurant, they also did an excellent job of pacing our food, not dropping off the next course until the previous one had been cleared. I personally hate when I've only had a few bites of salad and my entrée is delivered or when food is delivered before drinks arrive. Bonefish Grille gets it right. My entrée, a 6 oz. sirloin with a crab cake and side of pumpkin ravioli was the star of the table, but we loved everything we ordered. We passed on the signature appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp, but did sample the chowder, which drew appreciative oohs and aahs. I also got my favorite beet and goat cheese salad, more expensive than the house salad someone else ordered, but worth it. Thai Coconut Shrimp and a Mahi Mahi special were equally delicious. The ala carte pricing came out to about $30/person before tip, surprisingly reasonable given that we ordered wine, soup, side salads and one dessert. We came away impressed. Bonefish Grille definitely exceeded our expectations.

I love bonefish in general, but this location has disappointed every time I've gone. My staple menu items have been bad, not just a let down, but bad. Service has been ok, but nothing compared to other locations. Won't come again :(

Would only go back if I received a gift card, but not for a evening out. Good drinks but didn't have enough of them to make up for the slow service.

Pricey and disappointed . Dined sola, waited too long for my server to come for a drink order. Crab cakes were good but not hot. Main course, scallops and shrimp with herb pesto topping. The topping was hot, hot hot as in spicey not temp. It was more like a black pepper sauce that's all I tasted. I mentioned it to the manager on my way out. His response maybe try the mango topping next time. Bonefish , there won't be a next time

We had reservations for nine. They would not seat us until five showed up, did not mind that so much. After being seated we had a hard time reading the menus due to it being so dark (had to use light from smart phone for this). Service was slow and the area was so noisy that it was hard to hold a conversation. The food was good, but due to the other inconveniences did not enjoy our meal. We will not be back!

Always absolutely amazing service from our favorite bartenders on Wednesday night! They are both always so attentive no matter how crazy busy it always is! I always go for the awesome bang bang shrimp and my husband is more the bang bang chicken! Both great every time! We also live the calamari and bread! Easy dinner when we I don't want to cook at home or have anything too heavy out. This will always be one of my favorite spots in Pensacola based on the whole dining experience you leave with!

Wow...this place is on a rapid decline. We had the roasted red pepper and tomato soup to start. It was barely warm, but not a terrible mistake since my four year old could dig in immediately. However, the most prevalent taste was buffalo wing sauce. A taste I'd expect from a soup at Wendy's. For entrees, my mother's filet was cooked properly, but her snap peas were tough and potatoes were cold. My arctic char was over cooked...luckily it was a fatty fish, so it was edible. My father had the imperial stuffed tilapia ...the tilapia was inedible. Thankfully the stuffing was good. Finally, the children's options were horrible. To drink, there weren't many options. They always claim to not have chocolate syrup, but I highly doubt that with a full dessert menu. She also had the fish strips which were fat, dry versions of fish sticks. The worst part is the food and service continues to decline, but the prices reflect a mid scale restaurant. I'd rather pay $5-$8 more per entrée and go to a fine dining restaurant. I really hope this company realizes whatever short cuts they've enacted the past few years has made this place a low grade experience for a high price.

Excellent service from starting to finish glasses were never empty and table service was efficient. Started with Bang Bang Shrimp ;which is always delicious. The complimentary bread with pesto and olive oil dipping sauce was the perfect fit for waiting for our entrées. The table was pleased we had a sampling of the menu filet mignon, rainbow trout, fish and chips, and Baja fish tacos. The meal was so excellent; not a single compliant about anything. My only regret was not leaving room for dessert.

Worst experience ever for a family celebration. We arrived about 4:15 on Saturday afternoon with a party of 11. The restaurant was empty. We were told we needed to wait 15 minutes because the servers weren't there. (Why open if you don't have people to serve customers?). After waiting about 30 minutes and watching many others get seated we got up to leave. The staff then quickly ushered us to a table (they refused to even seat us at a table previously). Service was incredibly slow- it took us over an hour to get our meal, appetizers and bread were terribly slow to arrive. We asked to speak to a manager who made excuses and a half-hearted apology. We still paid full price for everything. We even got the privilege of listening to other tables complain, watch them get served the wrong food, etc. EPIC FAIL

My complaint is the presentation. . My crab cakes were really crab crumbs slung on a plate. There was a manager insulting and assaulting an employee... it just wasnt a good look. I did send a complaint with no response.... I wont be back

Bonefish grill is great, even though this is a chain. I try to stay away from chains in general..especially on vacation. But bonefish is always a winner. The bang bang shrimp is a must, my wife even likes it and she doesn't like seafood. I get the sirloin and crabcake, the steak is better than most places with steakhouse in the name and the crab cake is mostly crab which I like. They always have a seasonal vegetable and it always sounds like something I don't like, but I always get it because it's always good. This time it was zucchini and tomatoes with red peppers.....it was great. The wife doesn't like seafood so she always gets the chicken Marsala, pork chops or the fillet...and there always good. Crime brûlée is a great dessert....always ask if they have the chocolate...it's so good.

