So many choices I had to come back and try a different sandwich. I went with the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry this time. It is delicious!!

Normally, I avoid reviewing the more major food chains, because they rarely need positive reinforcement in order to stay afloat. But my experience, today, in this particular establishment left me highly impressed. The entire staff were cheery and talkative, and seemed to have a good time. Making them seem to appreciate their work, and mutually making me appreciate what they made, which was pure, crispy, flat pressed AWESOME! At Subway, they love to preach their "Five Dollar Foot-Loooong" jargon. When, in all seriousness, all of their better sandwiches rarely if ever have that price tag. Let alone your "foot-long" sandwich looking like some soggy mess you couldn't fit in your shoe with room to spare. For $5.50, you get a regular sized hot pressed REAL 7" sandwich of ANY MEAT OR FILLING VARIETY. Chicken; turkey; ham; veggie patty; seafood salad; you name it, are all the same set price! Fillings and options galore, with a bag of house made extra crispy crinkle potato chips and a hand dipped ice cream milk shake on the side. Try it. Seriously. It is to Subway what Chipotle is to Taco Bell, or Fuddrucker's is to McDonalds... it's everything they want to be, but are too big to try hard enough. Just like the people who eat there all the time!

Best sandwich shop in Orlando! I read about Which Wich, and I was excited to see one open off Sand Lake by the Florida Mall. What a cool concept! You walk in, and there is a wall of brown bags with types of sandwiches. You have a ton of options of toppings, spreads, etc that you can add. It's like a Subway on steroids - much better quality and awesome. Once you go once, you'll be hooked!!!

BETTER THAN DR PHILLIPS LOCATION...By far. This is my favorite lunch spot in town. They never make mistakes on the wiches. It's just great. Go now!

Best chain sandwich place in town. Buffalo-ized wicked all day. Super nice staff. Will def be back.

Amazing sandwiches esp the shrimp sandwich. You don't get Tht one in subway or firehouse subs.

This is a new concept supported by a few local businesses. You will grab a bag and customize your sandwich from the ground up. I'd consider the food here to be above average quality. Ingredients are always fresh and the bread is crispy on the outside and soft inside. This style is in the vein of Quiznos but its much much better. The home made chips were a little disappointing but the Oreo shake was to die for. They also serve coke products. I highly recommend whichwich for a great sandwich among other lunch options they serve.

Great sandwiches, with lots of choices. The ordering process can be a little intimidating at first, but once you 'get it,' you'll be a fan!

What can I say... The other review nailed it, and it's the reason I gave this place a try over the weekend. I'm pretty picky on my subs, being a Publix addict, but these guys can certainly hold their own. The first thing you'll see when you walk in (to the extremely clean building) is the massive menu with dozens of choices on it to your left. Underneath it, there are holders with paper bags and sharpies. Take your time going over the menu. The possibilities with their sandwiches seem endless, and it can take a while to decide on what you want. If you're as indecisive at it gets like me, the employees are happy to give suggestions and help you understand how their system works. You choose your meats from a category, (ie "Italian" which is then broken down into a grinder and two other meat combos, followed by "comfort" which is broken down into BLT, cheese, and one other I don't recall...) You then pick up the paper bag from that category and start marking off your cheese and other toppings to go with it using the provided marker, to make your own custom 'wich. The employee who helped me out suggested the spicy ranch and pepperjack cheese with my grinder, and it was fantastic. Everything was fresh and they're not stingy on the toppings like a certain other sub chain, whom they totally blow out of the water. The house chips are pretty decent, too. Overall a nice quick lunch trip worth doing again, and again, and again. I will definitely be coming back and trying more combinations.

