We enjoy eating here when we visit and this location does not disappoint ! The young people working during our visit were friendly and professional. There was a problem with a gift card and they helped us solve the issue. The sandwiches are amazing! Meat and toppings are fresh and good. Will continue to be a stop for a meal or two on future visits to the area

How this place ended up next to the one restaurant that single handily changed the fast casual restaurant experience forever is beyond me but one thing is for sure that being next to Chipotle doesn't help the fact that the sandwich I had here was horrible. As someone who has passed Which Wich on my way to Chipotle for months, I decided it was time to be different and give this place a try. Yeah. Never again. The way you order the sandwich seems pretty cool. A bag has a checklist and you simply give the bag to the front after you have selected what you wanted. Also, if you complete the survey on your phone you do get two free cookies (I'm guilty of being that guy). From there it goes all downhill. I got my sandwich and it tasted horrible. Now to be fair, I did order the "Limited time only" Shrimp Banh Mi which seems to be a new sandwich and not one of the staples they sell. It was naive of me to expect it to taste like a real Banh Mi. The sandwich was just plain bad. The shrimp was dry and the sandwich had weak flavor. As my girlfriend told me as we left, "we should have gone to Chipotle". Being next to Chipotle is going to be hard for any restaurant but if you are, you better be excellent. This place was not. I guess I'll be waiting in line in Chipotle instead going into the empty Which Wich store.

Which Wich?? There's so much to choose from! I LOVE!!!! their concept of ordering. When you enter you pick up the corresponding brown bag of what sandwhich you want to order (or you write it in the box) You then mark off the type of bread, cheese, toppings, etc. with a marker that is in the bins. Then you pay. I was asked a couple other questions but it was so easy. I also opted for the big plastic cup cause it was cute and fun, and was told if i bring it back I get a discount on my next drink. That is awesome!! Then called up when my sandwhich was ready, IT WAS HUGE! Granted, I ordered the large one, but did not think it was going to be that big. It was very tasty! I loved their variety of sandwiches and how nice the employees were. . Will definitely be back to try more!

Just tried this place for the first time, I was completely clueless how to order until an employee came around from the counter to immediately help me. I ordered the large egg salad sandwich and it was MASSIVE and most importantly delicious!!! I also got the banana shake which was awesome too. Very friendly and fast service. Quality food. Will definitely be going back often!

Quick, easy and good subs. There is a lot of selections to choose from and all their sandwiches are customizable. You plave your order on a bag and choose what you toppings you want. The bac-hammon is good and I like the cheese-whiz for my cheesesteak sub. The staff is friendly and the food comes out extremely quick. It's never busy when I come in so if you want a quick bite I'd recommend stopping by.

When you enter the shop, you grab a brown paper bag, which you will use to indicate the type of sandwich you want (i.e. turkey, chicken, beef, seafood, veggie), and then indicate what you'd like in/on your sandwich such as cheese, veggies, oil, mustard, etc. It might be a little confusing for a first-timer, but I think it makes the whole custom sandwich ordering experience pretty easy, once you understand the general concept and system. My husband actually introduced me to Which Wich about a year or so ago and we usually choose to frequent the Sandlake location, but we were in the Dr.Phillips area today and I was craving a sandwich, so this was perfect! I ordered a turkey club, which includes ham and bacon, with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and honey mustard dressing. I choose to have a cold sandwich, but you can choose to have your sandwich made hot, as well. The options are seemingly endless. They also have snacks such as Rice Krispy treats, brownies, cookies, ice cream sandwiches, and a few other things I can't remember. Only negative - staff was friendly, but the young lady who was making my sandwich forgot the bacon, caught herself and let me know right away, but then she just sort of added the bacon on top, as opposed to inside the actual sandwich, which just sort of rubbed me the wrong way, so to speak. But it was still very good!

Pretty awesome sandwich place that's super affordable. Literally anything that you'd put on a piece of bread is available here: all the meats, 4 types of mustard, mayonnaise, 10 types of cheese, hummus, vegetarian options (including black bean patty, artichoke hearts). I wanted to get the Elvis Wich but opted for turkey. You grab a paper sleeve and select your toppings, then dig in. Friendly service, clean as hell inside.

