Awful! After being overcharged, the guy argued about the prices that are clearly stated. Then we paid and he purposely cheated us $5. He knew it because when we said something he knew exactly how much to give us. NEVER go here!!! Overpriced and obnoxious!!!

I would never go here again. the place looks very cool. the decorations are awesome and we really wanted to like like this place but the coffee was average, the service was bad, and the pastry was old and stale. The guy working there was rude and rushing us. This place has a lot of potential but should def. get better customer service, fresh pastried and coffee could be better as well. Especially with a name - World of Coffee.

I paid $18 for 3 small ice cream cones and a diet coke. When I asked for a paper cup the idiot behind the counter told me "if I really wanted a cup he would have to charge me 75 cents" Are you freakin kidding me!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, HORRIBLE. Go to the food court directly across from them, they have ice cream and coffee much cheaper and their staff will at least not dig in your pockets for every last cent as this place tried to do.

Ick. If we received one stale dessert, you might call it a mistake. All four of our desserts seemed like they were there for days (my wife thought weeks). How long does it take to form a quarter inch layer of crust on a piece of cake? I'm not finicky. No mistake, it was awful. In addition, we received two incorrect orders. Why does this make me give it a star? Should be zero stars. It is in an outlet center so they must be fine serving enough one timers to not care. I can guarantee you that no one comes back for seconds.

Meh. This is exactly the type of local coffee shop I like to visit. Lots of organic coffees, teas, various sandwiches, appetizers, and smoothies perfect for a light lunch, and all available in a place with a laid back earthy feel to it. WoC didn't live up to its promise, though; at least for me. The coffee was overbrewed and watery. Combined with being overcharged quite a bit and with no apology from the employee when asked and having this happen on multiple visits, this all but assured WoC of a "meh" rating. Drat. I hate it when the promise of something awesome ends up a disappointment.

I am a coffee *fanatic* and I was so excited to visit the World of Coffee when we stumbled on it near the outlet shops. I wanted so badly to enjoy our experience, BUT... in addition to agreeing with the above reviews - the watery coffee, the more-than-rude service, expensive, et al - the syrup in the coffee was so old is was sour, the cookies were beyond stale, and my daughter's eclair was moldy in the middle! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. A complete tourist trap. This place should be closed by Health Services.

The best coffee and food I ever had also the sweets is so good...the store is very clean..clean products...also food is so fresh like home made I love it..the owner is great and nice man to talk with..