Nice clean restaurant and attentive staff. Lots of options and today I ordered the hot Thank You Sammy with strawberry milkshake and an oatmeal raisin cookie. Sandwich was hot and full sized. Milkshake was delicious, not Haagen Daz, but good quality. Cookie was warm and crisp. Would return for the BLT and the Witch Which Would recommend to any sandwich lover as well

I've always loved Which Wich's inventive combos and their creative ordering methods that let you specify exactly what you'd like on your sandwich. When I lived in Texas, I ate at Which Which on a weekly basis - so I was thrilled when I found out they had opened one up in Orlando! This particular location is in the large shopping center at the corner of Sand Lake Rd. and OBT - close to the Florida mall. For everyone who hasn't been, this is how Which Wich works: You enter the restaurant, and hanging along the lefthand wall there are multiple different bins with brown paper bags inside. Each bin has a different category - for example 'Turkey' or 'Classics' or 'Vegetarian'. The brown paper bags are stamped with different options for sandwiches. You write your name on the bag, choose which sandwich you want, and then specify which toppings, sauces, etc. that you would like on that sandwich. You hand the empty brown paper bag to the cashier, pay for your food, and then wait for them to call your name. They sting the paper bag up on a wire and make your sandwich exactly as you like, wrap it in some paper and foil, and place it inside that brown paper bag! This is my #1 choice for fresh, quick food on the go. It beats Subway on any given day. My favorite is the pizza-wich - three types of cheese, marinara sauce, veggies, and Italian spices all toasted to perfection.

Great sandwiches and great for kids! We stopped here after the Crayola Experience. The kids options are fun and delicious! My wife and I loved how we could make the perfect custom sandwich.

Better than a subway sandwich! Yes, I said it! I thought about that intro. I said, "Lisa, there are a lot of subway lovers out there and if you start this review with that sentence, well, then, you might lose a few." Let the chips fall where they may. Which Wich has changed my ENTIRE perspective on sandwiches. OMG!! First of all, I am NOT a sandwich kind of gal. I don't think of sandwiches when I think of getting lunch. Lunch to me means, sit down, nice quiet restaurant, waitress or waiter, music, maybe a glass of wine or two. That's my idea of lunch. Oh, and good food. Sandwiches were left for a different occasion. Not with Which Wich however!! I love how I've been there for 10 times now and each time I've gotten a different sandwich!!!! There is SO much to choose from. I love the way they have it set up. When you walk in there are a dozen bags you can choose from that will cater towards the type of sandwich you want. The bags are labeled with all of the categories they offer. All you have to do is fill it out and hand it to the check out clerk and then, your sandwich will be made. I always choose from the seafood or vegetarian bags. If you eat meat you won't be disappointed. The whole wheat bread is SO yummy on a hot sandwich I don't even recognize that it's whole wheat. It's so good and you feel good eating whole wheat. At least I do. They have so much to choose from. They're variety is spectacular. It's not expected for a sandwich place but I guarantee you won't be disappointed. They also offer "ordering online". If you are busy during your work day (like me) you'll appreciate the convenience ordering online offers. Just follow the steps, let them know what you want, and pick it up at your convenience. It will be ready. Trust me. I'm pleased, and satisfied with the taste, service, and variety they offer. I'm sure you will be too!

My wife and I are in love with this concept. It's like interactive subway with WAY better food!!! For starters, you get your own sandwich bag and get to select all the ingredients you want on your sandwich. Slap your name at the bottom and head for the register! Once you pay they send your order down the line to be made and within a few minutes, voila, your customized sandwich is ready! I had the Philly cheesesteak, philly style with whiz! My wife had the gyro (it's the one with the french fries inside it!) yea, that's right! A gyro with french fries inside! Both sandwiches were served fresh and absolutely delicious! Also, try their home made chips. They are sea salt and pepper kettle cooked and are a really nice touch. We also tried the chocolate chip cookie and the rice crispy treat. Both were fresh and really great! I wish this place was closer to my house so we could go more often, but we will definitely be making regular trips regardless. If you want a quick bite this is an awesome place with a ton of variety!!