Fun concept for a sandwich place, and the sandwiches are delicious. Instead ordering at the counter, you choose a brown paper bag with a sandwich category on it, and use a marker to customize based on the list of options on the bag. When you're done, you give the bag to the person behind the counter and they make it according to your specifications. I wish I lived closer, but the only sandwich I have ever tried here was the french dip. The best thing about the sandwiches here is the bread, it has a the most homemade texture and taste out of all the chain sandwich shops I've ever been to. My notoriously picky husband (as mentioned in several reviews) had the Philly cheese steak and said the only one he's ever had that he liked better was in Philly. Next time I find myself in this area, I'm definitely going to come back to try a different sandwich.

Had lunch there today it was great the service was wonderful and the staff was friendly!! Grabbing lunch or a quick bite to eat this is the place. Definitely will be returning back to this location!!

One of my go-to lunch spots! As someone who is somewhat picky and tends to like to customize my menu picks, the format here is great for me. First you pick a brown bag printed with the sandwich type you want. On the bag itself, you are able to check off how you'd like to customize your sandwich- type of bread, hot or cold, what type of cheese/veggies/condiments and so on you'd like. It's a great way to ensure you get exactly what you want in a "low pressure" format! Sandwiches can be served as salads or in a low carb lettuce wrap, which is nice. Of course, there are all the usual sandwich place add ons of drinks and chips (including homemade!) plus they also have milkshakes and some homemade baked goods! There is a punch card which can earn you a free sandwich and they do have an online "Vibe Club" which can earn you a special offer on your birthday and upon signing up. The restaurant itself is always tidy and the staff are fantastic!

This was my first time here and I loved it! The way of ordering is nice and my sandwich was delicious! They didn't skimp on the meat!! They staff was really friendly as well. I really like their white bread. It was very "fresh" tasting.

I always love coming here to get food. The staff are always friendly and the sandwiches are so amazingly delicious, especially the bread that they use for the subs. Ordering process is pretty simple and there are so many different ways to customize your food.

Always delicious. I can't get enough of this place. If you love subs, you'll love Which Wich.

Stopped here for a quick lunch before leaving Orlando and would say it's just "okay". It took about 15 minutes for us to get sandwiches and it wasn't very busy in here... My customized italian sandwich was much better than the boyfriend's dried out philly cheesesteak. Overall - I've had much better in the sandwich department.

  • Ho L.

Maybe its just me, but I am not a fan of the ordering process. Grabbing a paper bag and marking my choices just doesn't sit well with me. Not only that, they still managed to get my sandwich wrong even though everything was clearly marked. I don't plan on returning.

  • Matt M.

Really good and fun concept for the kids to choose their own sandwich. First you have to choose your meat of choice: * Chicken * Italian * Turkey * Ham * Vegetarian After that, just grab a bag and begin to check items off. There are endless combinations available to make every trip unique. I even ordered a side a sweet chili sauce, which was happily added to my order. But besides good food, it is simply fun for everyone to write down on a paper bag their own order.

Walking in the store is like any other sit in food place. On the right side of the establishment, was the ordering process. I really love this idea and concept. Made it extremely easy to pick what you want but once i received my food, the presentation was bad. It looked dry, lacked flavor but the meat itself was okay. I feel i get more of a wow factor from Publix subs or even Subway. Idk if id come here again.

Definitely love the concept of this business. You have endless choices to customize your own sandwich. One of my favorite spots in Orlando for quick lunch with friends.

its like an answer to a prayer or a dream come true. they have thought of toppings you never could have dreamed of. the bags are divided by sandwich type, I chose Italian and was very excited to find Muffaletta. I ordered medium, checked all of the boxes that sounded good. Got a whole wheat roll ham salami and olive salad added provolone and quite honestly was shocked at the massive portion of ham at such a great price. I have not enjoyed a Muffaletta since Schlotzky closed and this sub was amazing and better. There are so many wonderful choices and a great beverage selection. The staff was a bit alternative and counter culture which I liked and the music was great. I was just sorry for all of the times I chose to go to Chipotle or the World of Beer next door bc this place is just so satisfying and wonderful! Great place for families and couples alike.

Great little sub shop. Amazing sandwiches. Beats Quiznos and subway any day. Get the chicken pesto or the gyro! Large surf and turf sub if you'd like to eat for 2 days! Thanks which wich. Look forward to more shops popping up!

Yum! Sriracha Tuna!!! Need I say more? Okay, okay, I'll say more. This is our favorite place to stop before going to the park. The sandwiches are fresh and yummy and the service is always great! You start by grabbing a paper bag and filling it out for your order customizing your sandwich along the way. They have all the usual sandwiches and a few that are off the beaten path. Don't forget a cookie to finish it off.

