Got in and out quickly for lunch. Sat at the bar with a coworker. They did a great job on the food. I even got a free coffee to go for a friend back at the office. Great service all around.

Came on fight night for UFC. A great bar with specials available for the weekdays. My only complaint is that the parking lot is too small.

Wings, chips and salsa, and Carmel cheesecake all delicious. Servers were very friendly.

Mild and hot wings were great! Fries very fresh! Best waitress ever Nieasha! Garlic Parmesan wings a little oily but our awesome waitress fixed it!! Way better than Hooters could ever be!

Healthy version of grilled shrimp was so greasy and heavily breaded and fried i had to throw away. Manager John said he'd make note in office but not sure I'll be back. Unfortunately I work 2 doors down and this so close & convenient. Beer was good and Laurel sweet like always!

A group of friends and I went to this WingHouse to try a new WingHouse that we have never been to before. We ordered our food and got our food fairly quickly. A couple friends had to send back their orders, as the food was not prepared per what they were used to from another WingHouse. Other than that, we had a great night watching the games/fight.

Ok everyone has a bad day. Sometimes two. But I guess things are back to normal. I really love this place and they really have gotten their stuff together here recently. Best bar tenders in the area. Period.

Mediocre wings at a Hooters knockoff. I got the naked wings, the hottest sauce they have, and I barely noticed there was sauce on them at all. The service was pretty bad, with the server coming by infrequently and not handling the refill situation well at all. BUT HER GIANT TITS WERE HANGING OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE SO I GUESS THAT MAKES IT OKAY. I felt filthy when I left. On my way out, I looked around the restaurant. The average age of the clientele was probably 50, the average weight was probably 240 pounds. This is a place for dirty fat old men to ogle a 28 year old's tits while insisting the food is good. It isn't, and if you are that starved for tits, there's a place called The Internet that has a lot more of them.

I don't come here often but I do LOVE LOVE LOVE their wings. My last visit was due to the AC being broken at the house, hungry and having a lot of homework to do. Our waitress (I wish I remembered her name) was very accommodating with the TV setting for Hubby to watch his sports while I did my HW (after we ate of course) She had no problem with the hours we sat there sipping on our drinks watching sports and me sucking up there WiFi doing my HW. Thanks Wing House you saved the day that night! BTW the food was out standing too!

The only time I go here is before or after a softball game. It is the closest restaurant/ bar from Lake Fairview which is why the majority of the teams come here. A female comes to WingHouse for the food and drink deals. Food - Wings are good, not the best I have had but much better than their rival Hooters. The buffalo wrap is also good and it comes cold or pressed. The Nachos are HUGE! Definitely not something for just one or two people. Drinks - you can't beat their happy hour prices. I usually get 2 Bud Lights for $2 something. Service - Usually the servers are VERY slow. There have been a couple of times when the manager would have to comp either my bill or the bill of someone I am with because it took 45+ mins to get our food. I will continue going only because this is the place my softball teams hit up to relax before or after our games.

Fine dining this is not. You get exactly what you expect, good bar food and friendly service. This Winghouse is on my way to the Amway Center, so is a regular stop when I head to Magic Games. The service has never been anything but helpful and attentive. Pefect place to go for some wings, beer and to watch a game.

Ordered 50 wings to go. Got home to find out we only had 46 in the order. No big deal. Called the manger & they said they'd make it up to us the next time we're in. We did enjoy the wings.

My last visit here was an epic nightmare. I came out on a Friday for a late lunch with 3 other co-workers around 1:30 pm. We intentionally went a little later to miss the lunch rush so we could get back to work in a decent amount of time. The hostess was pleasant and sat us promptly. After that it was like being in the Twilight Zone. One of my co-workers ordered one of their featured wine spritzer drinks from the bar, the rest of us got fountain drinks. We sat there for at least 20 minutes between the time our drink orders were taken and we actually received the drinks. At this point I start getting nervous, because we'd already used 30 minutes including driving time of our 1 hour lunch, and we hadn't even ordered the food yet. Another ten minutes went by, and I had to get up to ask a women, who I think was the assistant manager, if we could please put our orders in, because we were now on a time limit. About a minute later our waitress finally came to take our order. It was pretty simple, we all got wings, each a different style or sauce, and a side salad or fries, not rocket science. We also placed one additional order to go for another co-worker who was manning the fort in our absence. In all seriousness, another 15-20 minutes went by with no food and no sign of our waitress. We flagged over another waitress to get an update. After checking with the kitchen window it turns out our waitress had never put in our order! My co-worker and I were quietly trying to calm each other down to prevent the other one from Hulking out at the table. Finally the general manager came over to our table after we had literally been there for over an hour. He was clearly beside himself about the situation, apologizing profusely and telling us that our entire meal with the exception of alcohol would be comped. Meanwhile we still had not received our food, and were praying that we all still had jobs (we called in late, of course). When the food came, all I can say is it was not the saving grace I was hoping for. MY WINGS STILL HAD FEATHER HAIRS ON THEM. My co-workers were equally unimpressed with the food. I ate 3 of my 10 wings and did not bother to get the rest to go, no way was I going to eat anymore now or later. All in all we walked out of there with about $75 worth of comped food, and of course tipped nothing (this is probably the only time in my life I have ever not tipped). We never did see our waitress again after she took our food order, and the bill was registered under her name. From the time we left work which is about 10 minutes away to the time we got back it had been about 2 and a half, almost 3 hours. Our bosses were flabbergasted, but luckily we live to work another day. I have definitely crossed this location off of my go-to lunch spots. NO WAY. I will say the manager did handle it as best he could once it was brought to his attention, but after the food was horrible to boot, so not worth it.