I had a disappointing experience at Bonefish Grill recently. First, I had a reservation, for which I arrived in time. I was greeted, then had to wait about ten minutes for my table. Next, after we ordered, it took almost an hour to get our food. Mine was good, but my friend had scallops and found them to be undercooked (and later regretted eating them). The manager apologized for the wait, and blamed it on their new electronic ticketing system. She offered us complimentary desserts to make up for the delays, and recommend a particular dessert on social that night. Naturally when the waiter returned he informed us that they had just run out of the dessert special.

Jason B and I stopped in at Bonefish Grill in Pensacola famished and looking for something delicious to eat on our long drive from Orlando to New Orleans. Bonefish really, truly hit the spot! We started off with the Bang Bang Shrimp - oh my, these were some of the most flavourful shrimp that I've ever had! They disappeared off our plates in a matter of minutes. The sweet and spicy tempura-like coating was to die for... So much so that we tried to recreate the shrimp with a recipe that we found online a few months later. Sadly our homemade shrimp really were missing the double bang that came with those from Bonefish :( Next, we had the Chilean Sea Bass with all four of the available sauce options on the side for dipping. I strongly recommend asking your server for this as you won't have to limit yourself to just one sauce (the mango sauce was my personal favourite). The Sea Bass itself was very tender and quite fresh. The portion size was generous as well (my sweetheart and I shared one dish and it was more than enough food for the two of us). I highly recommend Bonefish to all those who live near one, or are lucky enough to even drive by one. I only wish that Bonefish would make its way up to Canada...

Bonefish gets 5 stars if they only had a bar and appetizers. Unfortunately, each time we go into the dining room for the "full" experience, we are disappointed. We still love it and only go to the bar.

The first bonefish I had went to in Kissimmee was great (please see their page) so I was utterly excited when I found one in Pensacola for the remainder of my vacation. It was poor of me to assume the same service. Our waitress was extremely inattentive. Our Baja fish tacos were hot and greasy. I had a puddle that dripped out from it. We ran out of water and had to wait for literally everything. We got the imperial tilapia again expecting the warm flaky fish we had last time. No, this was soggy and tasted horribly fishy. Our tomatoes barely had any balsamic sauce or feta. When we did finally catch our waitress for dessert, I had enough time to go to the bathroom, check Facebook, my email, and even finish mapping out the remainder of my trip to log in my GPS. That was perhaps the ugliest creme brûlée I had ever seen, it's whipped cream was crudely thrown on and spilling off the side of the bowl. We did get creme brûlée at the other one also, it was much more delicate. I fear this one has lulled itself into the safety of having a crowd constantly, so poor service for them is no big deal. If you want to eat at a good Bonefish, go to Kissimee!

Bonefish Grill is owned by the same restaurant group as Carrabba's & Outback (the Outback Corporation). So right away, you can expect a quality atmosphere, and amazing food. I prefer locally owned restaurants to chains, but let's face it - until someone else can perfect the Bang Bang Shrimp recipe, this place will be rockin' every weekend night until the end of time. I had salmon, which was amazing. My wife had the shrimp & scallops. Everything was hot, juicy, and fresh. No fishy taste at all! The apple bread pudding is a BRAND NEW dessert - it's big enough for three people to share, and it was SO GOOD!!! Great meal! Thanks Bonefish Grill!

$5 bang bang shrimp is a great deal. I have been a few times with the girls, having shrimp a few toddy's and running our mouths about work stuff, expensive bags, and people around us (don't judge, we've got that covered... I kid!). The servers are very friendly but not once in the many times we've been in, have our orders been right. Nothing that will ruin the happy hour, but I think it's odd. It's always fixed and we have walked out of there every time with something comped (cutting into their margins). For instance (and to show I'm not super picky crazy customer), we went in for dessert and coffee (that was this check in), I ordered bananas foster (their dessert special, although I did have to ask if they had dessert specials), after waiting 25 minutes (which was no big deal, I don't go anywhere in a hurry), the waiter informs us, the ice cream is frozen rock hard, we cannot make your dessert now... We are thawing the ice cream- ummm ok :). I had creme brûlée (comped, and the manager came over and apologized as well). I still dream of that banana foster... The food is pretty good, the servers are competent and nice, and if something is broke- they will fix it!