I really wish there was one of these closer to my house. It's good for low carb or for high carb cheat days! I have had salads that are greatly filling, and I once made the mistake of ordering their largest sandwich and I was absolutely stuffed to the point of being in pain by the time I finished it. I've never been here during high traffic times. It is in a nice area in Dr Phillips next to the world of beer, and I've yet to order something I didn't enjoy.

I love this Which Wich! We've been coming for a few years, and I've had a variety of sandwiches! I love that there are options that you can't get at a Subway/Firehouse/Jersey Mikes, etc. (ex. gyro meat!! YUM!) On my last visit (12/28/13) the research and development team was testing Philly Cheesesteaks, and these were the real deal. The bread is straight from Philadelphia and you can choose to have it wit whiz - YUM! I was really impressed, it was the closest to Pat's/Geno's/Tony Luke's/Jim's I've had in Florida, and that's after eating at ChiPhi the week prior!

I've used this place as my back up for about a year now for when chipotle is backed up to the door. Normally I'll get a bowl and it's been mediocre at best. Yesterday decided to get a large sub and wow... Totally different taste! the bread, mixed with the buffalo chicken dressings and veggies, hot, was delicious. Not to leave out a large sandwich there is like 3 lbs of food. I'll be coming back for more soon... And getting a sub, not a bowl!

  • Shawn C.

It's been awhile since I've been to a Which Wich and the first time to this one and I'm glad I chose it! I had forgotten just how awesome the subs can be! They remind me a lot of Quiznos which is a big compliment from me since that was my favorite place until they started reducing portion sizes drastically. There's no problem of that here! The portions are good, the options are plentiful, and the prices are good but not great. This location is sorta small and I think it could benefit from better allocating the ordering area. I love the system and I think overall it speeds things up since you don't have people thinking and deciding while the sandwich is being made, but even at the slow time I went the small area caused a bottleneck. My order (Italian Grinder) came out relatively quickly and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back!

Don't forget you get double punches on your punch card every Tuesday! Anyway, I ate there once and really liked it, surprised how many options they have for your sandwich, I had a tuna sandwich and it was so yummy! I'd definitely go back there (especially on Tuesday) if I am in the area again!

By far my favorite sandwich place. As soon as you come in you pick your paper bag which is labeled on the type if sandwich you want.. Veggies, turkey, seafood ect. On it you write your toppings and dressings. Once you take it to the cashier someone is always ready to prepare your "Wich". Totally recommend it, and to all the veggie lovers they have a great veggie option I always go with.

Long sandwiches, but unless you get the wicked, I feel like you get gypped on the girth department. My caprese was seriously underwhelming both in size and flavor. The pesto was good, don't get me wrong, but the mozzarella and veggies were disappointing. Makes me feel like I should have just gotten any sandwich and doused it in their pesto. The wicked was decent, though. I really appreciate how large the large (14") is and it was a decent meal and a half. The bread was crisp and tasty, although nothing to swoon over. I like their food delivery system, though. Marking up a bag or using their app is definitely a lot more interactive and amusing than regular sandwicheries.

I've been here many times and I very much enjoyed the concept. Then they changed owners. My wife and I had purchased coupons donated by Which Wich in Dr. Phillips to benefit our daughter's preschool. There were five (5) coupons in total, each for a free sandwich with no expiration that we bought for $25. Somewhere between their donation of these coupons and our redeeming of them, this location switched owners. When we showed up to redeem our coupons, we were told that they were not accepted anymore under the new ownership. The cashier, realizing I was kind of pissed, called the owner and he honored our order there, but would not accept the others in the future. So here we had paid about $25 for 5 "free sandwiches" and we were only getting 2. (and we were still spending money as we bought cookies, kids meals and drinks) While the food quality there does not seem to have slipped, not honoring a donation of 5 regular-sized sandwiches to a preschool is a pretty lousy way to operate. We used to come here (a family of 4) about every other week. Now we will never go back. Do the math, new owners, and you will realize that was a very poor business decision. That's probably a few hundred bucks a year from our family that you won't be receiving, some more from good friends we've told and now it's on Yelp. Good thing you didn't give out three sandwiches! The rent on restaurant row is high!

