I'm sold. No artificial anything here. Gorgeous space and music. Intoxicating aroma. AND when I brought in my own protein powder, they had no problems with using it. I'll be back!!

Delicious wheatgrass! In a moment of weakness, I thought I wanted coffee but something inspired me to look for a raw juice bar instead. GOLDMINE! All y'all need some of this goodness. Ginger shots. Wheatgrass. Hemp protein. Beets! My day will truly be full of life! Just say no to cheap energy and go for the REAL goodness.

Great combinations of every type of drink. Will definitely be back. Nothing fake about their drinks

The Tobias Harris is by far the most delicious smoothie I've ever had in my entire life. Cool artsy atmosphere and good music to match !!!

I made my own smoothie: Apple Orange Kale Spinach Mango Strawberry Ginger Lemon. SO GOOD!! The staff is really chill and helpful and didn't mind that I was being fickle with my order :P The decor is neat and the music is sweet. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!

Smoothies are supposed to be healthy, but when Planet Smoothie started serving drinks clocking in well over 1,000 calories, everyone's opinions of smoothies rapidly changed. With those mega caloric drinks on the market you might as well grab a carton of ice cream. Luckily, Orlando has an alternative for your smoothie habit. Located in the heart of Sodo, The Smoothie Room serves up a variety of smoothies in addition to vegetable juices and an array of teas. Drinks are made fresh on site and are free of powders, concentrates, syrups and added sugar. During my first visit I tried the Purple Rain smoothie chocked full of apples, blueberries, bananas and a hint of lime. My drink was smooth, refreshing and so clearly full of nature's goodness. Fresh, wholesome ingredients make all the difference when crafting a smoothie. If your idea of a smoothie comes from Planet Smoothie or Starbucks, it's time to upgrade to The Smoothie Room! While you're there check in on Yelp for $1 off your drink!

The ambiance of this place is what drew us in. Beautiful and interesting artwork, with casual yet upscale decor. The smoothies were moderately priced, and they had a lot of additional proteins and such you could mix in with the actual names of the item instead of 'protein up' or something vague. They tasted pretty good, with subtle and popping veggies/fruits hitting their markers. However, at the bottom of the drink it became really powdery. I figured it was just my hemp collecting at the bottom, but my bf's plain smoothie had it, too... Not sure what to think about that. I plan to stop here again.

I am slightly addicted to this place...and smoothies in general. If I don't have time to make my own smoothie before heading to work, The Smoothie Room is my go-to spot. Though I've tried quite a few of their smoothies and juices, I just can't stop ordering my usual favorites: Health Nut (almond milk, almond butter, banana, granola) and Butter Face (almond milk, blueberries, banana, granola, peanut butter). They are also always open to substitutions. I typically like to swap the peanut butter in the Butter Face with almond butter and add flax seed. Guys, these smoothies are ridiculously good. They're also made with real ingredients, not from concentrate or with yucky sweeteners. Located in SoDo, parking can be tricky if you try to stop in during peak hours, but thankfully they whip up these smoothies just a minute after you order so I never find myself waiting very long. They have some couches, magazines, and local art on the wall for you to browse while you wait too. The best part: they always have promos for checking in. Each time you check-in on yelp or foursquare you save a buck! If you're not big on checking in, get a stamp each time you order and eventually you'll get a free smoothie. As you can tell, I love this place. Give it a go if you're looking for a natural alternative to the typical high calorie, high sugar, smoothies often marketed as "healthy"

After playing flag football with friends the smoothie room is a great place to have a refreshing healthy smoothie. If you work long hours, go to the gym on a regular basis, and hardly have time to go home to prepare a healthy smoothie for yourself...drop in to the smoothie room. You will satisfy your cravings and stay healthy.

The Smoothie Room's menu has so much to offer: fruit and veggie juices, smoothies, wheatgrass, teas, and super foods. Everything on the menu looked so good and the best part is that there's no fillers (water, yogurt, syrups, ice, etc.). It was so hard to decide on what to order but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They suggested that I try the Butter Face Smoothie--- SO GOOD! My new fav!! It has almond milk, blueberries, banana, granola, and peanut butter. I added vanilla whey protein and extra granola just for the heck of it. But honestly I think it would have been even better if I didn't add whey protein. Can't wait to come back and try the juices!

Love this place. I stop in when I can. The price is reasonable for what you get, but high for a "snack" if you know what I mean. If it were closer I would use it as a breakfast option, though. I love the less- sweet juice options they have, especially "the cure", but they are all great. The "immunity boost" is quite good with the spice from the ginger and garlic! Yummm. Always the same guys in there when I go, who are very nice and willing to make suggestions. Get a loyalty card for a free smoothie :)

Try the Butter Face!!! OMG!! Best smoothie ever!! I've been going to this place for several months now, and they have never disappointed me in taste and quality. Their prices are not bad at all considering what you get. You could go to Jason's Deli next door or the pizza joint down the street and pay more money for lunch than the purchase of one of their delicious drinks. I am full after a small Butter Face but don't feel miserable. Their juices are as equally amazing...fresh and made to order. Grab a frequent flyer card and earn a free drink after a few stamps...and they allow a large beverage with the free one. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed!