Which wich is probably one of the coolest sandwich shop concepts that's I've seen in a while. Upon walking there's a station with bags, pens and the menu. Each bag has a number on it which corresponds with a sandwich meat (ie. 1=turkey). The bags also has the entire list of cheeses, veggies, condiments, and other toppings you can choose for your wich. So, you choose the number bag you want and check off all the the things you want on your wich and take it to the register where they ring you up. Of course there are combo options where you can purchase chips, cookies and a drink. The also sell the MOST AMAZING MILKSHAKES! I highly recommend the strawberry one ! Anywho, you wait for them to make the sandwich and your happily on your way in minutes. They offer many different ways to get your wich. They have a skinny option where they take out some of inside of the bread. They offer a lettuce wich, where they wrap your meat and toppings in lettuce instead of bread and they have a bowl-wich which is the salad version of your chosen sandwich. They also have house chips that they make on site. They're basically salt and pepper chips but they are REALLY good! This particular location is very clean and neat. The staff is always friendly when I go inside and my wich is always made perfectly and quickly. If you sign up for their customer reward program, you get a free wich on your birthday But only at the location you sign up with so be aware of that. But the birthday wich Is what made me stop in on this particular day. But yes, if you're in the mood for sandwich goodness, I highly suggest Which Wich!

One of the best and most creative sandwich place I have been in this area. Though the customization options are vast, they ordering system makes if very easy. Pick a number of the main item (use the respective brown bags ) and then customize your order for the fixings right on the brown bad. Order your fountain drink or the Shakes and go wild and order a shake with Bacon in it, and you are ALL set to go. The portions are truly worthy of the price-point and the taste is worth savoring. This place beats the typical chain sandwich shops EASILY. The seating space is open and airy and the staff are very courteous and actually interact with customers to ensure everything is well. Quality in food and in service - DOUBLE hitter !!

Environment: 1 Service: .5 Food Presentation: 1 Taste: 1 Price: 1 _________________ Overall: 4.5/10 The ordering system is a bit unconventional, but in a weird way it works and makes your meal more personal. Sandwich bags serve as menus that allow you to construct your sandwich prior to ordering. When youre ready, hand it to the cashier and a few moments later your creation is ready to eat. While the food was not bad, it does not stand out in the flavor department. With so many other sandwich shops competing for your dollar, Which Wich does nothing to separate itself from the crowd. 2= Outstanding 1.5= Great 1= Average .5= Needs Improvement 0= Unacceptable

First time to a Which wich, but not my last! I had the black bean patty on wheat, with hummus and sriracha. It was YUM-MO! Price was a little high, $9.75 for a 10" with avocado. Well worth the price, but a little much for a counter service sandwich. Staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the "process" of my order. The decorated bags hanging on the wall were a nice touch.

What a surprise, a sandwich franchise that actually tastes great. Crunchy bread, fresh veggies and way more choices in EVERYTHING than the other chains out there. So final thought. The better sandwich place does exist. This might be a location with some new employees cause things were going a little slow. The system is cool, pick a bag with meat type and add your ingredients by highlighting them on the sandwich bag. Cool idea.

This is definitely my new go-to sandwich company...I can see myself realizing I will be passing through the area for work, and trying to coordinate it around lunch time. I almost felt sad that this place was kind of empty and that more people weren't enjoying the sandwich I had inspired! The ingredients were all fresh, fresh, fresh (which is key for anyone selling sandwiches, btw)...the right amount of crunch, taste, and texture. I'm not sure how anyone manages to eat more than the Small size though! If you do, I would say maybe you aren't ordering enough toppings! Additionally, the staff were really friendly; helpful with questions and suggestions; and I could see myself totally tolerating Dr. Phillips traffic to go to the location there as well, just for one of their sandwiches. Corned beef, swiss, coleslaw, spinach, hot pepper mix, red onion, horseradish mayo.

