Horrible service, lady picks up my donuts with here bare hands, drops them in back on top of each other with with frosting stuck together. burnt hashbrowns just bad service all around.

This is a nice Dunkin place. Staff is friendly, it's clean inside, and it's super close to my place. Sooooo....when I'm craving my hazlenut coffee, I make a run through the drive thru, which is about 3-4 days a week. Or, when I'm craving ice cream, I'm heading there at night to get my bowl in before bedtime. Is it an outstanding Dunkin? Well, not sure I'm convinced of that yet. There have been several times where I've received the wrong coffee through drive through only to find out when I've hit the toll road that I've driven off with someone's coffee w/ cream and sugar when I order black. Wooopsies...it's such a bummer when that happens! :] But the staff has always been super friendly and apologetic when informed of mistakes :]

Definitely the best Dunkin Donuts in the area! Service is always quick and friendly, and the place is always clean (unlike many others). Stopped in early a week or two ago and had quite possibly the best bacon, egg and cheese bagel I've ever had at a Dunkin Donuts ever. It was just fresh and perfect!

I and my family hit DD often on our way around town on weekends, and this one is actually closer to me than all other DD locations. However, my family and I will go out of our way to patronize other DD's in the area for one reason: INVENTORY. The staff here is friendly (albeit a little slow getting orders together), but whoever orders their donut inventory is abysmal. On a weekend, if you aren't there by 10am, you probably won't find a very good selection of donuts left. This is a high volume location. They are always packed. They really ought to order more of the most popular donuts to prevent this from always happening since they are well aware of the volume they service on weekends. I know for a fact they have missed 10+ sales from my family alone because we have come to understand that if we want the donuts we like, we will have to go to a DD further away from our home. If you are going for a breakfast sandwich you should be good. My final complaint isn't about this location in particular, it's about DD as a whole--PLEASE START MAKING YOUR DONUTS IN THE STORES AGAIN!!!

This Dunkin Donuts is probably the best one I have been to. It is usually kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. At times they can get a bit overwhelmed with people but that is a product of their service and quality.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I go at least once a week and they always mess up my order in the drive thru. On top of that they never give you a receipt (maybe because they don't want you to provide feedback to corporate). I've had to walk in every time afterwards to correct a screw up. The last time I decided to just eat inside with the family and everyone was acting unprofessional including the manager (couldn't catch his name on his badge - black guy). We saw him throw a milk from the cooler to a person working the drive thru . It hit the floor and they still gave it to the customer...seriously?? I'm done with this store, gave it multiple chances. I'll just make the further drive to Longwood or Sanford Dunkin Donuts to get better service. Avoid this location!!

We went by around 7PM, i don't know when they stop making the donuts, but it seems they have very little left at this time. Usually we get a few bad donuts because of out timing and thats never good, also the selection is not that great. Next time i will check their hours of operation, I just assumed they had fresh product available all the time. We just hit them at the wrong times i guess.

This location has horrible customer service. I normally go in at 5:30 am to get donuts and bagels for conferences at work. The service is normally very slow even though there are very few customers at that time. I stopped going to this location because the last time I went I placed my large order, they took their time putting it together as usual. When I went to pay they then told me their computers were down and could not take credit cards. They did nothing to try to accommodate me. What a horrible waste of time. I won't be going back to this location.

This place does not have their act together. I LOVE DD but this location was pretty awful. First, there were two customers in front of us, and we waited in line for about 7 minutes (with 6 staff members). Second, when we finally ordered, they were out of one of the advertised tea flavors. They gave us our tea, then said we could get different flavor in it if we wanted. But when we decided we did, we waited awkwardly at the counter for someone to help us, trying to get any employee's attention (at this point, there was no one in line). We had to call one guy over, who was drinking a smoothie behind the counter, staring off into space!! None of the 6 employees remembered to get us the two donuts we'd already paid for. We had to get someone's attention again in order to finally get our donuts. Serious management and employee issues. We will avoid this location from now on!

I don't come here for coffee or donuts however I come for their delicious breakfast croissants. I've had them made with veggie egg whites and chicken at times. The drive thru has only messed up may be once but that will happen from time to time when it's busy and having slightly complicated orders. They are happy to change it without hassles. The employees are always very nice. The croissants are filling when compared to other competitors.

I'm a self-confessed Starbucks addict, so when I got a gift card for DD I figured I would use it up after a couple of visits and never return. To my surprise, the coffee is good and CHEAP. But what prompted me to write a review is the service. The employees are always nice and welcoming. They are the real reason I am impressed with this Dunkin.

I prefer this location to the one near UCF. all of the employees are very friendly. Christine is the best. they do tend to run short on doughnuts early in the day, but otherwise I have never had a problem including going through the drive thru. sandwiches are always served hot and they have a better selection than most in the area. There is also a Baskin Robins inside for the ice cream lovers. The store is clean, staff efficient, and the coffee is always awesome. This is also a DDperks friendly location, I never have any trouble scanning coupons directly from my phone.

Worst DD ever. I don't know where to begin. They told us they were out of certain items so we asked for something else...they gave us something completely different and then when my wife went in to complain they gave us what we originally wanted that they said they were out of?!? They dorked up my coffee order and took forever to get us through the drive through. Definitely not coming back to this one.