My bf took me here for the first time for homecoming dinner. The restaurant has great decor and a good atmosphere. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive since we waited half an hour for her to come back and another half hour for the check. The food, however, was very delicious. I ordered the bang bang shrimp and the Chilean sea bass. Both were cooked exactly right and had a great taste. I usually don't eat seafood, but I enjoyed my meal. I also ordered the creme brulee which was a great treat.

I totally understand the appeal of this place. For a chain restaurant, I would have to agree, it's definitely one of the best. Going in, I knew I would get the Bang Bang Shrimp. They were AMAZING. So simple, so tasty, so addicting. I wanted a whole order of them. And if I go there again, I definitely won't be sharing them with anyone. It's a good thing I found a recipe online for them. Gah, I can't wait to make them. For entrees, I ended up getting a cup of soup (good), a small salad (I can't remember what kind, but it was DELICIOUS!) and the PEI Mussels (Oh, so tasty...you can't go wrong with those). I was really happy getting a bite of everything, and spent just as much, if not less than my husbands entry. He got one of the special fish dishes, and we were a little disappointed with the cost vs. portion of it. We all know fish portions at restaurants are small, but even all of his sides were practically non-existent. But it was really tasty. He just wished he ordered the burger we heard so much about. The atmosphere was really nice. I loved the bar area, where we ended up sitting, and they had some great drinks. If I still lived nearby, I would go here again...maybe even for drinks and 1/2 priced Bang Bang Shrimp on Wednesday. All that...and I HATE chain restaurants.

Service was excellent at this Bonefish Grill, as well as the quality of the food. However, neither the kitchen or the server was familiar with the way the dinners were to be ordered or presented, which resulted in $4 extra being charged per dinner. The manager Sam, was extremely friendly and fixed the problems, but she doesn't seem to understand the commonality of Bonefish Grill's procedures make them one of the finest, most consistent restaurants around. This Bonefish Grill doesn't seem to measure up to the Bonefish standard. My most recent visit was better.

My fiancé & I love to come here on Wednesdays nights for Bang Bang Shrimp its 1/2 price. Also the drinks are amazing! They are freshly made with real fruit. We like the Long Islands & Margaritas. The fish tacos are yummy they have a little spice then topped with mangos for a great sweet finish. If you like Cesar Salads they have a REALLY good one!

Chain seafood joint which I am almost ashamed that I frequented while I was in Pensacola, but we were lazy and it was close to our hotel. Ceviche was good, shrimp and scallops entree was also good. Weird veggie of the month (garbanzo beans and spinach) - not so much. What wowed us was the seasonal dessert - strawberrry shortcake with creme anglaise and home made whipped cream. The best part was they used a biscuit instead of cake. Heavenly. But if dessert is what I am raving about at a seafood joint, I think you can add that tally up for yourself.

It's been months but got time now to review. Funny how I can remember our meal like yesterday. Funny how that works.... We haven't been back since. We walked in, three servers standing at the front talking. Minus one point. We order drinks, brunch time of course. My drink, that was recommended by the waitress, was good. Cold drink in a WARM GLASS. Minus one point. If your bartender, aledged, missed that, then taco bell can probly use him. I sat facing the door. The same three ladys crowding the door area. One starts chewing her finger nails. Minus two points. My wife salad, get ready for this, had rotten letuce in it. No joke. The nice server, who was the person that probly assembled the salad, never checked. Minus us ever comming back.. The rest of our meal was great, but you lost me. Our server did a excellent job and she did comp the drinks and salad, better have, but sorry..your crew dropped the ball.. Good luck, and I hate to be seated by the kitchen....Ask your customer where they might want to be seated it might pay off----

They break my first rule of red wine....never serve it cold. Why do they keep the wine so damn cold? and..... what the hell happened to the amazing bartenders they use to have? Why is this place packed with old men at 5:30? Why can I park my monster truck with ease in their huge parking lot?....what cars/trucks were these spaces designed for? why does the food in the dining room taste worse than the food served at the bar? Why do I keep getting suckered into coming here? So many questions.