AMAZING sandwiches! This is the best sammy chain out there. The test kitchen stuff is always worth trying, and the unique ordering procedure cuts out all the noise and confusion of shouting over 3 feet of sneeze-guard glass while crammed between three people shouting their junk. The owner was really friendly and interested in our experience and opinion on our first visit, and unlike the two other locations we've been to, these guys don't cry over the punch card. The other locations refuse to accept any other location's punch cards. (Could have changed since the last time I visited.) The only slight downside is when it was a little less busy the manager/owner seemed to hover a bit...

This place is awesome. They have a great variety of sandwiches that you customize yourself. They also have chips that they make in house, and a variety of commercial chips. For dessert they have cookies, brownies, ice cream sandwich cookies and delicious milkshakes. I had a warm turkey sandwich with bacon and it was delicious. This is a great place, and I will be back the next time I'm in Orlando.

Really good sandwich shop, I love the concept of telling them in writing as opposed to the subway method. Sub was delicious, will definitely go back for more! The kids loved filling out their order themselves. Price was reasonable!

I love this place it is such a unique concept and every sandwich is custom ordered so its exactly what you wanted with out having to make any substitutions. I was really excited the last time we visited you could even have an option to make a Turkey reuben which is amazingly a great combo! I like also that during the fall season they have had in the past the pumpkin milk shakes! Their house chips are good as well. It is a great place for a quick meal or lunch!

This has become one of our favorite sandwich spots. What really sets them apart are the number of "toppings" available. Most of the other franchises have the standards but they have things like an olive mix, siracha sauce, garlic, carmalized onions, 8-ish types of cheese.. etc. I can get a ham sandwich anywhere but not one with as many options as they. The staff is friendly as well as the owners who will frequently hang out and talk while waiting. If you haven't tried them yet.. do so. :)

This place has quickly become my go-to lunch spot by Sand Lake and OBT. Beware, indecisive folks: you are going to have to make some choices, as the laundry list of sandwich fixin's is long with flavor combinations a'plenty. Be as healthy or gluttonous as you want! This is America, after all. Before ordering, choose your brown paper bag based on your main ingredient - turkey, chicken, roast beef, etc. - then use a red marker to fill out which (wich) toppings you want. Fear not vegetarians and vegans! There is also a bag for you, with protein options like a delicious black bean patty, hummus, caprese, artichoke hearts and a tomato/avocado combo. Choose your bread ("skinny my which" is scooped out a bit and saves calories), size (small is plenty, trust me!) and whether you want it hot or cold. You can also opt for a "lettucewich" wrapped in lettuce instead of bread (caution - these are super messy) or a "bowlwich" otherwise known as a salad. (Sidenote: if ordering a bowlwich, go for spinach instead of lettuce for a more exciting salad. The lettuce is shredded, a pet peeve of mine for salads, but the spinach is great.) Toppings include the usual veggies and cheeses, plus fun stuff like crispy onions, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, hummus, pesto, marinara, dried cranberries and candied walnuts. Toppings like bacon, avocado, and sliced egg are an extra charge. This location gets a pretty large lunch rush around noon, so the seating may be limited but the service is always quick, efficient and friendly. It's a great place to grab and go on your lunch break.

Pastrami Lettucewich?? YOU BET! That's one good sam-wich. A lettuce wrap can be a challenge to construct w/o become a huge mess 1/2 way through, but my "wich" was great. Clean, friendly place, accurate and only $5.50. I so want to say I agree with the other Mark C. review, but I've never tried the Dr. Phillips location.

This sandwich place gives a lot of toppings with their sandwiches. Also they offer Ice cream sandwiches, which is delicious, and milk shakes - not your typical sandwich shop. We had the pulled pork bbq sandwich and the wicked sandwich - both amazing. I highly recommend both these sandwiches. They are reasonably priced and the service was good. The place was lively and clean. They also have a unique ordering system. They need to have more DEALS though so they can lure more customers in. Also, the chips selection could be better. Overall, very good.