  • Katie F.

Wow, that smoothie was delicious! Their employees were nice and helpful and I didn't even have to request "no sweetener" because they all come that way. This is not the cheapest place to grab a quick breakfast or afternoon snack, but the value is great for the healthy, fresh deliciousness they serve. I am sure I'll be back soon (and next time remember to check in BEFORE buying for that $1 off special!).

Yummy all natural goodness! A bit pricey, but well worth it. I'll drive across town just for one! Customer service is two thumbs up as well.

Delicious smoothies and juice in a nice open setting. The guy working there was very nice too.

Best smoothie place in Orlando. Beautiful retail space, cool music, and most importantly great smoothies! No fillers what so ever, they don't even use ice. Check this place out asap!

I've been going to the Orlando orthopedic center for about 6 months and I always see this place and think that I should go inside. I finally decided to make it happen and I am not disappointed. I walked inside and it looked like a typical smoothie bar. There were some couches and tables. They had a lot of local art on the walls, a very typical hi pester touch around Orlando. I got the Pineapple Express and added strawberry whey protein. It was delicious. I'm used to florida having terrible smoothies, but this place is an exception. Everything tastes fresh, and it's not watered or filled with processed yogurts. I can't wait to go back and try their juices!

Whenever I feel like I need a little healthy boost, I head over to Smoothie Room. The juices are delicious and oh so good for you. My favorite is the Green Light vegetable juice. It has parsley, spinach, broccoli, and pineapple. It sounded like it would taste like grass, but the pineapple adds just enough sweetness to prevent that. Yes, they are pretty expensive, but since these are an occasional treat for me, I'm willing to pay a bit of a premium so that I don't have to go through the trouble of juicing at home.

  • Adly S.

So glad I found this gem!!!! All NATURAL...No Added sweeteners...Simple ingredients...Deliciousness! Very happy with the service...If you think you have no idea what you want..don't worry...just ask and you'll be guided to a juice or smoothie that I can be sure you'll love.

  • Ivonne C.

Best smoothies and juices in town! I keep reading about people complaining about the price. I feel like when you take into consideration the ingredients, the location, and the benefits from drinking an all natural fruit and/or vegetable drink, the price is reasonable. Besides, it takes forever to clean the machine at home. That alone is worth the price!

  • Daya A.

Oh my, Orlando has a smoothie shop that does not sabotage drinks with artificial sweetners. That in itself is worth every bit of appreciation so I'm delighted we crossed paths Smoothie Room. This place has choices from savory vegetable juices, along with all natural flavored smoothies. The pineapple express deserves a standing olvation with it's savory mangos, refreshing kale leaves, and tangy pineapples. No gimmicky fake fruit flavor drinks here just the good ol' raw fruits and veggies. This place is here to save the day when the blender is nowhere near sight and youuuu just neeed your JUICE! Flavors so refreshing it makes you want to smack the next sugar infested smoothie in the trash can. Pow.

You can't go wrong with a smoothie place near the gym. I like the simplicity of these smoothies. I could see the fresh ingredients that they were using! The taste was amazing without any additives.

  • Chris W.

THEE best smoothies on the planet! All natural. All made right in front of you. No artificial syrups and crud you get at other places. The Smoothie Room is the REAL DEAL.

  • Alejandra S.

    Yummy and healthy smoothies!

  • Megan M.

Fantastic smoothies! They add in all sorts of non standard ingredients, like oatmeal and spinach, so I was able to make my smoothie that I have only been able to make at home. The ambiance was awesome, all sorts of good local art on the walls, and the staff was awesome. The cashier heard that I was vegetarian and recommended some vegetarian restaurants in the area that I'm definitely gonna try. Talk about customer service!

  • Chris R.

I had a Berry dose smoothie, they have 3 sizes, the biggest being 32 oz but a shocking $8.99! They also have a lot of vegetable drinks too. Music is loud and the server talks so low I'm barely able to hear him. Cool space with an open front. Drink smoothies on a nice leather couch while you watch general hospital with the sound turned off and listen to Indie rock.

  • Jenna V.

Love this place! They always have wheatgrass in stock for juicing. Their smoothies are amazing (try the Butter Face) and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking in the garage adjacent to the shopping center. Prices are competitive and it's a short drive from Downtown Orlando. Win!

  • Cherry J.

Juice high!!! Gotta love it! This place makes delicious fresh juice and smoothies. Only suggestion would be to offer more organic fruits and vegetables. Prices are somewhat reasonable, on par with Starbucks, for a much healthier product--but not cheap enough for me to venture in here on the reg. If I could get a fresh juice for $2-3 I'd be in here all the time. As a compromise, perhaps they could offer a smaller size at that price point.

  • Nate C.

great selection of smoothies and juices. fresh ingredients, no added sugar, ice, yogurt. good people working there. they never get mad when asking for custom orders. reasonable prices. offer a buy 9 get one free card.