It was super busy for a Tuesday night for dinner... but not much of a wait for a table... so that was good. Food took a long time to get.... we got the calamari and edamame for appetizers... which were very tasty... calamari was nice and crispy with a great asian fusion sauce... but the edamame was a bit too salty... Salmon and Chilean Sea bass, were a bit overcooked... asparagus was way overcooked to the point it was mushy! Dinner portions seemed a bit measily... Overall.... entrees were disappointing... but the calamari was good enough that we might try going again just for drinks and appetizers.... :)

On a trip across the country, a mutual friend suggested we go to Bonefish Grill. At first I was confused and thought he was referring to Rockfish which we have in Texas. Having eaten at Rockfish in the past, I was indifferent. I was in for a big surprise. When we arrived it was packed to the gills (no pun intended), so we went to the bar and began the evening with a drink. The bartender poured good drinks for the pricetag. After about 45 minutes, our party of 6 was seated. We began with the calamari, and signature Bang Bang shrimp appetizers. The calamari was hands-down the best I've ever had. Many places overcook their calamari and make it rubbery. Not here. It was perfectly fried in a tastey coating. The Bang Bang shimp was amazing. Imagine lightly-breaded shimp, cooked to perfection in a creamy, yet spicey sauce that almost melts in your mouth. I've raved about it every since. In fact, I could probably make a meal out of that shrimp alone. For my entree I had the Pistachio Parmesan Encrusted Rainbow Trout. Complimented by artichoke hearts, basil and lemon butter, the entire dish was incredible bite after bite. If I'd had the room in my belly, I would have jumped at the Chocolate Crème Brulee but there was just no way. Our service was excellent throughout the meal and we left completely satisfied. I've since been to Bonefish only one other time due to proximity an d the service and food was consistent at another location. Recommended to anyone who truly loves good food.

We came here late on a Wednesday night. There were plenty of people there but we had no problem getting a table. Hubby ordered a dirty martini that was made very well and I ordered their pomegranate mojito. My kudos to the bartender- it was awesome! I had 2 :) Mojitos are hard to make and so easy to screw up. Not here! We ordered the mussels for an appetizer. Wow. It was a HUGE amount of mussels for $8!! The sauce was superb and the mussels were large and tender. I had the pistachio parmesan crusted trout. It was huge and tasted great. The sauce on top just added that extra little bit of flavor to really set it apart. Hubby had the grilled salmon with chimichurri sauce and loved it also. We had the creme brulee for dessert. It was good, but not spectacular. The service was impeccable. Our waitress was attentive but not annoying and our water glasses never went dry. I highly recommend it! The prices are very reasonable and the food and service are superb.

The amount of both low and high brow seafood from which to choose in Pensacola is amazing. You can get fried mullet (which they don't eat any where else in the country), great local snapper and grouper, and somehow the reviewers here made it to Bonefish, a chain fish restaurant. The fact that anyone would eat at a chain fish restaurant in what is possibly the capital of good local seafood is tantamount to visiting France and eating at McDonald's or Chili's. Its no wonder all the jobs get shipped to China... There's no local awareness or loyalty.

Very nice food. Especially loved the mussel appetizer. Nice large and juicy mussels in a delicious sauce that you want to lap up with the bread. The bang bang shrimp is also great and it's one of their signature dishes. Close to the airport if you are stranded waiting for a flight out.

The food was great but it took forever to come out. The hostess was nice until we asked about our creditcards. She didn't even convey to the server that we didn't get our creditcards back. After 10 min of waiting the server asked us if we needed anything when we told her that we didn't get the creditcards back. It was poor service. I'll come back when I don't have plans after eating