Nice portions. My kids love the shakes and cookies. My husband loves the large sandwiches. I order the bowl. I get the ham and bacon. Add spinach, tomatoes, feta, Parmesan with balsamic vinaigrette. All for the price of a sandwich and they don't skimp. Large portions.

wow i have to say my life was saved when which which opened. My fiancé is obsessed with chipotle so when they open next door i finally had another food option to pick from. From the get go i thought it was going to be like a subway WRONG! Its way better tasting and the breads are by far better. I only took away one star because it can get confusing to order. For example you take a crayon and write on a paper bag what you want which can be fun but i had a bit of a complicated order and i told they guy when i handed the bag to him what i wanted but he didn't convey that to the bag or his co worker they his co worker charged me what i wrote on the bag... yah kind of confusing.

Don't order online from this location. I placed an order online to save time dealing with lunchtime traffic through Dr. Phillips; I should have saved myself some time and ordered upon arrival. I waited about ten minutes beyond the time my online order said it would be ready for pickup (I arrived right on time) before someone finally helped me. During the ten minute wait, I saw about 5 other sandwiches made and 3 new orders placed. When I was finally helped, the response was "Oh, you ordered online" and my sandwich was placed on the counter in front of me. There was no "thanks for waiting" or "have a nice day" or "sorry for making you wait an additional ten minutes for a sandwich you ordered a half-hour ago that has been sitting behind the counter since before you got here". In addition, although I ordered a combo online and even specified which chips I wanted, the chips and the cup for my drink were not given to me. Instead I had to reach over the counter to get my cup from beside the cash register and pick up my chips while the staff continued to make sandwiches. To add insult to injury, the to-go bag I was given wasn't even big enough to fit my chips in and I had to struggle to fit two napkins inside. And, of course, my sandwich had oregano on it - the one spice I dislike and made sure not to order. All-in-all it's not worth the stress or hassle to get mediocre food and poor attitudes. Next time I will stick with Jimmy John's up the street.

Not your average sandwich shop! They have so many options for sandwich toppings, you never have to order the same thing twice (though I definitely have a few favorites). If you want something a little lighter, they can make your sandwich into a salad. If you don't want something a little lighter, the cookies and milkshakes are amazing. The staff is always friendly and quick!

A great and fun concept! Pick a form (1 of ten) pick a sandwich from it (1 of 5) pick what goes onto it (many choices). Then enjoy your personalized creation. My favorite is to turn the whole thing into a salad, which is generous and healthy, and can contain some pretty weird ingredients. A unique concept.

Excellent sandwich, had the Italian muffalatto, my favorite, would have given them five stars but they heated it, really liked both staff members pleasant chat so no complaint on heating boo boo except I hate hot sandwiches. Wish I could open one of these myself.... Someday?

Went here a couple weeks ago with the kids. The concept is pretty cool. First, your menu is made up of a number of brown paper bags where you fill out and sign your name. They are divided into categories (i.e. ham, turkey, etc.) From there, you grab a marker or crayon and check the various options available for your sandwich choice. Its a cute idea and quite frankly, is better than trying to tell someone all the options you want on your sandwich. It also leaves absolutely no excuse if they mess up the order. There are 3 sandwich sizes you can order from (regular, large, and super). I ordered the large, which was more than enough (10.5 inches). The toppings were very fresh and the meats were of good quality. The bread which (on my sandwich) included a white or wheat option was a slightly above average roll. They also offer a breadless, bowl option which is your sandwich on a bed of lettuce. There are kid sandwich options which include classics like peanut butter and jelly. Both of my kids ordered the PB&J. One neat kid option is that they offer to cut the crusts off the sandwiches. The kid sandwiches were a little disappointing. My kids eat PB&J's like they are going out of style, but really did not wolf these down. Both kids thought they toasted the bread. After taking a bite of one of them, I was torn between whether the bread was very lightly toasted or just stale and dried out. One way or the other, the bread was a disappointment for their sandwiches. The kids meals both came with a rice crispie treat as a dessert which I thought was a nice touch. I'd go back for a sandwich here. The prices were not crazy and the overall experience I had was good. The kids, however, are a little less enthusiastic about returning. Despite driving past a couple times and having Which Wich as an option, both chose other places every time (citing the "toasted" bread as their reason for not wanting to return). Maybe one day I'll get them to head back, and give it another try.

Knocking my original review down a couple notches. It seems every time we go to this place (probably 5 times) there is always a problem, if its not the cooks being backed up then the order is wrong, if its not the order wrong then the soda machine goes out, if its not that then its the bathrooms. A buddy and I went today and of course they got my order wrong again, asked for double meat and didn't get it and the soda and tea machine was broken (again). This place or at least just this location has a management problem, the right management and this wouldn't be an issue. Just my two cents, i will not go back again. It's unfortunate because when the food is made correct its actually pretty good but getting it made correctly is the problem...