I like this spot. Glad it's stuck around. I've been here a few times for the juice. I've had a couple different ones, all good. I usually ask for a recommendation or what's good for feeling sick, tired, etc. The guy working there has always had a good answer and a good attitude. It's a little pricey, I guess. But so is a juicer of that quality and all the fresh ingredients if you were gonna make it at home. I couldn't justify buying one everyday, but I have no problem paying a premium for good ingredients, and no juicer cleanup afterwards. They also have a $1 off special if you check in on fb, foursquare, maybe yelp.. etc. Wish I'd checked it out back when I went to that gym... woulda been great for an after workout protein shake.

Delicious, healthy, fresh smoothies made right in front of you! This is a must go to place if you want REAL smoothies and juices that are not loaded with sugar. My favorite is the Agent Orange which consists of carrot, apple, celery, orange, beet and kale. I don't like beets, but this tasted so good!

  • Michy W.

A little expensive but worth it. The juice is always very fresh and the staff very sharp. They also help promote local small businesses by letting you advertise on the community board.

Great atmosphere, Real Raw Juicing, Smoothies are all natural, not the sugar-bombs you get at most other chain smoothie joints. I'll definitely go out of my way to go back!

I really loved this place, the location, the look, and the amazing tea I had. My husband had a juice and it was also to die for. The staff was very nice, and the music was perfect, it wasn't too loud for me.... we enjoyed watching sports on the cool seating area. We really enjoyed our stop there, so glad we did. And the price was well worth it, these days I don't compromise quality over value. It's hard to find a cool place with great juices like these around my side of town, but I loved it so much that I don't mind the drive and will come back for sure.

Consider this, if you"re into health and fitness, you probably invest a lot of time and money into your healthy lifestyle. This is why I love this place, the quality of the products at this smoothie shop are superior to anything that you find in most smoothie joints. I desperately needed a post workout drink after my gym workout today and we decided to grab a smoothie here. I was so happy to find high quality products without any artificial sweeteners or processed ingredients. I ordered a chocolate smoothie made with organic cacao powder, almond milk, banana, and whey protein. The result was fantastic. Even better was the attentive service we got from the owner who carefully explained the ingredients he used as showed us more of his products like maca powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. The art on the walls just makes the place very welcoming. This is definitely one of those places where you get what you pay for and what you get if pretty damn good and tasty!

The Smoothie Room is my new favorite place to work away from the office. It's got everything from yummy smoothies, free wifi, nice ambiance, friendly people, and free parking. Win all around. Let's talk more about their smoothies. They're all natural, freshly made, and organic. Tasty yum-yum. My personal favorites are the Pina Colada (tastes like a Pina Colada, but it's okay to sip while you're working!) and the Health Nut (so rich and protein packed). My co-workers swear by the veggie juices too. Are they cheap? No. But quality ingredients just aren't cheap to begin with and I'd much rather put this in my body than something junky just because it was a couple dollars cheaper.

Delicious, All Natural Smoothies. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for! Its a nice place to sit and talk over a smoothie. I'll have to try the juices next time!

  • Natalie H.

Do something good for yourself and have a real smoothie of try a juice if you are feeling adventurous. The staff are patient, quick, and happy to make recommendations if it is your first time. I personally like the chocolate and nut butter smoothies and have tried the bright red juice! Always make sure to check-in to get a $1 off!

  • Allie C.

I do enjoy this place overall. Their smoothies are good, creative, and much more fresh and truly healthy than a tropical smoothie or natures table. Fresh, real ingredients, more in the way of a Whole Foods juice bar. Prices just about the same as well. The customer service and friendly staff is a hit or miss. The atmosphere is trendy and artsy. I've never waited in line, which is nice on the way to work! Always take advantage of the Yelp deal they have!!

  • Mariacristina R.

I really wanted to like this place because it has a great indie feel and I love the open seating space. The smoothies were expensive and boring. Look, I honestly don't care if a small Amish boy hand picked the bees out of the raw super organic honey, my 16oz veggie smoothie was not worth the nearly $7 I paid for it. My Pineapple Cleanse smoothie separated within minutes of it being prepared. I've made arguably better green smoothies at home. They should consider expanding their existing recipes with the "add-ons" to help maintain the smoothies consistency and quit charging people $1.00 for this and that. They have free wireless but while my iPad connected to their guest network, nothing would load for me. This place just didn't do it for me.

  • Lynette D.

I love the smoothie room. Whats not to love? Indoor and outdoor seating. Fresh smoothies and juices, including wheat grass. Free wifi. A little lounge area and tables along the wall. Plenty of local art work. I love how the store actually opens up to the outdoors, they have the huge folding doors so its completely open. Its a winner for sure. The parking is hit and miss as that area is usually pretty crowded. I wish they had more locations!

    (5)
  • Victoria S.

I've only gotten a few of the juices so far. Pricey, but tasty. Love the art and the atmosphere. The location is great, but it's hard to find convenient parking - you're much more likely to need to park in the garage.