Bonefish Grill Pensacola, FL American-Style Kobe Beef Burger: $9.90 Final Score: 8.8 It was the subject of much controversy. Even our Panel Members were divided. Should the NWFL Burger Tour visit a location that's only open for dinner? The Burger Tour has traditionally been a lunch hour quest, and we struggled with whether or not to even consider a "Dinner only" Establishment. We're talking about sampling burgers that aren't available at lunch time. These restaurants don't even open for lunch, some not until 4pm or later. These are the things we wrestled with. But should any of that make a difference? "Taste ONLY" has been our mantra. Shouldn't we continue to let taste be our only criterion? When our conventional wisdom ran out, we turned to you- our fan base, our support and our reason for this entire project. We let you decide by casting your vote on our website. The Poll ran for an entire week: "Should the Burger Tour visit a restaurant that's only open for dinner?" You're answer: 63% of you voted "YES, the best burger in our area may in fact be one that's only available for dinner." So, we listened. We took your advice and we did it. We visited a place that doesn't open until 4 pm- The Bonefish Grill in Pensacola. And guess what- we're glad we did. Sure, we could have proven a point. We could have refused to rate this burger because they're not open for lunch. But for Pete's sake, this is a nationwide chain- it's not their fault that they don't open until 4 o'clock. Even so, I can tell you now having tried the burger- if we would have passed on this place- we would have only hurt ourselves. We would have missed eating one of the best burgers around and done each of you a disservice. This is a burger that was instantly agreed by the Panel to be "The Best Burger from a chain restaurant, anywhere, period." The patty is made of "American-Style Kobe Beef." What exactly does that mean? Well, the staff at Bonefish can give you the official textbook answer about where it comes from and how it's processed- but in short: It's amazing! It's rich in flavor, tender and juicy. The patty is wood grilled and served with a slice of melted cheddar cheese on top. This patty was agreed to be without a doubt the juiciest one we've had on the Tour thus far. The burger comes served on a "Brioche Bun" (loosely translated: buttered bun) that at first glance appears to be thick and dry. You discover however at first bite that much to the contrary- the bun is soft and fresh. It does exactly what a bun should do- it keeps your fingers from coming in contact with the patty and vegetables while providing a rich buttery taste. As for the vegetables- this is a National chain- the veggies are probably shipped in on a truck, right? Wrong- they're delivered by a local produce company- which explains why the tomatoes were perfectly ripe and the onions were sweet and delicious. As you finish eating this burger the Server politely asks if you've "saved room for dessert?" And you feel like telling him "No thanks, bring me another burger." Sure, we could have skipped the Bonefish. They're not open for lunch, so we could have crossed them off the list and "stuck it to the man." But since this tour is about taste and taste alone- we agreed to evaluate this burger just like we would any other burger. Having done that, we're here to tell you; this is one of the best burgers around, period. Even if you do have to wait until 4pm to get it- it's worth it. With a final score of 8.88- the Bonefish Grill Burger has secured the #2 spot on our Tour thus far. I know what you're thinking- Why go to a seafood place and get a burger? But trust us- we've never lead you astray before. Go there for dinner and resist the urge to order some of their delicious seafood. Get the burger instead- you'll be glad you did. As for us- we're going to continue our Quest. We're still on the search for our area's absolute best burger- so join us next week burger fans, as the tour.....rolls on. nwflburgertour.com

Can you say BANG BANG SHRIMP its the best, this Bonefish is good like all others but our waitress was a little slow, we sat for 15mins before she first came over to ask us for our drinks. Other then that it was awesome!!!!

I would eat their Bang Bang Shrimp everyday if I could! Possibly the best shrimp I've ever had! Great house red (reasonably priced), great entrees - I had grouper, my husband had stuffed tilapia. Good service. I'll pass on the mango salsa, next time, but overall a fabulous meal!

First off, I normally do not review chain food places, as I usually try to avoid them. I prefer to eat at local establishments when possible. However, since I had been given a gift card for The Bonefish Grill, I decided to give it a try. First impressions were good, but that didn't last very long. The place comes off as an upscale Red Lobster, that seems to have a problem with the service. We found that everyone seems to have a different function, with very little coordination between them. Some people received bread, while others did not. Some, as with us, waited and inappropriately long time and even had to ask again, to get our cold adult beverages that we had ordered. I will give them credit, the food that we received was tasty, but even that was done incorrectly. The food items that we received was not as advertised on their menu and daily specials. When we asked the waitress about the error, she gave us some lame excuse that she thought that we did not want the side because we had ordered a salad. Maybe I am a little old fashioned, but I would prefer them to get the orders correct and provide good service, rather than trying to impress with the pomp that they attempt to display. At $40 a person for the meal which included two draft beers at happy hour, I expect a lot more than what we received here.

Had the "drunken monk fish" off the special menu. It was very good, but the Asian sauce tended to be on the salty side. I would still recommend the place as the service was great.

The BangBang shrimp is what this place is known for, but I had the fish and chips, and it was incredible. The breading was crunchy and well seasoned on the fish, and the chips (french fries) were fried to the right texture. Not too crispy and not too flabby. The dipping sauce was amazing, as well. Overall, an excellent meal. Only issue was that the service was a little slow. Five stars on the food, lost a star on the service. Well worth a visit for a special occasion.

Gets real busy on the weekends during the summer. Ok though, the bar has good drinks to enjoy while waiting. Food above average. Good service.