  • Paulene K.

Love the concept! Loved the sandwiches! Just pick your choice of sandwich bread, stuffing and fix-ins by jotting it down on the sandwich bags made available. Then just bring it up, ring it up and it's ready in a few minutes. I've tried the Surf and Turf (imitation crab and roast beef) and the Chicken Cordon Bleu. I liked them both equally and I'm sure to be back to try some of the other sandwich. I also got the chocolate milk shake and they are to die for - super thick, but just don't go looking at their calorie count (which is available on their website). note to self: the breakfast sandwiches are a must try.

Tucked between World of Beers and Chipotle in the Dr. Phillips Market Place is the over flowing Which Wich. Born from the franchise model of standardized sandwiches and service protocols, this restaurant aims to deliver a "superior" sandwich. The operational set up is very distinguished from all other sandwich places. Outside of the restaurant stands what looks like a coat rack. This rack holds paper bags with the printed menu. Yep, you take a maker and write your own order. Take that inside to the counter and the staff pins it to an overhead draw line, where another staff assemblies the sandwich. You pay and off you go, take out or eat in. Simple, right? Oh, you can also fill out one of these paper bag order inside the restaurant. Reminds me of a sushi list. The Wiched Signature Sandwich - FIVE MEATS Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Pepperoni & Bacon THREE CHEESES cheddar, mozzarella, and feta on a toasted bun. Crisp fresh buns, meats and cheeses carried the appropriate tastes and textures. The Surf and Turf Sandwich - Crab salad and roast beef, onions, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes. Flavors and textures all present. The sandwiches were filling and fresh. I can't say that there was any distinguishing characteristics as far as the food goes. The ordering system is unique. Orders can be done online and there is catering available. A fast reliable option.

My family and I have been taking out from Which Wich since it opened. My family includes my husband, 3 daughters and two husbands. So 7 all total. None of us have had a bad sandwich or experience yet. We love Which Wich. The food is fresh and tastes great. We called ahead tonight and we had our food in 10n minutes. They are freindly and service is great. Yeah to Which Wich. Now we can order great sandwiches, get them quick and chill when we are too tired to cook. Welcome to Dr Phillips.

Unfortunately This is where the gimmick is more successful than the actual food. There were some positive notes on my trip I was just hoping there would be more. The price points are good for what you get, there is a lot of variety in choices and ingredients. Service is polite. The parking is horrible. I had to walk down the way to get to it and maybe because it is newly opened service was slow. From the time I paid for my sandwich to the time I got it was around 15 minutes. I ordered a club (Turkey Ham and Bacon) with pepper jack - lettuce tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, spicy mustard, oil, vinegar and oregano. The sandwich was really neatly packed together. It was packaged nicely and easy to eat. but here is where I ran into problems. The wheat bread I ordered does not look like wheat bread but enriched white bread. Since you order on paper before you see any of the ingredients I did not know this. The bread did little for the sandwich except to provide a vessel to your mouth. Now I know deli meats are salty. I never order extra salt on my subs because of this but this club was extremely salty. Especially the bacon. Am I the only one that is weirded out by their bacon? It's chopped up like chunky bacon bits but it's very chewy and salty. My first bite and I chewed the bacon for what seemed like forever. I didn't even know it was possibly to make bacon that chewy. The turkey and ham were also very salty. Saltier than normal. I could only eat half of my 7 inch sub because all that saltiness was overwhelming. The veggies were standard the cheese was adequate. Oh and I liked the pickles. I picked them off and ate them by themselves they were less salty than the meats. The meat quality is a bit above subway but with great sandwich options like Press 101, Jersey Mikes, and Publix all near the area I may have a hard time returning.