Sadly, after my last review the food quality and service nose dived at this place. The last time our food didn't come for an hour and when we complained, the manager argued with us that we had not waited an hour! It appears others who play softball and were frequenting this restaurant have had similar experiences. They are all at another restaurant on Thursday night too. Sad that the staff turnover and management ruined this Winghouse.

ok place to eat wings, is next door to me so it's convenient . Wings are not the best but they r not bad, service is a bit slow but the girls are talkative. More less affordable. More for adults than kids.

Sometimes the softball team hits up this place for dinner right after the games. The food is as good as any of the other Winghouses in the area. Usually the service is slow though. I've been when it's been crowded. I've been when it's been empty. The service is still kinda slow. I will say the last time I went, the server was able to split up the checks on her own and got it correct. Usually that doesn't happen.

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was excellent and the atmosphere is really good to bad the service SUCKS ,the waitresses don't notice u when u sit down and to get service u have to wait for a long time we actually waited at least 15 minutes before we went up and had to ask to get some service, also the people that work there mostly the waitresses are stuck up and don't say "you welcome" or try to act friendly at least they are just a bunch of monkeys running around thinking they are going to get tipped good with such bad service.

Lets see. I only go here cause it happens to be across the street from where I play softball. They tend to hand or coupons at the field for drink specials so that is pretty good. Otherwise this is basically ale house, but I like ale house better.

You don't go here for the wings. Horrible sauces. There are better choices on the menu than the wings. There are way better places to go for wings.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The service was good in the beginning but I didn't feel the waitresses were sincere, which I suppose is ok because we were getting what we want. Towards the end we felt rushed to leave because they kept asking us if we wanted to cash out and we were asked if we want dessert while we were still eating our meals. On a side note, we were there for a PPV show which was 4 hours long and we told them that, but with over an hour left they gave us our check. After she brought the bill back for me to sign she came back to scoop it up very quickly and I had to snatch it back because I hadn't even signed it yet. When she came back for the bill she said,"have a good night." even though we still have 30 mins left of the show. I guess that means no more service....We had to ask for refills...I forgot to mention that I ordered ice cream for dessert. When she brought my dessert she said,"we're out of spoons, is a fork ok?" What would she have said if I said no? Also, they couldn't clean one? On top of that, she didn't bring an extra fork, I used my fork that I used for my buffalo chicken salad...(which was very watery, btw). When we left after the show we passed her on out way out and she said,"thanks for coming, have a great night guys." I believe they are overpriced for the quality of their food and service. idk if I feel like this because I read the reviews before going in and I got worked up, but I wasn't completely happy, obviously.

It's the wing house grease is king. If you come here get a sandwich the wings are only so-so. The beer is mainly domestic which is really boring.

I will have to go with Bart S. and Dan B. on the customer service issues. Today was the 1st time I have eaten here since Oct. of '09 and with at least a dozen waitresses there today I can say that I have seen at least 3 rise to the occasion and be good at their job. The rest of them including mine today (I was going to cut her some slack because she's pregnant) fall short. It's like being served up chow at the county work farm in most cases with the pleasantries. I only eat here because it's in my lunch sphere of time and distance. It was packed and I think if you are a regular they treat you a whole lot better. 2 guys at the bar across from me was pretty much visited by 9 out of the 12 waitresses, so they had excellent service. Not that I need a lot of attention but other than "What do you want to drink" and "Here ya go" as I am tossed the bill courtesy could help. Granted I am sure they dealing with a bunch of dudes with more than wings, beer and lunch on their mind doesn't help, but come on.

We had an 8 top on a Sunday afternoon, the service was awful! Our server, Erin's attitude was terrible, not once did she smile. Our drinks were all empty, our appetizers came out with our food. She got the bills mixed up more than once and it took about 20 minutes just to pay. The manager didn't seem to care about our crap service. I have lived in Winter Park for a year and I will never go back to WingHouse again!
