The new owners are sweet people who really look forward to please your taste buds. The Pho Dac Bien and the Pho Do Bien are amazingly good and authentic as you can get. One order of Summer Shrimp Rolls is enough for two and so dang good. The price is right, the taste is right, the amount of food is right and the service is right, plus 10% military discount.

I've eaten at dozens of Vietnamese restaraunts, in several different states, and have had the opportunity to indulge in authentic Vietnamese cuisine with friends. At each restataunt i have always ordered a Bahn Mi Thit Nuong (grilled pork sandwich), Bun Thit Nuong (grilled pork in Vermicelli noodles), a taro Boba smoothie (Bubble Tea), and Shrimp Spring Rolls. The sandwich ranked a 4.5 out of 5. The bread was warm and soft, the sauce was subtle, yet resilient, and the pork had no gristle or fatty parts. Typically i enjoy having a romaine or arugula lettuce on it, but the iceberg played its part. This is where the .5 deduction occurs, other than that, it was the best one i have had. I ordered the Lemon Grass Chicken vermicelli this time around so I can't rank the pork. But, it was tasty. I would rank it a 4 out of 5 since it too was missing some garnishing pieces that add to the experience. The noodles were cooked perfectly though, and the fish sauce that came with it was a very good balance of sweet and salty. And i found out that it was made in house at their sister restaraunt off of Cervantes. The spring rolls were a 3 out of 5. They were missing the mint and also had iceberg instead of romaine or arugula. They were well constructed though. The saving grace was the peanut sauce. Delicious. The Taro Boba was a 4.5 out of 5. It was better than i expected. They were boiled up fresh for my drink. The service was good 3.5 out of 5. Especially considering they onky had one server. Heather was very helpful and understanding. Even though there were others dining, we didn't feel forgotten as some can in restaraunts. Finally, the ambiance and atmosphere is a 4 out of 5. Having been to many mom and pop type setups, this quaint setup, with an aquarium (no fish), gives the diner a good amount of space to not feel cramped or isolated all at once. It's cozy, yet spacious. Overall, 4 out of 5. And this was just my first impression. :)

Finally! Pho closer to home. I I think their pho is awesome. I've also had their green tea boba and I absolutely loved it. Today is my 2nd time coming here and I'll be trying their egg rolls. Hopefully I won't be disappointed. UPDATE! Honestly, their egg rolls are great. Only down side, is that they are like 2.99 for only two, where as, Tudu has theirs for 3.00 for 3 and they are bigger.

The service was good, the food is a little more expensive than I'm use to for Pho but still good. For the location I would definitely come back.

Nice restaurant. Friendly staff. And most of all, the food was delicious! Would've give 5 stars if only I didn't wait for my food for so long. Overall, I liked it. Would definitely go again! :)

My pho's (pronounced "fuh" not "faux" ) broth was DELICIOUS! And, piping hot! My noodles were not clumped together and I received plenty of veggies on the side! The staff was kind and even brought extras! But seriously, since moving to Pensacola from CA there were two things I knew I needed to find: good Mexican, and, good Vietnamese food! Asian Garden has a nice atmosphere, good pho, and is nearby (disclaimer: proximity has nothing to do with my score). This place just opened last month, and had great potential! Highly recommend for your pho fix!

The staff is incredibly welcoming and they went out of their way to take care of my order (I came in just as they were about to take. A break). I was extremely appreciative and wanted to say something kind. Their spring rolls are an amazing app and only $2.99... Make sure to ask for extra peanut sauce. This stuff is addicting!

Wife and I had cashew chicken and general chicken respectively, both were the worst we have ever had.. What she had didn't even look like chicken, what I had tasted like a mix of redhot and sweet/sour sauce (the first time I had it it was bland and this time, after asking for it spicy, I think they just threw some franks redhot in the mix) this was their second chance, never again! Their rice was weird too, wife hated it, but I tolerated it. Also, no egg roll with lunch combo, and no fortune cookie. They do offer a little military discount though.

Food was way too slow ... it was funny to see all the customers conversing with one another asking what time they got there. everybody drinks were empty too. it was so bad it was starting to get hilarious. One man actually had a call in and drove up to find out he had to wait along with us who actually dined in. everything got serious once we finally got our food . totally bland pho. I went with a Vietnamese family in which I believe knows their stuff. They too said worst they've eaten. pretty bad considering one person who was actually cheating from their diet to finally eat a jumbo bowl of pho to be disappointed. we were told by the waitress it was under new management. Well hate to say but at their rate its about to be under a new one again. Somebody could have atleast called the owner and let him know they could not fulfill the orders and they were backed up. No sense of urgency no panic just you'll get your food when you get it. My wife and her nephew also never recived their food after everyone finished. If it was up to me id rather go eat pho at tudos even with the health department scare. This place will not last.

I love Pho. They have all the right stuff. The only reason why I gave them 3 (average) stars is because the first time the Pho (chicken) was sweet. I ordered it again. Sadly, the broth was sweet again. Here they have all this lovely noodles and veggies with excellent tender chicken slices. Then then put sweet broth on it. Really good service. But just can't hang with sweet Pho. Nor have I tried anything else. I just don't see me going back again for that third time.

Pho was great! The broth and noodles were really on point. Bubble tea was a fairly large size too. Being close to NASP is one of the main reasons I like this place. The other reviews don't do this place justice, it is definitely worth a try.

OMG went there at 11:30, the owner in shorts and crocks mopping the floor in the dinning room, he said they had trouble with the septic tank over flowing. Ordered bourbon chicken and wanted plain white rice, they had no white rice. The floor was dirty and at the entrance of the kitchen they had a can of bug spray. I will never go back there again.

Went fri evening, 14. Other patrons seated. When we walked in , ordered pho and beer. Beer came . Finished, ordered another, one hpur 15 mins before meals came out, it was delicious. But not worth the wait, maybe more help in the kitchen is needed. Too bad because the food was five star worthy.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