It's really not that difficult. No really. But WHY do i still stare at the menu and the brown bag in front of me like it's hieroglyphics?! Making that face, you know, when u are squinting at something (even though its in giant font) like you will understand it better by squinting, and also your mouth is open and kinda that derrr face? I was doing that. I get it, pick a number correlating to a "type" of sandwich, ham, turkey, classic, etc. Then check off all the fixin's (and boy do they have fixins!), then sign the damn bag with your name. But since i picked a Turkey (thanksgiving) style with cranberry and stuffing, what the fuck do i add to this sandwich to make it my own? So many options i feel obligated! I add red onion and light mayo, i hold back on going crazy. My buddy felt the same pressure on his Beef and Whiz sandy, but he made the mistake of adding a bunch of crap to it, mainly horseradish, which made this which a piece o shit which. Cheese whiz and horseradish, good call Bro! There is no novelty to the process in my eyes. Its the same thing as any other sandwich shop except instead of telling them what you want on it while you move through the sandwich line, you write it on a bag. I made the grave mistake of picking a sandwich (thanksgiving style) that i've only had at one other place *cough 903millsmarket cough*, and it is one of my favorite sandwiches in the world, so i set myself up for dissapointment. The cranberry was straight Bill Cosby Jell-o stylee, and he didn't spread it evenly, it was all in the front or slit of the sandwich. And the stuffing was kinda bright cornbread stuffing that wasn't solid, but super crumbly! Booooo. No real flavor of stuffing. My third cohort had the club and said it was good, nothing outstanding. For $8 with chips and drink, it's not bad, but i find it REALLY hard for me to want to eat her again. 3 Meh's for me.

Went to the newly opened Which Wich today. It's right around the corner from me, and in a fantastic location in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace (I think that's what they call it) Plaza next to World of Beer. First of all, I would like to applaud Which Wich for their 'hours of operation' because NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING is open late in the area. If you want a late snack, we are stuck with Domino's Pizza and that giant, over-populated McDonalds on the corner of Sand Lake and I-4... which , might I add, is like a death trap to get to if you are coming from Dr. Phillips. So, thank you Which Wich for staying open until midnight! Oh, and 1am on the weekends! The ordering process is easy (and fun). They give you mini red Sharpies and bags with choices you can check off (look at the picture I uploaded). Then you just give your bag to the cashier, pay for your 'wich, and pick it up when your name is called. Easy peasy. Now, on to my sandwich. I got the Chicken Pesto on wheat bread with Swiss cheese. I will say that the pesto tasted very fresh and the bread was super tasty. It was a damn good sandwich. Nothing stellar or mind-blowing, but hey, I got a Chicken Pesto - not a stellar pick. I do hear that their Buffalo Chicken Avocado somethingorother is supposed to be amazing. But I am trying NOT to look like a hippo this summer on the beach. Service was super friendly, and you can pick up your sandwich and take it next door to eat at World of Beer. Nice! I'm happy they are here. I hope to become a regular!

I love breakfast. They serve breakfast all day. +1 They have more veggie options than any other chain sando shop in town +1 The list of sando accouterments is extensive. Hummus, sauteed mushrooms, salsa. +1 About dozen sandos under 500 calories. +1 Being the tastiest thing i ate all week +1 MILKSHAKES! +1 For creativity on their menu and being truly unique. +1 I found my my 'wich to be well balanced. It wasn't so overloaded that it was unmanageable, but I had a little bit of everything in every bite. I had my little sando, a huevos ranchero that I lovingly named "Sylvia Plath's tacos," Was toasted, had avo and salsa. I lthought it was amazing, and perfectly toasty. My companion had a wicked wich that was yummy but meaty, so I did not have any. He liked it enough to return again within the week. We tried the house made chips and they were good. The seasoning was savory and good. I like milkshakes, we shared a peanut butter shake and had them toss in a banana. It was good. Not like the best shake I every had in my life, but it was good. It took longer than some other chains, but I know when things are slow, that usually means they're actually making something. Not feeding me heat lamp junk or something pre-made, so I am patient. I think if I wanted one in a hurry, I would call ahead. For what this is, a convenient, reasonably priced, tasty sub shop, this is about as good as it gets for me.

Quirky sandwich shop. We ordered the chix salad and a thank you turkey. The turkey was almost as good as thanksgiving leftovers. I love stuffing and cranberry with my turkey. Sandwiches are $5.25 for 7". Very reasonable. Not the best sandwich I have ever had but, very good. I would reccomend this shop0 to someone for lunch. Way better than subway.

Back in April I was in Atlanta playing golf with a friend and when we finished our round around 11am, he asked me if I'd ever been to Which Wich? When I looked at him like I didn't understand the question, he said, "Okay...you need to go. Follow me." My life as a Sandwich Snob has never been the same. Of all the sandwich shops out there, only one is now a destination. And it is Which Wich. This particular location in Orlando is the most convenient to me, but it isn't exactly right around the corner. Still, after golf at Windermere, some fun on I-Drive or to satisfy hunger while having a beer and telling the lovely Hosanna at WOB next door that her Bears really aren't that good, Which Wich always hits the spot. Not only is ordering at Which Wich more unique than any other sandwich-based restaurant, but the challenge is always there to try something new to concoct the perfect one. Honestly, if you don't find your Which Wich delicious...it likely isn't their fault, it is YOUR fault for how you built it. Sure, this location and others are a little small in square footage, but that doesn't take away from a quality concept. Now, if only there was a "Secret Menu" to add to the fun...

Awesome black bean pattie sandwich. Numerous options for vegetarians. Very attentive service for first timers.

The service has really gone downhill in the past few months. I often wait at least 20 minutes for my food even if I'm the only customer. The quality of the food is not as good; almost as if it's just slapped together. They've updated the menu and it seems to confuse the staff because I haven't had a sandwich come out correctly the past 4 or 5 visits. I'll try them again in a year and see if it improves.

What a cool idea for a sandwich shop! As you enter the shop you pick up a brown paper bag and a sharpie marker. You write your name on the bag, and then fill out a checklist of how you want the sandwich prepared and what toppings you'd like. You hand the order (bag) to the cashier and before you know it, your sandwich is ready and served in the bag that you had given them. While the ordering process is novel and cute, the sandwich shop wouldn't be successful if the subs weren't delicious. I went for the chicken cordon bleu sub and was in love with it. It was a short relationship. I think the prices are slightly higher than what you'd pay at a Subway or Firehouse, and so for that reason I wouldn't make this a regular spot, but if you're in the area I'd definitely recommend giving it a try and deciding for yourself.

This is the best sandwich shop in the area. TIPS: 1. If you like Turkey, try the Chicken. It's more moist and has better flavor. 2. If you can, eat there. It tastes much better straight out of the oven. 3. Get a frequent customer punch card. You'll want to try it more than once and your 10th sandwich is free. 4. Take your sandwich over to World of beer for a late night dinner and a cold beer. 5. I think that a 7" sub with double meat is the perfect size (and I usually eat a lot). If you order a longer sub, I would suggest sharing it or you'll be uncomfortably full.

Sandwich was tasty. Service was sort of slow. Not crazy pricy or anything.

In high school I worked at Subway, and Which Which is no Subway. The folks at Which Which have created yet another compelling story for selling fresh sandwiches and salads. Here's what's great... If you request avocado on your meal like I do, you get a good healthy portion and it's always fresh. Because avocado must be super fresh, this topping is always a good test when evaluating the food turnover and attention to detail. Also they've never been out of avocado and it's always been fresh and generous on my sandwich and salad. On my first few visits, I always ordered a sandwich, but I've since graduated to their salads. I find them absolutely delicious and because I can get fresh avocado, humus, pesto and olive salad, I don't ever use any traditional dressings. If you hate avocado this review may not be valid for you. However, for me and other lovers of the avocado fruit, Which Which is for you.

Its a solid Sandwhich shop which offers better flavor than say a shop known for its really fast subs. At Which Wich they took Buger Kings moto of "Have it your way" and truely followed through on it. Grab a red permanent marker grab your appropriate brown bag, mark your selections and your off to the races. I'm a sucker for the Roast Beef with Wiz!

This place is pretty cool and the staff I've dealt with were all super friendly and helpful in the selection process. Neat concept and fun way to make your own customized sandwich. Even cooler-- World of Beer will let you bring your sandwich inside!

I like the customizability of the sandwiches a lot. The ingredients are high quality and they have many choices. The service was quickly friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. My only gripe is that the bread is very slim and not chewy. It'd be great if there was a choice between their standard bread and something that is more substantial. The high quality of the meat, veggies and cheese more than make up for it though.

Awesome. Fantastic quick service sandwich shop, with so many topping options and lots of vegetarian items too! They tend to forget the avocado even if you check it (although the cashier never forgets to charge you for it). And if you're paying $1 - $2 for avocado and it doesn't get added, I'd say skip it to be safe.

Their ordering process is so unique and fun. The thing I like about it the most is that they can't mess my order because I can write it down what I want on a bag! Yes I was a bit confused how to order their sub first but once I do it, no problem. Service is little slower but very polite and organized. I usually order Gyro with full size. They are huge that I eat half sub next day.

Could not even get a simple order right, very disappointed. Friends recommended the place but I was not impressed . Obviously the employees didn't care they were more interested in talking to each other. Sent email to company and also got no response.

Which Wich is a place to grab a quick bite for your savory appetite. Think of this place as a mash up of Subway and Quiznos but on a grander scale. The ingredients alone let you know that there's more than just cold cuts and cheese in the back. I made myself a Turkey Thanksgiving Dinner with the "Bag 1 Thank You Turkey" sandwich. I added walnuts and honey mustard as a custom request and BAM! You got yourself a festive meal. The Reuben was also a killer with the cheese! Get creative with this place. This place will never be boring if you keep customizing your order every single time. 5 star on convenience by the way.

Chicken, seafood, turkey, ham, or vege sandwiches galore. You want chicken in your sandwich? Well what kind? Pesto, buffalo, cordon bleu, teriyake??? I tried Which Wich for the first time today and I was blown away at the amount of options there are for you to choose from. I've heard so many great things about this joint next to my all-time favorite bar but I cant believe I didn't venture in sooner. What completely sold me on coming here was the option of a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra blue cheese.... excuse me while I dream about the lunch I had today......it was amazing. The price of the sub was about $6 and it was a good sized portion. Like I mentioned earlier, there's a million options to choose from. I wish I could take advantage of delivery other than when I'm sitting at WOB next door. Those of you who live in the area can place a delivery order through DoorStepDelivery.com If you're into frequent diner programs, like me, make sure you pick up a punch card at the register with your purchase (if you don't already have one that is).

Witty name and good sandwiches, I am not the Duke of this place for nothing. I like this place, I come here often, and I enjoy their sandwiches. You make your selection on the paper bag, hand it to the cashier, pay a reasonable price and voila, a good sandwich made to order is handed to you a few minutes later. It is good to feel like you are making a fair trade, reasonable price and a delicious sandwich is pure simplicity, and I like it !

Ordering here is like taking the SATs, literally, and the results are serious...seriously delicious! Now that I've been to Which Wich a few times, I can officially give my final review. This place is awesome. 51 different sandwiches to choose from. Everything costs the same price mainly and all sandwiches come with a choice of any toppings you want for no additional charge. The Club sandwich is my JAM! The smallest size (the regular) will fill you up. If you get a larger size for lunch, you'll be too stuffed to eat dinner when that rolls around. Go crazy or as plain as you want, this place suits everybody. Goodbye Firehouse FOREVER!

A new addition to the Dr. Phillips area... I tried the Which Wich today. I remember they had one of these in the Altamonte Mall years ago... so the concept wasn't completely unfamiliar. You take one of their pre-printed brown paper bags and mark the type of meats, cheeses and toppings you want on it. You hand the bag to the cashier - who passes it to the sandwich artists - they end up serving your sandwich to you in the bag. I went for their Signature sandwich "The Wicked" (Wicked Wich... get it). A pretty healthy size sandwich featuring 5 meats (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Pepperoni & Bacon) and your choice of 3 cheeses. You'll never run short on variety at the Which Wich. They have dozens of basic sandwich options to choose from and then dozens of toppings to pick from... so literally thousands of ways to make a sandwich. You can get them toasted or non-toasted. Overall, it was a good sandwich place. Tasty food... lots of variety, good value for the price. Even the smallest sandwich size (7") left me feeling pretty full (granted, it WAS "The Wicked"). Seemed like a relatively fun atmosphere... they have newspapers and WiFi and they play decent music. The seating area was, however, a bit small and crowded. I'm adding Which Wich to my lunch rotation!

Better than a sub shop. Met the owner Jill and enjoyed her excitement over this new venture. As others have mentioned they have a neat and effective way to take your order. I had their special sandwich and it was great, extremely fresh. Had my bread toasted, perfect. Wife had her sandwich in a bowl and it was really just a very good sized fresh salad. Ask about company or military discounts. A little hard to find because trees block their signs but you cannot miss the beer place next door. Add the great stores in the plaza plus the weekend Farmers market and you have a very nice place. By June they should have a large outdoor seating area in the rear.

We found this chain while vacationing in CO and were tickled to see they finally moved to FL. We drive from Tampa for some wickedly Wicked yum at least once a month. Enough choices here to satisfy everyone, and their unique ordering system lets you get exactly what you want without waiting on a cashier

Very unique concept. The menu is huge, so I recommend trying different sandwiches. So far the signature sandwich, The Wich is my favorite. If you are an indecisive foodie this is not the place for you because there are so many choices. Nice to have a different option the Dr. Phillips area.
